In most areas along the entire front line, the dynamics of clashes is maintained. Units of the russian occupiers do not stop trying to improve their tactical position. The Defense Forces of Ukraine adequately respond to invaders’ actions and take necessary measures to stabilize the situation. Ukraine’s intelligence, artillery, aviation and unmanned strike systems are active.
Ukrainian aviation hit 18 buildups of enemy personnel and two of their anti-aircraft missile systems. Rocket launchers and artillerymen struck three more enemy buildups and one radar station.
In total, out of 77 combat clashes during this day, seven are still ongoing. At the same time, Ukrainian soldiers carried out assault operations four times in order to knock the enemy out of their positions. The information is being clarified.
Towards Kharkiv, 10 clashes took place during the day. Russian terrorists again launched an airstrike on the city of Kharkiv, using two guided aerial bombs. Assault operations were carried out towards Hlyboke-Lukiantsi, Lukiantsi-Vesele,and Buhruvatka-Starytsia.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy suffered losses of 73 servicemen killed and wounded and 16 units of equipment, including 2 tanks. The rest of the information on enemy losses is being clarified. The Defense Forces are taking measures to stabilize the situation and regroup in certain areas.
Towards Kupiansk, the number of battles per day increased to nine, and towards Lyman direction – to seven. The Defense Forces are taking all necessary measures to deter the enemy and maintain control over the situation.
Towards Kramatorsk, the occupiers are carrying out assault operations in the direction of the settlements of Ivanivske and Kalynivka. The total number of russian attacks in the direction has increased to 14.
Towards Pokrovsk, the situation remains the hottest on the map of hostilities. Of the 23 combat clashes since the beginning of the day, four are still ongoing. Netailove has been added to the list of settlements where the enemy directs its attacks. The russians carried out airstrikes using CABs in the area of Oleksandropol, Voskhid, and Yevhenivka. The information is being clarified.
Towards Kurakhove, the aggressor made ten attempts to overcome Ukrainian defense. Fighting continues near Krasnohorivka.
Towards the Dnipro River, the number of stopped russian assaults by Ukrainian defenders on bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson oblast has increased to four today.
According to the State Emergency Service, approximately 10,000 people were evacuated from the border area of Kharkiv oblast. Employees of the State Emergency Service and the National Police, together with volunteers and representatives of local communities, continue to carry out evacuation measures.
As reported by the Ministry of Defense, 322 NATO standards were implemented by the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Another 50 standards are at the implementation stage.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that russian troops shelled a residential sector in Kharkiv, five people were injured and several private houses destroyed. Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, informed that 6 people, including 3 children, were injured.
The press service of the regional Prosecutor’s Office said that a guided aerial bomb hit a building in Shevchenkivskyi district.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the RMA, reported that the number of victims of the russian strike on a company in Kharkiv on 17 May has risen to four. A 33-year-old man died in hospital. 16 injured were hospitalised, two of them in critical condition.
Mayor added that 35 people were injured as a result of russian shelling of Kharkiv on 17 May.
Kharkiv police stated that a 47-year-old man was injured as a result of an explosive device in Vesele and later was hospitalised.
A team of farmers trained as deminers received a certificate for de-mining operations. 20 employees of an agricultural enterprise took special courses in humanitarian de-mining. The fields, that were previously ploughed and sown, are now searched on foot with metal detectors.
The press service of the regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that a 60-year-old woman was killed by russian shelling of Vovchansk on 18 May. According to the press service, four other people were injured: two women aged 68, a 55-year-old and a 60-year-old man. A 59-year-old civilian was injured as a result of russian shelling of Ukrainsk village of Vovchansk community.
The regional Prosecutor’s Office added that a car with the residents of Vovchansk was under attack during the evacuation. According to the investigation, on 16 May, four civilians tried to leave Vovchansk by car. On their way through the city, they were under enemy attack. The 70-year-old driver and 83-year-old passenger were killed on the spot. The driver’s wife and a passenger were injured.
At 3:38pm, the day before, Shevchenkivskyi district was hit. The shelling caused a fire. 3 people were killed and 31 injured.
At 5pm, there was an enemy shelling with MRLs in Lyptsi village, Kharkiv region. A private household was damaged and a 53-year-old man injured.
