Towards Volyn and Polissia, there is the alert weapon system of the russian A-50U long-range radar detection aircraft in the airspace of belarus. The threat of missile and air strikes from the territory and airspace of the republic of belarus remains.
Towards Siversk, the enemy has up to four battalion tactical groups in the border areas of Bryansk and Kursk oblasts to demonstrate its presence and deter operations of the Defense Forces. The invaders shelled our positions near Kucherivka and Pokrovka, Sumy oblast.
In Sloboda Ukraine region, the enemy used barrel and rocket artillery to shell Bohorodychne, Dibrovne, Chepil, Karnaukhivka, Kharkiv, Krynychne, Mykilske, Nova Dmytrivka, Novomykolaiivka, Peremoha, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshky, Stara Hnylytsia, Slatyne, Ukrainka, and Zolochiv. There was an airstrike near Verkhniy Saltiv.
Ukrainian soldiers again successfully repelled an assault, during which the invaders tried to establish control over Bohorodychne.
Towards Donetsk, in certain areas, the enemy intensified the use of aviation, barrel and rocket artillery to expand the temporarily occupied territory and reach the administrative border of Donetsk oblast.
The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Bakhmut, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Ivano-Dariivka, Kramatorsk, Niu York, Nova Kamianka, Paraskoviivka, Pokrovske, Soledar, Vesela Dolyna and Verkhnokamianske. Missile and air strikes were fixed near Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Bilohorivka, Novoselivka and Yahidne.
The invaders tried to take control of a section of the Bakhmut – Lysychansk road. There were assault actions towards Bilohorivka and Nahirne. Ukrainian soldiers halted russian hostile soldiers and pushed them back.
Also, the invaders made several unsuccessful attempts to improve their tactical position in the directions of Mykolaivka – Spirne, Myronivka – the Vuhlehirsk TPP and Vidrodzhennia – Vershyna. As a result, the invaders suffered losses and withdrew. Near Pavlograd and Pokrovsk, the enemy conducted air reconnaissance using UAVs.
Towards Kurakhiv, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia, the enemy carried out artillery shelling in the areas Novomikhailivka, Pavlivka, Prechystivka, Novopil, Myrne, Mali Shcherbaky.
The attempt to gain a foothold towards Solodke – Vodiane, Vladymirovka – Vodiane, Yehorivka – Pavlivka resulted in significant losses for russian invaders. Under the fire of Ukrainian soldiers, the rest of enemy forces withdrew.
Towards the South Buh, the enemy shells the positions of our troops with tanks, barrel and rocket artillery along the contact line. There was an attempt to conduct aerial reconnaissance using UAVs.
In the Black Sea, the occupiers keep three carriers of high-precision weapons.
Minister of Social Polic Maryna Lazebna submitted her resignation to the Verkhovna Rada. No other details are available at this time.
Thanks to the American HIMARS, the Ukrainian military has destroyed over 30 russian military logistic facilities. This is why the offensive potential of russian occupation forces has significantly decreased. The Ministry of Defense stresses that now Ukraine needs long-range artillery, which will destroy the logistics of the enemy.
The Ukrainian authorities urge not to read Telegram channels “Lehytymny”, “Spletnytsia”, “Karatel”, “Rezident”, “Nabludatel”, “MediaPost”, “Zhenshchina s kosoy” and others, as they are coordinated from russia. This is stated in the joint statement of the authorities on information protection of Ukraine from russian hostile Telegram channels. The State Security Service of Ukraine earlier detected that such channels are related to the russian special services in the framework of relevant criminal proceedings.
Eastern regions
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in Kharkiv oblast, the invaders continues shelling Petrivka, Pryshyb, Pytomnyk, Ridne, Ruski Tyshky, Slatyne, Sosnivka and Verkhniy Saltiv settlements with tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. The invaders also carried out an air strike near Verkhniy Saltiv, Vovchansk community.
The enemy was shelling with tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. Near Izium the enemy is attempting to launch offensives toward Sloviansk.
According to the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, the invaders shelled a private residential building in Chuhuiv district. A 69-year-old woman got shrapnel wounds.
Zolochiv was shelled once again. The buildings were destroyed.
Two rockets hit near an educational building in Kholodna Hora district, Kharkiv, while another rocket landed in a yard near a school in Industrial district. There were no casualties
Donetsk oblast
According to the General Staff, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have successfully stopped the russian assault on Bakhmut. Russian troops are regrouping to resume their offensive against Siversk.
