Since the beginning of the day, there have been 49 combat clashes on the front line.
The enemy fired artillery from russian territory at populated areas, including Lisky in Chernihiv oblast; Bila Bereza, Kucherivka, Rohizne, Volfyne, Budky, Bezsalivka, Ryzivka, Iskryskivshchyna, Seredyna-Buda, Tovstodubove, and Stukalivka in Sumy oblast. The settlement of Volfyne in Sumy oblast was subjected to an air strike.
Towards North Slobozhanske and Kursk, the enemy carried out 40 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our units.
Towards South Slobozhanske, the enemy attacked twice in Prylipka and Vovchanski Khutory.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy attempted to advance towards Kupiansk; in total, one combat engagement took place in this direction.
Towards Lyman, Ukrainian soldiers repelled one attack by the invaders in the area of the settlement of Drobysheve.
Towards Sloviansk, one combat engagement took place in Platonivka.
Towards Kramatorsk, no combat engagements have been recorded at this time.
Towards Kostiantynivka, the invaders carried out eight offensive actions near the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Shcherbynivka, Sofiivka, Stepanivka and Novopavlivka.
Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy attempted to advance towards our positions near Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetsk, Filiia, Bilytske, and Hryshyne 23 times today. One combat engagement is currently ongoing.
Towards Oleksandrivka, the aggressor attacked twice in Verbove and Zlahoda.
Towards Huliaipole, Ukrainian defenders repelled seven attacks by the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Solodke, Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, and towards Dobropillia and Zelenyi. Two attacks are still ongoing. In addition, enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Zaliznychne and Verkhnia Tersa.
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders in Plavni area. Odarivka, Zhovta Krucha and Tavriiske were subjected to air strikes.
Towards Kherson, the enemy carried out one unsuccessful offensive in the area of Antonivskyi Bridge.
No significant changes in the situation have been recorded in other directions.
Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of combat and in the rear.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that martial law and mobilisation have been extended in Ukraine. Martial law and general mobilisation have been extended for 90 days until 4 May 2026.
Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko stated that Ukrainians aged 40+ will receive invitations for health screening. Starting on 31 January, Ukrainians aged 40+ will begin receiving invitations for health screening in Diia. More than 640 medical institutions have registered to participate in the programme. It will be possible to undergo a basic set of examinations in one place without having to visit a family doctor or seek referrals.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff, in the areas of Prylipka and Vovchanski Khutory, the occupying forces attacked twice since the beginning of the day, and the russian Federation also attempted to advance towards Kupiansk.
Over the past day, 103 combat clashes were recorded.
Towards South Slobozhanske, the enemy stormed the positions of our units five times in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Vovchansk, Dvorichanske, and towards Lyman.
Yesterday, there were two attacks by the invaders towards Kupiansk. The defence forces repelled the enemy’s assault towards Petropavlivka.
The press service of the United Forces Group reported that Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi is under the control of Ukrainian troops. Russia’s statements about the capture of the settlement are not true.
Valeriia Chyrina, Spokeswoman of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, said that since the beginning of the year, russia has begun to strike Kharkiv and the region more frequently with Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems. According to her, russia mainly attacks energy facilities with MLRS.
A passenger train was hit by enemy fire in Barvinkove community. As a result of the russian attack, a carriage and an electric locomotive caught fire. Oleksii Kuleba, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, said that the hits occurred in front of the locomotive and in a passenger carriage. There were 291 passengers on the train. Two people were injured and hospitalised.

Izium Regional Military Administration said that on 27 January, Barvinkove community was hit by Geran-2 missiles, damaging power lines and railway tracks. No one was injured. Also today, the community of Studenka in Oskil region was hit by KAB missiles. According to the Regional Military Administration, houses were damaged.

According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv oblast, a 14-year-old teenager in Krasnokutsk suffered an injury to his arm due to an unknown object that detonated. According to its information, the child found the explosive object on the street and brought it to his room.
Serhii Kotenko, Head of Prolisne Village Military Administration, said that around midnight in Mykolaivka, Prolisne community, a Shahed-type strike drone hit a private house. According to him, a 62-year-old woman suffered shrapnel wounds, and her 63-year-old husband suffered an acute stress reaction. Kotenko noted that both the woman and her husband are currently in hospital, both in satisfactory condition.
