Since the beginning of the day, the Russian aggressor has launched 69 attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, the settlements of Korenok, Neskuchne, Ryzhivka, Volfyne, and Hirky in the Sumy region came under fire. Airstrikes targeted Buniakyne and Korenok.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, six combat engagements have taken place. Russian forces carried out 14 attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian positions, including one strike using a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS).
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy made three attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses near Starytsia and toward the settlements of Izbytske and Chaikivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces have not conducted offensive operations so far today.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops repelled three enemy attempts to advance near Nadiia, Novoselivka, and toward Lyman, Ozerne, and Dibrova.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 14 Russian attacks toward Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and near Riznykivka and Zakytne. Three engagements are still ongoing.
No offensive activity by Russian forces has been recorded in the Kramatorsk direction.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 enemy attacks near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Ivanopillia, and toward Stepanivka, Toretske, and Vilne. One battle is still underway.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces attempted 17 times since the beginning of the day to push Ukrainian troops from their positions near Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Filiia, and toward Bilytske and Novopidhorodne. One engagement remains ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy made three attempts to advance near Oleksandrohrad, Ternove, and Kalynivske.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks toward Dobropillia and Huliaipilske. Three combat engagements are still in progress.
No offensive actions by Russian forces have been recorded in the Orikhiv and Prydniprovske directions.
No significant changes have been reported in other sectors of the front. No additional enemy attempts to advance have been detected.
Ukrainian forces continue to wear down Russian troops along the entire front line and deep behind enemy lines.
Power outages caused by Russian attacks have been reported in six regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia, according to Ukrenergo.
In the Sea of Azov, two tankers belonging to Russia’s shadow fleet were reportedly struck. The vessels were transporting gasoline to occupied Crimea, carrying approximately 7,000 tons of fuel each.
In addition, Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces (SBS) reportedly struck two Russian S-400 air defense systems in occupied Crimea and Russia’s Bryansk region. In Kerch, Ukrainian drones also hit an oil depot and a Nebo-U radar system.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Donetsk oblast
Over the past 24 hours, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian troops launched 30 assaults on the Defence Forces’ positions towards Pokrovsk. The occupiers attacked near Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka and Serhiivka, as well as in the direction of Myrne, Novopavlivka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Novopidhorodne, Kucherove Yar, Vilne, Novyi Donbas, Dorozhne, Hryshyne and Udachne. Towards Sloviansk, Ukrainian forces repelled 33 attacks by the russian army.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Defence Forces struck a railway viaduct, a depot containing drones and a concentration of russian military equipment in the temporarily occupied Luhansk oblast. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
The Russian army carried out an air strike near the DTEK brigade in Kramatorsk. According to the city’s military administration, an aerial bomb struck close to where power company workers were carrying out repair work. Three workers were injured.
On 5 July, russian troops carried out 1,100 strikes along the front line and in residential areas of Donetsk oblast, the regional police reported. 8 settlements were under attack. 62 civilian facilities were damaged, including 44 residential buildings.
In Kramatorsk, russian forces used three KAB-250 aerial bombs and four drones. Four civilians were injured, including two children born in 2011. Eleven blocks of flats and seven private houses were damaged, along with medical and educational facilities, a café, a petrol station and five cars.
In Druzhkivka, the occupiers struck with five KAB-250 aerial bombs and an FPV drone. Two civilians were injured. Five blocks of flats and six private houses, as well as a car, were damaged.
One person was injured in an artillery attack on Sloviansk. 9 private homes and 3 cars were damaged. Another person was injured in Andriivka as a result of an FPV drone strike. In Vasylivska Pustosh, three KAB-250 aerial bombs damaged four private homes. In Bilenke, two private homes and a car were damaged by a drone attack; in Krasnotorka, two civilian cars were damaged.
The evacuation from Druzhkivka, near the front line, is ongoing. According to police reports, the White Angel crew evacuated a 77-year-old woman from the town, who had been living under constant russian shelling. Locals say that russian aerial bombs continue to strike the town’s residential areas on a regular basis.