In Donetsk oblast, russian shelling killed 2 people.
The invaders shelled a residential area in Kostiantynivka. At least 1 person was injured.
Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Kramatorsk and shelled the downtown of Bakhmut with rocket artillery. There were casualties.
Cherkasy community was shelled three times a day: the administration building in Novomykolaivka was damaged; in Maydan, the russians used cluster munitions. Almost the entire community is without power supply, there is no mobile communication and no internet.
In Marinka community, 1 person was killed, 1 injured as the private housing sector of Krasnohirivka was shelled.
In Svitlodarsk community, russian shelling killed 1 person, injured 1 on the outskirts of Kodema, Novoluhanske and Semyhiria.
According to the Mariupol mayor councillor, Andriushchenko, in Mariupol, the occupation administration is demanding 25K hryvnias from people to bury a relative in a coffin in a separate grave.
Russian invaders stole original paintings by Aivazovskyy, Kuindzhi and other artists from the destroyed Kuindzhi Museum in Mariupol.
Luhansk oblast
According to Serhiy Hayday, the situation on the front line improved thanks to the artillerymen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Severe fighting continues to rage in two Ukrainian villages, which the invaders are unable to capture. He also noted that 11 humanitarian hubs have already been created for the region’s displaced people.
People in the occupied territories of Luhansk oblast refuse to collaborate with the occupying authorities. A campaign for “passportization of the population” is ongoing there. In local Telegram channels, people report that obtaining an “LPR (Luhansk People’s Republic) passport” for local “state employees” is “voluntary and compulsory”.
Northern regions
Kyiv oblast
The Head of Kyiv RMA Olexiy Kuleba came up with a fast-track restoration plan for Kyiv oblast at a presidium meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities chaired by the president. Prompt and high-quality renovation of housing facilities, transport and community infrastructure is the priority task after de-occupation of Kyiv oblast.
More than 18K facilities are scheduled for restoration in the Kyiv oblast. Namely, there are 1 158 apartment buildings and almost 17K private homes, 31 schools and 21 kindergartens, 28 medical institutions and 121 infrastructure facilities.
To date, more than 80 facilities have been restored at the expense of the state budget and 110 at the expense of donors. Work continues at about 250 sites. Houses in Dmytrivka are being built under a pilot project. A regional program for the purchase of apartments and housing reconstruction has been adopted.
Kyiv RMA reported that a temporary modular village was opened in Makariv for families who lost their homes due to russian aggression. It consists of 88 rooms and is designed for temporary accommodation of 352 people. The project was implemented with the help of the Polish government. More than 30 families have already applied for housing and are preparing to move in.
There are a number of state and nongovernmental programs for entrepreneurs in the Kyiv oblast aimed at supporting businesses during martial law. One of them is the state compensation program ‘Affordable credits 5-7-9%’. According to Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Kyiv RMA, one of the priorities of the regional authorities is to revive business activity in Kyiv oblast.
Zhytomyr oblast
A part of a missile was found on the territory of Radomyshl forestry. The find was reported by local residents. The police found the missile shell, front part and control unit at the specified location. Earlier, a rocket from a multiple-launch rocket system hit the forest when Zhytomyr oblast was shelled by russian troops.
In Zhytomyr, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) exposed two cyber-separatists who were distributing materials in social networks calling for actions to change the borders of territories and the state border of Ukraine. This is reported by the SSU. These Zhytomyr residents have regularly disseminated anti-state pro-russian content on their personal pages in the social network blocked in Ukraine.
The Red Cross Society is initiating installation of houses for internally displaced persons in the Zhytomyr community. This was reported by the Regional Military Administration. They are currently deciding on the construction site. There are 8K internally displaced people in Zhytomyr, including 80 Zhytomyr residents whose homes were destroyed by the russian invaders.
Sumy oblast
The enemy shelled the territorial communities of Sumy oblast. According to the regional military administration, Myropillia, Yunakivka, Esman, Novoslobidka, Khotin, Shalygine, Shostka, Krasnopilla and Velika Pysarivka communities were affected by the shelling. More than 40 shots from various types of weapons were recorded.
A car with two civilians blew up on a mine between the villages of Basivka and Yunakivka. One man died on the spot, the other was hospitalized with serious injuries. The reasons why the men decided to turn from the permitted road and drove on a prohibited road marked “mines” are being investigated. According to the Sumy RMA, most of the territory of Sumy oblast was surveyed and demined by explosives technicians of the State Emergency Service and the police.