Over the past day, the city of Kharkiv and 11 settlements in Kharkiv oblast were subjected to enemy strikes.
As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and eight were injured.
In Kharkiv, a 40-year-old and a 52-year-old woman and a 73-year-old and a 78-year-old man were injured; in the village of Zolochiv, a 35-year-old man was killed and men aged 25 and 42 were injured; in the village of Mykolaivka, Prolisne community, a 62-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man were injured.
The enemy attacked Nemyshlianskyi and Industrialnyi districts of Kharkiv with missiles and UAVs.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:

Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:
▪️in Kharkiv, 11 apartment buildings, 2 educational institutions, power lines, and 2 cars were damaged;
▪️in Bohodukhiv region, power lines (Shliakh village, Zolochiv settlement) and a building (Koviahy village) were damaged.
▪️in Kupiansk region, 2 private houses (Siryi Yar village) and a private house (Horozhanivka village) were damaged.
▪️in Lozova region, 6 private houses, 2 farm buildings (Chervone), 4 cars, and a trailer (Burbulatove) were damaged.
▪️In the Chuhuiv district, a private house, 2 farm buildings (Martove), and a private house (Mykolaivka) were damaged.
Vira Chubynska, Director of Kharkiv special school, reported that in the evening of 26 January, the russian army targeted a specialised school in Kharkiv that provides services to children with special educational needs. All the windows in the school were broken, and the heating and lighting systems and some of the equipment were damaged. The strike hit the sports hall.

The transit evacuation centre in Lozova took in 81 people in one day. A total of 17,317 people have been registered at the centre since it began operating.
The transit centre in Kharkiv continued to operate after the russian strike nearby on the evening of 26 January, said Valerii Polyvanyi, Director of the educational institution where the evacuation reception point is located. According to him, at the time of the strike, several displaced persons and employees remained in the building, but after the alarm was sounded, they took shelter and were not injured.
A memorial plaque in honor of the deceased National Guard soldier, 21-year-old Lieutenant Illia Koval, was unveiled in Kharkiv on January 27. The memorial sign was placed on the facade of school №126 in Kholodnohirskyi district of the city.

Donetsk oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the russian army carried out 15 assaults near Kostiantynivka over the past day. Fighting was reported near Ivanopil, Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, and in the direction of Stepanivka.
Russian troops are amassing heavy equipment in the temporarily occupied Novohrodivka area for assaults on the “upper” part of Myrnohrad, which is controlled by the Ukrainian Defence Forces. The 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces and the 1st Corps of the National Guard “Azov” are blocking the occupiers along the line from the eastern outskirts of the city to Krasnyi Lyman and Rodynske.
On the front line near Dobropillia, the Ukrainian military is increasingly using ground-based robotic systems and heavy bombers for logistics to their positions. The volume of food, ammunition, heaters and other necessary items delivered by robots can reach over 30 tonnes per month.
According to the State Emergency Service of Donetsk oblast, russian troops launched a targeted strike on rescuers in Sloviansk as they were extinguishing a fire after previous shelling.
The CMA said that the entire town of Druzhkivka was left without electricity due to the fighting. Supplies will not be delivered “until the situation is resolved”.
In the morning, russian troops launched four strikes on Kramatorsk. They struck with Molniya-2 drones from 4am to 2pm.
Head Liakh reported that at around 4:30am, the russian army struck residential buildings in Sloviansk with KAB bombs. A married couple was killed and their son was wounded.
Horbunov, Head of the Military-Civilian Administration, stated that the russian army dropped a FAB-250 aerial bomb on a kindergarten in the frontline town of Kostyantynivka, where a resilience centre was operating. One civilian man who was near the building was killed.
On 26 January, the police recorded 1,707 shellings along the front line and in the residential sector of the region.
Ten settlements were under attack: Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, Oleksandrivka, Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Raihorodok, Dmytro-Darivka and Ocheretyne.
25 civilian objects were destroyed, including 6 residential buildings.
