It has been the 725th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression.

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The enemy continues to wage a war of aggression. Despite significant losses, they do not abandon its plans for the complete occupation of Ukraine, violates he laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, launches strikes, and attacks both military and civilian targets. The enemy is actively using aircraft and FPV quadcopters, conducting assault operations with the support of armored vehicles.

The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains tense.

There were 56 combat engagements. The enemy launched a total of 3 missiles and 33 air strikes, carried out 64 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Russian terrorist attacks resulted in killed and wounded civilians. Residential private and apartment buildings as well as critical infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes and signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the enemy  maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. The enemy launched an air strike in the vicinity of Vilkhuvatka (Kharkiv oblast). Around 20 settlements were shelled with enemy artillery and mortar, including Starosillya (Chernihiv oblast), Seredyna-Buda, Fotovyzh, Znob-Trubchevska (Sumy oblast), Kozacha Lopan, Lukiantsi, Hatyshche, Mykolaivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Kupiansk, they conducted no offensives. The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Petropavlivka and Borova (Kharkiv oblast). The invaders fired from artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kyslivka, Kotlyarivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Lyman, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 assaults near Terny and southeast of Vyimka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy made attempts to break through the Ukrainian defense. The occupiers launched air strikes in the vicinityof Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast) and Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy fired from artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Makiivka, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Terny, Yampolivka, Torske, Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 4 attacks in the vicinities of Ivanivske, Klischiivka, Andriivka (Donetsk oblast), where the occupiers made attempts to improve their tactical situation. Around 10 settlements were shelled with artillery and mortar, uncluding Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, New York (Donetsk oblast). 

Towards Avdiivka, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 attacks in the vicinities of Lastochkyne and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast). On top of that, the russian occupiers launched air strikes in the vicinity of Zhelanne, Orlivka, Semenivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired from artillery and mortars at around 20 settlements, including Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Lastochkyne, Sjeverne, Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Mariinka, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the invaders in the vicinities of Heorhiivka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast). They made 12 attempts to break through Ukrainian defense. The settlements of Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Novomykhailivka, Paraskoviivka were under the occupiers’ artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Novopavlivka, they conducted no offensives. The enemy fired from artillery and mortars at around 10 settlements, including Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Staromaiske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 7 attacks in the vicinity of Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The enemy launched an airstrike near Mala Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). Over 20 settlements, including Poltavka, Chervone, Bilohiria Novodanylivka, Piatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), were under the occupiers’ artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, the occupiers do not abandon their intention to drive Ukrainian units out of their footholds on the left bank of the Dnipro. The enemy made 14 attempts to assault positions of Ukrainian troops. The settlements of Zolota Balka, Inhulets, Fedorivka, Ivanivka, Tyahynka, Tokarivka, Krynky (Kherson oblast), and the city of Ochakiv (Mykolaiv oblast) were shelled with artillery and mortar of the occupiers. The enemy also shelled the vicinities of Krynky, Tomyna Balka, Inhulets’ and Ivanivka with MLRS strikes.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched air strikes on 4 buildups of troops of the occupiers. 

On top of that, in the eastern sector, Ukrainian Air Force units destroyed 1 Su-34 fighter-bomber.

The Ukrainian missile troops hit 3 command posts, 1 ammunition depot of the russian invaders.


The russian army lost more than 47,000 soldiers during the 4-month defense of Avdiivka. 1,365 units of enemy equipment were also lost.

To launch the strikes on the territory of Ukraine, russia began to use the latest Kh-69 cruise missiles. Kh-69 is part of the armament complex of the russian Su-57 fighter.

The tape “20 days in Mariupol” by Mstislav Chernova won in the nomination “Best Documentary Film” of the BAFTA film award, an annual award given by the British Academy of Television and Film Arts.  The film narrates the first weeks of hostilities in Mariupol during the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

The General Staff reported in its evening report that Vilkhuvatka, Petropavlivka and Borova suffered airstrikes. At least 14 settlements were under artillery and mortar attack. There were no assault operations towards Kupiansk.