At 12:30pm, the administrative building of the hospital was partially destroyed, apartment buildings and a kindergarten damaged, one woman injured as a result of the enemy shelling of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy made two attempts to break through the defences of our troops near Hlyboke-Lyptsi and Buhruvatka-Starytsia. The situation is under control of the Defence Forces. Our defenders are conducting assault operations in certain areas to improve the tactical situation and launching reconnaissance operations. Ukrainian troops are reinforcing their defences to improve the tactical situation in Vovchansk.
There were 6 combat engagements towards Kupiansk. Our troops successfully repelled 3 enemy attacks. Three combat engagements are ongoing in Kyslivka – Ivanivka and Krokhmalne – Berestove. The situation is controlled by the defenders of Ukraine.
So far, 2726 residents have been evacuated from Chuhuiv region, 4037 from Kharkiv region, 118 from Bohodukhiv region and 3026 people have been evacuated by volunteers. A total of 9907 people have been evacuated.
Donetsk oblast
According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Defence forces continue to storm near Synkivka and Terny, with partial success in some areas. Towards Lyman, russian troops tried three times to push the Defence Forces of Ukraine units near Novosadove, Torske and Hryhorivka, but failed, while Ukrainian troops improved their tactical position.
Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of the regional Prosecutor’s Office informed that on 18 May, russian troops shelled Vesele village in Pokrovsk region, allegedly by artillery. As a result, a 43-year-old man was injured.
The 110th separate mechanised brigade named after Lieutenant General Mark Bezruchko stated that their anti-aircraft gunners shot down a russian Su-25 attack aircraft.
Roman Padun, Head of Kurakhove City Military Administration, confirmed that the russian army shelled Kurakhivka by artillery at around 8:40am. A man was killed as a result of the shelling.
Two modular medical units are operating in remote villages of Lyman community. This project was implemented thanks to cooperation with the international medical humanitarian organisation Médecins Sans Frontières. Before the full-scale invasion of russia, there were 12 outpatient clinics and 8 health care centres in Lyman community. Only 5 of the 12 outpatient clinics are currently operating, while the rest have been destroyed and damaged by russian shelling.
The operational situation in the oblast as of the morning of 18 May is as follows:
Towards Volnovakha, a person was injured in Bahatyr of Velyka Novosilka community.
Towards Pokrovsk, two people were killed and one injured in Krasnohorivka of Marinka community. Kurakhove, Kurakhivka, Hostre and Ostrivske of Kurakhove community were shelled. A person was injured and 7 private houses damaged in Selydove.
Towards Kramatorsk, a person was injured, 9 private houses and 2 infrastructure facilities were damaged in Lyman. Also, a house in Zarichne and an infrastructure facility in Brusivka were damaged in the community. 2 houses were damaged in Stinky of Kostiantynivka community.
Towards Bakhmut, 1 person was killed, 9 private houses, 2 apartment buildings and 3 outbuildings damaged in Chasiv Yar community. 18 houses were damaged in Toretsk.

In total, russians attacked settlements in Donetsk oblast 16 times over the day. 395 people, including 56 children, were evacuated from the frontline.
Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said that yesterday russians killed 3 civilians: 2 in Krasnohorivka and 1 in Chasiv Yar. Another 5 people were injured in the oblast over the day.
Luhansk oblast
Nevske suffered attacks from artillery systems. Also russian shells hit buildings that have already been damaged or destroyed earlier. Stelmakhivka and Kuzemivka were also under enemy attack.
According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, yesterday another batch of materials was delivered to Nevske to partially restore the damaged housing, which also includes food, medicines and household goods. For the second time in a row, when russians tried to distribute humanitarian aid to the population, they started to target the village. Yesterday there were no casualties.
There were 6 combat engagements towards Kupiansk over the day, specifically in Kolomyichykha-Miasozharivka.
Towards Siversk, Ukrainian troops suffered no losses in positions in the course of defensive actions to repel enemy attacks. The situation is under control.
In the so-called “lpr”, the “nationalisation” of housing stock continues as the owners have not come within a month. However, this programme has been expanded in Novopskov and now they threaten to take away housing even from those locals who have gone to work in russia.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
The Office of the President announced the start of training for trainers on a safe educational environment and emergency crisis response. On the basis of the infrastructure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Emergency Service, future trainers will learn how to organise a safe educational environment and practice response algorithms in the event of a fire, terrorist threat or man-made disaster.
