The russian army continues to assault the positions of Ukrainian defenders. In response, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are thwarting the enemy’s insidious plans, inflicting significant losses on their personnel and equipment.
On 3 August, there were 76 combat engagements on the front line.
Border settlements in Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts continue to suffer from cynical shelling from the russian federation territory. The vicinities of Karpovychi, Druzhba, Uralove, and Mykhailchyna Sloboda were affected by artillery and mortar fire. Additionally, the russians carried out two airstrikes with five KAB bombs on Loknia and Myropillia.
Meanwhile, Kharkiv oblast remains under constant enemy air bombardment. The russians carried out two airstrikes from the russian cities of Belgorod and Shebekino, using three KAB bombs. They targeted the vicinities of Izbytske and Lyptsi.
Towards Kharkiv, the russians conducted three attacks near Hlyboke and Vovchansk, where one battle is currently ongoing.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted 11 offensive actions near Synkivka, Kolesnykivka, Novosynove, Hlushkivka, Andriivka, Berestove, and Stelmakhivka. Eight attacks were stopped, and three are ongoing.
Towards Lyman, the occupying army attacked Ukrainian defenders’ positions five times near Makiivka, Nevske, and Terny. Four battles were completed, and one is still ongoing. The occupiers also bombarded the vicinity of Serebrianka forest with two KAB bombs and struck the vicinity of Makiivka with 15 unguided aerial rockets (NARs).
Towards Siversk, the enemy attacked the vicinity of Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Vyimka, and Ivano-Daryivka throughout the day. As a result of the clashes, they were defeated.
Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy carried out six assault actions near Vasiukivka, Chasiv Yar, and Andriivka. The Defense Forces repelled half of the attacks, and three are still ongoing.
Towards Toretsk, the occupiers increased the number of attacks to 14, advancing near Zalizne, Niu-York, Toretsk, and Pivnichne. Eleven battles were completed, and three are ongoing. Additionally, the occupiers carried out five airstrikes on Toretsk.
Towards Pokrovsk, the russians conducted assault actions in the vicinities of Vozdvyzhenka, Novoselivka Persha, Zhelanne, Serhiivka, Panteleimonivka, Novooleksandrivka, Mezhove, Karlivka, and Kalynove. The Defense Forces held back the russian forces and repelled 16 attacks, with four clashes ongoing. The enemy’s losses in this direction are being clarified. Additionally, the enemy carried out five airstrikes in the vicinity of Hrodivka.
Towards Kurakhove, the occupiers attacked four times near Krasnohorivka, Kostyantynivka, Heorhiivka, and Paraskoviivka. Two battles are still ongoing.
Towards Vremivka, the enemy assaulted the Ukrainian defensive lines three times near Vodiane, Kostyantynivka, and Rozdolne. Two attacks were stopped, and one is ongoing.
Towards Orikhiv, the enemy was unsuccessful in attacking Ukrainian positions near Robotyne.
In other directions of the front, the situation remains largely unchanged.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that eight more children were successfully returned from the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region. These include five girls and three boys, aged from 6 to 17 years old.
The General Staff reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces have struck a russian submarine and an S-400 anti-aircraft missile system in temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result of the hit, the submarine sank.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that the russian army carried out air strikes in the vicinity of the settlements of Vovchanski Khutori, Ternova, Vovchansk, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kupiansk.
The SES of Kharkiv oblast says that two men were injured as a result of the detonation of an explosive object in the field of the Vyshnivka village of Kindrashivska community. The type of ammunition is being determined. Also on 2 August, in the village of Kamianka, Izium region, a man was blown up in the garden, he had a traumatic amputation of his foot.
The SES reports that in Kharkiv oblast, there were 5 fires due to russian shelling in Kupiansk, Izium and Chuhuiv regions. Residential buildings, civilian infrastructure and grass in the open space burned.
