Here is operational information from the General Staff of Ukraine as of 18.00:
The enemy continues to concentrate its main forces on complete occupation of Donetsk oblast and holding the ground at the occupied territories. They also attempt to thwart active counterattacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in some directions. The enemy fired at the positions of our troops along the entire contact line, attempted to regain the foothold and conducted aerial reconnaissance.
Russians are hitting the civilian infrastructure and settlements by terrorizing the locals. Ukraine is still exposed to the threat of aviation and missile strikes.
The enemy inflicted 1 missile and 2 aviation strikes, fired from MRLS at military and civilians targets by violating the norms of the International humanitarian law, laws and conventions of war.
10 settlements, specifically Pechenihy, Yatakivka, Yarova, Mariinka, Krasnohorivka, Bilohorovka, Myroliubivka, Mykolaiv, Sukhyi Stavok and Novohryhorivka, were under the enemy attack.
The enemy used UAV to hit the civilian infrastructure of Odesa.
Towards Volyn and Polissia, the situation has not changed.

The occupation authorities launched the so-called referendum on the occupied territories of Ukraine. The employees of the so-called election committees are involved in the proactive propaganda activities to ensure the majority of locals vote in the fake referendum.
Residents of most settlements are not allowed to leave the occupied territories to make sure they vote in fake referendums, further train and forcibly draft men of military age into service in occupation armed forces.
Due to the forcible drafting of men into military service, Alchevsk metallurgy plant has completely halted its operations.
The ammunition depot in Borozenske, Kherson oblast and three areas of buildup of manpower in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts were attacked. The occupiers lost 110 soldiers. There were over 120 wounded.
The Armed forces repelled the enemy attacks in the areas of Spirne, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Odradivka, Kirdiumivka, Zaitseve, Maiorsk, Kamianka, Avdiivka and Opytne.
Ukrainian aviation made 10 strikes to support ground forces’ actions. 6 areas of buildup of manpower and military equipment, 4 positions of anti aircraft missile systems were under attack.
Our air defense forces shot down the occupiers’ helicopter.
Missile troops and artillery continue inflicting damage to the enemy’s targets. Losses incurred to manpower and equipment are being clarified.
Hanna Maliar, deputy Minister of Defense, stated that since the war began, 9 thousand Ukrainian defenders have been killed. She also added that the enemy’s human losses is an indicator showing the efficiency of war strategies and tactics.
Head of Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, informed that the exhumation of 436 bodies of killed civilians and servicemen has been completed. There are signs of death through violence on most bodies, 30 – signs of tortures. There are bodies with the rope put around the neck, arms tied, broken limbs and gunshot injuries. Bodies of a couple of men have amputated genitalia. Most of them are civilians, there are 21 soldiers among them. At least 3 other mass graves were detected in addition to this one.
Eastern regions
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the defence forces repelled attacks by russian invaders in Kamianka, Kupiansk and Novomykhailivka districts. The invaders shelled 14 settlements in Kharkiv oblast overnight.
Referring to British Intelligence, Ukrainian troops successfully crossed Oskil River and gained a foothold on the eastern bank.
Based on the information provided by the Deputy Minister of Defense on briefing, the counterattack in Kharkiv oblast was a unique operation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Stabilization measures are underway in de-occupied territories of the region. The liberated cities and villages should be held.
The Deputy Minister also stressed that Ukraine was carrying out a defensive war and would not attack the russian territory.
The enemy continued to terrorize civilians in Kharkiv oblast, shelling settlements near the contact line and the border with the russian federation.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that yesterday, Kupiansk and Kupiansk district were massively shelled. There were casualties, including children.
According to the Centre of Emergency Medical Care, 3 people, including 2 children – a boy and a girl aged 7, were injured in Kupiansk. Medics describe their condition as moderate.
Two people, a 67-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man, tripped over a mine and blew up in Chuhuiv district. Both were hospitalized with injuries. A 51-year-old man was killed in Kharkiv district. In Kupiansk district, 4 people were injured.