In Motyzhyn village, Makariv community, the lyceum, which was damaged as a result of the russian invasion, will be repaired. Makariv Mayor Vadym Tokar said that Kyiv Regional Administration had found a contractor to carry out the construction work. After the repairs, the building will be completely renovated and meet all modern requirements.
According to Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of Kyiv RMA, almost 8,500 new business entities have registered in Kyiv oblast since the beginning of 2024. Businesses have paid almost UAH 11 billion in taxes and fees to the budgets of all levels. This is 32.2% more than in the same period last year. According to him, despite the russian military aggression, which caused significant losses to the local business, it not only survived but is gradually recovering and implementing new large-scale projects.
The regional State Emergency Service reported that rescuers and Red Cross volunteers had conducted joint training. The participants practised an introductory scenario where an enemy attack on an industrial enterprise was planned, resulting in a large-scale fire and the destruction of structures in one of the workshops, with the employees of the enterprise being blocked, some of them injured and some killed.
The Pryirpinnia Community Foundation reported that volunteers are sewing mobile portable stretchers in Kyiv oblast. One thousand copies have already been sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. More than 20 volunteers from Bucha, Irpin, Kotsiubynske and other communities in Bucha region are involved in the production.
According to the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, in Kyiv, the NATO Representation to Ukraine together with the NGO Joint Victory unveiled a sculpture on European Square to mark the 75th anniversary of NATO. The sculpture on European Square is a symbol of close cooperation between Ukraine and NATO.
Zhytomyr oblast
Zhytomyr RMA reported that in 2024, fortifications on the border with Belarus are being built in Zhytomyr oblast at the expense of the State Reserve Fund. More than 160 units of equipment are engaged every day. The construction of fortifications and a deeply-veiled border protection system in Zhytomyr oblast has been underway since 2022. Despite the high groundwater level and the need for significant earthworks to fill in and equip defensive positions, the work is being carried out in accordance with the deadlines approved by the military command.
Zhytomyr RMA also reported that the Primary Health Care Centres of Cherniakhiv and Kornyn village councils will receive one modern electric vehicle each. In total, 75 such electric vehicles will be provided to medical facilities across Ukraine as part of the joint project with the World Bank Ukraine, ‘Strengthening the Healthcare System and Saving Lives’.
In Zhytomyr, a charity football tournament was organised between the airborne school team, police, rescuers and chaplains to raise money for the 95th separate airborne assault brigade of Polissia.
Sumy oblast
At night and in the morning, russians fired 15 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy oblast. A total of 62 mortar and artillery attacks were recorded. Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Esman and Krasnopillia communities were shelled.
Over the past day, the russian military fired 44 times in Sumy oblast, with a total of 183 explosions recorded. 10 communities were shelled – Khotyn, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Miropil, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Esman, Shalyhine, and Seredyna-Buda. The enemy attacked with mortars, cannon and rocket artillery, AGS, SPG, FPV drones, and dropped explosive ordnance from UAVs.
Sumy RMA reports that the enemy carried out an airstrike on Myropillia community, launching 8 NAR missiles and attacking with FPV drones.
Over the three days of the planned evacuation, more than a thousand people, including two hundred children, have been evacuated from the border settlements of Bilopillia and Vorozhba. The people are being provided with accommodation and humanitarian aid. According to Sumy RMA the evacuation is generally taking place within the oblast. Those wishing to move to other regions are also given the opportunity to do so – Poltava, Kyiv and western oblasts are hosting evacuees.
Chernihiv oblast
The police of Chernihiv oblast informs that on the afternoon of 18 May, russians attacked the border community of Semenivka. As a result of the attack, a local resident born in 1965 was wounded. He was hospitalised. The russian attack also damaged an apartment block and a kindergarten building.
Chernihiv border guards inform that on 17 May, the russian army shelled four villages in four border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novgorod-Siverskiy, Semenivka, Snovsk and Horodnia. They fired from mortars and cannon artillery. Border guards recorded 38 explosions.
It is now possible to buy new housing using a housing certificate under the eRestoration programme in communities that belong to the category of ‘territories of possible hostilities’. In Chernihiv oblast, according to the new expanded list from the Ministry of Reintegration, five communities belong to such territories: Novhorod-Siverskiy, Semenivka, Koriukivka, Snovsk and Horodnia.
