The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains difficult.

Volyn and Polissya axes: no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. Around 15x settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Yanzhulivka, Arkhypivka (Chernihiv oblast), Znob-Novhorods’ke, Basivka, Yunakivka (Sumy oblast), Kozacha Lopan’, Vovchans’k (Kharkiv oblast).

Kup’yans’k axis: the enemy conducted assault operations in the vicinities of Syn’kivka, Petropavlivka (Kharkiv oblast), and Stel’makhivka (Luhansk oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled 13x attacks. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at the settlements of Syn’kivka, Kucherivka, Pershotravneve, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Krokhmal’ne (Kharkiv oblast).

Lyman axis: the adversary did not conduct any offensives. The invaders launched air strikes in the area of Serebryans’ke forestry (Luhansk oblast) and Spirne (Donetsk oblast). Bakhmut axis: Ukrainian defenders repelled 10x enemy attacks near Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka (Donetsk oblast). The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinity of Klishchiivka (Donetsk oblast). More than 10x settlements, including Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Pivdenne, New York (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation on Melitopol’ axis and offensive (assault) operations on Bakhmut axis, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, exhausting the enemy all along the front line.

Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold their ground on the left bank of the Dnipro River (Kherson oblast), and continue to inflict fire on the enemy.

On Kup’yans’k axis, some servicemembers of the russian occupation forces complain about constant losses in manpower due to unsuccessful offensives and claim their unwillingness to continue assaults. It has been observed that the “quality” of the recruits is extremely low – mostly elderly people addicted to alcohol, drugs, gambling. There is a perception among the military personnel of the russian occupation forces that the leadership deliberately sends them on “meat assaults” with no regard for losses.

Also, according to available information, in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, russian soldiers, recruited in prisons, killed their commander because of his constant threats, abuse and murder of their fellow invaders.

Moreover, on the Svatove axis, it is noted unsatisfactory combat service support of the occupiers’ units. In particular, servicemen of a russian unit report a poor supply of cold-weather gear, food, water, etc.

During the day of November 24, Ukrainian Air Force launched 9x strikes on concentrations of troops, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers.

The Ukrainian missile troops hit 2x concentrations of troops, weapons and military equipment, 1x logistics center of the russian invaders.

In Ukraine, as of the morning of November 24, as a result of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, 510 children were killed, and another 1,148 were injured. This was reported in the Attorney General’s Office, and the figures are not final. Children were most affected in the Donetsk region – 492, Kharkiv – 304, Kherson – 139, Kyiv – 129.
More than 2.5 thousand Ukrainians were returned from Russian captivity and almost 50 exchanges took place, work on this is ongoing. Luhansk oblast

Despite the losses in artillery equipment, the number of enemy attacks continues to grow. Yesterday the enemy used 533 shells of various types. The invaders shelled Nevske and Bilohorivka. The invaders attacked Stelmakhivka and Serebrianka forest from the air.

New instructions were issued to the occupation education departments of the occupied territories. Recently, the invaders demanded that at least 70% of students should be involved in exchange programmes with russia. That is, they must join trips to russia and participate in propaganda competitions. Even the educational programme for first-graders includes a drawing competition.

Back in early November, the residents of Rubizhne under occupation complained about a significant reduction in humanitarian aid from кussians. Almost a month later, the warehouses remain empty. After the so-called “first elections”, the invaders did not distribute any food to the city. The leftover potatoes are distributed only to a limited number of benefit recipients.

The situation on the frontline in Luhansk oblast has been difficult for two months now as the enemy keeps trying to attack. The most difficult areas are near Nevske, in Bilohorivka and Serebrianka forest, where there is constant russian shelling.

Food aid is delivered regularly to the local population remaining in the de-occupied territories. In addition, they are provided with the services of Ukrposhta and the Pension Fund of Ukraine so people receive the necessary payments.

The invaders only suspended the forced mobilisation in the so-called “lpr” for the period of the “first elections”. Now they are working with future school graduates and inspecting businesses.

In “lpr”, the mines of the Tsentrougol enterprise are being liquidated. There is plenty of coal in russia so the invaders have no desire to support even profitable enterprises. They do not want to close them without complaints and in compliance with labour laws. For instance, at Tsentrougol mines, the miners received their salaries for only three months of the year. At the same time, the members of the liquidation commission receive their salaries in a timely manner and in full.

Russia encourages sexual violence against civilians in the occupied territories. This is evidenced by many facts, but so far, the police in Luhansk oblast have managed to launch investigations in only three cases. It is extremely difficult to document such crimes as Luhansk residents have been under occupation for a year and a half. To work with the victims, the Methodological Recommendations for Dealing with Victims of Sexual Violence as a Result of the Military Aggression of the russian federation in Ukraine during Stabilisation and Investigation Activities were developed. Luhansk oblast received two thousand copies of the manual which will be distributed to all relevant agencies.
