Australia is preparing a $100 million aid package for Ukraine. The money will be used to buy a large batch of man-portable air defense systems, drones as part of the “drone coalition,” and other military needs. Prime Minister Shmyhal agreed on this in Lviv with Australian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Marles. In addition, Australia will provide Ukraine with air-to-ground munitions. In total, Australia’s support for Ukraine has already amounted to more than $655 million.

Also, as part of the drone coalition, Australia will provide Ukraine with $32.5 million worth of drones and a batch of RBS 70 man-portable air defense systems.

Canadian Defense Minister Bill Blair announced additional military assistance to Ukraine worth almost $12 million. In particular, three million dollars will be allocated for the production of military drones in Ukraine. Canada will also provide about $13 million for the Czech Republic’s initiative to purchase and deliver large-caliber ammunition to Ukraine.