The Office of the Prosecutor General informs that on 17 May, two russian servicemen were served suspicion notices of violation of the laws and customs of war in Chernihiv oblast. Konstantin Smirnov and Denis Podgorny are suspected of illegally detaining civilians at a sawmill in Vyshneve and torturing them in order to obtain information about Ukrainian armed forces personnel, participants in the anti-terrorist operation and to obtain information about those involved in the destruction of a convoy of russian military equipment.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that air defense forces destroyed an enemy Shahed drone over the oblast. It was shot down over
Pavlohrad region by fighters of the Vostok military group. The enemy attacked Nikopol region 7 times during the day, attacking the region’s centre, Marhanets, Myrove and Pokrovsk communities with drones and artillery.
A 64-year-old man was injured in Nikopol. A private house, 2 trucks and 1 car, 2 kiosks were damaged. A fire broke out in Kryvyi Rih region as a result of a russian attack, and it was quickly extinguished. A power line was hit, leaving almost 3,000 families without electricity.
Vinnytsia oblast
Vinnytsia City council reported that Ihor Vitiuk, Vinnytsia resident, assembles kamikaze drones for the military at home. The man works as a teacher of physics, computer science, and astronomy at a lyceum, and devotes his free time to helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He and his wife allocated money for the first drone from the family budget. The man has mastered the instructions of the SocialDroneUa initiative and assembles one drone in an hour and a half.
Poltava oblast
Filip Pronin, Head of RMA, reported that the russians continue to attack Poltava oblast. At night, enemy UAVs damaged the energy infrastructure in one of the regions of Poltava oblast.
The staff chief and first deputy commander of an aviation squadron, Lieutenant Colonel Denys Vasyliuk from Poltava oblast, was killed while performing a combat mission. The soldier was a fighter pilot of the Air Forces of Ukraine.
In Poltava oblast, volunteers are making remote-controlled platforms for soldiers. They are needed to transport the wounded, deliver cargo or for demining.
Cherkasy oblast
In Cherkasy, students of the Eastern European University’s professional college are taught to pilot FPV drones. They are developing skills on flight simulators as part of the Protection of Ukraine program.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
The occupying forces attacked Zaporizhzhia oblast 452 times. 7 settlements came under enemy attack.
200 UAVs of various modifications attacked Huliaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Novoandriivka. 19 artillery strikes hit Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka and Robotyne. There were 234 shelling on Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, Levadne and Malynivka territories.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, said that there were 9 reports of housing destruction. Civilians were not injured.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), another rotation of experts from the IAEA took place at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP. However, experts are not given full access to all areas of the occupied plant’s territory.
Based on the information provided by the Center for National Resistance, in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts, the russians have intensified checks on the local population. In particular, the occupiers have resumed thorough inspections of cars, personal belongings, and phones at checkpoints. Checks are not limited to checkpoints alone. For instance, in Tokmak, the occupiers have resorted to blocking city streets and inspecting civilians.
Mykolaiv oblast
As reported in this morning’s briefing by Mykolaiv MA, on 17 May, at 11:45am, Ochakiv came under enemy artillery attack. There were no casualties reported.
According to the South Operational Command, during the night of 18 May, Air Defence Forces destroyed a Shahed 131/136 UAV in Mykolaiv oblast.
Based on the information provided by the State Emergency Service in Mykolaiv oblast, throughout the month, demining operations have been ongoing, conducted by mine-detection dogs along with canine deminers from the Interregional Rapid Response Center of State Emergency Service of Ukraine. 2 Belgian Shepherds, Alf and Kvadd, inspected 2.93 hectares of Pervomaisk community and found 38 munitions. All explosive items were destroyed by pyrotechnicians following established procedures.
Recently, mechanised demining units from Zaporizhzhia, equipped with 2 GCS-200 machines, have arrived to help clear Mykolaiv oblast lands of the munitions scattered due to the russian’s armed aggression.
The GCS-200 is an unmanned, remotely operated platform. It is controlled by a single operator using 2 joysticks and buttons on a radio control transmitter. It consists of a tracked tractor and attached equipment. During demining, mines are detonated or destroyed by the front tool, thereby diverting the explosion away from the vulnerable parts of the system.
Overall, as of today, Mykolaiv oblast has 1 remotely operated demining machine MV-4, 1 MV-10, 1 Digital Vanguard-ST robotic complex designed for reconnaissance and remote neutralization of munitions, and 2 GCS-200 mechanised demining machines. With the help of this equipment, 140 hectares of territory in Mykolaiv oblast have already been cleared.