Yesterday afternoon the enemy once again struck Pechenihy settlement, Chuhuiv district. The missile hit the ground near the dam of the Pechenihy reservoir. There were no casualties.
Exhumation of bodies at the mass grave in Izium is completed.
Head of National Police of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, said that a mass grave was found in the de-occupied Kozacha Lopan. The place of burial was shown to the law enforcers by residents. The number of people is not yet known.
Donetsk oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine took control over Yatskivka settlement.
The so-called “referendums” for joining russia started in the russian-occupied territories. “Voting” will last from September 23-27: Firstly, the commission will come to residents’ homes and neighbourhoods, and on the last day they are urged to come to the “polling stations”.
Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, informed that the russians killed 7 civilians: 3 in Bakhmut, 1 in Chasiv Yar, 1 in Klishchiivka and 2 in Toretsk. 17 people were injured.
Last night russian shelling hit Bakhmut, Orlivka, Sloviansk and Toretsk.
In Toretsk, the russians damaged a 2-storey building, a shop and other buildings, 2 people were killed and 5 injured. Also, 19 people, including two children, were rescued tonight by the State Emergency Service workers from a 9-storey building in the city destroyed by rashists. As a result of the hit, slabs from the 9th to 7th floors in one of the entrances collapsed. Significant casualties were avoided because only 10 out of 53 flats were inhabited. Only one person was injured.
Bakhmut community was under attack. Four civilians were killed and one injured. A bridge was destroyed, 11 houses damaged.
Sloviansk was hit by an S-300 missile system, the missile hit the yard of a private house, with no casualties.
The russians destroyed a new outpatient clinic in Orlivka, Ocheretyne community.
Overnight, the russians continued firing in Donetsk and Horlivka directions.
Hostre, Kurakhove community, was shelled, 1 person was injured. There were isolated hits in Avdiivka. Marinka community was periodically shelled. It was loud in Svitlodarsk community. There were no casualties.
The Eastern Group of Forces councillor, Serhii Cherevatyi, reported on the TV marathon that in Lyman direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are working as planned to liberate Ukrainian lands from the invaders.
Mariupol Mayor’s Councillor, Petro Andriushchenko, reported that the invaders in Mariupol installed polling stations in shops and cafes. People in the city do not come to vote there. He added that the key method of forcing people to vote was door-to-door, when a commission consisting of two people with boxes and ballot papers and two men with machine guns knocked on the doors of apartments/houses and forced neighbours to bring people.
Based on the information provided by the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the “commissions” go door-to-door according to the lists of people who wish to receive “humanitarian aid”. The headquarters of preparations for the “referendum” is deployed in a shopping centre. The actions are fully coordinated by representatives of the United russia party.
Luhansk oblast
Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that the so-called “referendums” for joining russia started in Luhansk oblast. It is forbidden to leave cities so that residents cannot leave for the duration of the “referendum”. If you work, they will force you there, if you stay at home, the military will come. The invaders are trying to increase the attendance when unwillingness is expressed. The so-called “referendum” is held by the russians proportionally to the success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Starobilsk, the occupation authorities prohibited the residents from leaving the town between September 23 and 27. As reported, the invaders are creating armed groups to bypass homes and force people to take part in a so-called “referendum”.
The russians also failed in another attempt to forcibly mobilise residents of the region, representatives of a private company tried to recruit prisoners in the Luhansk detention centre, but were refused.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the occupied Luhansk oblast, russians are preparing to shoot stories by propaganda media about the alleged “active participation of residents in the voting”. In Bilovodsk, the head of one of the enterprises announced to all employees that attendance at the referendum was mandatory.
Defence Forces units repelled enemy attacks in Avdiivka, Kamianka, Kupiansk, Maiorsk, Novomykhailivka, Opytne, Spirne and Zaitseve settlements.
The Defence Forces’ aviation struck 25 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment and six positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.