Oleshchuk, Commander of the Air Force of Ukraine, informed that in the morning the defence forces destroyed one russian Su-34 fighter-bomber. In addition, air defence forces destroyed 12 out of 14 drones and an X-59 guided missile at night but did not manage to shoot down six S-300 missiles and three X-22 cruise missiles.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that the enemy used KABs, S-300 missiles and artillery intensively. Only civilian infrastructure was destroyed. During the day, the enemy carried out more than 50 attacks on the border areas using various types of weapons.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv administration, said that russian army struck Svitlychne village with about 40 Uragan MRLs in the evening of 17 February. According to him, there were no casualties. 5 private houses, 2 two-storey apartment buildings and the building of the starosta district were damaged. Three cars and a monument to World War II soldiers were also damaged.

At 12:30 pm, Chorne village, Kupiansk region, was shelled with six KABs. After that, artillery was used for a long time. A lyceum building and more than 20 private houses were destroyed.

At 1 pm, the invaders attacked Sotnytskyi Kozachok village, which is located almost on the border line, with helicopters. Two private houses and outbuildings were damaged. There were no casualties.

At around 1:20 pm, the invaders hit Kupiansk with KABs. As a result of hitting 3 two-storey buildings, 5 civilians were injured, they sustained head and lower limb injuries and two people were killed. More than 10 private houses, a garage cooperative and civilian buildings were damaged.

At 2:50 pm, S-300 missiles were launched at the outskirts of Tsyrkuny.

At 3:41 pm, a house was on fire as a result of shelling in Lyptsi village, Kharkiv region.

At 4:50 pm, a house was on fire as a result of shelling in Zahryzove village, Izium region.

At 5:54 pm, a civilian utility company was hit in Kupiansk. Plastic pipes and six units of tractor equipment were on fire. The explosion damaged 10 buildings.

At 4:05 pm, Prykolotne village, Kupiansk region, was targeted with S-300. The building of the lyceum and at least 7 private houses were damaged.

Around 8 pm two women of 26 and 29 years old were injured as a result of the shelling of Senkove village, Kupiansk region.

At 12:15 am, the enemy shelled Bohodukhiv. As a result, non-residential outbuildings, administrative buildings and three cars were destroyed.

After 2 am, the invaders shelled Petropavlivka village with KAB bombs. There were no casualties.

One of Kharkiv veterinary clinics is treating ducks poisoned as a result of a leak from an oil depot attacked by russian drones on 9 February. As of 16 January, three ducks were brought to the vets.

Donetsk oblast

The press service of Khortytsia operational-strategic group reported that in the morning russian troops shot two Ukrainian prisoners of war in their area of responsibility. It happened in the area of the 10th Brigade northeast of Vesele.

Towards Volnovakha, an outbuilding was damaged in Novoukrainka of Vuhledar community.

Towards Pokrovsk, 2 houses and a cultural institution were damaged in Zhelanne of Ocheretyne community. In Kurakhove community, 2 apartment buildings in Hostre, 4 private houses in Veselyi Hai were damaged and the private sector of Kurakhove shelled three times. A school was destroyed and 6 private houses damaged in Selydove. A school was destroyed in Malynivka of Hrodivka community.

Towards Kramatorsk, 3 people were killed, 2 injured, 2 houses completely destroyed and 137 damaged in Kramatorsk. Besides the private sector, industrial buildings were also damaged. A school was damaged and the body of a security guard removed from the rubble of a school in Sloviansk as he was the only one in the building at the time of the attack. Torske and Zarichne of Lyman community were shelled.

Towards Bakhmut, a house was damaged in Siversk. Rozdolivka, Fedorivka and Vasiukivka of Soledar community were under attack.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, informed that in total, russians shelled settlements in Donetsk oblast 14 times over the day. 37 people, including 5 children, were evacuated from the frontline. Since 24 February, russians have killed 1865 civilians and injured another 4577 in Donetsk oblast. The number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha is currently unknown.

Volunteers have opened an Invincibility Centre for Ukrainian soldiers. Here, soldiers can do their laundry, take a shower or drink tea and coffee for free.