Odesa oblast
According to the Southern Defence Forces of Ukraine, around 6am, russian occupiers struck Odesa oblast by a ballistic missile, presumably an Iskander-M. The consequences of the missile strike have not been reported. During the night of 18 May, Air Defence in southern Ukraine destroyed an Orlan-10 reconnaissance UAV in Odesa oblast.
Earlier, Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa RMA, reported that russian forces attacked Odesa by missiles on 17 May. As of the evening of 17 May, the number of casualties had risen to 8, and 1 person killed.
According to the Ukrainian Navy, as of this morning, 18 May, the enemy has deployed missile carriers on duty in the Mediterranean Sea. Other ships remain at their bases. However, the threat of missile strikes remains high, as the russians can launch Kalibr missiles even from their military ports.
Based on data from the MarineTraffic portal, the ports of Greater Odesa continue to ensure the export of Ukrainian products. On 18 May, there were 30 ships in the Black Sea waters awaiting their turn for loading, including 5 chemical tankers. Currently, 11 ships are in the port of Odesa, 13 in Chornomorsk, and 5 in Pivdennyi. Also, 6 ships are heading out of the ports, and 2 are incoming.
Starting today, May 18, the mobilization law has come into force in Ukraine. In response, truck drivers staged a large-scale protest on the Kyiv-Odesa highway. Truckers from several regions of Ukraine joined the protest, lining up hundreds of trucks along the highway, leading to partial road closures. The protest is taking place at the junction of Kirovohrad, Odesa and Mykolaiv oblasts. The protestors are demanding “fairness in border crossing” from the authorities.
Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, informs that on 17 May, russian forces struck 18 settlements in the de-occupied Kherson oblast. As a result of the shelling, 5 people were injured. Kherson, Beryslav, Mykhailivka, Antonivka, Stepanivka, Tiahynka, Novooleksandrivka, Tomaryne, Kizomys, Vesele, Stanislav, Lvove, Kozatske, Ivanivka, Prydniprovske, Veletenske, Dniprovske and Naddniprianske were under russian attack. The shelling damaged high-rise and private houses, an educational institution, agricultural enterprises, a warehouse, a utility building, communal equipment, cars, a store, and gas pipelines.
In the morning, as a result of artillery shelling in Tiahynka, a 67-year-old man was killed. In the evening, the occupiers resumed shelling the village, and a 57-year-old resident sustained gunshot wounds to his legs.
The russian forces attacked Stanislav by drones. As a result of an explosive dropped from a drone, a 45-year-old head of one of the military settlement administrations was injured. He was taken to the hospital with blast trauma and multiple shrapnel wounds. Also, a private house in the settlement was damaged.
In Vesele, a kamikaze drone attack injured 2 59-year-old men. Both received medical assistance but refused hospitalisation.
According to the Southern Air Command, on 17 May, Air Defence units in southern Ukraine destroyed 4 enemy drones over Kherson oblast: 2 ZALA reconnaissance UAVs, a Lancet strike drone, and 1 unidentified UAV.
Kherson RMA reported that on 17 May, 18 more residents, including 6 children, were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of Kherson oblast.

Volyn oblast
Lutsk community sent a Mitsubishi L200 pickup, 10 DartBee quadcopters, 2 DJI Mavic 3E and 2 DJI Mavic 3T quadcopters to the 116th Separate Mechanised Brigade.
Zakarpattia oblast
In Zakarpattia, the development and modernization of medical infrastructure facilities, which provide defenders’ treatment and rehabilitation, continues. One of these is Berehiv Central Regional Hospital named after Linner, where the construction of the five-story block A of the hospital with a transitional gallery of the institution’s medical complex is now being completed. The project was initiated and financed by the state budget within the framework of Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Great Construction presidential program. Co-financing was provided from the regional budget.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
UAH 1,945m was collected for the needs of the 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion during the Together to Victory charity auction. 33 lots were put up for auction, including works of art, art objects, such as a wooden mace decorated with balls of various calibres, a composition My Iconostasis made of Kosovan ceramics, a ten-inch FPV drone, an icon Pokutska Bohoroditsia Eleusis, etc.
Ivano-Fankivsk City Council reported that the community sent 100 FPV drones, 2 Mavics and 100 batteries for defenders from the 453rd battalion of the 141st brigade.
Ivano-Frankivsk City Council reported that a commemorative plaque to Hero Roman Kruliv was installed on the facade of the lyceum of the village Cherniiv. Roman came to the defence of Ukraine in the first days of the full-scale invasion.
