In the so-called “lpr”, only old-style russian passports valid for five years are allowed to be issued for travel abroad. There are only promises about the possibility of issuing biometric documents. However, from 1 April, it will be impossible to travel to a number of countries with an old passport. The ban is already in effect for some countries. By refusing to issue new passports, the russians are forcing most locals to refrain from travelling. Yes, it is possible to obtain such documents on the territory of the russian Federation, but not everyone has the opportunity to travel to another region several times with all family members.

From 1 September, behaviour assessment will become mandatory in all general secondary education institutions in the occupied Luhansk oblast. An unsatisfactory score will be grounds for not allowing a child to take the state exam. A satisfactory but low score will negatively affect the applicant’s rating upon admission. In the current academic year, this pilot project is being implemented in several schools of the “lpr”. Behaviour grades are lowered for missing “important talks” and other propaganda events organised, in particular, by the “yunarmiya” (military youth organisation), as well as for the content of personal pages on social networks.