Luhansk oblast

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, yesterday volunteers delivered 40 food parcels to Nevske and distributed them to the locals. Bread was delivered to every de-occupied village where people live. Luhansk police went to Makiivka and Hrekivka and representatives of Krasnorichensk military administration to Novoliubivka and Nevske.

The security situation in these settlements is difficult. It is extremely dangerous to stay there as a civilian. Thus, russians shelled Nevske with artillery and mortars and launched an airstrike on Makiivka and on the territory of Serebrianka forest. The invaders tried to attack near Bilohorivka.

The invaders are waiting for the end of russian elections to start massive forced mobilisation. However, preparations in the so-called “lpr” continue. Thus, a meeting of the relevant working group has already taken place in Dovzhansk. They have already prepared a database of men who are ready to be mobilised, including those who have received russian citizenship. All information from passport offices has been systematised.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said that the invaders have started letting tourists into Popasna for a certain amount of money. They also offer overnight accommodation in a surviving apartment building.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The Head of Kyiv RMA Ruslan Kravchenko announced that almost 17,000 facilities providing life support have already been fully and partially restored in the Kyiv oblast. The main part is private and apartment buildings. This is more than 15 thousand homes.

244 educational institutions in the oblast were destroyed and damaged due to russian aggression. 198 objects, including 122 schools and 71 kindergartens, have been fully or partially restored. The work is ongoing on restoration of educational institutions, as well as on the arrangement of shelters in them. Over 1,200 shelters have been installed in schools and kindergartens, shelters are being built in 18 schools and kindergartens, and their repairs are ongoing in 26 educational institutions.

Ukrainian criminologists received technical assistance from American partners to document russian war crimes. The transfer of equipment took place on February 16 in Kyiv with the participation of the US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink. These are 66 cars, 250 drones, 9 3D scanners and a mobile DNA laboratory. In the near future, the USA is preparing the next aid package for 10 million dollars.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that a meeting of military psychologists of the National Guard of Ukraine was held in the capital. During the meeting, the focus was on self-regulation techniques, conscious change of one’s own psycho-emotional states, fast sleep and recovery techniques, techniques for mastering physical and emotional pain were considered. Psychologists also had the opportunity to communicate with colleagues and exchange experience.

A russian agent was detained in Kyiv, who, during February-March 2022, carried out the task of identifying the locations of Ukrainian defenders who participated in the battles for Kyiv. First of all, he was interested in strong points and firing positions of fighters. As reported by the SSU, the man is currently in custody and faces life imprisonment.

The authorities of Kyiv will expand online services to support the mental health of Kyiv residents and overcome stressful conditions arising from the war. The KCSA reported that the “Bloomberg Philanthropies” charitable organization will help with the development of digital mechanisms.

To the Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred on February 20, a media marathon “10 years of russian aggression. The Ukrainian path to justice. Maidan. Crimea. East. A full-scale invasion.” will be held in Kyiv. The full program of events is published on the website of the National Museum of the Revolution of Dignity.

A new educational initiative appeared in Ukraine — Kyiv Media School. Its priority areas of activity will be: transparent recovery in communities, documentation of war crimes, combating disinformation, fighting corruption. The project will contribute to overcoming the personnel crisis in the media sphere and stagnation in the careers of journalists, and will also become the first accessible education for media managers.

Irpin City Council reported that the “Turning to Irpin” exhibition of the artist Oksana Tsyupa, dedicated to the evacuation of people on the “road of life” (through the Romanov bridge blown up by the russians), opened in the historical and local history museum. The craftswoman creates small textile sculptures – they convey the mood and emotions of civilians who left Irpin, fleeing from hostilities.

Zhytomyr oblast

Zhytomyr RMA reported that a training was held in the oblast for family doctors on interaction with veterans and building the resilience of medical workers.

The religious community of the village of Karpivtsi, Zhytomyr region, at a general meeting, decided to withdraw from the Ukrainian orthodox church of the moscow patriarchate and join the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The rector of the church did not support the community’s decision.