Today at 4:40am, russian troops dropped three FAB-250 bombs with UMPC modules on Sloviansk, killing a married couple aged 45 and 48. Their 20-year-old son was wounded. Two private houses were completely destroyed and three more were damaged. Yesterday, the enemy attacked the city with drones, damaging a gas pipeline.
The russians fired FPV drones at Druzhkivka, injuring a 57-year-old civilian. A boiler room was damaged.
In Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, a 47-year-old woman was wounded as a result of an enemy FPV drone attack.
Russia launched six strikes on Kramatorsk with KAB-250 bombs and drones. A business, infrastructure, and a civilian vehicle were damaged.
In Mykolaivka, an FPV drone damaged a civilian vehicle. The occupiers attacked Raihorodok using Smerch multiple launch rocket systems and Molniya-2 UAVs, destroying six private houses. In Oleksandrivka, five Geran-2 UAVs damaged an administrative building, a dormitory, and non-residential premises.
Thirteen employees of the Voda Donbasu company were killed by russian shelling during the full-scale invasion. Due to strikes by the russian army and the occupation of part of Donetsk oblast, the losses of the company, which provides water supply in the region, exceeded UAH 1.3bn.
Luhansk oblast
The enemy attacked five times towards Lyman and Sloviansk. Despite the decrease in the number of combat operations, the enemy continues to shell settlements located near the line of contact in Luhansk oblast. The invaders fired four times with mortars, three times with automatic grenade launchers, and twice with drones.
The crisis in the coal industry is deepening in the occupied territories. Preparations are underway to mothball the mines of the once powerful Sverdlovantratsit association (now Dovzhansk). From 15 February, only water drainage will continue. Three mines are to be closed: Sverdlova, Dovzhanska-Kapitalna and Kharkivska. The official reason for this decision is the unprofitability of the enterprises, which the “people’s government” is unable to modernise or maintain in working order. For the residents of Dovzhansk, this decision means unemployment, population outflow, especially among young people, economic collapse and municipal collapse, as the mines have always been part of the city’s infrastructure.
The occupying authorities have been unable to stop the man-made disaster in Alchevsk for a week, where there has been no normal heat supply since the beginning of the heating season. The temperature in apartments drops to +5–10 °C, forcing people to use electric heaters en masse, which leads to overloading of the electrical networks and mass power cuts. However, utility bills must be paid in full, Alchevsk residents complain on social media.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
According to the capital’s police, bomb disposal experts seized an unexploded warhead from a strike drone in Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. Fragments of the Geran-2 UAV were found on the site of an unfinished building near a residential complex. Preliminarily, this drone attacked the city during the last russian shelling on 24 January. The ammunition was rendered safe and removed for disposal.
There are 19 “Vagons of Indestructibility” operating in Kyiv oblast – mobile heating points equipped on the basis of Ukrzaliznytsia railway carriages. Such carriages have been deployed in Fastiv, Brovary, Boryspil, Vasylkiv, Vyshneve, Bucha, Borodianka, Irpin and Bila Tserkva. The initiative was implemented to support the oblast’s residents in the difficult conditions caused by enemy attacks.
There are 495 Invincibility Centres operating in the oblast, as well as 11 additional State Emergency Service tents. At these locations, people can warm up, use the internet, drink hot tea and recharge their phones and other electronic devices.
According to the Regional Military Administration, there are currently 51 distributed generation units with a total capacity of 110 MW operating in Kyiv oblast. In addition, there is the possibility of launching up to 20 more units in the near future, to provide over 50MW of additional capacity, and to increase the existing capacity by the end of the year.
According to the Regional Military Administration, the Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Social Services in Borodianka is one of the key social protection institutions in Kyiv oblast. It is designed for 505 people, but currently houses 475, 88 of whom are internally displaced persons. The facility provides inpatient care, rehabilitation services, palliative care, psychosocial support, and works with veterans and people with disabilities.
On 26 January, a march was held in Kyiv in memory of all Belarusian volunteers who died in the russian-Ukrainian war. It is held annually on the birthday of Belarussian hero Mikhail Zhiznevsky, who was killed on 22 January 2014 during the Revolution of Dignity.
