According to Ihor Moroz, Acting Head of Donetsk RMA, russians injured 3 civilians in Voskhod, Ocheretyne and Avdiivka.

Luhansk oblast

Once again, russians began to increase the number of assault directions. If in early autumn they focused mainly on one of them, now they attack from two, sometimes three sides. Their latest attempts were repelled near Nadiia, Bilohorivka and Serebrianka forestry. Nevske, Makiivka and Bilohorivka were under enemy shelling.

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the number of deserters in the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” is growing. And these are not only russians, but also, so to speak, ‘our’ fighters of the ‘people’s police’. However, most of them were forcibly mobilised at one time. They abandoned their positions on their own due to heavy losses, dissatisfaction with the actions of the command, which constantly demands meaty assaults and because they were not treated according to the regulations.

The occupation administrations were ordered to expropriate trade areas for the sale of products from the so-called “sponsored” regions of russian federation. They should be located in places where a large number of locals live or gather. In other words, we are talking about markets or shops owned by Ukrainian chains. As for the territory occupied in 2014, the instruction was given to place russian goods and products on the shelves in a more favourable way, sacrificing the interests of their own producers. The support for local businesses, which was repeatedly announced on the eve of the so-called first elections, remained only on paper.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said that after the biggest wave of forced passportisation that lasted until the so-called ‘first elections’, the Investigative Committee of russian federation got involved. The committee’s head called for revoking russian citizenship from residents of the so-called “LPR” who refuse to participate in the war. He sees the participation of the population of the occupied Luhansk oblast in the hostilities as a priority, as he recently stated. He insisted on the need to strictly control every attempt to avoid military registration by residents of the so-called “LPR” who have a russian passport. However, after refusing to fight and getting revoked of their citizenship, people will at least not be able to get medical assistance, jobs or education.