Lviv oblast
The staff of the 5th polyclinic of Lviv sent 2 EMS systems worth UAH 180,000 to fighters in Kharkiv oblast, where they are now very much needed.
The 1st mental health centre on the basis of a cluster health care institution was opened in Strii region. Up to 40 patients will be able to stay in the hospital at the same time. The centre also provides outpatient treatment, and it also has a mobile multidisciplinary team. Lviv oblast became the 1st oblast in Ukraine to approve the Comprehensive Program for the Protection of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support of the Civilian Population. The opening of such Centres is part of the implementation of this Program.
Junior lieutenant Bohdan Rubaha, company commander of the 420th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 68th Separate Hunting Brigade, was awarded an honorary award. The medal was presented to the family of the fallen soldier. He was killed on 15 May 2023 while performing a combat mission near Chasiv Yar, Donetsk oblast.
The RMA reported that Lviv oblast will cooperate with the World Travel & Tourism Council.
Rivne oblast
The RMA reported that veterans from Rivne oblast won 38 medals at once following results of the next stage of the Strong of Ukraine veteran competition.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil City Council reported that the community sent a Mavic 3T quadcopter to the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade.
In Ternopil, work on the arrangement of the symbolic Alley of memory REMEMBER! WE WILL NOT FORGET! WE WILL NOT FORGIVE! as a sign of respect to the courageous Ukrainian defenders who defended independence and statehood at the cost of their own lives. Photos with information about the Heroes of Ternopil community who were killed in the russian-Ukrainian war since 2014 will be placed on the Alley.
98 defenders will receive UAH 10,000 for equipment from the budget of Ternopil community. In total, 2,254 servicemen of the community have already received such assistance since the beginning of the year. Also, 2 defenders from Ternopil will receive assistance for treatment and rehabilitation in the amount of UAH 10,000 each. 35 defenders of the community have already received such assistance.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that the community sent 16 DJI Mavic 3T quadcopters to the 3rd Assault Brigade.
The Development Of Mental Health Services in Communities international congress started in Khmelnytskyi. The congress is being held in cooperation with the Mental Health Coordination Center of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The purpose of the congress is to draw attention to urgent problems of mental health and psychosocial support in Ukraine.
Chernivtsi oblast
His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphany of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Primate of the local Orthodox Church of Ukraine, arrived in Bukovyna with a consecration visit. The current visit of Metropolitan Epiphany to Bukovina aims to emphasise the important role of the OCU in supporting the Armed Forces and the entire Ukrainian people in the Liberation War against the russian aggressor.

Laurinas Kaschyunas, Minister of Defense of Lithuania, reported that the country sent Ukraine a new aid package, which included reconnaissance drones and ammunition. As part of the drone coalition led by Vilnius, Ukraine will receive reconnaissance drones, anti-UAV systems, ammunition, generators, and folding beds.
Boris Pistorius, German Defense Minister, announced that Ukraine will receive 6 Amber-1800 radars from Lithuania. He noted that the accompanying sale of 6 Amber-1800 radar systems is Lithuania‘s contribution to saving lives in Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, had a phone conversation with Robert Golob, Prime Minister of Slovenia. They discussed the continuation of defence cooperation.
Slovenia confirmed its participation in the Peace Summit in Switzerland.
Ihor Zhovkva, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, met with Marie-Doa Besancenot, Deputy Secretary General of NATO for Public Diplomacy. They discussed supporting Ukraine.
Enerhoatom and Korean Hyundai Engineering agreed on cooperation in the design, construction and commissioning of new power units of nuclear power plants. The document provides for the assistance of Korean partners in the development of production facilities for the localization of equipment production in Ukraine.
The Council of Europe continued the work of the advisory mission in Ukraine until 2027. The mission provides strategic consultations and practical support for specific reform measures in accordance with EU standards and international principles of good governance and human rights, specifically, in support of Ukraine’s obligations to join the EU. EUAM also advises, trains and supports relevant Ukrainian partners, such as the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the National Police of Ukraine. EUAM in Ukraine has field offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and a mobile unit. At the same time, the field offices in Kharkiv and Mariupol are currently not working.
Lithuanian border guards did not let a wagon with a painted z sign pass from belarus. As reported by the State Border Service of Lithuania, the carriage was unhooked from the train and refused entry to the country.
