War in Ukraine today: latest news, September 30, 2023 (photo)

It has been the 584th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

On September 30, there were 24 combat clashes. 

Also, the russian federation launched yet another strike at Ukraine using about 40 Iranian Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs from the southern direction. Air defense forces and means shot down 30 enemy Shaheds in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Vinnytsia oblasts.

The enemy launched a total of 8 missile and 71 air strikes, 17 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks killed and wounded civilians. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed or damaged.

The operational situation in east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues to shell Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. There was an airstrike in the vicinity of Halahanivka (Chernihiv oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at more than 25 settlements, including Vylchyky (Chernihiv oblast), Prohres, Mykytivka, Yastrubshchyna, Kindrativka, Myropillya, Popivka, Oleksandrivka (Sumy oblast), Lemishchyne (Kharkiv oblast). 

Towards Kupiansk, the russian army launched an airstrike in the vicinities of Novoselivske (Luhansk oblast). The settlements of Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Lyman, the settlements of Nevske, Novoliubivka, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Spirne and Vesele (Donetsk oblast) suffered enemy air strikes. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at the settlements of Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast) and Spirne, Rozdolivka, Dibrova (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain the lost ground in the vicinity of Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders launched airstrikes near Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Niu York (Donetsk oblast). More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Markove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Bila Hora, and Niu York (Donetsk oblast). The reported density of minefields is increasing.

Towards Avdiivka, the Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks near Novoselivka, east of Stepove and Avdiivka (Donetsk oblast). There was an airstrike near Avdiivka. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Tonenke, Karlivka, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Marinka, Ukrainian defense forces repelled 9 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Marinka (Donetsk oblast). There were airstrikes near Novomykhailivka and Marinka (Donetsk oblast). The settlements of Oleksandropil, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Katerynivka (Donetsk oblast) were under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers.

Towards Shakhtarsk, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations. The enemy launched air strikes near Prechystivka, Urozhaine and Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast). Around 15 settlements, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Blahodatne, Urozhaine (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks near Novodarivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The occupiers launched airstrikes near Robotyne and Novodanylivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). More than 25 settlements, including Chervone, Huliaipole, Charivne, Orikhiv, Kamianske (Zaporizhzhia oblast), came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, there was an airstrike near Mykolaivka (Kherson oblast). The enemy fired artillery and mortars at more than 25 settlements, including Zolota Balka, Sablukivka, Zmiivka, Odradokamianka, Antonivka, Stanislav (Kherson oblast) and the city of Kherson.

Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol and offensive (assault) operations towards Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and exhausting the enemy all along the front line.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 14 air strikes on buildups of russian troops, weapons and military equipment, and 8 air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems.

The Ukrainian rocket troops hit 6 anti-aircraft missile systems and 9 artillery systems of the russian invaders.


According to the Office of the President, Ukraine plans to produce its own air defense systems. Soon, specialists are to arrive in the country and develop a plan for its own production. 

Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns foreign diplomats against participating in a planned trip to visit deported Ukrainian children in belarus. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, on October 4, the Belarusian side intends to organize a visit by representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Minsk to the so-called of places of residence, education and rehabilitation of Ukrainian children in belarus who were taken from the temporarily occupied cities of Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at least 7 settlements were under russian shelling. Among them, Lemishchyne of Zolochiv region and Dvorichna of Kupiansk region were targeted.

Illia Yevlash, Head of the press service of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated that towards Lyman-Kupiansk, russian troops resumed assault operations and tried unsuccessfully to break through the Ukrainian defences twice yesterday. After losses, russian forces retreated.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv community, reported about 10 mortar attacks on Basove border village. According to him, a private building and outbuildings were damaged and there is no electricity supply.

Kharkiv State Emergency Service informed that a man exploded on an unknown explosive device, probably a hand grenade, in Kharkiv at night. He died on the spot.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that yesterday the enemy shelled civilians of Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Kupiansk and Izium regions with artillery, mortars and aircraft.

The enemy attacked Kopanky village, Izium region, with 2 guided bombs, damaging 2 private buildings. There were no casualties.

As a result of the shelling of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv region, 3 private residential buildings, outbuildings were damaged and a fire broke out. Private cars were also damaged and destroyed.

The shelling damaged a private building, an outbuilding, a structure, a car were damaged and a fire broke out as a result of the shelling of Kucherivka village, Kupiansk region.

