On November 13, there were 117 combat engagements.
The enemy shelled the border settlements of Vovkivka, Bobylivka and Nova Huta in the Sumy oblast, as well as Khrinivka and Tymonovychi in the Chernihiv oblast with artillery and mortars.
Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian troops repelled three enemy attacks. In addition, the enemy carried out 83 shelling attacks.
Towards Southern Sloboda, there were eight combat engagements near Vovchansk, Dvorichanske, Synelnykove, Dvorichanske, Krasne Pershe.

No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Kramatorsk
The Defence Forces repelled 11 enemy attacks towards Kostiantynivka. The invaders attempted to advance near the settlements of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar and Sofiivka.
Towards Pokrovsk, russian troops made 31 attempts to advance on the positions of Ukrainian forces near the settlements of Sukhetske, Bilytske, Razine, Rodynske, Dorozhnie, Chervonyi Lyman, Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Lysivka, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne and Filiia. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 28 attacks;
Towards Oleksandrivka, Ukrainian defenders have repelled seven enemy assaults, with three still ongoing. The enemy attacked Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Yalta, Zelenyi Hai, Orestopil, Yehorivka, Pershotravneve and Rybne.
Towards Huliaipole, the enemy launched three attacks on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Yablukove, Solodke and Bilohiria. Ternuvate came under the enemy airstrike.
Towards Orikhiv, the aggressor carried out nine attacks in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Stepove, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Prymorske, Stepnohirske and Plavni. In addition, the enemy launched an airstrike on Novodanilivka.
No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Kherson.
Recently, Russia began launching fiber optic drones with a range of up to 50 km against Ukrainian territory. This was reported by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. Ukrainian forces are already working on countermeasures — developing and testing various methods across several brigades.
During the night of November 13, Russia launched 138 strike drones of various modifications against Ukrainian territory, according to the Air Force of Ukraine. A total of 102 drones were shot down or neutralized.

Kharkiv oblast
Front
In the South-Slobozhanske direction, eight combat engagements took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Dvorichanske, and Krasne Pershe, the General Staff reported.
In the Kupiansk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian forces attempted to advance eight times in the areas of Novooosynove, Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Hlushkivka. One combat engagement was ongoing as of 16:00.
Over the past day, 226 combat engagements were recorded. In the South-Slobozhanske direction, 18 engagements took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnykove, and toward Dvorichanske and Hryhorivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, nine attacks by the occupiers were recorded throughout the day. Defense Forces repelled enemy assault actions toward Petropavlivka, Pishchane, and Bohuslavka.
Shelling
Local residents who were attacked by a Russian drone on the road to Borova on the morning of November 13 were traveling to the settlement to receive their pensions and humanitarian aid, the regional prosecutor’s office reported. Two women were killed at the scene. Another man died from his injuries on the way to the hospital, and one person was wounded, the report said.

Around 07:30 on November 13, Russia struck a water tower in Liutivka, Zolochiv community. The hit damaged the pumping equipment, but there were no casualties, reported the head of the community, Viktor Kovalenko.
Over the past day, the city of Kharkiv and four settlements of the Kharkiv region came under enemy attacks.

