Defense forces have already eliminated 227,780 Russian invaders

From February 24, 2022 to June 29, 2023, the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 227,780 Russian invaders, including 680 people in the past 24 hours.

 

The Japanese police is helping with the training of medical experts of the National Police of Ukraine to identify war victims

Specialists from the State Scientific Research Expert Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be trained to identify dead and buried people who became victims of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

 

The Sea Breeze-2023 naval exercises are taking place in Great Britain. 18 countries participate in them. From the Ukrainian side, Yurii Fedash, the flotilla commander, captain 1st rank is in charge of the training

As part of the exercises, they plan to prepare “Cherkasy” and “Chernigiv” Ukrainian Sandown-class mine countermeasures ships, underwater demining groups and underwater unmanned aerial vehicles for mine countermeasures.

The Czech Republic will provide Ukraine with about €1.8 million for assistance to displaced persons and demining

The Czech Republic will send 45 million kroner (about 1.8 million euros) to Ukraine to provide assistance to internal refugees and demining some areas of the country.

 

Norway provided a $190 million grant for the reconstruction of Ukraine

Norway made a grant contribution to the World Bank Trust Fund for Support, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform of Ukraine (URTF) for NOK 2 billion (USD 190 million).

 

Speakers of the Baltic states called for strengthening sanctions against Belarus and increasing support for Ukraine

In a joint statement, the heads of the parliaments of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania stated the need to increase vigilance after the events related to the mutiny of the Wagner PMC in Russia, and again called for increased support for Ukraine.

 

South Korea will provide $1 million in aid to victims of the blowing up of the Kakhovka HPP

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea has announced that the government will provide humanitarian aid worth USD 1 million to Ukraine to help residents affected by the catastrophic collapse of the Kakhovka HPP dam earlier this month.

 

Bulgaria continued the program of humanitarian accommodation of refugees from Ukraine

The Government Information Service reported on Wednesday that the Bulgarian government has extended  a state support scheme for the accommodation of persons who received temporary protection fleeing the Russian-Ukrainian war until the end of September 2023.

The Ukrainian Cultural Fund created the Art of Victory portal, the resource contains military murals, posters and memes about the war.