Rocket and artillery forces throughout September 22 hit 6 control posts, 4 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, 3 air defence positions, 3 artillery positions as well as 3 ammunition depots.
At the same time, the following settlements were shelled by the enemy with various weapons:
- in Bakhmut direction – Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Bilohorivka, Maiorsk, Mykolaivka, Odradivka, Rozdolivka, Rozivka, Siversk, Soledar, Spirne, Vesela Dolyna, Vesele, Yakovlivka, Zaitseve and Zvanivka;
- in Kramatorsk direction – Bohorodychne, Dibrova, Donetske, Kryva Luka. Maiaky, Mykolaivka, Ozerne, Platonivka, Pryshyb, Raihorodok, Shchurove, Sloviansk, Sviatohirsk, Sydorove, Tetianivka, Yarova, Yatskivka and Zakitne.
Serhii Haidai claimed that 20 more military administrations were formed in Luhansk oblast. This is stated in the presidential decree №665/2022 “On the formation of military administrations of settlements in Luhansk oblast”. The formation of military administrations in the communities is the key to making quick decisions to save people in the territories after the de-occupation.
The commander of the 144th Motorized Infantry Division of the 20th Combined Arms Army, Major-General Tsokov, was injured in Svatove district as a result of gunfire. He was evacuated on September 20.
Northern regions
Kyiv oblast
Lorenzo Guerini, the Minister of Defense of Italy, visited Irpin and witnessed the terrible consequences of the war for Ukrainians, said Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn. Guerini expressed Italy’s unconditional support for Ukraine in the fight against russian military aggression.
According to the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Bucha District Prosecutor’s Office sent indictments against 10 russian servicemen of the 64th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade to court. They are charged with torture and threats to kill civilians in Bucha.
According to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, shelters are being arranged in the academic lyceum and kindergarten “Sonechko” in Irpin. These shelters are being repaired at the expense of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation, a multi-donor program formed by five countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. Oleksiy Kuleba noted that it was possible to start this academic year thanks to the help of international partners, 86% of schools have equipped shelters and work in full-time or mixed formats.
Renovation works of the Katyuzhany Lyceum are at their final stage, the shelter is being completed, the interior and lighting of the premises will be fixed next. During the occupation, russian soldiers lived in the lyceum, leaving behind ruined and looted classrooms. International organizations and charitable foundations joined the renovation.
According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, 226 farmers of Kyiv oblast applied for financial assistance as part of the support program for small agricultural enterprises. Currently, 83 of them have been approved. The program is funded by the European Union. To apply one must submit an application on the website of the State Agrarian Register by November 15.
According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, 30 children of servicemen and children who were on the occupied territories during the armed aggression of the russian federation of Kyiv oblast were sent to the resort with the assistance of Azerbaijan. The children will be there for 14 days, participating in excursions, visiting museums, tourist centers, water park, and llama farm in the mountains.
A new mural “Unbreakable Faith” was created on the building of Fastiv boarding lyceum. It was officially presented to the community on the City Day.
Zhytomyr oblast
Children were evacuated from 10 schools in Zhytomyr after receiving a bomb threat notification on their e-mails. According to the city council, all educational institutions were checked, and no explosives were found.
The Volunteer Aid Center has distributed more than two thousand food sets in Malyn since the beginning of the full-scale war with russia. Today, pensioners, IDPs and servicemen can get help at the headquarters warehouse. Volunteers also organize leisure activities for children, conduct free entertainments, and play with children in communities affected by shelling.
Online auction of meetings, things and services will be held in Zhytomyr from 8th of September to 9th of October. The goal of the “Angels of the Army” Charitable Foundation and the “True Ukrainians” Charitable Foundation is to raise 100k hryvnias for thermal clothing for the 1st Air Assault Battalion of the 95th Brigade. Currently, 56k UAH has been collected.
Sumy oblast
According to the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the russian troops shelled ten communities of Sumy oblast: Shalyhine, Velyka Pysarivka, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Znob-Novhorod, Esman, Khotin, Yunakivka, Seredyno-Buda, and Myropillia. There were around 130 incoming strikes.
