On November 12, there were 124 combat engagements.
The enemy shelled the border settlements of Kucherivka, Bila Bereza, Bobylivka and Huta-Studenetska in the Sumy oblast, as well as Senkivka in the Chernihiv oblast with artillery and mortars.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, there were three combat engagements. In addition, the enemy carried out 114 shelling attacks, including eight from multiple launch rocket systems. Units of the Defence Forces are conducting search and attack operations in designated areas and have achieved success.
Towards Southern Sloboda, there were eight combat engagements near Vovchansk, Dvorichanske and Hryhorivka. Three enemy attacks are currently ongoing.
Towards Kupiansk, three combat engagements are currently ongoing. The enemy made four attempts to advance toward Ukrainian positions near Petropavlivka, Pishchane and Bohuslavka.
Towards Lyman, there were 21 combat engagements. The enemy attacked in the areas of Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Karpivka, Zarichne, Novoselivka, Novyi Myr, Hlushchenkove, Novoserhiivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Korovii Yar and Lyman. Fourteen combat engagements are currently ongoing.
Towards Sloviansk, the enemy launched four attacks near Dronivka, Serebrianka and Vyimka. One combat engagement is currently ongoing.
No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Kramatorsk
The Defence Forces repelled 13 enemy attacks towards Kostiantynivka. The invaders attempted to advance near the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Kostiantynivka, Yablunivka, Berestok and Sofiivka. Three combat engagements are currently ongoing.
Towards Pokrovsk, russian troops made 52 attempts to advance on the positions of Ukrainian forces near the settlements of Shakhove, Maiak, Novoekonomichne, Nove Shakhove, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novohrodivka, Zelene, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Filiia and Novopavlivka. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 48 attacks; fighting continues.
Towards Oleksandrivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight enemy assaults near the settlements of Andriivka-Klevtsove, Sichneve, Sosnivka, Verbove and Zlahoda. One more enemy attack is currently ongoing.
Towards Huliaipole, there were two combat engagements near the settlement of Zelenyi Hai. The enemy launched airstrikes on Varvarivka and Zelenyi Hai.
Towards Orikhiv, the Defence Forces repelled three enemy assaults towards the settlement of Prymorske and Novodanylivka.
Towards Kherson, the enemy launched one unsuccessful assault in the area of the Antonivka Road Bridge.
For the first time in Ukraine, a russian soldier has been sentenced to life imprisonment for executing a captured Ukrainian serviceman. The 27-year-old russian citizen, Dmytro Kurashov, had been serving a prison sentence in russia for theft. In November 2023, he signed a contract with the russian ministry of defense in exchange for amnesty. On January 6, 2024, Kurashov, together with other occupiers, took part in an assault against Ukrainian defenders near the settlement of Pryiutne. During the assault, the russian soldier executed at point-blank range a Ukrainian serviceman who had surrendered. That same day, Kurashov was captured by Defence Forces personnel and later brought to trial.
Ukraine will host an EU summit to unblock its membership application. An informal meeting of EU ministers will take place in Lviv on December 10–11. The invitation letter was sent on behalf of Denmark, which currently holds the presidency of the EU Council, and Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Taras Kachka.
Frontline
As of 16:00, eight combat engagements took place in the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, in the area of Vovchansk and toward Dvorichanske and Hryhorivka. Three attacks are still ongoing, according to the Regional Military Administration (RMA).
In the Kupiansk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian forces have attempted to advance four times toward Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Bohuslavka. Three combat engagements are ongoing.
Over the past 24 hours, 217 combat clashes have been recorded.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, 17 combat engagements took place near the settlements of Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Odradne, and toward Dvorichanske.
In the Kupiansk direction yesterday, the occupiers launched 18 assaults. The Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks near Kupiansk, Stepova Novoselivka, Borivska Andriivka, and toward Hlushkivka, Petropavlivka, and Novoosynove.