An open territory was burning as a result of the shelling of the outskirts of Kindrashivka village, Chuhuiv region.

There were no casualties throughout the day after enemy attacks.

Mine clearance is ongoing. Yesterday pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 6.8 hectares of the territory and defused 312 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

In the afternoon, russian troops shelled Kostiantynivka. A 13-year-old boy sustained a mine-blast injury and shrapnel wound to the head during the shelling. Preliminary, the town was shelled with KAB-500. Oleksii Roslov, Head of Kostiantynivka City Regional Administration, and Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, stated that 17 private buildings, one apartment building, a transport enterprise building, two cars and a power line were damaged.

Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of Donetsk oblast, said that russian troops shelled Lastochkyne village of Pokrovsk district and Novoukrainka village of Volnovakha region. Two women received shrapnel wounds and lacerations. Both were hospitalised.

Ihor Moroz, Acting Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, informed that in Ocheretyne, an enterprise was hit and dry grass caught on fire. In Novoselivka Persha, russian artillery hit a school, a shell hit the roof and damaged several classrooms. The transformer substation was also damaged, leaving five villages in the community without electricity.

Donetsk police reported that in Lyman community, the data of 55 people whose bodies were found in graves after the liberation a year ago have not been identified. Among them are both civilians and military personnel.

Police added that 10 settlements were under attack. As a result of shelling in Donetsk oblast, 12 residential buildings, a utility enterprise, a workshop, warehouses, water supply and cars were damaged.

In the middle of the night, russians launched two missile attacks on Kramatorsk, damaging a dormitory and 37 cars and injuring 1 person.

Towards Donetsk, Kurakhove community was shelled six times, targeting Kurakhove, Kurakhivka and Veselyi Hai. Recreation centres were damaged and a fire broke out on farmland. A building in Elyzavetivka of Marinka community was damaged.

Towards Horlivka, 1 person was injured and 10 buildings damaged in Toretsk community: 5 in Petrivka, 2 in Toretsk, 2 in Druzhba and 1 in Shcherbynivka. Two industrial buildings and an infrastructure facility were damaged in Kostiantynivka.

Towards Lysychansk, a building and a non-residential building were damaged in Siversk. In Rubtsi of Lyman community, dead wood burned as a result of shelling.

Ihor Moroz, Acting Head of the RMA, confirmed that yesterday russians injured 1 civilian in Druzhba.

Luhansk oblast

Russians paused in some areas only on the ground because they suffered significant losses. The shelling from aircraft, helicopters and artillery does not stop. Yesterday Novoselivske and Nevske were hit by airstrikes. Nevske and Bilohorivka were hit by cannon and rocket artillery.

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, patients in the so-called luhansk people’s republic cannot receive medicines that should be provided for free or only partially paid for, according to the prescription. Patients are forced to buy them at their own expense. Almost RUB 1.5 billion was allocated from the budget for this purpose for the year but as of the end of September, just over five thousand were used, which is less than one coin per person per year on average. Almost all of the money is stuck between the specialised ‘ministry’ and the pharmacies whose costs were supposed to be covered by the budget.

In Sievierodonetsk, during the demonstration restoration of one of the surviving apartment blocks, the residents were promised to receive toilets. However, they warned that it would not be enough even for those apartments whose owners remained in the city. Everyone will have to prove the need for this element on an individual basis.

Oleksandr Striuk, Head of Sievierodonetsk City Military Administration, reported that the invaders dismantled the equipment of the heating utility so that only the walls remained of the building. Modular boiler houses will be installed only in the building where russian soldiers are stationed.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Kyiv Regional Center for Assistance to Defenders of Ukraine has started operating in Bucha community. As reported by the city council, the center provides adaptation and rehabilitation of combatants and their family members through consulting on rights, benefits, social guarantees and mechanisms for their implementation.

The State Emergency Service of Kyiv oblast reported that a training course took place in the oblast. The rescuers practised extinguishing a fire on an aircraft, measures for rescuing people from an aircraft, and rescuing victims from high-altitude objects. Such training and practice of interaction between all emergency services, which take care of the safety of citizens and protect the territory of Ukraine, will continue throughout the country.

The Department of Culture and Tourism of Kyiv oblast reported that in the conditions of martial law, virtual tourism is actively developing in Kyiv oblast. To date, 10 3D tours have been created via the tourist portal of the oblast. Virtual tours allow visiting the museum, seeing the sights and picturesque tourist locations of the oblast without leaving your home, bomb shelter or while abroad.