As a result of shelling, 4 civilians were wounded. They have sustained gunshot wounds, limb fractures, mine-blast injuries, and shrapnel wounds. The damage was incurred to 3 production facilities of the enterprise, 11 private households, a council hall, a school, a kindergarten, and 8 cars. Also, power lines were damaged causing a blackout in three settlements. Besides, as a result of shelling, a grain warehouse caught on fire. According to the National Police, criminal proceedings have been opened to investigate these cases.
According to the city council, a mobile hospital will be built in Trostyanets. It will provide services to patients while repair works will be underway at the city hospital damaged by russian shelling. The two-storey modular block will be manufactured in Germany. Its area will be about 800 m².
Proposals to rename 1 030 toponymic objects have been made, and 115 objects have already been renamed. According to the regional military administration, each community of the region will receive unified guidelines for de-russification and eradication of the consequences of the colonial past.
Sumy rescuers received departmental State Emergency Service awards “For bravery in an emergency situation” and certificates for a modern operational and staff vehicle on the Ford chassis and a Liebherr tracked excavator. Rescuers in Romny were awarded with new special ranks from the management of the State Emergency Service and a state-of-the-art Starlink satellite communication station.
Chernihiv oblast
The enemy was shelling Novhorod-Siverskyi community with 120 mm mortars – there were 12 explosions in total. Semenivka community was also shelled with barrel artillery, there were 5 explosions.
Considering the experience of occupation and active hostilities in February-March, Chernihiv oblast is preparing for any possible scenarios in the autumn-winter period, said the head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Vyacheslav Chaus. With this purpose:
– a Comprehensive Action Plan for the autumn-winter period was developed outlining response scenarios in case of crises;
– the Energy Security Plan for the oblast is being developed;
– a backup equipment storage has been prepared;
– a number of modular heating tents is being prepared with the support of international partners (namely, the Danish company “ROCKWOOL”).
Chernihiv received financial assistance from its twin cities. This was reported by the city council. Almost EUR 152 000 has been received from the twin city of Memmingen, which will be used to restore the city’s outdoor lighting networks damaged during the hostilities, purchase stoves and firewood for heating stations in winter and for other projects under the Material Resources Program. The funds received from the twin city of Hradec Králové, almost 12 thousand euros, will be used to restore windows in the preschool No. 14.
Volunteers who ensured evacuation of people and delivery of humanitarian aid during the hostilities and the siege of Chernihiv received well-deserved gratitude and awards. This was reported by the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration. The volunteers were officially congratulated by the leadership of the Chernihiv Regional Council, the Department of Moral and Psychological Support of the ‘North’ Operational Command and the National Police of the region.
The Ukrainian Canine Union awarded Patron the dog “Four-legged defender” decoration. According to the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv oblast, Patron made more than 700 demining trips together with the head of the EOD and underwater demining unit Mykhailo Ilyev. During these operations, sappers found and seized about18 000 explosive objects, and Patron’s personal record includes more than 300 found explosive hazards. Belgian shepherds Tandem, Tor, Almaz and other sapper dogs and their mentors also received awards.
The pre-premiere screening of the documentary film “February” took place in Paris. This is a film about people who stayed in Chernihiv during the russian occupation. According to Mykola Bychuk, the film’s director, the screening in Paris is an opportunity to communicate to Europe that everyone can help Ukraine to stop the enemy who kills, destroys, steals, rapes and does not respect any norms.
Central regions
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
In the early morning, the occupiers shelled the Nikopol district several times. There are dead and injured.
Marhanets was attacked with Grad MRLS. Russians meanly targeted residential buildings. Two people were killed, nine injured as a result of shelling. Three of them were pulled out by rescuers from under the rubble. People were hospitalized.
There was a fire in a private house. Previously, eight residential buildings were damaged in the city, one was destroyed. As a result of the enemy attack, more than two thousand households were left without electricity.