As of November 12, the situation in Kupiansk and Vovchansk remains “under full control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” In both directions, the Russian army continues to use small-group infiltration tactics and is amassing troops, said RMA Head Oleh Syniehubov.
Shelling
Russian forces struck Zolochiv for the second time today using a fiber-optic FPV drone, reported community head Viktor Kovalenko. According to him, the strike, which occurred at 16:10, damaged a vehicle. No reports of casualties or injuries have been received, Kovalenko added.
In the morning, the enemy launched three Geran-2 type UAVs at the Kholodnohirskyi district of the city.
Five people were injured, four of whom were hospitalized. All are receiving qualified medical assistance. Two people were rescued by State Emergency Service workers from blocked apartments. A civilian enterprise and nearby residential buildings were damaged. Two fires broke out: one has been extinguished, and the other has been localized.

Books by Vasyl Symonenko, Yurii Izdryk, and Max Kidruk were destroyed as a result of Russian drone strikes on Kharkiv on the morning of November 12: pallets containing the books burned down at a private transportation company.

Over the past 24 hours, 11 settlements in Kharkiv region came under enemy fire.
As a result of the attacks, five people were injured.
In the city of Derhachi, a 70-year-old man was wounded; in the village of Yurivka, Velykoburlutska community, a 70-year-old woman was injured; and in the settlement of Vasyshcheve, a 50-year-old man, an 18-year-old man, and a 27-year-old woman were injured.
Medical assistance was also provided to a 36-year-old man who had been wounded earlier, on October 25, in Kupiansk.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons across Kharkiv region:
▪️ 1 Iskander-M missile;
▪️ 4 guided aerial bombs (KABs);
▪️ 23 Geran-2 type UAVs;
▪️ 2 FPV drones;
▪️ 2 unidentified UAVs (type being established).
Damage and destruction to civilian infrastructure:
▪️ In Kupiansk district – three private houses, an outbuilding, and a vehicle were damaged (Yurivka village);
▪️ In Izium district – railway infrastructure was damaged (Barvinkove city);
▪️ In Kharkiv district – a vehicle (Kozacha Lopan village), a farm (Mokra Rokytna village), and warehouse facilities (Vasyshcheve settlement) were damaged;
▪️ In Lozova district – an enterprise (Lozova city) and power lines (Samiylivka, Nove, and Lymanivka villages) were damaged.
Other information
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 135 people during the past day. Ten people remain there. Since the beginning of its operation, the point has registered 11,745 people.
In Kupiansk, according to the RMA, around 560 civilians remain. Yesterday, 18 people were evacuated, including one child.
Military personnel and police helped six people and a dog leave Kupiansk, according to the Kharkiv Regional Police press service. One stage of the evacuation was monitored by a drone to ensure safety and track movement. The following stages were carried out along alternate routes—through destroyed streets and dangerous areas under threat of shelling.
On the left bank of Kupiansk, about 60 people remain. No children are officially left in the city. However, some residents with children have been seen returning to nearby settlements from which they had previously been evacuated, said RMA Head Oleh Syniehubov.
Another 980 kilometers of roads in Kharkiv region still need to be covered with anti-drone nets, Syniehubov told journalists on November 12. Around 10 kilometers are completed per day.
On November 11, three trains in Kharkiv region were stopped due to Russian attacks. During air raid alerts, passengers were transported by bus, Syniehubov added.
Donetsk oblast
Frontline
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 12 assaults by the russian army on the Lyman section of the front line during the day. Fighting was reported near Zarichne, Ridkodub, Nadiia, Tverdokhlibove, Kolodiazi, and Koroviy Yar.
There were more than 70 assaults towards Pokrovsk and more than 20 towards Oleksandrivka.
Referring to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, citing the Centre for Countering Disinformation, russian propagandists are spreading information on social media about the alleged withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Pokrovsk. This is fake news; the video they published was created using artificial intelligence. There is also false information about the voluntary surrender of 25 soldiers of the 38th Marine Brigade. The names and individuals published do not belong and did not belong to the brigade.