Edinburgh Museum opened the exhibition “Kyiv,  the unbreakable heart of Europe”, which illustrates the impact of the war on the everyday life of people in Ukraine. As reported in the KCSA, the exhibition consists of 32 images of the capital and nearby towns that were destroyed during the war. These photos were displayed in Prague, Lublin, Berlin and other cities.

At the Ukrainian State University named after Drahomanov, a ceremony was held to award the winners of the All-Ukrainian essay and drawing competition “I have the right to life”. During May-June, the organizing committee received about two thousand children’s works, among which 100 became prize-winners.

Zhytomyr oblast

Zhytomyr RMA reports that recently, the oblast hosted 498 evacuees from Donetsk oblast arriving on special evacuation trains to the city of Berdychiv. Currently, 333 IDPs are staying in 12 residential social facilities of the oblast, 432 evacuees are accommodated in 29 places of compact living, and provided with clothing, hygiene products, and food.

Berdychiv Utility Services report that all 14 boiler houses are ready for the start of the heating season, which is tentatively scheduled for October 15. In the boiler houses, repairs were carried out, equipment checked, and generators installed in case of a blackout.

Zhytomyr Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention together with the Zhytomyr Community Foundation handed over a drone to the military of the 95th Airborne Assault Brigade. Employees of the center donate their daily earnings to the needs of the Armed Forces every month, thanks to which they have already purchased two cars, three Maviks and drones for Ukrainian defenders.

Berdychiv City Council reported that a memorial plaque to the Bulgarian Lilia Karastoyanova, a communist journalist from the soviet era, who never visited Berdychiv, is being dismantled from the facade of the local medical college.

The administration of the LITtera city public libraries reported that since the first day of the full-scale invasion, in the Vasyl Zemlyak Central City Library,  library workers and visitors have been weaving camouflage nets, producing up to 30 nets every month.

More than UAH 100K was collected to help the 30th separate mechanized brigade at a charity fair in Zviahel.

Sumy oblast

Sumy Regional Military Administration reports that the russian army fired 25 times at the border area. There were 116 attacks from mortars, artillery and multiple rocket launchers. Krasnopillia, Yunakivka, Khotyn, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman, Shalyhine, Bilopillia, Putivl and Mykolaivka communities were under enemy fire. 

Ihor Kalchenko, Head of Sumy Regional Military Administration reports that at night and in the morning, the russians fired twice at settlements and border areas of Sumy oblast. There were 19 explosions. Myropillia and Khotyn communities were shelled.  

As Sumy Regional Military Administration reports, there are 551 Invincibility Points deployed in the region’s communities, and all of them should be operational by October 1. At the moment, the region has 28 more points than it had last year. Of the 55 generators needed, 53 have been purchased.

Volodymyr Artyukh, Head of the RMA, says that on the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, the oblast honoured the memory of fallen heroes. presented state awards to the relatives of the fallen heroes and amulets Father’s Heart to the children of the defenders of Ukraine who gave their lives for their native land.

Chernihiv oblast

The russian military fired from their territory at the border of Chernihiv oblast four times, which resulted in 104 explosions. Novhorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka communities were shelled. 

In preparation for the new heating season, Oblteplokomunenergo is developing an alternative plan for dealing with blackouts in Chernihiv. For this purpose, 34% of the city’s boiler houses were connected to alternative power sources. Chernihiv will also receive three cogeneration units to increase the resilience of the heat supply system from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the USAID Energy Security Project (ESP).

Six new warning systems have been installed in Mena community as reported by the city council. One was placed in the city of Mena, and five in the villages of Kyselivka, Makoshyne, Birkivka, Diahova, and Syniavka. Before that, there were no warning systems in these villages.

Seven and a half thousand trench candles were made in Pryluky in 12 hours. This is a new national record, which was confirmed by the head of the National Register of Records of Ukraine, Lana Vetrova.

The Alley of Fallen Graduates near Pryluky Agricultural College was created by the institution’s graduates, brothers Oleksandr and Anatoliy Kotelentsi, along with their retired colleague Oleksii Dubovyk. This is how they want to honour the memory of their nine comrades who died in the russian-Ukrainian war since 2014.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipro Oblast Council, reported that the invaders shelled Nikopol with artillery at night. The Air Force shot down a drone over the region. During the day, the enemy shelled Nikopol region with artillery 5 times. They made more than a dozen shots. Mykola Lukashuk added that Nikopol and Marhanets community were targeted.

