War in Ukraine today: latest news, November 28, 2023 (photo)

It has been the 643th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

There were 56 combat engagements. The enemy launched a total of 11 missile strikes, 35 air strikes, 42 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Moreover, russian federation launched another attack on Ukraine with 1 Shahed-136/131 attack UAV, shot down by Ukrainian defenders. Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in civilian casualties and injuries. Private residential buildings as well as other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

The operational situation in eastern and southern Ukraine remains difficult.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes and signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the enemy  maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. Around 15 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Yeline, Chernihiv oblast, Seredyna-Buda, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Basivka, Stepok, Hrabovske, Popivka, Sumy oblast, Hraniv, Starytsya, Pletenivka, Zemlianky, Kharkiv oblast

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Synkivka and Petropavlivka, Kharkiv oblast, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 4 attacks. They launched air strikes near Ivanivka and Stepova Novoselivka, Kharkiv oblast. The invaders fired from artillery and mortar at around 10 settlements, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Lyman, they attempted to launch  assaults in the vicinity of Terny, Donetsk oblast, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 3 attacks. The enemy launched an air strike near Spirne, Donetsk oblast. The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Nevske, Serebryanske forestry, Luhansk oblast, Torske, Serebryanka, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Bakhmut, the occupiers made assaults near Bohdanivka, Klischiivka, Andriyivka and Pivnichne, Donetsk oblast, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 attacks. The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, Donetsk oblast. Around 10 settlements, including Markove, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, New York, Donetsk oblast, came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Avdiivka, the invaders made assaults near Stepove, Avdiivka, south of Tonenke, Pervomaiske, Donetsk oblast, to no success. Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 attacks in the area. The enemy fired from  artillery and mortar at around 15 settlements, including Sukha Balka, Ocheretyne, Stepove, Avdiyivka, Netailove, Nevelske, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Mariinka, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast. Around 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiyivka, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Pobieda, Donetsk oblast were under the occupiers’ artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Shakhtarsk, they conducted no offensives. Around 10 settlements, including Vodyane, Bohoyavlenka, Prechystivka, Blahodatne, Staromaiorske, Donetsk oblast, were shelled from artillery and mortar.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, the enemy made 2 failed attempts to regain lost ground in the vicinity of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia oblast. More than 20 settlements, including Poltavka, Huliapole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka, Shcherbaky, Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia oblast, were shelled from artillery and mortar.

Towards Kherson, the invaders launched air strikes in the vicinity of Beryslav and Kozatske, Kherson oblast. The enemy fired from artillery at the city of Kherson, the settlements of Dudchany, Lvove, Mykilske, Kherson oblast, and Dmytrivka, Ochakiv, Mykolaiv oblast.

Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold their ground on the left bank of the Dnipro River, Kherson oblast, and continue to inflict fire on the enemy.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 13 strikes on buildups of troops, weapons and military equipment, and 3 strikes on air defense systems of the occupiers. 

Ukrainian rocket troops and artillery hit 1 command post, 5 air defense systems, 9 artillery systems, and 1 electronic warfare station of the russian invaders.

Russia stole $1 billion worth of Ukrainian grain. The occupiers prepared technical means to steal and take away 12,000 tons of grain from the captured territories every day.  They partially succeeded in this.  The amount of stolen goods is impressive – millions of tons of grain worth about $1 billion. Russia’s robbery of Ukraine continues even now.  

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the US Embassy have agreed on enhanced end-use monitoring of weapons provided by partners.  Monitoring includes regular inventories, joint physical inspections with partners, and special inspections.  The Ministry of Defense will provide additional transparency on the storage and use of foreign weapons.  

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported that yesterday evening, around 11:30 pm, the enemy struck Kivsharivka, Kupiansk region, with a pre-guided aerial bomb. Residential buildings were hit. The facades of the buildings, windows and the adjacent territory were damaged. There were no casualties.