Luhansk oblast
Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration said that russian troops attacked the positions of the Defence Forces nine times towards Lyman near Hrekivka. The occupiers deployed nine FPV drones, opened fire with barrel artillery on four occasions, and with automatic grenade launchers on a further four occasions.
Popasna City Military Administration has introduced a scheme to reimburse 30% of the initial deposit for the purchase of housing under the state programme “yeOselia”. According to Oleksii Kharchenko, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, residents of the community can receive up to UAH 180,000 in compensation.
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk oblast, russia continues to militarise children. According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, schoolchildren from the so-called “lpr” are being recruited during the summer holidays to defence and sports camps, where they are taught firearms and tactical training, as well as how to operate drones, whilst some participants are being trained as snipers. Once their training is complete, the young people are encouraged to join the ranks of the russian Federation’s armed forces.
In Siverskodonetsk, the occupying administration is continuing the so-called “nationalisation” of property. According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, a further 17 properties have been added to the new list of “ownerless” real estate, including private medical facilities, a pharmacy, shops, an insurance company, an estate agency and catering establishments. The Regional Military Administration notes that in this way, the occupying authorities are continuing to appropriate the property of owners who have left the region due to the war.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, russian forces launched another large-scale missile attack on Kyiv during the night of 6 July. As of 4:47 p.m., 15 people had been killed and 71 injured, including 6 children. 24 of the injured, including 4 children, were hospitalised. Emergency response and recovery operations were carried out at more than 20 locations across the city.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as of 4:20 p.m., search and rescue operations were underway at damaged apartment buildings at two locations in Kyiv’s Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts.


In Kyiv’s Podilskyi district, a missile strike on a nine-storey residential building destroyed the 5th through 9th floors. Five people were killed and more than 30 injured. Residents were evacuated using aerial ladder trucks. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 17 people were led outside, and 28 rescued from the upper floors.
At other locations in the Podilskyi district, debris struck a 21-storey residential building, causing partial structural collapse between the 3rd and 4t floors. Partial damage was also reported to the roof of a 19-storey residential building, cars caught fire in the courtyard of another apartment block, and debris fell on a 25-storey residential building.
In Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district, a fire broke out in a 25-storey residential building, where apartments from the 2nd to the 5th floors were destroyed. Residents were trapped on the upper floors. The attack killed 6 people. Falling debris also ignited apartments in a 30-storey residential building elsewhere in the district.
In the Obolonskyi district, the attack set a warehouse building on fire.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a non-residential building caught fire as a result of the attack.

According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, nearly 30 residential buildings in Kyiv sustained significant damage as a result of russia’s large-scale attack on 6 July. During the emergency response, 64 people were rescued. Due to safety risks for rescue personnel, robotic equipment and aircraft were deployed. Canine search-and-rescue teams and explosive ordnance disposal specialists are also working at the affected sites. As of 10:00 a.m., psychologists from the National Police and the State Emergency Service had provided assistance to more than 100 people.


According to Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk, russian forces launched a large-scale overnight attack on Kyiv oblast on 6 July. Six people were killed and at least 16 injured. The consequences of the attack were recorded in the Bucha, Vyshhorod, and Brovary districts. Private homes, businesses, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. Emergency response efforts are ongoing.
Kalashnyk said that a combined russian strike on Vyshneve in the Bucha district destroyed nearly five streets. 3 people were killed and 26 injured, 3 of whom remain in critical condition. The injured include a nine-month-old infant and a 12-year-old child. Around 500 people were evacuated because of the risk of secondary explosions. Harmful levels of air pollution were also recorded. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, two emergency responders were among the injured. Extensive damage was reported to private homes, garages, a warehouse, and an industrial facility.
In the Boryspil district, a teenager born in 2007 was injured by falling debris.
In the Vyshhorod and Brovary districts, three private homes and an outbuilding were damaged.
According to Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine Oleksii Kuleba, rail traffic in Kyiv oblast was temporarily restricted following Russia’s large-scale attack. As of 1:19 p.m., train services had begun to resume.