Nikopol was attacked with Grad MRLS and heavy artillery. According to preliminary data, a dozen residential buildings were damaged in the city. This was announced by the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk.
Air defense forces also worked in Dnipropetrovsk region. Two unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the region, according to the East Air Command.
Vinnytsia oblast
Vinnytsia schoolchildren from the 20th Lyceum collected coffee, tea, cookies, candies, flour, cereals, vegetables, hygiene products, in total half a hundred boxes of aid for defenders of Ukraine. The campaign called “In defense of children’s dreams” was organized by volunteer Yana Zvontsova.
Kirovohrad oblast
Kirovohrad region continues to receive evacuation trains from Donetsk region. Today, 122 migrants arrived, including 18 children. There are also people with reduced mobility. All IDPs were sheltered by Novoukrainska and Hlodoska communities. The primary task is to provide them with basic necessities. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Kirovohrad oblast has become home to almost 91 thousand refugees. This was announced by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration Andriy Raikovych.
Poltava oblast
Poltava Oblast now has a special evacuation bus. Such transport is unique for Ukraine. The car has 9 reclining seats. Cars will be used to evacuate wounded soldiers and civilians and provide them with assistance. The transport is equipped with a breathing apparatus, infusion machine, stretchers, a patient monitor, a defibrillator, and is equipped with oxygen. Volunteers bought a bus abroad, repaired and converted it. Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, announced this.
Cherkasy oblast
The necessary aid was received by the Cherkasy regional center of recruitment and social support. The soldiers were given equipment, means for providing first aid and other necessities from the Christian mission “Mercy and Health”. This was announced by the head of the Cherkasy State Administration Ihor Taburets.
Southern regions
Zaporizhzhia oblast
Late in the evening, the enemy hit Zaporizhzhia with missiles. According to Oleksandr Starukh, the head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, the enemy fired about 10 missiles. Infrastructure facilities and residential buildings were damaged. Three people were hospitalized. A car wash in the Voznesenskyi district and about 50 cars in the parking lot were damaged.
An illegal referendum aimed at joining the communities to russia has started on September 23 in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast. According to the head of the Melitopol city council, Ivan Fedorov, the “Electoral Commission” goes from house to house accompanied by armed soldiers and forces citizens to put a mark in the “correct” place. The day before, the pseudo-government stopped allowing men to leave Melitopol district.
The russian military shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk oblast, from the outskirts of the occupied Enerhodar. Five private houses, farm buildings and a power line were damaged by barrel artillery. This was reported in the Nikopol RMA.
A crowd from Crimea arrived in Melitopol to support the pseudo-referendum. The mayor of Melitopol announced that the occupiers had previously brought residents of the occupied Crimea in multi-story buses to film propaganda scenes. The mayor emphasizes that such occupiers activity is caused by the total resistance of the Ukrainian population.
The Security Service o Ukraine intercepted and made public the data of about a thousand russian security forces that participated in the so-called referendum in Zaporizhzhia. There are units of the National Guard, Military Police, russian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense among them. The names of more than 390 collaborators who cooperated with russian representatives in conducting illegal voting are also known. Ukraine has complete lists of citizens who have agreed to head local “election committees”.
A couple of collaborators was killed as a result of an explosion in a house in Melitopol. The wife was the deputy head of the Melitopol railway station, and after the occupation she headed it. The woman participated in arming the enemy and exporting stolen Ukrainian grain. The husband worked at the same enterprise under the leadership of his wife.
Rescuers from Zaporozhzhia helped evacuate 25 citizens from Orihiv. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine press service. It is becoming more and more dangerous to stay at home due to the constant shelling of the Polohy district. Local RMA representatives, together the State Emergency Service specialists created an evacuation convoy and took the citizens away. Now the residents of Orikhiv are heading to Khmelnytskyi, where they will be provided with medical and psychological assistance. Most of the evacuees are elderly people with limited physical capabilities.