Honored master of folk art of Ukraine Tetyana Pashchenko from Zhytomyr oblast embroidered portraits of fallen defenders Dmytro Kotsyubailo and Andriy Ogorodnyk. It took half a year to create each work. According to the craftswoman, the portraits are embroidered with a cross, and almost 100 colors of threads were used for their embroidery. Pashchenko used photos of Heroes as the basis for her portraits.

Sumy oblast

The 117th separate brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade destroyed the russian surveillance complex “Murom-M”, with the help of which the russian federation monitored the border of the Sumy oblast.

Sumy RMA reported that on the night of February 18, the regional air defense forces destroyed 3 Shahed-type enemy UAVs in the sky over the oblast.

The State Emergency Service in Sumy oblast reported that on February 18, rescuers extinguished a fire in a residential sector caused by an enemy strike in the Shostka region. The rescuers had to work at once in two households where civilians live. It was possible to save two residential buildings and six buildings located close to the sources of combustion.

Sumy RMA reported that at night, the russians carried out 5 shellings of the oblast – 25 explosions from mortars and artillery were recorded. Krasnopillia, Esman, Seredina-Buda and Znob-Novhorodske communities came under shelling.

On February 17, a person was killed and another person was wounded in the Khotyn community due to enemy shelling. This happened as a result of a mortar attack by the russian military on one of the peaceful villages of the community. As reported in Sumy RMA, private houses and a farm building were also damaged in the community.

In total, the russians carried out 53 shelling of seven border communities of Sumy oblast. Khotyn, Yunakivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Myropillia, Velyka Pysarivka and Seredina-Buda communities were under enemy shelling. 250 explosions were recorded – mortars, artillery, self-propelled guns, SPG, RPG and AGS shots, tank fire, dropping of VOG-type explosive devices from UAVs, strikes by kamikaze drones of the “FPV” type.

The police of Sumy oblast reported that as a result of russian shelling on February 17, damage was recorded in five communities of the oblast. In Khotyn community – one person died, a minor child was injured, and four private houses were also damaged there. In the Seredina-Buda community – four private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged due to enemy strikes, in Velyka Pysarivka – four private houses and two summer kitchens, in Bilopillia – a private residential building, in Sumy region – a gas pipeline for street domestic gas supply.

The SES in Sumy oblast reported that the “Mobile Safety Class” continues to actively travel around Sumy oblast. This time, they taught children about safety in Sumy and Konotop regions.

Chernihiv oblast

The SBGS reported that over the past 24 hours, russian troops have carried out six strikes with various types of weapons on the border area of Chernihiv oblast. The Semenivka community was hit by a total of 20 mortar and explosive devices dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle. The enemy hit Novhorod-Siverskyi hromada 1 time with barrel artillery.

On February 16, border guards used small arms to land a russian FPV drone in Chernihiv oblast. As reported in the Chernihiv border detachment, sappers managed to neutralize the explosive part. The drone is currently being reprogrammed to be used against the russians.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council reported that at night an enemy Shahed was shot down over Pavlohrad region. The enemy fired twice from artillery at Nikopol region. They shelled the district center and Myrove community.  The occupiers attacked Nikopol region a dozen times during the day. They launched 6 kamikaze drones, fired from cannon artillery and hail. They hit Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove communities. In Myrove a 56-year-old man was wounded. He was hospitalized in a moderate condition. An agricultural company, 5 private houses, 3 outbuildings, garages, cars, a power line and a greenhouse were damaged.

In Dnipro, the war prisoners’ families held a rally to draw attention to the exchange problem and the inadequate conditions in which Ukrainian defenders are held. It is known that Do Not Be Silent! Captivity Kills! is an all-Ukrainian rally of captured defenders’ relatives.

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia paid a tribute to the fallen soldiers in age of 23 Arthur (Artem) Ivanishyn and Vadym Kondratiuk. They were friends, defended Ukraine as part of the Liut Assault Brigade and were killed on the same day, February 14.

Kirovohrad oblast

According to Operational Command South the russian army launched a missile attack on Kirovohrad region from tactical aircraft. The Air Defence destroyed an X-59 cruise missile.