Sumy’s figure skating women’s team won eight medals at the eleventh international roller skating tournament. It was held in France. After the French tournament, Sumy womens are already training, preparing for international competitions in Venice, scheduled for November.
Chernihiv oblast
The State Border Service reports that the enemy continues to shell Sumy and Chernihiv regions. The occupiers dropped an improvised explosive device from a UAV, they are shelling our territories with 120-mm mortars and barrel artillery. There were 31 explosions, 15 mines exploded, 6 shots. There were no casualties or damage to civilian infrastructure.
Chernihiv was visited by a delegation of the Republic of Estonia headed by the commander of the Estonian Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Martin Herem. The “North” OC reports that the meeting took place within the framework of international support for Ukraine and its Armed Forces. The military visited the places where war crimes were committed by the russian federation.
A cache of ammunition was discovered by border guards together with police officers and explosive experts at one of the enemy’s positions. There were 5 hand grenades, more than 150 cartridges for a large-caliber machine gun, and 2 anti-tank mines in the cache. The territory has been demined, the found ammunition after confirmation of its suitability, the law enforcement officers will hand it over to the Armed Forces.
52 entities of various forms of ownership were affected by the armed aggression in the oblast. Equipment, seed materials, livestock, fodder were destroyed. According to Chernihiv RMA , issues related to establishment of logistics, export, attraction of investments and participation in state programs to support farms are being resolved.
Priority works on restoration of damaged infrastructure are ongoing in the Chernihiv oblast. According to the head of the Chernihiv RMA, Vyacheslav Chaus, major repairs of one of the buildings of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University have begun, and the scope of work in the Chernihiv Central District Hospital has been completed.
Mobile dispensaries were installed in place of destroyed medical facilities in the affected villages of Kolychivka and Kyinka. From now on, medical workers will resume rendering aid for more than 3,000 residents. The mobile dispensaries will render services similar to those provided in the Kyin dispensary of the general practice of family medicine and the paramedic station.
Central regions
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
At night, the enemy again shelled Dnipropetrovsk region with different weapons. In Nikopol district, a fire broke out due to shelling. Debris of “Grad” and phosphorus ammunition were found after shelling. In Kryvyi Rih district, the enemy again shelled Zelenodolsk park zone with barrel artillery. Enemies hit the school in Synelnykiv district.There is serious destruction. Rescuers are removing the debris.
In the afternoon, russian troops shelled Kryvyi Rih district with Uragan MRL. They hit a wheat field on the border of Zelenodolsk city. 4.9 hectares area was on fire.
In Dnipro, a six-year-old flautist Solomiya Reut, who has been collecting money for the Ukrainian military since April, joined other musicians. Now they are collecting funds together for a car for defenders.
Vinnytsia oblast
The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that debris of missiles shot down by air defense forces on July 14 was found near Vinnytsia.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Monastyrskyi informed that after the rocket attack on Vinnytsia, SSU detained several dozen people who were checked for involvement in adjusting the rocket attack on Vinnytsia.
More policemen and rescuers were involved in emergency rescue operations in Vinnytsia. First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevhenii Yenin informed that in total, more than thousand people and 200 pieces of equipment were involved.
Psychologists of the State Emergency Service work in Vinnytsia. Rescue psychologists from Zhytomyr region and Cherkasy region joined to help. Today, they work with people in an emergency hospital, a regional burn center, a military hospital, and near the medical examiner’s office.
As of 2 p.m., the police identified 19 of 23 people killed by rocket attacks on Vinnytsia. 8 people are currently considered missing. 82 wounded persons were hospitalized, 4 of them are children. According to preliminary information, 183 people were seeking medical aid at health care institutions.
Three children were killed in Vinnytsia – a 4-year-old girl and 7- and 8-year-old boys. Mother of a 4-year-old girl, who was killed, is still in the hospital in a critical condition. One of the boys was being examined at the medical center at the time of the attack. He was killed together with his mother. Another boy was waiting for his uncle in a parked car and fell into a fire trap.
Those who died as a result of the rocket attack on Vinnytsia will be buried at the expense of the city budget. Among killed people were not only residents of Vinnytsia, but also residents of nearby villages. Vinnytsia City Council informed that they will be buried at their residence place.