Zhytomyr oblast

A new social initiative, “SOVA”, was launched in Zhytomyr at the beginning of the month to provide free legal assistance to servicemembers, veterans, and their families facing difficult life circumstances. According to the project’s coordinator, veteran of the russia–Ukraine war Oleksandr Hinhizov, the initiative aims to support military personnel who find themselves in challenging situations.
Sumy oblast
The State Border Guard Service reported that border guards in Sumy oblast shot down 75 enemy UAVs over the past 24 hours, including seven Shahed drones, 44 Herbera drones, 23 fibre-optic FPV drones and one reconnaissance drone.
The Regional Military Administration informed that a seriously injured man who had been wounded in a russian UAV attack on a filling station in Sumy on 3 July died in hospital. The 45-year-old employee of the filling station sustained critical injuries during a repeated UAV strike on the site. Doctors fought for his life for three days.
According to the Regional Military Administration reported that eight people remain in hospital following the russian guided aerial bomb attack on one of Sumy’s central streets on 3 July. Four people, including a five-year-old girl, were killed in the attack. A total of 49 people were injured: 43 adults and six children. A 16-year-old girl and three other victims remain in serious condition. Four children are in a moderate condition: girls aged 13, 16 and 17, and a 16-year-old boy.
From the morning of 5 July to the morning of 6 July, russian forces carried out more than 50 attacks on 20 settlements across 12 territorial communities of Sumy oblast. The highest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for 23 hours and 55 minutes during the reporting period.
The Regional Military Administration reported that, as of the morning of 6 July, one person had been affected by enemy attacks across Sumy oblast over the previous 24 hours. Destruction and damage to private residential houses, vehicles and civilian infrastructure facilities were also recorded:
▪️ In Hlukhiv community, a 77-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction after a russian UAV strike. A private residential house, residential premises and a combine harvester were damaged;
▪️ In Bilopollia community, a non-residential building and an outbuilding were damaged. A 64-year-old woman sought medical assistance after being injured on 4 July when an enemy drone struck a private household in the community;
▪️ In Sumy community, civilian infrastructure facilities, an apartment building and passenger vehicles were damaged;
▪️ In Shostka community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;
▪️ In Chernechchyna community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
▪️ In Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential house was destroyed and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;
▪️ In Znob-Novhorodske community, the premises of an educational institution were damaged.
Chernihiv oblast
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, reported that the Defence Forces shot down around 350 enemy strike drones over Chernihiv oblast during the past week.
Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, said that on the morning of 6 July, russians attacked Pushkari village in Novhorod-Siverskyi community, near the border in Chernihiv oblast. The strikes sparked a fire that completely destroyed one private residential house and damaged another.
Chernihivoblenergo informed that on the evening of 5 July, more than 34,000 consumers in Nizhyn and Koriukivka regions were left without electricity as a result of a russian attack.
Viacheslav Chaus reported that russian forces repeatedly attacked Snovsk community during 5 July and on the morning of 6 July. A Heran UAV strike on Snovsk set an outbuilding on the premises of an agricultural enterprise on fire. During the night, the enemy attacked another agricultural enterprise by Herbera drones, causing a grain storage facility to catch fire. Another strike in a residential area destroyed a garage.
According to Chaus, on 5 July, russian forces struck energy infrastructure facilities across the oblast. In addition, Semenivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi region and Chernihiv came under enemy attack:
▪️ In the morning, russia struck a forestry site in Semenivka by a Molniya UAV. Later, the enemy attacked an administrative building, damaging its roof. In the evening, an FPV drone strike damaged a residential house;
▪️ In a village in Novhorod-Siverskyi region, russians struck a House of Culture by a Molniya UAV, damaging the building;
▪️ In the evening, a Heran UAV strike damaged the terminal of a logistics company in Chernihiv. Firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that on 5 July, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (10 explosions), artillery strikes (10 explosions), two Molniya UAV strikes and FPV drone attacks (8 explosions). Seven settlements came under enemy fire.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Vinnytsia oblast
At the annual certification of the State Emergency Service’s canine units, Frida took second place in the search-and-rescue category for locating victims trapped under rubble. Meanwhile, Dach, a young dog that joined the Vinnytsia SES canine unit only two months ago, passed certification and was approved for search-and-rescue operations. Vinnytsia State Emergency Service canine unit participated in the annual certification of search-and-rescue dogs, which took place in Lviv oblast.