A 16-year-old teenager who was wounded in a drone attack on a car in Rubizhne on November 10 died from his injuries in hospital on the evening of November 12, the regional prosecutor’s office reported.
Other
Residents of Kharkiv region purchased 4,224 real estate units under the state program eRestoration. The total value of the purchased housing exceeds 8.7 billion UAH. For housing repairs under the same state program, 40,407 people received more than 4.1 billion UAH in compensation.
More than 301 hectares of territory in the Kharkiv region were cleared of mines in one week. A total of 1,571 explosive devices were neutralized.
The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 174 people in the past day. 37 people remain. Since the beginning of operations, 11,918 people have been registered at the point.
Since the beginning of November 2025, 512 people have been evacuated from the Kupiansk direction, including 128 children. The highest evacuation rate in the region is observed in the Kupiansk area, followed by the Borova community, and then Zolochiv community, said Kharkiv region police chief Petro Tokar.
The project for constructing an underground hospital with an area of 15,000 square meters in the center of Kharkiv — the only one of its kind in Ukraine — was developed over the course of a year, said regional administration head Oleh Syniehubov.
Currently, 43 underground school projects are being implemented in the Kharkiv region, some funded by international partners and charitable foundations, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration, Oleh Syniehubov. Next year, an additional 50,000 children will be able to attend offline and blended learning in the new schools. In 2026, the region also plans to build 10 underground kindergartens.
Donetsk oblast
Front
Russian troops have again increased the number of attacks in the Lyman direction, the General Staff reported. Over the past day, they attacked 32 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Ridkodub, Grekivka, Karpivka, Zarichne, Novoselivka and in the directions of the settlements of Novyi Mir, Glushchenkove, Novosergiyevka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Koroviy Yar, Lyman.
Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsky direction stopped 81 assaults, in the Konstantinovsky direction, Russian troops carried out 24 attacks, and in the Oleksandrivsky direction, the Defense Forces repelled 15 attacks.
Russian troops were knocked out of the outskirts of the city of Siversk in the Slavyansky direction. However, the occupiers continue to press with assault groups and accumulate forces, the 81st brigade reported.
Russian troops are increasing the number of assault operations along the front line, trying to identify weak points in the defense. The Russian army is paying special attention to the residential development of Mirnograd, seeking to gain a foothold in multi-storey buildings to expand the controlled zone, said the intelligence officer of the separate detachment of unmanned systems “Typhoon” Alexander, call sign “Alex”.
Shelling
Serhii HorbunovOn November 13, the russian army attacked a vehicle of the Konstantinovka MVA: two employees were injured, an armored vehicle was damaged, – said the head of the MVA . Representatives of the administration drove into the city to fix the damaged houses and deliver fuel for the “invincibility points”. The collected materials will be transferred to the commission for providing compensation for destroyed real estate so that residents can receive compensation from the state.

Russian forces shelled the industrial zone of Kramatorsk on November 13, Kramatorsk City Military Administration head Oleksandr Honcharenko told Suspilne Donbas.
On November 13, Russian troops repeatedly shelled the Mykolaiv community in Donetsk region, Suspilne Donbas reported, citing Mykolaiv CMA head Volodymyr Proskunin.
On November 12, police recorded 1,676 enemy strikes on the frontline and residential areas.
The cities of Kostiantynivka, Siversk, Sloviansk, the settlement of Shabelkivka, and the villages of Berestok, Hryshyne, Kopani, Osykove, Shevchenko came under fire.
A total of five civilian objects were damaged, including four residential houses.

In Kostiantynivka, Russian forces struck with a KAB-500 bomb, FPV drones, and artillery — injuring a civilian and destroying an apartment building.
The enemy attacked Siversk with artillery, damaging a private house.
In Osykove, Druzhkivka community, an FPV drone strike damaged an ambulance.
In the village of Kopani, Dobropillia community, an enemy FPV drone damaged a private house.

More than forty thousand OSB boards, used to cover windows shattered by Russian shelling, have been distributed since the beginning of the year in Donetsk region by the charity fund Angels of Salvation. In addition, materials for quick repairs have been provided to nearly 21,000 families. The team is currently working in Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, and Druzhkivka, where, according to the fund, it is becoming increasingly dangerous.
Police evacuated about 30 residents of the Lyman community during drone attacks. Among those rescued were people with limited mobility and a patient who had suffered a stroke. Around 4,000 residents remain in the Lyman community.