The Officers’ House will be demolished. The office of the President informed that the fate of “Yuvileyny” will be decided by an expert commission on whether it will be demolished or overhauled.
As a result of rocket attack in Vinnytsia, 49 residential buildings were destroyed, they are located not far from the place of the russian terrorist attack occurred on July 14.
According to the mayor of Vinnytsia, the city has prepared about 400 places in hotels, schools and rest houses for temporary people resettlement.
Kirovohrad oblast
The head of the Bim veterinary rehabilitation center Kateryna Dorosh brought 32 animals – 16 cats and the same number of dogs from Kramatorsk to Kropyvnytskyi. Women who take care of abandoned and homeless animals, asked for help because of the lack of space, medicine and food. Currently, 49 cats and 273 dogs live in the center. Center gets money from benefactors.
The bas-relief of russian poet Alexander Pushkin will be removed from the facade of the Taras Shevchenko Children’s Library in Krypnytsia. Candidate of historical sciences Yury Mitrofanenko proposes to replace the bas-relief with poems by Taras Shevchenko: “Love your Ukraine, Love her in a fierce time, in the last, hard minute and pray.”
In the city Oleksandria, Kirovohrad Region, sister relations with the Belarusian city of Mozyr were broken and the bust of the russian, later Soviet writer Maksym Gorky and memorial signs of the Soviet era, were dismantled.
Poltava oblast
Volunteers from Horishni Plavni raise money for the military by selling marshmallows, accessories and patriotic eco-bags. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, volunteers have collected more than 50K hryvnias for the military.
Cherkasy oblast
The head of the Cherkasy State Administration Igor Taburets informed that 10 pickup trucks, purchased by farmers and members of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council, were sent to the front line.
A powerful food hub started operating in the Uman region. This is a joint project of the international humanitarian organization World Central Kitchen, the SaveUA charity fund and the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council. About 10K food packages weighing more than 12 kg each will be packed and handed over to internally displaced persons every day. Most of the products are Ukrainian produce.
The Cherkasy State Administration informed that humanitarian cargo for medical facilities had arrived. In total, this is more than 5 tons of medicines, which will be distributed among hospitals in the region according to the needs.
Currently, more than 108K internally displaced persons live in Cherkasy region. Previously, the region was mainly a transit area, but now people are increasingly settling here, said the head of Regional State Administration Taburets.
A charity song and poetry event was held in Cherkasy, where patriotic songs and author’s poetry, were performed. Artists wanted to encourage Ukrainians and help financially defenders on the front lines.
Southern regions
Zaporizhzhia oblast
The situation in the Zaporizhzhia direction has not significantly changed. The enemy shelled Ukrainian defenders’ positions 53 times using tank gunnery, artillery, and MLRS along the entire contact line.
There were 21 reports of destruction of civilian infrastructure as a result of shelling by russian occupation forces in the areas of Novoiakovlivka, Kamianske, Stepove, Novoandriivka, Preobrazhenka, Orikhiv, and Huliaipole.
Ukrainian defenders destroyed one Su-25 and hit another aircraft in the area of the settlements of Orihiv and Stepove. This is reported by the SSU. The enemy tried to attack Ukrainian positions, but was repulsed.
1 429 people, including 386 children, were evacuated.
Three power units are currently operational at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in the temporarily occupied Energodar. This was reported on the website of the IAEA.
Volunteers delivered tourniquets, defibrillators and medicines worth about 300K hryvnias to Komyshuvaha, Orihiv and Hulyaipole communities. Some of the medical equipment was handed over by residents of the Canadian city of Morden from the volunteer society “Ukraine Help – Morden”.
Rescuers from Zaporizhzhia together with volunteers took out wounded puppies from the village of Kamianske, subject to almost daily enemy shelling.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to the South Operational Command, Mykolayiv was attacked again at night and in the morning. The enemy fired more than 10 missiles and damaged a silicate factory, tourist resorts, a pedagogical university and a shipbuilding university. Four people were wounded, there were no casualties.
The residential quarters of Bashtanka, which have not yet been cleared from the morning shelling, were repeatedly shelled with five missiles from the Smerch rocket launcher. There are no casualties.
The police documented 25 damaged infrastructure facilities after yesterday’s enemy attacks in Mykolaiv, Bashtanka and Shyrokove hromada. This is reported by the Police of Mykolaiv Oblast. Police units of Mykolaiv Oblast processed 520 appeals from citizens.