Throughout the day, the enemy attacked settlements of Chuhuiv and Kupiansk regions. Starytsia and Tykhe of Chuhuiv region, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne and Stroivka of Kupiansk region were under enemy attack.

Towards Kupiansk, our defenders repelled 3 enemy attacks near Synkivka and Petropavlivka.

Pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 5.4 hectares of territory and defused 52 explosive ordnance.

Ivan Dostov, Director of the Animal Health Department, informed that Leon the lemur was returned to the Ecopark near Kharkiv from the forced evacuation. Later, it is planned to bring more lemurs and monkeys to the Ecopark.

Donetsk oblast

The press service of Donetsk police informed that russian troops dropped two FAB-500 bombs on the territory of the Toretska mine Four employees of the company are under the rubble.

According to Donetsk Regional Military Administration, towards Volnovakha, russians shelled Vuhledar and Novoukrainka.

Towards Donetsk, Krasnohorivka, Novomykhailivka and Kostiantynivka of Marinka community were shelled.

Towards Horlivka, in Toretsk community, a kindergarten in Petrivka, 3 buildings and 2 administrative buildings in Toretsk were damaged. In Chasiv Yar community, 3 private buildings were damaged.

Towards Lysychansk, three streets were shelled and a building damaged in Siversk.

Serhii Dobriak, Head of Pokrovsk City Military Administration, said that the authorities decided not to organise mass events on Christmas and New Year’s holidays this year.

Based on the information provided by the General Staff, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 28 russian attacks towards Bakhmut, 23 towards Avdiivka, 12 towards Lyman and 9 towards Marinka on 27 November.

Serhii Tsekhotskyi, Officer of the 59 Separate Mechanised Brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk, confirmed that russian troops are trying to encircle Avdiivka and have started shelling the city from Donetsk. They are using aviation and electronic warfare equipment. They are not using military equipment yet.

DTEK Donetsk Power Grids and the Ministry of Energy said that 34 settlements in Donetsk oblast are without power due to bad weather and another 19 settlements have no electricity supply due to russian shelling on 27 November. The power company has supplied power to 216 settlements.

Mariupol City Council said that about 11,500 apartments and private houses are without electricity due to the bad weather. Specifically, several neighbourhoods remain without power and private buildings are flooded.

Luhansk oblast

According to the General Staff, russian troops resumed their assaults in Svatove region near Novoselivske, where the Defence Forces repelled seven attacks. The invaders also attacked Serebrianka forestry. According to the department, Nevske and Bilohorivka were shelled with artillery.

Referring to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, positional battles in the forestry do not stop. Also russians are not having any success near Stelmakhivka, where they have become more active again.

A third of the people involved in the destruction of Sievierodonetsk Azot plant have left to look for other ways to make a living. Nevertheless, the occupation authorities announce every half a year, and sometimes more often, their intention to launch the remains of the chemical plant. A recent statement by the so-called “Ministry of Industry and Trade of LPR” is full of promises. It talks about “a quick launch in the future”, “accelerating recovery mechanisms after the situation stabilises”, and most importantly, “the ministry is preparing the ground for creating a favourable industrial climate in the city”. As a result, in a year and a half, nothing has been done but sawing and the loss of some of the free labour force.

Gas supply has not been restored in many settlements of Svatove and Kreminna regions. During the cold season, people are in an extremely difficult situation as many have autonomous heating. Using an electric heater is impossible due to unreliable power supply. The residents have no money for solid fuel and the relevant benefits have not yet been distributed to the regions.

Ivan Shevtsov, Assistant Head of the 15th Steel Border Mobile Border Guard Detachment, reported that russian troops are trying to reach the borders of Luhansk oblast towards Lyman, while the number of russian attacks is decreasing daily.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Vitalii Klychko, the mayor of Kyiv, reported that more than 970 heating points in the capital have been equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies in case of power and heating outages. More than two-thirds of the boiler houses of Kyivteploenergo have been provided with alternative power sources.