Zhytomyr oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that nearly 60 residents of the Zviahel and Malyn communities completed a training course in national resistance with live fire exercises. In Zviahel, medics, utility workers, and educators took to the shooting range. In Malyn, municipal employees took up arms. At the beginning of the new week, classes began in the Berdychiv community.
Sumy oblast
Overnight on 27 January, russian forces attacked Myronivka by a Shahed UAV. One private house was destroyed and outbuildings were damaged. No injuries or fatalities were reported.
The State Emergency Service reported that enemy UAVs struck residential areas of Krasnopillia and Shostka communities overnight on 27 January. Outbuildings and homes caught fire. The fires were extinguished.
The Regional Military Administration informed that on 26 January, two civilians — men aged 30 and 35 — were injured as a result of a hostile drone strike in Putyvl community.
A 22-year-old man sought medical assistance after being injured in an enemy UAV strike on 23 January.
Over the past 24 hours, from the morning of 26 January to the morning of 27 January, russian forces carried out nearly 60 attacks on 25 settlements across 16 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, mortars, FPV drones, UAVs, and guided aerial bombs. Over the day, air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for 13 hours and 55 minutes.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed as follows:
- In Putyvl community, a passenger vehicle was damaged;
- In Vorozhba community, a building of an educational institution was damaged;
- In Sumy community, a civilian infrastructure facility, a private residential house, and a private passenger vehicle were damaged;
- In Trostianets community, a private residential house was damaged;
- In Bilopillia community, a private residential house was damaged;
- In Krasnopillia community, an outbuilding was damaged;
- In Znob-Novhorodske community, a private residential house, non-residential premises, and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged;
- In Hlukhiv community, a church, a multi-storey residential building, a non-residential building, and a vehicle were damaged;
- In Shostka community, a private residential house and outbuildings were destroyed, while other private houses were damaged;
- In Khutir-Mykhailivska community, a private household was damaged;
- In Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential house was destroyed.
According to the National Police, the White Angels crew evacuated a 91-year-old woman from the border area of Sumy oblast. Antonina Ivanivna had lived under constant shelling in Bilopillia region for nearly a year, without electricity, water, or heating. Police officers from the special unit persuaded the elderly woman to agree to evacuation. The evacuation was successful, and she is now safe and receiving the necessary assistance.
Chernihiv oblast
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional State Administration, reported that during the daytime on 27 January, russian forces attacked a residential area in Semenivka by an FPV drone. As a result of the strike, a fence, the façade, and windows of a house were damaged.
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment informed that over the course of 26 January, russian forces attacked three border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Horodnia. The enemy carried out one mortar strike and launched 10 FPV drone attacks. Four settlements came under fire.
According to Chernihiv City Council, on 26 January, Chernihiv heat and power specialists joined efforts to eliminate the consequences of attacks on Kyiv’s energy system. In particular, specialists are restoring heat supply to multi-storey residential buildings in Holosiivskyi District of the capital.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Nikopol region. The enemy attacked Nikopol with artillery and also fired on Marhanets with multiple launch rocket systems. Kryvyi Rih region. As a result of a UAV attack in Kryvyi Rih, a fire broke out in a high-rise building. An apartment on the 6th floor was partially destroyed. Emergency services rescued 15 people. Psychologists provided assistance to 5 people. The enemy also attacked Lozuvatka community with UAVs.
Synelnykove region. The occupiers attacked Mykolaiv community with UAVs. A private house was damaged.
Nikopol region. The enemy attacked the district with artillery and drones. They targeted the district centre, Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovske communities. A 33-year-old woman was injured. She was given medical assistance and hospitalised in critical condition. Two high-rise buildings, a car, two private houses, infrastructure and a gas pipeline were damaged. Farm buildings were destroyed.
Synelnykove region. The occupiers attacked Sloviansk community with UAVs.
Vinnytsia oblast
Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that Vinnytsia oblast has reinforced the Air Force’s mobile firefighting units. Three units are responsible for protecting the skies over Vinnytsia and the surrounding region on a daily basis. The defenders have been provided with vehicles, interceptor drones, communications equipment, targeting and thermal imaging systems, and other necessary equipment.
Kirovohrad oblast
In Kirovohrad oblast, they bid farewell to soldiers. They were Valerii Slukhai from Znamianka and Anton Zhadovets from Oleksandriiske.