A memorial plaque to the fallen soldier Yehor Mysnyk was unveiled in Voronove village. The 31-year-old forester was mobilised in February 2023. On 30 July 2023, he was injured in the battles near Bakhmut and died in a hospital in Dnipro.

Vinnytsia oblast

According to Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, the Southern Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed 20 attack drones last night. Preliminary, there was a hit on an infrastructure facility in the region.

In Vinnytsia, the Phantom software is being tested on the basis of a prosthetic and orthopaedic enterprise. IT technologies are used to treat and rehabilitate people who have lost limbs. The technique helps patients control phantom pain and develop muscles before prosthetics.

Poltava oblast

Reshetylivka football club played a charity football match with the Ukrainian Football Stars team. The money raised was used to buy quadcopters for the defenders.

Cherkasy oblast

In Cherkasy oblast, Invincibility Centres will start operating in October. As of now, 165 such centres are ready to operate in different parts of the region.

On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, memorable celebrations were held in Cherkasy. On Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Square, the military was awarded badges, letters of appreciation and watches.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

In the area of Tavriiske, Huliapole, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Preobrazhenka, Poltavka, Kamianske, Lobkove, Mali Shcherbaky and other towns and villages on the frontline, there were 112 artillery attacks by the russian army. There were 5 airstrikes on Orikhiv, Novodarivka and Robotyne. The russian army fired at Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Levadne and Stepove with MLRS, and attacked Novodanylivka, Novodarivka and Robotyne with 4 UAVs, causing no casualties.

According to Yurii Malashko, Head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, at about 10 am, the russian military launched two missile strikes on Matviivka territorial community. The strikes damaged five houses and a critical infrastructure facility. Five people were injured. One person was taken to the hospital, while the others received medical care and refused hospitalization.  

Mykolaiv oblast

Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, with reference to the South Operational Command, reported that on the night of September 30, air defence forces destroyed 4 Shahed 131/136 attack drones over Mykolaiv oblast. In the morning of September 30, the russian army shelled Ochakiv community with artillery, shelling the water area. There were no casualties.

Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych says that Attacks by the russian military on Mykolaiv oblast intensified. The enemy hit a transport infrastructure facility. It was attacked for the second day in a row with new weapons.

Ivan Kukhta, Head of Snihurivka Military Administration, reports that on September 29, the community received a mobile outpatient clinic from the Rotary Club of Mykolaiv and the Business Support Center humanitarian headquarters to serve three communities in Mykolaiv oblast.

Odesa oblast

On the night of September 30, air defense forces destroyed 6 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs over Odesa oblast. The drones were again sent to the south of the oblast, flying along difficult routes. By maneuvering, they tried to bypass the air defense system to enter not only the southern regions, but also the central ones. 

Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine said that on September  30, the russian army launched three guided aerial bombs at Zmeinyi Island twice. The enemy’s ship grouping is deployed in the amount of 17 ships, 16 of which are in the Black Sea and one in the Sea of Azov. Two frigates are on combat duty, which are surface missile carriers equipped with 16 Kalibr missiles. Air Defense Forces of the ‘South’ Air Command destroyed an operational and tactical level drone flying in the area in the evening. 

Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy arrived in Odesa unannounced. The politician said he came to demonstrate the EU’s support for Ukraine in its struggle and territorial integrity.

Kherson oblast

At least 10 artillery shells were fired by the russian army at the village of Novovorontsovka in Kherson oblast. A shop, a cafe, and a pharmacy were damaged. Ammunition also hit vegetable gardens and outbuildings. There were no casualties.

The russian army dropped a munition from a drone on the village of Kozatske.  A man was injured, he went to the hospital himself and was diagnosed with a mine-blast trauma and an injury to his left hand.

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that on September 29, russian troops fired 96 times at the territory of Kherson oblast and launched one missile attack. A factory and a catering facility in Kherson were destroyed. Three people were injured. 

The Southern Defense Forces clarified that the russian army struck Kherson with an X-59 missile on September 29.  Tactical aviation also dropped 14 guided bombs on Olhivka, Beryslav and Mykolaivka.

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that in the de-occupied territory of Kherson oblast, 40 shelters are being built in educational institutions and kindergartens, and 18 more are planned. They are being built in the communities of the oblast. 