Towards Kharkiv, the russian army lost 105 people killed and wounded, as well as equipment and shelter. There it is noted that the russian army has 67 less shelters of personnel, also one ammunition storage point and the launch pad of the UAV destroyed. Destroyed and damaged were 40 units of weapons and military equipment of the occupiers.
Viacheslav Zadorenko, Head of the community, reports that a guided air bomb hit an open area on the outskirts of Derhachi about 3:02pm. There were no reports of damage or casualties.
At around 7:30 am, the occupiers struck Kharkiv region, information about the destruction is being clarified. No casualties.
At 7:00 am Ivashky village was shelled. As a result of the shelling, a private house was destroyed. No casualties.
At 04:35 am Kreidianka village, Izium region was affected. As a result of the shelling, two buildings were burned.
At 00:45 am Podoly village, Kupiansk region was shelled. As a result of the shelling, the roof of the house was burning.
The day before, at 10:20 pm the village of Vyshnivka, Kupiansk region was shelled. As a result of the explosion on the GNP, men aged 41 and 44 years were injured.
At 3:00 pm the village of Kamianka, Izium region was hit. A 49-year-old man was injured as a result of the explosion.
At 2:21 pm, Kupiansk was shelled. As a result of the shelling, the warehouse burned. A private house and 3 cars, facades of three apartment buildings were damaged.
At 12:17 pm, Velika Babka village, Chuhuiv region was affected. There was shelling of cluster munitions in the territory.
At 11:45 am, Kupiansk was shelled. As a result of the shelling, structural elements of the destroyed house were burning.
At 11:40 am, Kupyansk was hit by a missile near the entrance of the building. A 5-storey residential building was damaged. A 66-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured. A 55-year-old woman was killed.
At 09:00 am, a tractor was on fire and a bus was damaged in Derhachi community. 7 civilians were injured.
At 09:00 am, the village of Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv region was affected. As a result of the shelling, a kindergarten building was partially damaged.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy continued offensive (assault) actions, in total there were six combat clashes. The fighting took place in areas of Hlyboke, Tykhe and Vovchansk.
Towards Kupiansk, there were three combat clashes. The defense forces repelled enemy attacks in the vicinity of Stelmakhivka.
Donetsk oblast
The General Staff reported that the Defense Forces repelled 106 russian attacks in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
Towards Pokrovsk, the Ukrainian military repelled 36 assaults in the vicinity of the settlements of Novooleksandrivka, Zhelanne, Vozdvizhenka, Ivanivka, Novoselivka Persha and Kalynove.
Towards Toretsk, there were 24 battles near Pivnichne, Toretsk, Niu-York and Zalizne.
Serhiy Tsehotsky, officer of the 59th motorcycle brigade named after Yakiv Handiuk, reports that russian troops are pulling up towards Pokrovsk all the reserves they have in their possession, in particular, from the southern direction – Mariupol, Berdiansk, Henichensk.
At least 1 person was killed and 2 wounded as a result of the shelling of Pokrovsk. This is the second attack on the city on that day. The russians hit the private sector: one house was destroyed, several others damaged. As a result of the shelling of the private sector of Pokrovsk at 2:10pm a 45-year-old man was killed, two residents – a 39-year-old woman and a 40-year-old woman received mine-explosive and shrapnel wounds.
Vadim Lyakh, Head of the Interior Ministry, says that the Russian army in the morning shelled the outskirts of Sloviansk and hit the side of the road at the entrance to the city. A civilian car was damaged. A commercial pavilion and dry grass caught fire. The SES is working to eliminate the fire. There were no casualties.

Regional police informs that the army of the russian federation shelled Donetsk oblast 2757 times on 2 August , 15 settlements came under attack.
Volnova region. In Novoukrainka, a house was damaged.