A Veteran Development Centre has been opened in Kyiv at the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. Yuliia Laputina, Minister of Veterans’ Affairs, said that 10 Veterans’ Development Centres have been established in Ukraine so far, which currently specialise in training future veterans’ assistants, but will eventually train veterans in civilian professions.

In Irpin, a free two-day training course on first aid in emergencies is being organised. The training will be held on December 2-3. Participants will learn how to assess the victim’s condition, detect and stop critical bleeding, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, make bandages, and practice various scenarios.

There will be no mass events or celebrations in the capital on Christmas and New Year’s Day, as the Kyiv Defence Council has decided to comply with security regulations. The opening of the Christmas tree is scheduled for December 6 – it will be installed at the expense of patrons, without budgetary funds for its arrangement and electricity.

The Makariv community has launched a public initiative called Give a Holiday to the Defenders, in which residents will prepare gifts for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The local authorities have given recommendations on what to fill the holiday packages for the soldiers. The parcels will also include a postcard or a child’s drawing for the defenders. The collection of gifts will last until December 20.

The Bucha: City of the Unbreakable documentary was presented by the team of TheBuchacity project. This is a story about the crimes of the russian army and life after the tragedy. The film is based on interviews with residents of Bucha, Kyiv Oblast, who survived the occupation. The film was created with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic as part of the Transition Promotion Programme.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to Zhytomyr RMA, for more than a year now, the mandatory evacuation of the population of Donetsk Oblast to safe regions of Ukraine has been underway. Over this period, almost 62,000 internally displaced people have been evacuated to Zhytomyr Oblast. The evacuation is carried out free of charge by a special train once every 8 days. Upon arrival, the evacuees receive financial assistance from the state, humanitarian, legal and psychological support, and are accommodated in shelters.

Zhytomyr city council reported that Andrii Maksymchuk, an officer of the reconnaissance unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, presented a book for children Journey through the country and the magic dragon, which the serviceman wrote at the frontline. The proceeds from its sale will be used to support the reconnaissance battalion of the airborne assault troops. 

Sumy oblast

According to the Sumy RMA, russians fired twice at the border of the oblast. There were 8 MLRS attacks on the territory of the Yunakivka community and 4 mortar attacks on the territory of Krasnopillia. 

The Sumy regional prosecutor’s office reported that the russian military shelled the civilian infrastructure of the town of Seredyna-Buda with MLRS. The bodies of two dead women and two wounded men were recovered from the rubble. A man and his 7-year-old stepdaughter were also injured in their car. She later died in hospital. At least five residential buildings were destroyed as a result of the russian attack.

According to the Sumy RMA, on November 27, the russian military carried out 6 mortar attacks on the border areas and settlements of Sumy Oblast. There were 45 explosions. Krasnopillia (5 explosions), Khotin (22 explosions), Nova Sloboda (2 explosions), and Velyka Pysarivka (16 explosions) communities were shelled.

According to JSC Sumyoblenergo, almost 3,000 consumers in Sumy Oblast were left without electricity as a result of shelling by the russian army on November 27. Due to russian strikes, 2,866 customers are without power.

The Northern Forestry Office reported that recently, a russian missile was shot down over the forests of the Okhtyrka Forestry branch. Employees of the branch searched for the wreckage for about 2 days. They noted that the enemy missile was “fresh”, with the date of manufacture “1.08.2023” on the weapon’s body.

Chernihiv oblast

According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russians shelled the border community of Semenivka. There were 4 attacks with cannon artillery in the area of Semenivka village.

The Auditorium of the Chernihiv Drama Theatre is scheduled to open in February 2024. It was damaged as a result of a russian missile strike on the city centre on August 19. Currently, 67 new windows have been installed in the theatre building with money from international funds. In the future, they plan to conserve and repair the roof, replace the doors, and install a passage gallery for the safety of visitors.