Firefighters extinguished 12 fires that arose as a result of shelling by the russian army in Mykolaiv oblast. This is reported by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast.
Occupiers continue to destroy crops – a field with wheat caught on fire in the village of Kotlyarevo, a field with barley – in the village Shevchenko.
The Security Service of Ukraine has exposed russian agents whose information on location of units of the Armed Forces and infrastructure facilities was used by the occupiers for the recent missile attacks on Mykolaiv and Bashtanka. This is reported by the Security Service of Ukraine. So far, the suspects have been detained, and investigations are ongoing.
Odesa oblast
There are 3 missile and 3 large amphibious ships in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. The missile carriers are armed with 24 Kalibr missiles.
A man who decided to swim in the sea was blown up by a mine in Odesa oblast. His head was torn off. This was reported in the press center of the security and defense forces of the South.
Since March of this year, the Danube ports have increased transshipment of grain to almost a million tons per month. According to Oleksandr Kubrakov, the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, ships entering the Ukrainian ports of “Izmail”, “Reni” and “Ust-Dunaisk” to load agricultural products will be able to use two routes – the Romanian Sulina canal and the Bystre mouth of the Danube River to exit to the Black sea.
Kherson oblast
According to the South Operational Command, residents of Kherson oblast have to survive without medicines, food, gas, water and electricity supplies.
Field fires are becoming more and more frequent in Kherson oblast due to constant shelling. The fires are extremely difficult to localize and eliminate in the de-occupied territories. The russians do not allow putting out fires in the temporarily occupied territories. The occupiers continue to destroy grain warehouses, agricultural machinery and solar power plants. To save at least part of the harvest, farmers work under shelling.
In the morning and at noon, the enemy launched airstrikes in the north of Kherson oblast using helicopters. The russians tried to hit the positions of the Ukrainian defenders, but were unsuccessful.
Using a pair of Su-24 tactical bombers, the enemy made an attempt to hit the remains of the equipment they had left on Zmiinyi (Snake) Island.
Ukrainian aviation made four strikes on buildup of manpower, weapons and equipment of the occupiers in the area of Pravdyne, Lozove and Blahodatne. So far, the confirmed losses of the enemy are 18 soldiers, a self-propelled howitzer “Gvozdika”, 6 units of armored and motor vehicles, as well as a field store of ammunition.
There are two routes to leave the temporarily occupied Kherson oblast: through Vasylivka and temporarily occupied Crimea. Iryna Vereshchuk, Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories said about it.
The police recorded 14 facts of war crimes committed by the russian military in Kherson oblast. Among them are the abduction of civilians, injury and death of people due to shelling of populated areas, and collaborative activities. Criminal proceedings have been opened for all the facts.
The General Prosecutor’s Office announced suspicion under the article “Collaborative activity” against the gauleiter from Oleshky, Heorhii Zhuravko. This is stated on the Office’s website. The investigators of the National Police established that he voluntarily took up a position in the illegal authorities created on the temporarily occupied territory.
Schools of the Skadovsk community continue to work remotely in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Oleksandr Yakovlev, mayor of Skadovsk said that labor relations with those who agree to work in the “schools” controlled by occupation forces will be terminated automatically. According to him, the occupation authorities continue to put pressure on educators and are trying to reformat the entire education system in Skadovsk.
Kherson State University continues to work under Ukrainian legislation. The occupation authorities announced recruitment to KhSU and promised a diploma from a russian university. According to Oleksandr Spivakovskyi, rector of KhSU, there is no reason to apply to the admissions committee of a fake university captured by the russians, because these diplomas will not be recognized.
Residents of Henichesk complain about pressure and looting by the occupiers. In particular, Kherson RMA reports that the occupiers broke the arms of local fishermen due to the alleged violation of the “fishing ban in the sea”.
Western regions
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the security situation towards Volyn and Polissia has not changed significantly, but a strict ban was imposed on citizens visiting forests in the north of Volyn oblast. The border with belarus has been guarded. In case of provocations of the Armed Forces, the Territorial Defense and volunteer units are ready for decisive action.
Volyn
The regional center of emergency medical aid and disaster medicine handed over two ambulances, equipment for transporting the wounded and car tires for the needs of the Volyn military.
In Lutsk, in the Teacher’s House, working meetings of applied psychologists of the Medical Center for Rehabilitation of Combatants of Lutsk MTG are regularly held with fellow psychologists who want to learn how to help soldiers and population from “hot spots”.
