➤ The russian higher command staff is taking their families out of Kherson oblast. When the Armed Forces began to destroy the warehouses on the left bank, the families of the Russian invaders started to flee to Crimea. The headquarters began to “deconcentrate” around Kherson oblast, in particular, to hide in the forests.
➤ According to the White House website, US President Biden signed a decree allocating $775 million to Ukraine for defence, military education and training.
➤ UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, arrived in Odesa for an official visit. He called Odesa port, where grain is exported as part of the Istanbul Agreement.
➤ The German government and the EU have published a statement on the purchase of 225 Vulcano missiles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is a projectile without a guidance module hitting targets at a range of 50 km when fired from guns with 52-caliber barrels.
➤The remnants of the downed russian Su-30SM were discovered in Kharkiv oblast.
➤ The Estonian government has approved a new military aid package for Ukraine, including new batches of mortars, anti-tank weapons and another field hospital.
➤The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced that Ukraine managed to export 10 million tons of grain and oil crops.