Security Service of Ukraine CI officers detained a russian FSB agent who was spying on the Defence Forces in Chernihiv Oblast. Since October, on the instructions of the russian special service, he started collecting data on the deployment of Ukrainian defenders in the oblast and the location of fortifications. Security officers detained the russian agent while performing a regular task in the area of a possible location of one of the Defence Forces facilities.

During their visit to Ukraine, a delegation of the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) visited the city of Chernihiv and the village of Yahidne, where they saw firsthand the consequences of russian crimes. The day before, the Ukrainian World Congress, together with the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation, completed the installation of a hybrid solar power plant for a Chernihiv school as part of its Energize Ukraine initiative. This will allow 1562 students to study during periods of possible blackouts and will satisfy 20% of the annual energy needs of the educational institution.

Thanks to the cooperation between UIA and the Volunteers North Charitable Foundation, one of the air defence units in Chernihiv Oblast received a vehicle. The vehicle has been specially equipped to meet the needs of the military and will help them perform air defence tasks.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

At night the enemy shelled Marhanets community of Nikopol district. Villages were hit with artillery. There were no casualties or damage. The enemy struck a missile at Kryvyi Rih. Nikopol region was terrorized during the day. They fired artillery and used kamikaze drones.

In Nikopol a 63-year-old man and two local women, 63- and 65-years-old, were injured. They were hospitalized in a moderate condition. A 43-year-old man also was gotten to the hospital. He received all the necessary medical assistance and will be treated at home. An administrative building, a communal building and 2 private enterprises were damaged. High-rise buildings and several private houses, farm buildings, 7 cars, power lines and gas pipelines were damaged.

RMA reported that two enemy drones were destroyed by the Air Defense Forces over Kryvyi district.

Vinnytsia oblast

City Council reported that meeting of the Coordination Council on IDPs was held in Vinnytsia. As of November 24, more than 46,000 IDPs were registered in Vinnytsia community, including about 11,000 children. As of October 1, 24,000 IDPs receive housing assistance. Assistance is available in the selection of locations for production facilities, transportation and staff resettlement , as well as in the search for new employees for enterprises that plan to relocate. A city center for the provision of charitable assistance was created under the Department of Social Policy. The members of the Coordination Council also agreed on further work and development of measures to improve the situation of IDPs in Vinnytsia community.

Smereka amateur group from Pishchanka village donated more than UAH 2 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since May 2022, the singing group has held 194 charity concerts in 9 regions of Ukraine.

Kirovohrad oblast

The team of the Central Regional Center of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of War Prisoners of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine headed by Yulia Pryimak works in Kirovohrad oblast. The war with the russian aggressor has been going on for 10 years. Full-scale – more than 20 months. These are losses, prisoners, missing people. They and their families need comprehensive support. The Center-Veteran regional communal institution works in the oblast. It started as a volunteer and has considerable experience. Therefore all lines of veteran hubs, centers for psychological support of war victims, which are organized and operate in all communities, have high-quality methodical support. Specialists of the center positively evaluated the case developed by Kirovohrad oblast, namely the organization of psychological assistance, training of crisis psychologists, rehabilitation of defenders, families, and children. At the same time they will quickly work out the experience of individual oblasts in strengthening the status of families of war prisoners and establishing benefits for them at the places. Cooperation with the relevant units of RMA law enforcement agencies, Territorial Assembly Center will contribute to quality communications with each family.

Poltava oblast

Five residents of Poltava oblast were killed defending Ukraine from the russian invasion. 

Vitalii Brahin 28-years-old was wounded while performing a combat mission near Krynky village of Kherson oblast. He was killy on November 25 in the military medical center of the Southern region.

Anatolii Koshel born in 1971 died was killed on November 24. As a result of mortar shelling near Avdiivka in Donetsk oblast.