Local residents organized a family weekend “Genes of Ukraine” near Lutsk. Everyone could buy products from local producers and housewives. UAH 20K were collected during the charity event. These funds were spent to purchase necessary items and ammunition for the military personnel of the community.
In the city of Luboml in Volyn, children sold slippers and raised $3 300 for a car for the military. The car has already been sent to the front line.
Zakarpattia oblast
Zakarpattia RMA handed over three Starlink satellite communication systems for the needs of the 101st separate territorial defense brigade of Zakarpattia.
A meeting of the Presidium of the Public Council was held in the regional military administration. Military supply and the role of public organizations of Zakarpattia in this process were considered.
RMA representatives met with the Minister of Agrarian Policy of Hungary Istvan Nod. Transportation of agricultural products through the transit corridors of Zakarpattia Oblast to Hungary was discussed.
Over 4 dozen forced migrants, temporarily living in Uzhhorod, were sent today by two buses to “Polyana” sanatorium in the Svalyavshchyna. They will be provided with comfortable accommodation and free food.
A career hub for women, who suffered from violence, was opened in Uzhhorod.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
The city council of the Horodenkiv community purchased a four-wheel car and sent it to the the military unit, where a soldier from the Horodenkiv community serves.
Members of the volunteer formation of the Kalusa city and district territorial community, together with the Kalusa territorial association of Afghanistan veterans, conducted training on small arms handling, the terrain orientation and military topography.
Lviv oblast
172 people arrived in Lviv from the epicenters of hostilities by two evacuation trains. 842 people left for Przemyśl from Lviv oblast.
A meeting with the European Commissioner for Health Protection, Stella Kyriakides, and the Minister of Health Protection of Ukraine, Viktor Lyashko, took place in the Lviv RMA. During the meeting, they discussed development of medicine in Ukraine and use of new technologies in treatment and construction of hospitals.
The Office of Support for Families of Servicemen under the Lviv Regional Military Administration and the Hope.ua Foundation will hold a charity futsal tournament in Lviv in support of the family of the senior soldier of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Savenka, who died in the war between russia and Ukraine. All funds collected at the charity event will be used to support the family of the fallen soldier, survived by his mother and five minor children.
Rotary International of the Republic of Poland, with the assistance of the Department of Social Protection of the RMA, sent an invitation to children of the Defenders of Ukraine, who died or were injured, to rest and recover. The rehabilitation will take place in the village of Bily Dunaets, near Zakopane in Poland, and will continue from July 12 to 28 under close supervision of educators, doctors and psychologists from Ukraine.
Rivne oblast
Since the beginning of the war, 37 enterprises have moved to Rivne oblast.
In Rivne oblast, they want to sell a tank-monument IS — this is a family of Soviet tanks named after Stalin. They are asking for half a million dollars, which they plan to transfer to the Armed Forces.
A street musician from Rivne collected over UAH 300K for the Armed Forces.
Students and teachers of the Luhansk State Medical University arrived in the Rivne City Territorial Community. To support teachers and students of the institution, the Department of Social Policy of the Rivne City Council organized distribution of food packages, made thanks to charitable organizations and foundations.
Ternopil oblast
The mayor Serhii Nadal reported that thanks to American partners, the Ternopil City Council has provided night vision devices, turnstiles, and binoculars for the needs of the territorial defense units of Ternopil, which are currently on the front line.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
In Khmelnytskyi, UAH 12.7 million were allocated for arranging shelters in schools and kindergartens.
Khmelnytskyi will receive two ventilators from the World Health Organization.
The head of the regional military administration, Serhii Hamalii, announced that the humanitarian hub at the Khmelnytskyi RMA received humanitarian cargo from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The total weight of the delivered aid is 8 tons. The aid includes necessary medical equipment, overalls for firefighters and heated mattresses.
Chernivtsi oblast
The RMA reported that IDPs currently living in educational institutions are planned to be relocated to other places of compact accommodation by September 1. It is mandatory to have shelters. The apartments must be ready for the new heating season.
The Ministry of Education of Ukraine reported that in Chernivtsi, shelters of educational institutions are being inspected. A special commission analyzes the state of community school facilities that can be used in case of danger.
International support
The European Commission proposed a new package of sanctions against russia, which would include an embargo on gold exports. The EC also proposes to extend all current sanctions against the russian federation until the end of January 2023.
