It has been the 1356  th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression.

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:

On November 10, there were 125 combat engagements.

The enemy shelled the border settlements of Kucherivka, Zarichne and Bobylivka in the Sumy oblast, as well as Khrinivka in the Chernihiv oblast with artillery and mortars.

An online platform called Veteran PRO has been launched in Ukraine. It is a unified digital service that consolidates all key government services for veterans and their family members. The platform provides information on medical treatment, rehabilitation, education, employment, housing programs and business support. Each user can select their status — veteran, person with a disability resulting from war or family member of a fallen service member — and receive a personalized roadmap with step-by-step instructions. The project was created to help veterans quickly and conveniently access the necessary assistance without queues or bureaucracy.

In the “Reserv+” application, more than 700,000 deferments from mobilization have been automatically extended. The Ministry of Defence reported that over 720,000 Ukrainians received automatic extensions of their deferment — without submitting applications or visiting the Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support. If a person’s data is already available in state registries, the system updates their status automatically. The new procedure came into effect on 1 November. Now, most applications are submitted directly through the app — without paper certificates or queues.

In Vovchansk, fighting continues among completely destroyed buildings, while along the border, the Russian army is forming a so-called “sanitary zone”.

Shelling
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, a 16-year-old boy and two men aged 24 and 42 were injured after an FPV drone hit a civilian car in Rubizhne, Chuhuiv district, around 6:45pm.

Over the past day, two settlements were under enemy fire.

As a result of shelling in Prykolotne, Vilkhuvatka community, two women aged 55 and 75 were injured.

The enemy used 7 Shahed-136/“Geran-2” drones and 10 unidentified UAVs over Kharkiv oblast.

Damage to civilian infrastructure includes:
▪️ In Kupiansk region — 7 private houses damaged (Prykolotne village);
▪️ In Lozova region — railway infrastructure damaged (Orilka village).

Over the past week, at least 45 settlements in the Kharkiv region, including the city of Kharkiv, came under attack.

A total of 29 people were injured, including a 10-year-old girl, and three people were killed.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons against Kharkiv oblast:
▪️ 13 Iskander-M missiles;
▪️ 10 KAB guided bombs;
▪️ 118 Shahed-136/“Geran-2” drones;
▪️ 3 Molniya-type UAVs;

In the Rohanska community, 70% of heating supply has already been restored. Heating and hot meal stations continue to operate until full restoration.

On November 10, memorial plaques were unveiled on the facade of Lyceum No. 8 in Kharkiv in honor of graduates Yevhen Andrusovych and Yaroslav Lantsov, who died in the line of duty, according to the Saltivskyi District Administration.

Donetsk oblast

On November 9, police recorded 1,775 enemy strikes along the front line and in residential areas.

Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy in both the Lyman and Sloviansk directions. Over the past day, Russian forces launched 33 attacks there — mostly in the Lyman sector, where they attempted to advance 20 times, including from the direction of Tverdokhlibove. In our area of responsibility, the occupiers struck with artillery five times and actively used FPV drones, according to the Regional Military Administration.

The population that remains in Sievierodonetsk is preparing for its fourth winter without heating. The centralized heating system and boiler plants were destroyed by Russian forces during the assault on the city in the spring of 2022. Each autumn-winter season, the occupiers announce the supposed restoration of heat supply — but in reality, it applies only to a few blocks in newly built districts. According to local residents, this year the number of buildings with heating can be counted on the fingers of two hands.

One of Russia’s wealthiest regions — Tatarstan — is reportedly among the least successful in the so-called “reconstruction” of occupied cities it took under patronage. In particular, it has effectively abandoned Rubizhne, where almost all reconstruction work has stopped. The reasons cited include a lack of funding.