Pokrovsk region. In Kurakhivka, the industrial zone was under fire, Kurakhove and Hirnik were fired upon. In Ukrainsk, Selidove community, the administrative building was damaged. In Hrodivka, non-residential premises were damaged, in Novokeonomichne they shelled the industrial zone. In Novohrodivka, 1 person was killed and 1 wounded, a multi-storey building, a private house and an administrative building were damaged. In Pokrovsk, 1 administrative building was destroyed and 2 damaged. In Bilytske, Dobropillia community, the administrative building was damaged. In Mirnohrad, 4 people were injured, 12 private houses, 2 multi-storey buildings and 6 administrative buildings were damaged.
Kramator region. A house in Zarichne, Lyman community was damaged. A multi-storey building was damaged in Kostiantynivka. In Illinivka, Lyman community, a person was injured and 3 objects damaged in Romanivka, a house was damaged in Zoria. The outskirts of Slovyansk community were hit.
Bakhmut region. In Toretsk, a person was injured, a house and infrastructure were damaged. 6 private houses, multi-storey and non-residential premises were damaged in Chasiv Yar community.
In total, during the day the russians shelled the settlements of Donetsk oblast 30 times. 3,323 people were evacuated from the front line, including 137 children.
Vadim Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk regional police, says that the russians killed 3 residents of Donetsk: 2 in Katerynivka and 1 in Novohorodivka. Another 8 people in the region were injured.
Luhansk oblast
The occupiers are trying to gain an advantage by using aircraft and a large number of drones. Only in the past day, on the front line near Nevske and Makiivka, they used more than 140 UAVs, twice – aircraft. Ukrainian villages were hit with both barrel artillery and rockets. Mostly in Makiivka.
The enemy’s attacks were repelled in the areas of Stelmakhivka, Nevske and Makiiivka.
Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk RMA, says that Luhansk thermal power plant due to staff hunger is forced to employ teenagers from 14 to 18 years. They do not have a certificate of receiving secondary or secondary special education, some have only transferred to the 9th grade. Due to the mobilization of many employees, the enterprise was forced to turn to the employment center, but there were very few willing to work at the enterprise – only schoolchildren.
In the occupied Starobylsk, the situation with doctors is close to critical. There are not enough therapists, pediatricians, nurses, narrow specialists – surgeons, gynecologists, resuscitation specialists, infectious disease specialists. The promised surcharges for the doctors have not been received. More or less professional assistance can be obtained only in Luhansk.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the RMA, announced about 10 ESCO agreements concluded in Kyiv oblast to implement energy efficiency projects. Their total amount is UAH 155m. 6 projects involve thermal modernisation of social infrastructure facilities. Other 4 projects involve installation of solar power plants at infrastructure facilities in Yahotyn, Brovary, and Vyshhorod.
The Veteran Administrative Service was launched in Kyiv’s ASCs. The service is available in all districts of Kyiv, with 22 locations in total. The administrators have been trained in the issues of how to work with people who have experienced the crisis.
In the autumn, JICA will begin transferring equipment to Kyiv worth USD 3m, including escalators and mini-escalators for municipal services, rehabilitation equipment for social institutions, and computers for visually impaired people for rehabilitation centres and boarding schools.
Kyiv City Council reported that Kyiv has launched a pilot project called “Barrier-Free Territory,” which aims to increase the accessibility of buildings and the area around buildings for veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war who have lost their sight. The project aims to create barrier-free routes connecting veterans’ homes with key infrastructure facilities, such as public transport stops, shops, pharmacies, etc.
A mini-plant for creating building blocks has been set up in Kyiv oblast, turning rubble and gravel from destroyed buildings, glass and plastic bottles into bricks. It was set up by the Australian startup Mobile Crisis Construction. The blocks can be simply assembled like Lego bricks and are resistant to earthquakes and fires.
The training “Explosive Ordnance Risk Education” will take place on 9 August at 10:00am at Borodianka Civilian Security and Defense Center. The training will provide participants with basic knowledge of safe behaviour rules that will save their lives and health.
Zhytomyr oblast
Andrii Zabihailo, Head of the city’s Department for Veterans Affairs announced that 30 veterans and their family members from Zhytomyr will receive money to buy housing. Funds in the amount of over UAH 56m will be allocated from the state budget. In total, in 2024, Zhytomyr plans to provide financial compensation to 73 families of war veterans and family members of fallen defenders.