Poltava oblast

Philip Pronin, Head of the RMA reported that at night the enemy attacked Poltava region with UAVs. The fire broke out due to the occupiers attack the  infrastructure facility in Poltava region. 

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

The enemy launched 660 strikes on 18 populated areas in Zaporizhzhia oblas. 543 artillery shelling incidents targeted the territories of Huliaipole, Levadne, Charivne, Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, and other cities and villages along the front line. The occupiers conducted a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia, 56 UAV attacks on Malynivka, Robotyne, Charivne, Novoandriivka, Chervone, Mala Tokmachka, Novoivankivka, Hirke, and Kamianske, as well as 55 MLRS attacks on Huliaipole, Robotyne, Mali Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Stepnohirsk, and Kamianske. Additionally, they targeted Novodarivka and Robotyne with 5 air-to-surface missiles. There have been 13 reports of residential buildings being destroyed.

The enemy unsuccessfully attempted to attack our positions 13 times west of Verbove and Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia oblast. This was reported in the daily digest of the General Staff.

The defense forces on Zaporizhzhia front defeated yesterday’s russian offensive. The General Staff reported that 18 pieces of equipment (including 3 tanks) were destroyed, about 70 russian soldiers were eliminated, and 80 were injured. The russians withdrew to their previous positions. The offensive involved 30 pieces of equipment and a sizable enemy personnel contingent.

Mykolaiv oblast

It is reported that russian forces struck the waters of the city of Ochakiv, and also targeted the territory of Kutsurub community with FPV drones. There are no reported casualties or injuries. This information was provided by the head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

Throughout the week, from February 12 to February 18, sappers identified and neutralized explosive objects in Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts, clearing 1,378 hectares of land. Experts identified, seized, and neutralized 539 explosive objects, with 388 in Kherson oblast and 151 in Mykolaiv oblast. 

Odesa oblast

Rescuers from Odesa have received four vehicles for their service. These vehicles were donated by the charitable foundation of American businessman Howard Buffett.

A photo exhibition titled “Unbroken Women of Ukraine” has been opened in the Izmail Art Gallery. The project aims to popularize the strength of Ukrainian women, raise funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and draw global attention to the issue of the war in Ukraine. The exhibition was moderated by the head of the NGO “Harmony,” Maryna Talko. The organization joined forces and signed a memorandum with another charitable foundation called “Power of Women.” The main goal is to support fundraising for Ukrainian defenders, particularly the fighters of the First Presidential Brigade “Burevii.”

A well-known Odesa artist, set designer, and sculptor, Mykhailo Mukha, recently lost his life on the front. He tried to save a wounded soldier near Bakhmut. Mykhailo Mukha worked in Odesa and Kyiv, including at the Kyiv Film Studio named after Dovzhenko from June 2005 to 2008. For eight years, he created decorations for cinema and theater productions at the Odesa Theater and Art College. May he rest in peace, a hero!

Kherson oblast

The enemy carried out 39 attacks, launching 131 projectiles, using artillery, mortars, MLRS, tanks, and UAVs. The city of Kherson was targeted with 2 1 projectiles. One person lost their life, and 8 others sustained injuries due to Russian aggression.

Areas affected by combined enemy shelling include Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozirka, Shyrokа Balka, Sofiivka, Sadove, Beryslav, and Havrylivka, as reported by Police of Kherson oblast. The residential quarters of Kherson were under almost hourly russian fire. Enemy projectiles damaged multi-story and private houses, vehicles, office buildings, a printing house, an educational institution, and a gas pipeline.

Shyroka Balka was attacked with FPV drones, resulting in a 29-year-old Emergency Service worker getting injured in the explosion, and a police service vehicle being damaged. The enemy shelled the residential quarters of Bilozirka with multiple rocket launchers, causing damage to 11 private houses, a medical facility, and a gas pipeline. Four people were injured.