The defence forces struck an ammunition depot of the russian army near the temporarily occupied Novyi Svit in Donetsk oblast. The destruction of the target and explosions were recorded at the site.
Agents of the ATESH military-partisan movement are recording the transfer of russian troops to Pokrovsk through the temporarily occupied Vuhledar. Reinforcements are likely being brought in from Kherson and Zaporizhzhia directions. According to the movement, the newly arrived occupiers are being sent to storm Pokrovsk without even being formally assigned to the new unit..
According to the 81st Brigade, russian troops were driven out of the outskirts of Siversk towards Sloviansk. However, the occupiers continue to press with assault groups and build up their forces.
The 28th Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign stated that russian occupiers, under cover of fog, attempted to enter the outskirts of Kostiantynivka and break through into the city itself
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that over the past week, the Defence Forces have cleared 7.4 sq km in Pokrovsk region of russian sabotage groups.
The 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces said that in some neighbourhoods of Pokrovsk, the russian army managed to set up firing positions to shell Ukrainian troops. The Defence Forces are trying to destroy them.
Attacks
Head Horbunov stated that one person was wounded in a russian artillery strike on Kostiantynivka. Another person was found injured at the same address several days earlier as a result of an air strike. Both wounded were evacuated to a hospital in Druzhkivka.

On 11 November, the police recorded 1,868 enemy strikes along the front line and in residential areas.
Seven settlements were underattack: Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Siversk, Sloviansk and Staroraiske.
Seventeen civilian objects were destroyed, including eight residential buildings.
The russians struck Kostiantynivka with an FPV drone and artillery, injuring two civilians and damaging a car.
Kramatorsk was attacked by four Italmas and Geran-2 drones, damaging an apartment building, an administrative building, an educational institution, and a football field.
Russian troops directed two Geran-2 UAVs at Sloviansk, damaging three private houses.
In Druzhkivka, two private houses and a car were damaged by two FPV drones. In Staroraysk, an enemy FPV drone destroyed a civilian car.
In Dobropillia, two private houses were damaged by a Geran-2 UAV strike.

Other
The CMA reported that all districts of Druzhkivka community are currently without electricity due to damage caused by russian shelling. Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka is also partially without gas.
During the evacuation from Kostiantynivka, 3-4 drones flew in every few minutes. Kostiantynivka is 80% evacuated, according to police reports. Among those evacuated this time were two sisters with five cats and three parrots. The women survived at least 10 drone strikes.
Rescuers from the animal welfare organization UAnimals evacuated 36 dogs and 26 cats from Donetsk oblast in two days. The animals were taken from Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, and Stepanivka. Most of the animals are being taken to new or old owners who have settled in evacuation centers and are ready to take them in. Some are being taken to shelters and veterinary clinics.
Luhansk oblast
The Regional Military Administration reported that the invaders fired 11 times with barrel artillery in our area of responsibility. Eleven drones carried out combat missions for the russians. In total, the enemy made 20 assault attempts over the past day in Lyman and Sloviansk frontlines. In the Luhansk region, they attacked from the direction of Tverdokhlibove and near Nadiia
Medical students in the so-called “lpr” will be forcibly transferred to contract employment in the absence of an agreement with a future employer. The relevant bill was passed in the second and third readings in the russian State Duma. The changes will come into force on 1 March 2026. They will primarily apply to state-funded students studying in residency programmes. From now on, during the first year, each of them must sign an agreement with their future employer regarding targeted training. Otherwise, they will be forcibly transferred to a contract.
In Siverskodonetsk, municipal services have decided to stop providing lighting for the entrances of high-rise buildings. The main reasons for this are a lack of electricity and a shortage of electricians to maintain the networks. Work is currently underway to disconnect the power supply in several buildings.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
The Kyiv City State Administration reported that over 433,000 Ukrainians have found refuge in the capital. Among the internally displaced persons are over 70,000 children and over 75,000 pensioners. Once registered in Kyiv, IDPs become part of the Kyiv community and have access to city services: healthcare and education, material assistance and social support programmes, as well as subsidised public transport.