Sumy oblast
The RMA reported that at night and in the morning, russians fired twice at the border areas of Sumy oblast. Two explosions were recorded. The enemy dropped an explosive device from a UAV on the territory of Bilopillia community (1 explosion).An attack by an FPV drone was recorded on the territory of Esman community (1 explosion).
Over the past day, russian military fired 27 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy oblast. There were 122 explosions. 11 communities were shelled.
Khotin community: FPV drone attack (3 explosions), launch of NURS missiles (12 explosions), launch of NAR missiles (4 explosions), mortar shelling (13 explosions) were carried out from the territory of the russian federation.
Myropillia community: the enemy attacked with mortars (8 explosions), MLRS (18 explosions).
Seredyna-Buda community: russians dropped 12 mines on the territory of the community.
Shalyhyne community: the enemy fired from artillery (6 explosions).
Bilopillia community: mortar shelling (1 explosion), FPV drone attacks (4 explosions), and an explosive device dropped from a UAV (1 explosion).
Krasnopillia community: an FPV drone attack (1 explosion) and mortar shelling (2 explosions).
Esman community: the enemy attacked with FPV drones (1 explosion).
Vorozhba community: russians attacked with artillery (14 explosions).
Yunakivka community: the enemy launched an air strike on the launcher of the CAB (2 explosions) and attacked with MLRS (8 explosions).
Velyka Pysarivka community: the enemy dropped 6 mines on the community territory.
As a result of the russian attack on Nova Sloboda community on 2 August, 2 civilians were injured. A UAV attack was carried out from the territory of the russian federation – an explosive device was dropped (1 explosion) and an FPV drone attack (5 explosions).
UNHCR will finance the construction of a modular town for IDPs in Sumy oblast. The official signing of the Tripartite Agreement between the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Nyzhnytsia Syrovata Village Council and UNHCR (Q-tochok project) took place.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Border Service of Ukraine reports that russian troops attacked three border communities of Chernihiv oblast. There were 46 explosions.
Novhorod-Siverskyi community: 7 attacks by FPV drones and mortars in the vicinity of Hremiach and Mikhalchyna Sloboda.
Semenivka community: 31 strikes from mortars, barrel artillery and FPV drones against Bleshnia, Semenivka, Leonivka and Karpovychi.
Snovska community: 8 FPV drone strikes and an explosive device dropped from a UAV in the vicinity of Yeline.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv RMA, reports that during active hostilities, 75 objects of 30 medical institutions were destroyed and damaged. A significant percentage has already been repaired. The former Regional Cardiological Center and Phthisiology center cannot be restored. At the expense of the United 24 fundraising platform, recovery work was carried out at Chernihiv Medical Center of Modern Oncology and Chernihiv City Hospital No. 3.
The RMA reports that three medical institutions of Chernihiv oblast – regional children’s hospital, regional psychoneurological hospital and Ichnia city hospital – have signed agreements on delegation of authority of the customer for reconstruction with the agency “Expertise France”. The implementation will be handled by a reliable partner from France EGIS. Also, rehabilitation medicine and psychological health; and provision of critical medical equipment are planned. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France Gael Vezier handed over a powerful generator, 27 more will be distributed among the facilities of critical infrastructure.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reports that at night, 3 enemy UAVs, 2 Shahed drones and 1 reconnaissance drone were shot down over the area. At night the enemy attacked Nikopol. They targeted Marhanets community and in Nikopol. In total, about two and a half dozen artillery shells and two kamikaze drones were launched. In Nikopol, a private house and a gas pipeline were damaged.
In the morning, the occupiers hit the regional center with kamikaze drones.