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Air defence forces shot down 22 enemy UAVs over the oblast overnight.
Dnipro. In Dnipro, a UAV attack damaged a private house, 2 outbuildings and 5 vehicles. Tsarychanka community came under attack. A fire broke out, damaging an enterprise and a vehicle. Also, Slobozhanske community was targeted.
Nikopol region. The russian forces attacked the regional centre, Mozolevske, Pokrovske urban and Marhanets communities by drones. A fire broke out. An enterprise and several trucks were damaged.
Synelnykove region. In Mykolaivka community, a UAV attack set an outbuilding on fire and destroyed 2 vehicles.
Nikopol region. A 46-year-old man was injured in Nikopol. The russian forces attacked the regional centre, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka, Marhanets, Pokrovske rural and Pokrovske urban communities by drones and artillery. Fires broke out. 2 apartment buildings, a private house, 2 outbuildings, enterprises, a vehicle, a motorcycle and administrative buildings were damaged.
Synelnykove region. The russian forces attacked Vasylkivka and Ukrainka communities by FPV drones. A fire broke out, and a trailer was destroyed.
Kryvyi Rih region. Kryvyi Rih, Zelenodolsk and Apostolove communities, came under attack. A fire broke out. An enterprise, a private house and infrastructure were damaged.
Pavlohrad region. A UAV attack in Troitske community set a wheat field on fire.
Kirovohrad oblast
Communities in 2 parts of Kirovohrad oblast paid tribute to fallen defenders: Oleksandr Bezlutskyi from Lypniazhka village in Dobrovelychkivka community, Novoukrainka region, and Volodymyr Vovchenko from Holovanivsk settlement.
Oleksandr Bezlutskyi was killed on 27 April 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near Oleshnia in sudzha region, kursk oblast, russia. He had been considered missing in action for more than a year until a DNA match confirmed his death.
Volodymyr Vovchenko was killed on 1 November 2024, near Maksymilianivka village in Pokrovsk region, Donetsk oblast. He had been listed as missing in action until a DNA examination confirmed his death.
Poltava oblast
Vitalii Diakivnych, Head of Poltava RMA, stated that during the night of 6 July and in the morning, air defence forces shot down russian UAVs over Poltava oblast. Debris from one of the drones fell on the premises of an industrial enterprise in Myrhorod region. There were no injuries reported.
Olena Ananevych, Medical Director of the City Children’s Clinical Hospital,informed that 2 boys injured in the 20 June missile strike on Poltava continue to receive treatment. A 3rd child has been discharged. One child remains in the surgical ward and continues treatment. Another child, who was transferred to a medical facility in Kyiv, is also still undergoing treatment.
Junior Sergeant Mykhailo Deriaha was killed while carrying out a combat mission in Poltava oblast. He served as a senior aerial gunner in a helicopter squadron and defended Ukraine’s skies from russian drones. He was killed on 30 June 2026, near Starytskivka village in Poltava oblast during a combat mission.
Several communities in Poltava oblast will pay tribute to 3 servicemen: Oleksandr Palokha, Oleksandr Hodyna and Serhii Shevchenko.
Oleksandr Palokha was killed on 28 June 2026, while carrying out a combat mission near Novomykolaivka settlement in Kharkiv oblast.
Oleksandr Hodyna was killed on 10 May 2024, during russian assault operations near Sokil settlement in Donetsk oblast.
Serhii Shevchenko went missing in action on 25 October 2024, while carrying out a combat mission. His death was later confirmed through DNA testing.
Cherkasy oblast
Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, stated that air defence forces destroyed 2 russian missiles and 2 attack UAVs over Cherkasy oblast. There were no casualties or infrastructure damage reported.