Anton Zhadovets died on 16 January while performing his duties in Synelnykove region, Dnipropetrovsk oblast.
Valerii Slukhai served as an operator in an anti-tank platoon of a fire support company. He was awarded the War Veteran medal. From 23 April 2025, the soldier was considered missing in action after the battle.
In Kropyvnytskyi, they bid farewell to soldiers Valerii Lysenko, Maksym Haraschenko and Volodymyr Pyrih.
Valerii Lysenko was killed on 19 January while being treated for his injuries.
Volodymyr Pyrih was killed on 16 October 2024 while performing a combat mission near Vovchansk in Chuhuiv region, Kharkiv oblast. He was considered missing in action for over a year. DNA matching has now confirmed his death.
Maksym Herashchenko fought in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts and were killed on 15 January.
In Svitlovodsk, they said goodbye to defender Yevhen Zhuravlov. On 22 September 2024, Yevhen went missing during combat operations near the town of Ukrainsk in Pokrovsk region, Donetsk oblast. On 19 January this year, he was declared dead.
33-year-old Oleksii Dernov from Znamianka will represent Kirovohrad oblast and Ukraine at this year’s Marine Corps & Air Force Trials international veterans’ competition in the United States of America. He and 14 other veterans were selected for the national team based on the results of the Ukrainian Defence Forces’ “GART” competition in December 2025. The competition will take place in the United States from 20 February to 3 March. The Ukrainian team will prepare for it in Kyiv until 8 February.
Vitalii Yukhymenko, Deputy Director of the Regional Department of Social Protection, reported that in Kirovohrad oblast, rehabilitation equipment, from crutches to high-tech prostheses, wheelchairs and sports prostheses, is paid for by the state. Defenders, as well as children and adults with disabilities, can receive the equipment free of charge. Everyone can choose the manufacturer.
Poltava oblast
Oleksandr Panasenko, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the village of Bilyky, was killed. This happened on 19 December 2024 while performing a combat mission in the area of the village of Sukhi Yaly, Donetsk oblast.
In Poltava’s Ivan Kotliarevskyi Park, plaques have been placed on three benches to commemorate those who died in the war, went missing, or are being held captive. A total of 60 such plaques are planned to be placed in Poltava’s parks. They are being installed as part of the nationwide project “Among Us”. Similar plaques have already been placed in parks in Vinnytsia, Kyiv and Kharkiv.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that in Cherkasy oblast, air defence forces destroyed two UAVs. There were no injuries or damage to infrastructure.
In Liashchivka, Zolotonosha region, they bid farewell to soldier Yevhen Romanenko. He died in Sumy oblast on 14 July 2025. Until his death was confirmed by DNA testing, he was considered missing in action.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
During the day, russian troops attacked the car of a community rescue officer in Polohy region with a drone. The State Emergency Service officer had just finished preventive work among the population, persuading people to evacuate to safe places, and was returning to his deployment location.
Russian troops attacked two settlements in the morning. According to Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, a 58-year-old woman was killed in a drone attack in Balabyne, and a 68-year-old woman was injured in an air strike on Komyshuvakha.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that the russian army attacked two passenger buses with drones. There were no casualties.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled 22 attacks by the russian army in Huliaipole, Orikhiv and Oleksandrivka over the past day, 26 January. Specially, there were clashes in Huliaipole, Stepnohirsk, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Prymorske and Novyi Zaporizhzhia.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that the russian army carried out more than 820 strikes on 30 towns and villages on 26 January. A young woman was injured as a result of a russian attack on Zaporizhzhia oblast. Specifically, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Dorozhnianka, Varvarivka, Zelenе, Dobropillia, and Solodke.
Mykolaiv oblast
Mykolaiv RMA stated that on the night of 27 January, russian troops attacked the region with Shahed and various types of drone simulators. A 59-year-old woman was wounded and is in serious condition. The russian army attacked the energy infrastructure of Mykolaiv oblast. In Olshanske community, one private house was destroyed and two others were damaged as a result of the attack and falling debris.