The number of people wishing to leave the frontline areas of Donetsk region has increased by about 10%, said Yevhen Tkachov, head of the Proliska humanitarian mission in Donetsk region.
In two settlements of Donetsk region where the mandatory evacuation of families with children continues, 547 minors remain. The highest number of children is in Druzhkivka, officials said during a briefing on evacuation.
Luhansk oblast
The occupiers carried out 41 assault attempts on the Lyman and Siversk sections of the front. The enemy was most active in the Lyman direction, launching 32 attacks. In Luhansk region, assaults took place near Hrekivka. In four cases, the occupiers conducted strikes with tube artillery; in six cases, they used unmanned systems, the Regional Military Administration reported.
The population that remains in Lysychansk no longer expects to enter the winter with centralized heating. Most of the city has been trying to survive without heat for the fourth year in a row. The occupiers have repeatedly staged demonstrative attempts to restart boiler houses, but this has not resulted in warmer temperatures in residential buildings.
Since November 1, in occupied Luhansk region, television channels differing from Russian propagandist ones have begun to be dismantled. In the apartment buildings of Alchevsk, the dismantling is being carried out systematically, and residents are being offered an alternative — the services of the “Russian World” operator, which broadcasts exclusively Russian content.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
In Kyiv’s Podil district, according to the museum’s administration, the Hetman Museum has reopened to visitors. Two weeks ago, the museum was damaged as a result of an attack by the russian federation. Windows were blown out, the facade was damaged, and the metal entrance doors and wooden interior doors in the exhibition halls were broken. The museum is once again inviting visitors to tours, exhibitions, lectures, presentations of new projects, and children’s classes.
Makariv Mayor Vadym Tokar reported that the Makariv community is repairing an overpass, an important artery of the Kyiv oblast’s transport network. The structure was damaged during the active phase of hostilities in 2022. Construction of a new structure is currently underway. Traffic on this section is expected to resume in the near future.
The Kyiv City State Administration announced that the capital has approved a procedure for partial compensation of the recreation and education costs of Kyiv military personnel. Under the city’s target programme ‘Support for Kyiv residents – Defenders of Ukraine’, military personnel and their families can receive up to 12,000 hryvnia per person to cover the cost of recreation within Ukraine, as well as up to 25,000 hryvnia in one-time compensation within the financial year to cover the cost of education.
The Regional Military Administration reported that the families of deceased defenders of Ukraine from Kyiv oblast spent a week at the ‘Fight of the Unbreakable’ camp in Zakarpattia oblast. The trip aimed to support families going through the most difficult trials and to create conditions for their psychological and emotional recovery.
Zhytomyr oblast
On 12 November, during enemy mortar shelling in Donetsk Oblast, 26-year-old police sergeant Dmytro Paliy, a member of the Special Police Battalion of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zhytomyr Oblast, was killed. In July 2024, Dmytro voluntarily joined the special police battalion. He carried out combat missions in Donetsk oblast as part of a unit defending Ukraine from russian occupiers.
On 15 November, Zhytomyr oblast powerlifting championship for war veterans will take place in Zviahel. Paralympic athletes will also participate in the competition. War veterans who have injuries or amputations of one of their upper limbs will compete in the one-arm dumbbell bench press event.
Sumy oblast
The General Staff reported that towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, three combat engagements were recorded over the past day. The russian army carried out three airstrikes, dropping eight aerial bombs, and conducted 212 artillery attacks, including 14 using multiple launch rocket systems.
According to Serhii Kryvosheienko, Head of Sumy Municipal Military Administration, on 13 November, in the afternoon, the russian army struck an industrial facility in the industrial zone of Sumy. The attack caused a fire in materials at the production site. No casualties or injuries were reported. Emergency response efforts are ongoing.
The Regional Military Administration informed that on 12 November, russian drones twice attacked civilian vehicles in Krasnopillia community. The enemy drone struck a vehicle delivering bread to residents. The driver sustained a hand injury and received medical assistance without hospitalisation. The second strike targeted a Ukrposhta vehicle delivering parcels and pensions; its windows were shattered.
Between the morning of 12 November and the morning of 13 November, russian forces launched 28 attacks on 15 settlements across 10 territorial communities of the oblast. The most intense shelling occurred in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, mortars, FPV drones, UAVs, and guided aerial bombs across the Sumy region. During the day, air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for a total of 17 hours and 20 minutes.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed:
- in Krasnopillia community, a Ukrposhta vehicle and a bread delivery vehicle were damaged;
- in Sumy community, civilian infrastructure facilities and an administrative building were damaged;
- in Mykolaivka rural community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- in Esman community, a private household was damaged;
- in Shalyhyne community, a private household was damaged.
During the day, five people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities in cooperation with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and volunteer organisations.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that psychologists and a cynologist conducted a session with elements of canine therapy for rescuers in Sumy oblast. The main participant was Toto, an emotional support dog — a true anti-stress companion and team favourite. Interaction with him helped rescuers relieve tension and regain positive emotions. The event took place as part of the “Psychological Practices Point” and “Mental Tutor” projects implemented under the nationwide mental health programme “How Are You?”.
Chernihiv oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that on 13 November, an enemy FPV drone attacked a gas distribution station in Semenivka community.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that on 12 November, during the day, enemy FPV drones attacked a village in Koriukivka region. A service vehicle belonging to a telecommunications company and a residential building were damaged. At night, the enemy carried out further drone strikes on the outskirts of another village, damaging a house on the grounds of a former forestry site.
According to Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment, on 12 November, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (10 explosions) and AGS strikes (11 explosions), launched FPV drones (5 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (4 explosions). A total of seven settlements came under fire.
Colonel Vadym Mysnyk, spokesperson for the “North” military grouping, informed that russian forces have begun shelling Chernihiv oblast less intensively — a trend observed since 7 November 2025. Two factors are influencing the decrease in attacks: weather conditions and the actions of Ukraine’s Defence Forces. He also noted that russia is currently not forming a force grouping capable of launching a large-scale offensive in the northern border area.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that Chernihiv oblast plans to establish a Coordination Centre for Air Defence. The centre will improve coordination between all forces responsible for protecting the region’s airspace and enhance the protection of civilians and infrastructure.
In Nizhyn community, an automated centralised alert system will be installed in the villages of Kunashivka, Pereiaslivka, Naumivske and Palyvoda. The decision was approved by the executive committee of Nizhyn City Council. The new system will be integrated with Nizhyn’s existing municipal alert network, enabling rapid public notification in case of emergencies.

Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Nikopol region. Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the RMA, reported that the enemy targeted the regional centre, Myrove, Marhanets, Pokrovske and Chervonohryhorivka communities by artillery and drones. Fires broke out, private houses and a farm were damaged and livestock were killed.
Synelnykove region. According to updated information, in the morning the enemy launched a massive UAV attack on Vasylkivka community. Fires broke out, infrastructure and an enterprise were damaged. 2 private houses, 3 outbuildings and several vehicles were destroyed. 13 private houses, 2 outbuildings and car were damaged. In the day, russian forces attacked Pokrovske community by a drone, injuring 3 civilians: a 63-year-old man, a 60-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man. A car was damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
At the Sadovskyi Vinnytsia Academic Regional Music and Drama Theatre, rehearsals are underway for a performance involving veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war and their families. They are mastering new roles, overcoming stage fright and preparing for the premiere on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Vinnytsia, residents honoured the memory of 18-year-old defender Dmytro Yaremenko, call sign Ilai. The Azov Regiment fighter was killed 2 years ago during battles in Serebrianske forest while rescuing his comrades.
Cherkasy oblast
According to the Regional Military Administration, Cherkasy oblast has provided the military with 22 quadcopters of various models, 20 FPV drones and 4 sets of electronic warfare systems.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, stated that 2 men were killed in a russian attack on Preobrazhenka village, Polohy region. The russians used an FPV drone.
A couple, a 54-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, were killed in a russian drone strike on a civilian car in Zaporizhzhia oblast.
Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that on Huliaipole and Orikhiv regions, russian troops continue heavy shelling of Defence Forces positions and conduct small assault group operations. Meanwhile, Ukrainian defenders are blocking russian actions near the villages of Yablukove, Vesele and Solodke.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that overnight on 13 November, Ukrainian Defence Forces carried out strikes on russian military sites in the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast. Targets included an oil depot near Berdiansk and command posts of russia’s 5th Combined Arms Army and 127th Motorised Rifle Division.
5 russian assaults near the settlements of Prymorske and Novodanylivka were repelled by Defence Forces on Orikhiv region. Near Huliaipole, the russians unsuccessfully attacked 6 times around Zelenyi Hai.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, informed that on 12 November the russian military carried out 685 attacks on 16 towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast, including 382 drone strikes on Bilenke, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Preobrazhenka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelenyi Hai and Yablukove.
The State Emergency Service of the oblast reported that 2 fires broke out in Orikhiv as a result of russian shelling — residential buildings and an outbuilding caught fire.
According to the RMA, in temporarily occupied Berdiansk, 2 explosions were heard on the evening of 12 November; russian air defence activity was observed.
Mykolaiv oblast
Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv RMA, reported that as of 10am, 6 people were injured, 3 of them critically, following a Shahed drone strike on Mykolaiv. All victims are receiving medical assistance.
According to the Regional Military Administration, on 12 November, russian forces carried out 11 FPV drone attacks on Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities. There were no casualties reported.
Odesa oblast
Based on the information provided by the Southern Air Command, during the day, air defence forces in Odesa oblast destroyed 28 russian drones. They reported that on 12 November, russia attacked the oblast by an Iskander-M ballistic missile and a Kh-31 missile, which failed to reach its target thanks to active countermeasures.
Referring to Odesa RMA, a transport infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of the russian attack. The explosion destroyed the roof of a railway repair workshop and caused a fire.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, at night, russian drones struck Artsyz town, damaging a critical infrastructure site, an administrative building and repair facilities. There were no casualties reported.
The Air Force reported that a group of russian UAVs was observed moving southwards towards the settlements of Sarata and Vasylkivka.
Kherson oblast
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, a police lieutenant colonel was injured after triggering a mine during demining operations. He was hospitalised with a traumatic foot amputation.
Relying on the information provided by Kherson CMA, around 11am, russian troops attacked Dniprovskyi district by a drone, injuring a 66-year-old man with mine-blast and shrapnel wounds.
Another drone strike damaged a trolleybus. There were no casualties reported.
At 5:30am, the enemy attacked Dniprovskyi district by a drone, injuring a 49-year-old man.
The RMA informed that 2 emergency medical vehicles hit russian “petal” mines in Dniprovskyi district: the first during a night evacuation of a patient and the second in the morning while responding to another call. Both vehicles sustained wheel damage. There were no injuries reported.
The CMA stated that russian “petal” anti-personnel mines were found in 7 locations across Kherson: along Myru, Universytetska, Illiushi Kulyka streets, near a church and the Luchanskyi hospital on Zalaegerseh street, and at intersections of Zalaegerseh with Krymska, Kulyka with Chornomorska, and Krymska with Myru and Zalaegerseh.
The Prosecutor’s Office reported that at about 8pm yesterday, russian troops dropped an explosive from a drone on Osokorivka village, killing a 78-year-old man.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the RMA, said thaton 12 November, due to russian shelling in Kherson oblast, 4 civilians were injured. An administrative building, 4 high-rise buildings, 11 private houses and several vehicles were damaged. The russian military attacked 39 settlements in the oblast.