Yurii Hubrenko was killed on November 21 in action near Pavlivka village, Donetsk oblast. He was 44 years old.

Oleh Romenskyi, killed on November 25 near Synkivka village, Kharkiv region as a result of mortar shelling. Oleh was 21 years old.

Pavlo Ivanenko was wounded during a combat mission, died on November 17 in Kyiv hospital. Pavlo Ivanenko was 53 years old.

Cherkasy oblast

The Security Service of Ukraine has declared suspicion against the russian general who commanded a missile attack on a high-rise building in Uman. Lieutenant General Serhii Kobylasha is the commander of long-range aviation of the russian Air Force. The official gave the order to carry out missile strikes on a residential high-rise building and a parking lot in Uman on April 28 this year. As a result of enemy shelling 23 local residents were killed, including six children. Nine people were also injured, and one person is still considered missing. In addition to the damaged high-rise building, seven nearby residential buildings, six businesses, and 70 civilian cars suffered significant damage.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yuriy Malashko, Head of the Zaporizhzhia RMA reported that on November, 27  the russian military conducted 64 attacks on cities and villages in the Zaporizhzhia oblast. Hulyaipole, Novodanylivka, Levadne, Poltavka, Robotyne, Charivne, Novoandriivka, Novodarivka, Kamianske, and other cities and villages near the front line were shelled 60 times with artillery.

On November 28, the russian military launched a missile strike on the premises of an enterprise in one of the districts of Zaporizhzhia. According to preliminary data, one person sustained minor injuries. The explosive wave damaged windows in three multi-story buildings and three educational institutions.

Mykolaiv oblast

Vitaliy Kim, the Head of the Mykolaiv RMA, reported that russian troops shelled the water area of the Ochakiv community on November 27. On November 28, artillery strikes hit Ochakiv town and the coastal area of the Ochakiv community. The attacks resulted in a fire in an administrative building at a recreational base and in the village of Dmytrivka in the Kutsurub community. There were no casualties or injuries.

On November 28, the Southern Defense Forces reported that the Air Defense Forces of the “South” air command successfully destroyed a russian reconnaissance UAV “Merlin-VR” in the Mykolaiv oblast.

Moreover, within the framework of the All-Ukrainian campaign “16 Days Against Domestic Violence,” employees of the Domestic Violence Prevention Sector of the Prevention Department of the Mykolaiv District Police, along with support from the Mykolaiv City Center for Social Services and the Patrol Police Department, organized an exhibition of children’s drawings in Mykolaiv. The event focused on raising awareness and combating domestic violence, engaging students up to 12 years old from regional educational institutions.

Odesa oblast

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that the medical care provided to the youngest patients at the Odesa Regional Children’s Hospital has significantly improved, thanks to the implementation of humanitarian telemedicine solutions. This progress was achieved through the adoption of the advanced “Rehabilitation Gaming System” (RGS), generously provided to Ukraine by the Spanish company “Eodyne.” The RGS employs state-of-the-art technologies to stimulate neuroplasticity and rehabilitate motor and cognitive functions in patients who have suffered brain injuries or musculoskeletal impairments.

According to Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa RMA, on November 28, rescuers successfully evacuated 2,498 individuals, including 162 children, from snowdrifts in the Odesa oblast. Furthermore, they managed to free 849 vehicles, among them 24 buses and 17 ambulances.

Kherson oblast

Kherson RMA reported that the russian military targeted the village of Lvove in the Tyahynska community of Kherson oblast using artillery, causing a 40-year-old man to be injured. 

In the Beryslav district, the russian military conducted attacks. A 64-year-old woman was injured in Dudchany while outdoors. Additionally, in Beryslav, russian forces deployed an explosive from a drone onto a civilian car, injuring a 48-year-old man. Both injured individuals were admitted to the hospital.

During the night, the russian military shelled residential areas in downtown Kherson, resulting in injuries to a man.