During the day, the occupiers did not cease fire in Nikopol region, hit almost two dozen times. Two women, aged 65 and 75, were injured. They have a state of stress. They also targeted the regional center, Pokrovske, Marhanets and Myrove communities. There were fires in private homes and outbuildings. 7 private houses, 8 farm buildings, another one completely destroyed, 4 greenhouses, 2 garages, car, 50 solar panels, power line, gas, industrial enterprise and infrastructure were damaged. Due to the morning drone strike on Nikopol, a private house, 2 farm buildings and a car were damaged.

Vinnytsia oblast
Natalya Zabolotna, First Deputy Head of the RMA, informs that at night, the russian federation hit the object of infrastructure in Vinnytsia oblast.
Vinnytsia military doctors saved the 24-year-old defenseman, who suffered coma and two clinical deaths. In total, doctors performed more than 30 operations.
Kirovohrad oblast
In the village of Sabatynivka of Blahoveshchensk community, the residents greeted Hryhorii Syrovatka who was held captive for more than two years. He returned to Ukraine during the prisoner exchange, which took place on June 25 this year. For more than a month, the man underwent rehabilitation.
Poltava oblast
The Air Force reports that in Poltava oblast, air defense was on alert at night.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
On 2 July, the occupiers struck 11 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast 460 times. As a result of russian attacks in Vasylivka region, a 59-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were injured.
It is reported that russian troops carried out 2 airstrikes on Pavlivka. UAVs of various modifications attacked Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Levadne, Malynivka and Novodanylivka 243 times.
There were 14 MLRS attacks on Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Robotyne and Mala Tokmachka. There were 201 artillery strikes on the territories of Mali Shcherbaky, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Preobrazhenka and Levadne.
9 reports of destroyed residential buildings and infrastructure were received.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces in Zaporizhzhia oblast successfully destroyed a heavy flamethrower system TOS-1A Solntsepyok, which is the “pride” of the russian military-industrial complex and a rare target at the front. The system was destroyed along with the crew.
Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, met with representatives of the international organisation Global Empowerment Mission Ukraine (GEM). The main topics discussed were safe offline education for children and preparation for winter. During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of assistance in building a Kitchen Factory and implementing a school feeding system in underground schools.
Mykolaiv oblast
Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv RMA, reported that on the night of 3 August, the russian terrorist forces attacked Mykolaiv oblast with Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones. As a result of falling debris from an enemy UAV, a fire broke out in one of the settlements, which was quickly extinguished. There were no casualties reported. 2 drones were destroyed over the oblast.
The enemy struck Kutsurub community twice: at 8:25am and 5:12pm. There were no casualties as a result of the attack.
On 2 August, a documentary film titled Occupation of Bucha: How It Was? was presented at the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi. The creators of the film, Oleksandr Bortsov and Bohdan Makarenko, depict one of the most horrifying episodes of the full-scale russian invasion — the occupation of Bucha. The Buchacity team collected testimonies from witnesses of this tragedy. The heroes of the film are real people who were in Bucha, helping and coordinating. The release of Bucha: The City of Unbreakable was made possible with financial support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic under the Transition Promotion Program. The project is ongoing and participants plan to continue filming.
Odesa oblast
Last night was turbulent in Odesa and the oblast. Around 2am, residents were awakened by an air raid alarm — the enemy launched kamikaze strike drones from the sea towards Odesa and Odesa oblast. One of the drones even managed to enter the city’s territory. During the drone attack, a russian Su-30 aircraft launched 2 Kh-31P missiles from the sea. Explosions from the missile attack were heard in Odesa oblast. The official consequences have not yet been reported. According to the Air Command South, the defence forces destroyed 11 Shahed-136/131 UAVs, 1 reconnaissance ZALA UAV and 2 Lancet UAVs.
Kherson oblast
According to Mykola Oleshchuk, Lieutenant General, Commander of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, last night, 5 Shahed UAVs were shot down in Kherson oblast. In total, the russian army launched 29 drones from the Cape Chauda area in occupied Crimea, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk. Mobile fire groups, anti-aircraft missile forces and electronic warfare units were involved in their destruction.