The RMA reported that updated regional criteria for determining enterprises, institutions, and organizations as critically important came into effect in the region on 13 November 2025.
Zakarpattia oblast
The RMA held a meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, and Andrii Yermak, Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine. They discussed with the military the decisions necessary to strengthen the defense, and awarded the defenders for their courage and steadfastness in the performance of their duty.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
OPFOR battalion received a drone, the 102nd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Colonel Dmytro Vitovsky and the 4th Rifle Battalion of the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade received drones, ecoflow, sights and other equipment from Ivano-Frankivsk community.
Lviv oblast
The 1st official visit of Heiko Toms, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine, took place in Lviv oblast. Maksym Kozytsky, Head of Lviv oblast, held a meeting with him, during which they discussed key areas of security, economic and regional cooperation.
Roman Zayats, Head of the Kryivka CF organized a fundraiser and purchased a car for the 71st Separate Chasseurs Brigade of the Airborne Assault Forces in Sumy oblast. The Angels of the Armed Forces of Ukraine CF, thanks to the financial support of those who care, delivered 4 cars, food and other necessary things for defenders.
Novorozdil community sent a car, camouflage nets, food, fuel, tires, tools, hygiene products, and other necessary items to the military personnel.
Rivne oblast
In Rivne oblast, it was held with the participation of representatives of the authorities, the Team4UA CF and the Center for Integration NGO. They monitored and visited 4 places of temporary residence, got acquainted with the living conditions of people who were evacuated and discussed their key needs.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil oblast is administratively divided into three – Kremenets, Ternopil and Chortkiv. The length of the oblast from north to south is 195 km, and from west to east – 129 km.
