At the same time, videos showing Ukrainian equipment being hit appeared online, published by Serhii Sternenko along with criticism of the operation. The regiment stated that the footage was compiled from different sections of the front and is unrelated to the March 31 battle, also denying significant losses.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled a mechanized assault: Russian troops used 16 units of motorized equipment. According to the military, the equipment was destroyed on the approaches to the positions, eliminating around 30 occupiers.

Robotic systems are increasingly shaping the course of battles: up to 90% of logistics and 100% of frontline mining are carried out using drones and ground-based systems, said Oleksii Makhrinskyi, deputy commander of the “Da Vinci Wolves” battalion. They provide delivery, evacuation, and fire support, although they cannot yet fully replace infantry.

The occupiers used mortars three times, tube artillery twice, fired automatic grenade launchers, and directed 14 UAVs at the positions of Ukrainian defenders.

In the so-called “LNR,” the occupiers are trying to continue registration for the updated all-Russian military-patriotic game “Zarnitsa 2.0,” as the number of people willing to join militarized training has decreased more than threefold. While last year 13,000 participants were expected, now only about 4,000 are projected. Participants, with the youngest required to be seven years old, are to be trained in UAV piloting, as well as sapper and assault skills.

In the occupied Luhansk region, Russian authorities also plan to develop so-called “military-patriotic tourism.” Budget funds are intended to be allocated to routes tied to Russian propaganda, particularly in Luhansk — to locations used by the occupiers to justify the 2014 invasion.