On 2 August, the occupying forces attacked Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Kizomys, Bilozirka, Stanislav, Novodmytrivka, Mykilske, Poniativka, Beryslav, Havrylivka, Zolota Balka, Tiagynka, Lvove and Kherson. One person was killed and 2 injured.
The russian military targeted critical infrastructure, administrative buildings, stores and residential areas in oblast’s settlements. 9 private houses, farm buildings and private cars were damaged.
In Kherson and its neighbouring areas (Kindiika and Antonivka), russian drones with explosives caused attacks, injuring 5 people. The injured included men and women with mine-explosive injuries and wounds.
Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine
Volyn oblast
Lutsk community sent 2 Shark unmanned aerial systems, each of which consists of 3 aircraft, a launcher, an antenna complex and computer equipment to the military. The complex is used for observation, detection of enemy means and adjustment of fire.
Another project of the Participation Budget 4.5.0 was successfully implemented in Lutsk community. As part of the competition, 11 kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicles were sent to the 100th Brigade.
Yurii Pohuliaiko, Head of the RMA, signed the decree on renaming the objects of toponymy in Volyn oblast. This work was carried out in compliance with the Law of Ukraine On Condemnation and Prohibition of Propaganda of russian Imperial Policy in Ukraine and Decolonization of Toponymy.
Zakarpattia oblast
The 1st wind power plant was launched in Zakarpattia oblast. At the moment, the wind turbine is operating in test mode with a capacity of 1.8 MW. As of 31 July, 98,000 kWh of electricity was produced. One such wind turbine has the potential to provide electricity for up to 3,000 households. This project is an important step for the oblast, which is confidently moving towards energy decentralisation and development of renewable energy sources.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
The RMA held an online meeting with representatives of Hyogo Prefecture, with which a Memorandum of Understanding was signed last year. According to the document, the Japanese side is ready to train specialists in rehabilitation and prosthetics, psychologists, who are currently in need in Ukraine due to the full-scale war. The 1st internship trip is planned for the beginning of autumn. Representatives from Prykarpattia will also take part in it.
Ivano-Frankivsk City Council reported that the community sent a Mavik, drones and other necessary things to the 109th Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, the 78th Battalion of the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade and to the Tactical Group Sapsan of the 24th Brigade.
14 large foster families from among IDPs, who are raising 5 to 10 orphans and children deprived of parental care, received assistance from the Elena Zelenska Foundation. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay, study and leisure of children.
One of the shelters for IDPs has been set up in Nadvirnian community. Adequate living conditions for long-term staying have been created here. IDPs and local residents can also receive social and psychological support at the Sustainability Center.
Lviv oblast
Stepan Kuibida, Director of the Economic Policy Department of Lviv RMA, announced that over 700 drones and UAVs will be manufactured in Lviv oblast at the expense of the regional budget and volunteers. In total, 31 joint applications of volunteers and enterprises have been approved for a total amount of UAH 8.6m to buy FPV drones, UAVs, BPAK Magura, and an EW system for a car/trench 5 range and others.

Rivne oblast

In Rivne oblast, school shelters will be inspected and strengthened with additional technical means. This will allow for face-to-face training for as many students as possible. After analysing the state of readiness and identifying unusable facilities, the RMA together with the State Emergency Service will work out technical solutions that will allow for the provision of safe shelters.
In Klevansk community, a major repair of the premises was carried out. It was re-planned and prepared for comfortable living of four families. In this way, 4 smart apartments were created, in which families from Luhansk oblast will live, who were forced to leave their homes due to the russian invasion.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil community sent 50 combat FPV drones for the special operations forces unit thanks to the budget funds.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has sent about 340 quadcopters, 110 REBs, REPs and 4,300 FPVs to the Defense Forces.
Chernivtsi oblast
Consultants of the All-Ukrainian mental health program How are you? will work in 6 territorial communities of Chernivtsi oblast. Specialists will conduct an information and educational campaign, as well as training on stress resistance, prevention of emotional burnout and relief of anxiety.