The Security Service of Ukraine has exposed the leaders of two ‘Cossack corps’ and “Yunarmiya” who are preparing children from the temporarily occupied Luhansk oblast for war against Ukraine. According to law enforcement officials, minors are being recruited into russian military organisations, where ‘LNR’ militants and active russian military personnel are teaching children how to operate drones and covering the basics of military affairs.

The Regional Military Administration reported that over 33,500 residents of Kyiv oblast have already participated in the three-year-old ‘Army of Restoration’ programme. Able-bodied individuals who, due to their age and health, have no restrictions on working under martial law, can be involved in socially useful work. Participants in the ‘Army of Restoration’ perform tasks important to the community and receive wages not lower than the minimum wage.
Mayor Ihor Sapozhko announced that at an extraordinary session of the Brovary City Council, almost UAH 12 million was allocated to purchase equipment for the military. In addition, expenditures under the Programme to Support the Defenders of Ukraine were increased by more than UAH 1.5 million for dental services for the military, utility payment benefits for the families of deceased military personnel, and rehabilitation for wounded defenders.
Mayor of the capital Vitali Klitschko announced that the Kyiv Investment Forum had opened in Berlin. The forum is held under the slogan ‘Investing in resilience. Shaping the future’ and brought together investors, representatives of European cities, businesses and international partners to discuss joint decisions and identify projects for the post-war reconstruction of Kyiv and the strengthening of European resilience.
The Regional Military Administration reported that Kyiv oblast hosted American veterans from TAPS International and Troops First Foundation, who arrived in Ukraine as part of a visit organised jointly with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. The veterans came to share their experiences of resilience, mutual support and brotherhood with Ukrainian defenders.
Zhytomyr oblast
On 11 November, specialists from the State Emergency Service held an interesting and useful safety lesson for schoolchildren at Lyceum No. 22 in Zhytomyr. Through games, the children learned what explosive objects look like, where they can be hidden, what to do if they find them, and what the warning signs mean. At the end of the lesson, the schoolchildren received notebooks from UNICEF to help them better absorb the useful information.
In the villages of the Malyn community in Zhytomyr oblast, women have been weaving camouflage nets for the military since the first days of the full-scale invasion. Residents of several districts, including Malyn, Dibrivka, Novovorobivka and Lukivka, are joining in the work. People gather every day at local cultural centres to make nets and other necessary items for the front line.
Sumy oblast
From the morning of 11 November to the morning of 12 November, russian forces carried out 23 attacks on 14 settlements across 11 territorial communities of the oblast. The heaviest shelling occurred in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, mortars, and FPV drones against civilian areas. The air raid alert across the oblast lasted a total of 16 hours and 48 minutes during the day.
As of the morning of 12 November, the consequences of russian shelling include:
- in Svesa community, a private household was damaged;
- in Krasnopillia community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;
- in Esman community, a private home was damaged;
- in Hlukhiv community, a civilian infrastructure site was hit.
During the past 24 hours, seven people were evacuated from border communities through joint efforts of local authorities, the State Emergency Service, National Police, and volunteer organizations.
The Regional Military Administration reported that nearly 30,000 households in Sumy Oblast have already received assistance for purchasing solid fuel from international partners. Over 18,000 families living within 10 km of the russian border have received cash assistance of UAH 19,400, while households located further away are receiving either cash aid or solid fuel. In total, communities have submitted more than 82,000 applications, and the process is ongoing.
Chernihiv oblast
According to Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, since the beginning of November, Ukrainian air defenders have shot down more than 150 russian aerial targets. This success is the result of coordinated efforts by electronic warfare units, army aviation, and mobile fire teams, whose effectiveness continues to grow thanks to the use of interceptor drones.
