On Friday, Qatar already facilitated the return of a 7-year-old Ukrainian child who was reunited with her grandmother and is on her way to Ukraine via Estonia. Now, 2-year-old and 9-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl will be returned to Ukraine. Lolvah Al Khater, Qatar’s Minister of State for International Cooperation, confirmed the mediation and called this week’s repatriation “just the first step.”

Jan Lipavskyi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, announced that the new round of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will not divert the world’s attention from the war in Ukraine.