The Southern Defense Forces continue their counter-battery actions, pushing the occupiers from their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River.  Yesterday, the enemy attempted two unsuccessful assaults on our positions with the aim of forcing our units out of the bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnipro River. With a decrease in fog density, the enemy’s aerial reconnaissance has intensified, and there is ongoing pressure through artillery bombardments. The use of various types of strike drones has also increased. The enemy lost 45 occuppiers, 4 cannons, 1 electronic warfare system, and 2 reconnaissance UAVs (“SUPERCAM” and “ZALA”) over the past combat day. Additionally, a command post, 2 observation points, and 5 enemy fortifications were destroyed.

Demining units identified, seized, and neutralized 388 explosive objects  in Kherson oblast since the beginning of the week (from February 12 to 18). They cleared an area of 1279.96 hectares.

A temporary bridge across the Ingulets River was reconstructed in Vysokopillia community. The ussian military destroyed it during their retreat to the left bank. According to the head of Kherson RMA, the construction involved personnel from the State Special Transport Service. The temporary bridge was built using funds saved from the repair of another bridge. It is made of reinforced concrete, with a length of 18 meters and a width of 4 meters. Approaches to the bridge were also built.

Kherson Regional Branch of the Red Cross Society has installed 19 mobile shelters since the beginning of 2023. These shelters are located near public transport stops and places with the highest concentration of people, such as medical facilities, markets, bus stations, and administrative service centers. Volyn oblast

At the regular meeting of the executive committee of Uzhhorod City Council, the Procedure for accepting and staying in the department of temporary residence of IDPs of the city center of social services of the Department of Social Policy, as well as the Rules of Internal Procedure of this department were approved. In particular, they supported changes regarding the maximum period of stay in the department, in accordance with the concluded contract, up to 365 days.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Preparations for the fourth charity auction are underway in the oblast, during which they collect funds for the 10th separate mountain assault brigades. The collection of lots, which will be put up for charity auctions, is also underway. There are already more than 30 unique works of art and various military paraphernalia.

Lviv oblast

At 4 a.m. an explosion rang out at an industrial facility in Lviv. A fire started. Firefighters were called. The fire was extinguished. There are no victims or injured. The National Police officers also worked at the scene. The causes of the explosion and fire are being established.

A new Safety and Protection of Ukraine classroom has appeared in the Supportive Velikolyubinsky institution, Lviv oblast. Here, children and young people will be taught the rules of fire safety, mine safety, providing first aid and how to act in emergency situations.

Those mobilized in Strii community will receive one-time financial assistance in the amount of UAH 30K. Funds will be paid to those mobilized from next month.

Residents of Yavorivska community purchased 17 kamikaze drones for soldiers of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade. The youth of Lyubyniv Starostyn region, the religious community of Nahacheva, and residents of the village of Seredkevichi joined the fund raising. The purchased drones have already been sent to soldiers on the front lines.

The Mykhailo Hrushevsky State Memorial Museum in Lviv exhibits the exhibition Memory of the Maidan dedicated to the events of the Revolution of Dignity. Materials from the museum’s stock collection were presented here – photos of event participant Roman Metelskyi and works of art by artist Bohdan Zbryskyi.

Rivne oblast

UAH 30K was collected during the fair at Rokytniv Lyceum #2. Part of the collected funds, namely UAH 10K, was donated to the 35th Separate Brigade of Marines for the purchase of a car. Another UAH 20K to the village council for the purchase of a drone.

Ternopil oblast

The RMA reported that Ternopil oblast sent 14 turrets for the anti-aircraft machine gun battalion.

Ternopil residents sent buses with parcels to their relatives to the front. In addition, Ternopil City Council equipped buses with drones, food, sleeping bags, hygiene products, goodies, shoes, medicines and other things necessary for the military.

They will be able to deliver them after the Czech Republic receives funding from partners, for this it has already turned to the USA, Germany, Sweden and other countries.

Mette Frederiksen, Prime Minister of Denmark, said that her country will send all its artillery to Ukraine and called on European countries to transfer ammunition and anti-aircraft systems to the Armed Forces, as it needs them more now. “Leaders of European countries often talk about problems with the production of weapons, citing them as the reason that does not allow them to increase the supply of aid to Ukraine. However, they are now opening new defense enterprises for the future,” emphasized the head of the Danish government.