Chernihiv Border Detachment reported that throughout 11 November, russian forces attacked three settlements in Semenivka and Snovsk border communities. The enemy carried out a total of nine FPV drone strikes.
The Regional Military Administration informed that currently, 76 veteran support specialists are working across Chernihiv oblast, while 17 positions remain vacant. These specialists assist veterans and demobilized servicemen with obtaining official status, benefits, services, housing, rehabilitation, employment, and business startup support, as well as providing legal consultations.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the Regional Council, reported that air defence forces were active across the oblast — eight russian UAVs were destroyed.
- Synelnykove region: russian drones struck Vasylkivka community, killing a 47-year-old man and damaging infrastructure. Later, another drone attack on the same community caused fires and damaged eight private houses, vehicles, and local infrastructure.
- Pavlohrad region: drone strikes triggered fires and damaged industrial facilities, buses, and vehicles.
- Nikopol region: russians attacked Nikopol and Pokrovska community by artillery and drones. One 56-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in serious condition. A shop, two apartment buildings, two private houses, a lyceum, a vehicle, an outbuilding, and power lines were damaged.
Kirovohrad oblast
Governor Andrii Raikovych informed that air defence forces shot down a russian drone over Novoarkhanhelsk community. Debris fell onto a residential roof — no injuries or serious damage were recorded.
Poltava oblast
Three servicemen from the oblast were killed: Yevhenii Maksymov from Kozelshchyna community — killed on 26 March 2025 near Lypci, Kharkiv oblast. Oleksandr Kryvchun and Hennadii Lisnychyi from Khorol community — killed on 2 November near Bakhmut and 6 November on the Lyman-Kupiansk front respectively.
A memorial service was held in Poltava’s Assumption Cathedral for Andrii Protas and Oleh Pitsin (killed 6 November near Serednie, Kramatorsk district). Andrii Protas was killed 4 November while performing a combat mission near Shakhove village, Pokrovsk region, Donetsk oblast.
Oleh Pitsin was killed 6 November as a result of a munitions discharge from a Russian UAV near Serednie, Kramatorsk region, Donetsk oblast.
At School No. 27 in Poltava, a memorial plaque was unveiled in honour of paratrooper Valerii Lubianetskyi, who was killed on 19 April 2024 while performing a combat mission near Novomykhailivka in Donetsk oblast.
Volodymyr Kohut, Acting Governor of the RMA, said that the oblast is expanding fuel and generator reserves to sustain critical infrastructure during potential long blackouts. Current resources cover short interruptions, but power cuts longer than 20 hours would require larger reserves. A Regional Air Defence Coordination Centre is also being established to improve threat response and coordination.
Cherkasy oblast
According to Ihor Taburets, Head of the Regional Military Administration, during the overnight attack on Cherkasy oblast, Air Defence Forces destroyed three strike drones. No infrastructure damage or casualties were reported.
A serviceman from Horodyshche, Senior Soldier Oleksandr Sakun, was killed on 8 October 2025 while performing a combat mission near Kolodiazne in Kupiansk region of Kharkiv oblast.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
It is reported that russian forces continue heavy shelling and intensified assault operations towards Oleksandrivka and Huliaipole. Defense Forces units were withdrawn to more advantageous positions near Rivnopillia to preserve personnel. The advance of the russian army was stopped. Fierce fighting continues.
Today, 12 November, russian forces attacked the frontline town of Huliaipole with a drone. One person was injured as a result of the attack.
Tonight on 12 November, the russian army attacked the village of Bilenke in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The attack caused a fire and damaged residential houses and farm buildings.
Yesterday, 11 November, the occupiers carried out 645 strikes on 16 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted two airstrikes on Zelenyi Hai. 384 drones of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Kushuhum, Bilenke, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Chervone, and Zelenyi Hai. Four MLRS attacks targeted Mala Tokmachka and Zelenyi Hai. 255 artillery strikes were carried out on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Novomykolaivka, and Nove. Seventeen reports of damaged homes, vehicles, and farm buildings were received. One person was killed as a result of enemy shelling in Polohy region.