Almost 50 families from Berdiansk received humanitarian aid in Zaporizhzhia. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Berdyantsi in Zaporizhzhia”. Citizens were provided with pillows and blankets.
Mykolaiv oblast
At night, the occupiers shelled Mykolaiv again. According to RMA, the office building, water supply, electricity networks and homes were damaged. Due to the plumbing accident, residents of many buildings in the city were left without water supply.
Four “Shahid-136” kamikaze drones were shot down over Mykolaiv oblast. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine press service. The Odesa anti-aircraft missile brigade soldiers of the South air command detected and neutralized enemy aircraft. Two medium-range missiles were used.
Residents of Snihurivka and neighboring villages staged an action against the illegal referendum in their town. The video was published in the Telegram channel “Snihurivka”. The residents, who were forced to flee to Novy Bug city in Mykolaiv oblast, wrote an appeal to their fellow citizens and condemned the actions of the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territories of the region. “Snihuriv region is and will always be Ukraine. We have never wanted and will never want to join the russian federation. We call on the residents of the city and villages not to participate in this illegal referendum,” the appeal reads.
Mykolaiv authorities are calling on the russian military to sell military equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The head of the Mykolaiv RMA Vitaly Kim offered to save the life and earn money by helping Ukraine instead of receiving “funeral” money from the russian state. The armored car “Tiger”, which cost 5,000 euros, was already purchased.
Explosive works were carried out in Voznesensky district in Mykolaiv from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The local administration warned citizens about planned works on the territory of the South Ukrainian quarry.

Odesa oblast
Anti-aircraft missile units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down six Iranian-made Shahed-136 kamikaze drones launched by the russian occupiers over Odesa oblast.
The administrative building was destroyed near Odesa port as a result of the impact of 2 kamikaze drones from the Black Sea. The third drone was shot down over the sea. One civilian was killed. A fire broke out at the point of impact on the area of 350 square meters. 4 nearby houses were damaged by the blast wave.
There was an explosion at a gas station in Odesa that was not related to the air-raid warning signal. As a result of the explosion, an employee of a subcontractor who was carrying out welding work at a gas station was killed. It was previously established that the man did not take the necessary safety measures while performing the work. Criminal proceedings have been opened.
11 ships with 201K tons of agricultural products for export left the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and the port “South”. 4.58 million tons of agricultural products have already been exported since the first ship with food left Ukrainian waters
Kherson oblast
The so-called referendum on the inclusion of the occupied territories into the russian federation has started in Kherson oblast. “Voting” is to be held until September 27 and the results will be announced on September 27-28. A russian Su-25 attack aircraft was shot down by South Air Defense Forces in Beryslav district, Kherson oblast.
Missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit 2 control points in Beryslav and Nova Kakhovka, 3 buildups of russian soldiers and equipment in Kherson and Kakhovka districts, and 1 ammunition warehouse in Beryslav district.
Russian servicemen kidnapped 12 people in Kherson, Nova Kakhovka and the Skadovsk district. The rashists broke into their apartments with searches and accused them of refusing to support the russian occupation. Currently, the whereabouts of the prisoners is unknown. This was reported by the National Police of Kherson oblast.
In Novopavlivka village, Beryslav district, almost all residential buildings were damaged, almost all buildings are without roofs, with chopped facades and broken windows. The village is located only 6 km from the places of active hostilities. People have been living without electricity, water and gas for several months due to the destroyed infrastructure. Western regions

One of them has already been sent to one of the military units. They also sent 5 bags and 4 backpacks for paramedics, which contain all the necessary tools and drugs for providing emergency medical care.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The RMA reported that Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital purchased a Mercedes Sprinter for the needs of one of the military units of the oblast. The car was repainted and sent for a technical inspection. Night vision devices, foodstuffs, disinfectants, medicines and other things were handed over to the military.
Chernivtsi oblast
92 277 forced displaced people are officially registered in the oblast.
The RMA reported that in Chernivtsi, within the framework of the Anti-crisis HAB, the IDP Activity Workshop is starting work.