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on November 27, russian forces targeted the territory of the Kherson oblast 48 times with various weapons. The attacks aimed at residential areas, a factory, and an educational institution in Kherson, causing injuries to civilians.

From the 14 populated areas in the Kherson region regularly targeted by the russian military, all children have been successfully evacuated. However, five minors remain in the Kakhovka district, seven in Beryslav district, and 150 in Kherson district. A total of 630 children with their parents were evacuated since the announcement of mandatory evacuation from 23 hazardous populated areas in the Kherson oblast.

The Regional Military Administration in Kherson reported that sappers in the oblast have been supplied with “Spiders,” specialized anti-mine footwear. These shoes are equipped with soles designed to effectively absorb impact, mitigate force, and offer protection against injuries. They were donated by the Charitable Foundation “Obednannia” (“United”) and the NGO “Legal Space IRC”.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

The RMA reported that Volyn border detachment received a floating transporter, cars, generators and televisions. The equipment will be used in units that provide protection and defense of the Ukrainian-belarusian border within Volyn oblast.

A KIA SORENTO worth over $4K was sent to the 53rd Battalion of the 100th Territorial Defense Brigade. Employees of Lutsk City Council, its structural subdivisions and communal enterprises collected the funds for transport as their one-day earnings, which they donate to the Armed Forces every month.

Zakarpattia oblast

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, about 9,5K people have been officially employed in Zakarpattia, including almost 3K IDPs. In particular, during this year, 713 IDPs applied to the regional employment service, 230 of them have already found work.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk Council held a meeting with Martin Duplantier, Head of the Association of Architects of France. They discussed restoration of architectural monuments.

Ruslan Marcinkiv, Mayor of Ivano-Frankivsk, announced that the city sent a 3T Mavik thermal imager to the 109th battalion.

Lviv oblast

The Danish city of Aarhus joined the international initiative to support and develop rehabilitation in Ukraine. The corresponding document was signed by Andrii Sadovyi, Lviv Mayor, and Jakob Bundsgaard, Aarhus Mayor, at the City Hall. Aarhus became the 4th city to be supported by the UNBROKEN Cities Network.

Lviv RMA and IT Cluster sent 5 vehicles to the forces of the West Air Command to protect the critical infrastructure of the oblast. In the future, these vehicles will be equipped with automated turrets capable of firing at enemy aerial targets without direct human intervention.

In Strii region, the Right to Protection organization and the office of the Coordination Center for the support of the civilian population at Lviv Regional Government Office, applied for 114 IDPs to receive financial assistance from the UNHCR.

Slav town council allocated over UAH 7 mln to support the Armed Forces. With these funds, 20 DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo quadcopters and 16 DJI Mavic 3T quadcopters have already been purchased.

The Million for Drones auction was held in Strii as part of the Birds of Victory charity project. They collected UAH 2,2 mln for the purchase of “birds” for soldiers of Strii Territorial Defense, the 110th and the 24th separate mechanized brigades.

A car was sent from Stryshchyna to the front thanks to the UK Help For Ukraine CF.

Over UAH 40K were collected for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a charity concert and fair in the People’s House of the village of Kolodentsi, Zhovtanetsk community.

Rivne oblast

Ukrainian books were given to IDP children in Rivne oblast. The Ukrainian Book – for a Ukrainian Child charity event, during which educational aids, toys, fiction, and stationery were distributed, was held by employees of the Day Center for Social and Psychological Assistance.

Ternopil oblast

2 mobile bath-laundry complexes worth over UAH 1,7 mln were sent to Ternopil military personnel on the front line. Such complexes are equipped with washing and drying machines, a generator, a solid fuel boiler, a radiator, a pump, boilers, sinks and showers.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Air defense forces were working during the morning enemy attack. As a result of the downing of an airstrike object, debris fell on the roof of a private house in Khmelnytskyi district. There is no fire. There are no injured. All relevant services are working at the scene.