As of 16:00 on 12 November, two battles were underway near Zelenyi Hai towards Huliaipole. The Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Prymorske and Novodanylivka towards Orikhiv.
Mykolaiv oblast
During the night of 12 November, air defense forces in Mykolaiv oblast shot down or neutralized nine attack drones of the “Shahed 131/136” type and other decoy drones.
Yesterday, the enemy attacked Ochakiv community with an FPV drone. No casualties were reported.
Odesa oblast
On 12 November, an explosion was heard in Odesa during an air raid alert. The alert was announced at 14:12, and around the same time, an explosion occurred in the city. The Air Force reported a threat of the use of aerial weapons due to the activity of russian tactical aviation in the southern direction.
During the night, the enemy again attacked Odesa. A multi-story residential building was damaged in Peresypskyi district, and a fire broke out on the upper floors.
Over the past day, air defense forces shot down and neutralized 28 russian drones over Odesa oblast.
Kherson oblast
Today, 12 November, two residents of Bilozerka sought medical help after coming under russian shelling the previous morning. The men, aged 60 and 34, were diagnosed with blast injuries and concussions.
Yesterday, the russian forces attacked Bilozerka, Beryslav, Dniprovske, Veletenske, Kizomys, Antonivka, Komyshany, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Sofiivka, Molodizhne, Daryivka, Burhunka, Vesele, Havrylivka, Zolota Balka, Kozatske, Lvove, Mykilske, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Novokairy, Novotiahynka, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Tiahynka, Chervonyi Maiak, and the city of Kherson. Three apartment buildings, 11 private houses, business premises, a private car, and a gas pipeline were damaged. Five people were injured as a result of russian aggression. During a nighttime drone attack, air defense forces destroyed four Shahed-131/136 drones.
As of 16:00 on 12 November, the enemy made one unsuccessful offensive attempt near the Antonivskyi Bridge towards Kherson.
Another group of children and teenagers aged seven to 17 was taken from the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast. Among them were three children deprived of parental care.
The head of the Public Organization “Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of Kherson oblast,” Oleksandr Hordiienko, was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky presented the Gold Star Order to Oleksandr’s son during his visit to Kherson on the third anniversary of its liberation.

Volyn oblast
Turiysk Village Council allocated UAH 383,000 for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This amount was allocated in accordance with the requests of military units.
Zakarpattia oblast
In Uzhhorod, a rehabilitation department was opened at the Clinical Hospital for Emergencies and Emergency Medical Care, where patients receive comprehensive care according to modern international standards. UAH 2.5m was allocated from the city budget for the arrangement and purchase of equipment. The hospital received part of the equipment as charitable and humanitarian aid from the Ministry of Health and partner organizations.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
A meeting was held in the Kalusa district with internally displaced people, in particular those who recently arrived in the oblast. Thanks to the support of the Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) and the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, food kits were distributed to 250 families.
Lviv oblast
The RMA held a meeting with families of servicemen who are missing or in captivity. Fighters of the Charter brigade received 4 UAV complexes. The equipment will go to Kupiansk region. The cost of the transferred complexes is UAH 1m. Half of this amount was compensated by Lviv RMA.

Rivne oblast

The 105th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade received 10 EcoFlow DELTA 2 MAX charging stations and 9 Mikrotik LtAP mini LTE kit routers from Ternopil community.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that 212 active military personnel received financial support for personal expenses. The total amount of assistance is UAH 2.2m.
Chernivtsi oblast
In Bukovina, hourly power outage schedules have been introduced in accordance with the instructions of NPC Ukrenergo. This is due to russian shelling of Ukraine’s critical energy infrastructure and the cold snap.
