Recently, russians have paused their offensive towards Kupiansk. However, the enemy is not reducing the pressure on Bilohorivka, attacking this area every day.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said that as early as 5 October 2022, russians announced the cancellation of customs control between the so-called “lpr” and the territory of the russian federation. But during this time, there were numerous complaints about the long queues that formed at the state border due to increased checks. That is, there has been no simplification. A recent example is the inspection of two families planning to travel to rostov. They were checked throughout the day, their luggage searched and questioned until they were detained. The first of them was released after 10 days without being allowed to enter the territory of the russian federation. The second family stopped contacting after the detention.

According to the RMA, more than 2,500 employees of state-financed institutions subordinated to the Antratsyt district of the so-called “lpr” have accumulated multimillion-dollar salary arrears. The first non-payments occurred back in 2022. And local collaborators still cannot close these gaps due to, as they say, “lack of funding”.