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

The oblast continues to help rebuild housing for the residents of Blahodativka, Kherson oblast. Today there are already 21 buildings with a new roof. However, in some apartments, windows and doors need to be replaced. In addition, the facades also need to be restored. For this purpose, a team of 20 workers from Volyn oblast will arrive here in a few days.

Zakarpattua oblast

In Uzhhorod, a street installation with portraits of 110 fallen Heroes was launched. The TSS Ukraine company with its own funds produced metal structures with portraits placed.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In Ivano-Frankivsk, on the facade of the Stepan Bandera Center for Patriotic Education of School Youth, a memorial board was opened to Pavlo Pidluzhny, fallen defender of Ukraine. He was killed defending Ukraine in the village of Zelene Pole in Donetsk oblast.

Lviv oblast

Lviv oblast sent 2 anti-drone guns and 262 drones, including 19 DJI Mavic and 243 FPV drones for the needs of military personnel.

This year, Lviv started a ceremony awarding the Honourary Badge of St. George (posthumously) to defenders who defended the independence of Ukraine since 2014 and the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion. On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, 25 Lviv residents were awarded posthumously. The awards were presented to the families of the defenders.

On the facade of Zavydovytskyi educational complex in Lviv district, a memorial plaque to Vasyl Demyshin, defender of Ukraine, was unveiled. The Hero was killed on February 26, 2023 while performing a combat mission in Kherson oblast.

The Security and Protection of Ukraine Classroom was opened at Davydiv Lyceum. It has several training areas, including fire and mine safety, life safety, pre-medical care, and psychological relief. A virtual shooting range was also set up.

A psychological support office has opened in the Warrior’s House in Chervonohrad. Military personnel and members of their families, relatives of missing, captured and killed defenders of Ukraine can apply for help. Thanks to cooperation with the Mental Health for Ukraine project, one of the rooms was renovated, and the necessary furniture and equipment purchased.

The RMA reported that Mikulov (Poland) sent 5 laptops for students of Zolochiv community.

The RMA reported that from Staryi Sambor, a car with a trailer for a machine gun was sent to soldiers of the 77th separate airmobile brigade.

The RMA reported that over UAH 30K  was collected for the needs of the Armed Forces at a charity fair in the Vyshenka kindergarten in the village of Zhovtansi.

Rivne oblast

A charity fair was held at Myrohhoshchan Lyceum, where UAH 64K was collected for the needs of the Armed Forces. In the village of Mashcha, Maloliubashan community held a fair for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the yard of the local lyceum and collected UAH 50,8K. In Radyvylov, teachers and students of the local art school organized a charity event, at which the audience donated over UAH 18K and 200 Canadian dollars.

Ternopil oblast

Pidhaets City Council reported that a free prosthesis program will be launched in the community.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

As part of the City Day celebrations, 2 fairs were held in Khmelnytskyi. Works of decorative and applied art, and the other is craft products will be sold. All funds raised at the fair will be donated to the needs of the Armed Forces.

Chernivtsi oblast

The Ukrainian-Latvian business forum was held in Chernivtsi. Representatives of diplomatic institutions, executive authorities, local self-government, business circles of Latvia and Ukraine took part in it.

Chernivtsi City Council allocated UAH 15 mln and 6 cars for the needs of the military. In addition, a decision was made to rename 38 addresses as part of the de-russification of the city.

7 EU countries have already ordered artillery ammunition for Ukraine within the framework of joint procurement. A total of EUR 2 billion is expected to be allocated to speed up the supply of 155 mm caliber shells. The European Defense Agency declined to name the customer countries, citing confidentiality. However, Lithuania and Luxembourg confirmed their participation.

Switzerland approved a package of financial assistance to Ukraine for humanitarian demining. The country is ready to provide $110 mln for the demining of civilian and agricultural areas. For 2022-2023, Switzerland has already transferred about $16 mln to us for demining.

Haluk Bayraktar, Director of the Turkish Baykar company, reported that the company which produces Bayraktar TB2 drones, plans to invest $100 mln in 3 projects in Ukraine.

The 1st summit of Central Asian leaders took place in Germany. In particular, the prevention of evasion of sanctions by Russia and the supply of energy carriers to Germany were discussed.

Norway announced that starting next week it will ban passenger cars with russian registration from entering the country. “Norway stands in solidarity with allies and like-minded people in opposing the brutal war of aggression on the part of russia,” said Anniken Hutfeldt, Foreign Minister.