Odesa oblast
According to the State Emergency Service, search and rescue operations have been completed in Odesa. Three people were killed as a result of the russian attack on the city on the night of 27 January. Their bodies were recovered from under the rubble of buildings in Peresypskyi and Khadzhybeiskyi districts. A total of 35 people were injured in the attack, 12 of whom were hospitalised, including two children and one pregnant woman. One person suffered burns and is in serious condition, while the others hospitalised are in moderate condition.

Odesa Regional Military Administration said that as a result of the russian attack in Odesa, infrastructure, residential buildings, a kindergarten, a shop and a construction site were damaged. A total of 10 hits were recorded. The russian army attacked Odesa oblast with more than 50 strike drones
Kherson oblast
At approximately 7:30am, russians attacked Kachkarivka in Mylove community with UAVs. The strikes damaged a private house. The windows, roof, and furniture in the house were destroyed.
A woman who had been caught in russian shelling in Sadove, Kherson community, the previous morning was taken to hospital. The 55-year-old resident suffered blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to her arm and leg. The victim was given medical assistance and prescribed outpatient treatment. Her condition is mild.
The RMA reported that at around 4am, russian terrorists targeted a residential building in Korabelnyi district of Kherson. As a result of the enemy attack, a woman born in 1953 suffered fatal injuries.
Yesterday four people were wounded as a result of drone, air and artillery strikes. The russian military targeted critical and social infrastructure and residential areas of the region, damaging three high-rise buildings and 18 private houses. The occupiers also destroyed a cell tower, a hotel, a farm building, a private garage and a car. Volyn oblast
In 2025, during the inter-heating period, the Lutskteplo State Enterprise carried out a complete overhaul of the boiler house in one of the city’s microdistricts. Annual expected savings of natural gas by the new boiler house – 45,000 m3, costing UAH 420,000. Annual savings of electricity – 20,000 kWh, costing UAH 260,000.
Zakarpattia oblast
The Resilience Center has officially opened in Perechyn. This modern and completely barrier-free psychosocial support space is staffed daily by psychologists and social workers. They provide qualified individual and group support to adults and children free of charge.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast received an evacuation train from Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts – 18 people, including 9 children. Families with children were accommodated free of charge in the temporary accommodation of the Rohatyn community.
Lviv oblast
The enemy attacked an infrastructure facility in Lviv oblast. All relevant services are working at the scene. There are no victims or injured.
Specialists of Lviv Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention recorded a temporary excess of carbon monoxide levels in the village of Smilne. This is due to a morning attack by an enemy drone on an infrastructure facility in Zolochiv region. The situation is under control. The radiation background is normal.
Rivne oblast
In Rivne oblast, the memory of the fallen soldiers of the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv brigade was honored. In the Holy Intercession Cathedral, Memorial Crosses were presented to relatives of the fallen soldiers-compatriots. They fought in the hottest areas of the front – for Lysychansky Oil Refinery, Siversk, Vuhlehirsk TPP, Mayorske, Klischiivka.
Ternopil oblast
Defenders from Ternopil community receive a one-time grant of UAH 15,000 for treatment and rehabilitation. During 2025, 622 defenders received such assistance.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council has provided food packages, hot lunches, and personal hygiene products to low-income residents of the community and internally displaced persons. The total amount of assistance is UAH 24.3m.
Chernivtsi oblast
Volunteers from Perebykivtsi delivered aid to soldiers on the front line. They brought everything they needed: groceries, homemade meals, warm clothes. They also delivered about a ton of vegetables to Dnipropetrovsk oblast for the Shlyazh Zashynykyv canteen. Here, soldiers, volunteers and medics are fed 24/7 and free of charge.

The European Union : 447 generators; Italy: €10m and an additional €50m budgeted for 2026; Lithuania: 90 generators; the Netherlands: €23m for gas purchases, power plant repairs, generator and cable supplies; Germany: €60m and 33 cogeneration plants, 15 mobile generators, 300 photovoltaic plants, 375 battery packs, 31 boiler plants, 45 units of construction equipment and 10 boilers; the United Kingdom: almost €23m; the United States: over $400m for humanitarian needs; France: over 100 generators with a total capacity of 13 MW; Japan: 140 generators, 60 and equipment for repair work, 2 cogeneration plants, 13 sets of frequency converters.