A day of mourning was declared in Uman community on 6 July in connection with the death and funeral of defender Roman Panasiuk. He was killed on 27 January 2025, during a firefight in the vicinity of Nadiivka in Pokrovsk region, Donetsk oblast.
In Zolotonosha, Oleh Suslo, a serviceman of the 32nd Separate Mechanised Steel Brigade, was awarded the For Wounds medal. He defended Ukraine on Donetsk axis from May 2022 to May 2025 and sustained severe injuries while carrying out combat missions.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, today, 6 July, russian forces once again shelled Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the strike on a gas station, one person was killed and 10 others were injured, including a child.
Also today, 6 July, russian forces struck the city of Vilniansk in Zaporizhzhia oblast with guided aerial bombs. According to Vilniansk Mayor Nataliia Musiienko, 10 people were injured. Around 50 residential buildings were damaged, three of them completely destroyed.
Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 5 July, russian forces launched 989 strikes on 52 settlements across Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian troops carried out 21 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, Komyshuvakha, Liubytske, Yurkivka, Rozumivka, Liubymivka, Zirnytsia, Zoriavka, Shevchenkivske, Shyroke, Orikhiv, Omelnyk, Mykilske, Preobrazhenka, Chervona Krynytsia, and Yehorivka. 670 UAVs of various types, mostly FPV drones, targeted Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Kushuhum, Komyshuvakha, Balabyne, Bilenke, Kosivtseve, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Kalynivka, Pavlivske, Mykhailo-Lukasheve, Nyzhnia Khortytsia, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Novoselivka, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Hirske, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Dobropillia, Rybne, Preobrazhenka, Varvarivka, and Pryluky. Two MLRS strikes hit Novoyakovlivka and Mala Tokmachka. russian forces also carried out 296 artillery strikes on Richne, Novoiakovlivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Lukianivske, Mali Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Charivne, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, and Rybne. Authorities received 266 reports of damage to infrastructure, homes, and vehicles. One person was killed and 25 others were injured as a result of russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that as of 4:00 p.m. on 6 July, Ukrainian Defense Forces were repelling six russian assaults toward Dobropillia and Huliaipilske. Three engagements were still ongoing. Over the previous day, 5 July, Ukrainian forces repelled 21 russian attacks towards Huliaipole and one more towards Orikhiv.
During the night of 6 July, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the territory of the Azovkabel plant in temporarily occupied Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia oblast. According to Berdiansk City Military Administration, the russians used the facility to station military personnel. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
The Chief Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia oblast reported that a memorial installation called the “Tree of Memory” was unveiled in Zaporizhzhia to honor police officers killed in the war. The memorial features service badges engraved with the names of 41 fallen officers instead of leaves. The opening ceremony was attended by law enforcement officials, veterans, and relatives of the fallen police officers.
Mykolaiv oblast
Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Head Vitalii Kim reported that on 6 July, russian forces struck Ochakiv community, reportedly using air-launched missiles. A 61-year-old man was injured in the attack and hospitalized. A building in a recreational area was damaged.
Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration also reported that yesterday, 5 July, and this morning, russian forces attacked the region with Shahed/Gerbera strike drones. In Nechaiane community, a 49-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized. Later, a 45-year-old man sought medical treatment on his own at a healthcare facility in another region. A gas station building was damaged.
As a result of a repeated Shahed/Gerbera drone attack on Nova Odesa community, two men aged 39 and 40 were injured and hospitalized. A gas station building and a power line were damaged.
In Kobleve community, a private house and two vehicles were damaged in a Shahed/Gerbera drone attack.
Yesterday, russian forces also launched five FPV drone attacks on Ochakiv and Halytsynove communities. In one of the attacks in Halytsynove community, two men aged 61 and 65 sustained minor injuries. They declined hospitalization. Agricultural machinery was damaged.
Odesa oblast
Odesa Regional Military Administration reported that on 6 July, russian forces launched a missile strike on civilian infrastructure in Odesa oblast. Three private residential houses were damaged in Odesa region. A child, a boy aged 3 years and 11 months, was injured and hospitalized at a children’s hospital. Doctors assess his condition as moderate.
Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported that today, in one of the resort settlements of Odesa region, a russian attack ignited dry vegetation between residential houses. The fire spread rapidly, covering an area of one hectare. Eight firefighters and two fire engines were deployed to extinguish the blaze.
According to Odesa Regional Military Administration, russian forces attacked Odesa overnight with strike drones. The attack damaged apartment buildings, shattering windows, a parking area with garage facilities, and a private residential house, where a fire broke out. A 23-year-old man was injured.
Kherson oblast
The Police of Kherson oblast reported that today, 6 July, russian forces carried out an airstrike on the outskirts of Kherson. According to preliminary information, around ten guided aerial bombs were used in the attack. Six civilians, including two children, sustained injuries of varying severity. In Zelenivka, 29 private houses and a cultural center were damaged, while in Muzykivka, six private households were damaged. One of the guided bombs struck an educational institution.
Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that today two residents of Bilozerka sought medical assistance after coming under a russian drone attack at around 7:00 p.m. A 43-year-old man was diagnosed with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to his legs and torso. Another 43-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition with blast injuries and a shrapnel wound to the chest.
At around 4:20 p.m. on 6 July, russian forces launched an airstrike on central Kherson. According to Kherson Regional Military Administration, the occupiers dropped two guided aerial bombs on a shopping and entertainment center.
At around 1:30 pm, a man was injured in a russian drone attack in Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district. According to preliminary information, the 61-year-old resident sustained blast injuries.
A 47-year-old woman required medical treatment after being injured in the russian airstrike on Kherson. She suffered blast injuries and a concussion.
At around noon, russian forces attacked an elderly woman with an FPV drone in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. The 62-year-old woman sustained blast injuries and facial burns.
A 56-year-old female medic sought hospital treatment after being injured in a russian drone attack on public transport in Kherson’s Korabelnyi district earlier in the morning. She suffered blast injuries and a concussion.
At around 9:00 am, russian forces attacked a house in Komyshany with a drone. A 77-year-old woman sustained blast injuries.
At around 8:00 am, russian forces struck a vehicle with a drone in Kherson’s Korabelnyi district. A 56-year-old man sustained blast injuries and multiple shrapnel wounds to his torso, arms, and legs.
At around 7:00 am, russian forces attacked a car with a drone in central Kherson. A 22-year-old man and a 42-year-old female healthcare worker sustained blast injuries and concussions.
According to Kherson RMA, eight residents of Kherson oblast sought medical assistance today for injuries sustained in previous russian attacks.
The Police of Kherson oblast reported that yesterday, 5 July, russian forces shelled Kherson, Antonivka, Komyshany, Tomyna Balka, Oleksandrivka, Dniprovske, Sadove, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Chaichyne, Inhulets, Tokarivka, Poniativka, Mykilske, Darivka, Vysoke, Novopavlivka, Kalynivske, Tarasa Shevchenka, Petropavlivka, Charivne, Kozatske, and Vesele. As a result of the attacks, three private houses, four vehicles, and three outbuildings were damaged. Four people were injured in the russian attacks across the region.

12 children from families of defenders, servicemen, and fallen Heroes went to a summer camp in the city of Viljandi (Estonia). Ahead of them is a week of relaxation, interesting travels, new acquaintances and good emotions.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Over the past week, an air alert signal sounded 5 times in the oblast. On 2 July, one enemy drone was shot down/suppressed. There were no deaths, injuries or damage.
Chernivtsi oblast
Chernivtsi City Council reported that UAH 10.5m has been allocated for a high-precision ultrasound machine for a maternity hospital and for the creation of a rehabilitation department on Roshi for servicemen, veterans, and civilians who suffered as a result of the war.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
The EBRD has signed letters of intent with Germany to contribute €45m and Norway to contribute €10m to the Renewable Energy and Market Acceleration Program for Ukraine (RAMP-UP). The facility is expected to support 1 GW of new renewable energy capacity and potentially mobilise €1.5bn in investment.
