It has been the 1562  th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

On 4 June, the aggressor launched 95 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces.

Artillery shelling of border areas continues. In Sumy oblast, the settlements of Lisne, Nova Huta, Sopych, Bachivsk, Korenok, Yastrubshchyna, Semenivka, Ryzhivka, Budky, Neskuchne, and Volfyne came under fire; in Chernihiv oblast – Medvedivka and Halahandivka.

Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, one combat engagement took place, and the enemy carried out 37 strikes on settlements and the positions of Ukrainian troops, five of which involved multiple launch rocket systems.

Towards Southern Sloboda, the invaders made six attempts to break through the defense lines near Starytsia, Lyman, and towards Izbytske and Kolodiazne. One battle is still ongoing at this moment.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy twice attacked the positions of the Defense Forces today in the vicinity of Novoplatonivka and Kivsharivka.

Towards Lyman, Ukrainian warriors repelled 13 attempts by the invaders to advance in the vicinity of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Zarichne, Dibrova, Ozerne, Shyikivka and Lyman. Five combat engagements are still underway.

Towards Sloviansk, the Defense Forces successfully halted eight attempts by the invaders to move forward in the vicinity of Zakitne, Kalenyky, Riznykivka, Kryva Luka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.

Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy conducted no offensive operations.

Towards Kostiantynivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Kostiantynivka, Stepanivka, and Vilne. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

Towards Pokrovsk, the occupiers made 25 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian warriors from their positions in the vicinity of the settlements of Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Orikhove, Shevchenko, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka. Three combat engagements are still underway.

Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy attempted to advance four times in the vicinity of Sichneve. One combat engagement is ongoing.

Towards Huliaipole, the Defense Forces successfully repelled 23 enemy attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Rybne, Dobropillia, Vozdvizhivka, Sviatopetrivka, Zaliznychne, Pryvillia, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Kosivtseve, Tsvitkove, Krynychne, Huliaipilske, and Charivne. Four combat engagements are still underway.

Towards Orikhiv, the enemy launched one assault on the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinity of the settlement of Stepnohirsk.

Towards Kherson, Ukrainian defenders successfully halted one offensive operation near the Antonivskyi Bridge.

In other sectors of the front, there are no significant changes in the operational situation at this time. No attempts by the enemy to advance were recorded.

Ukrainian troops continue to deplete the enemy’s forces along the entire frontline and deep in their rear.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 279 combat engagements were recorded along the frontline over the past day. Towards Southern Sloboda, russian troops launched 11 assaults on the positions of the Defense Forces in the vicinity of Starytsia, Lyman, Vilcha, Izbytske, and Okhrimivka. Towards Kupiansk, Ukrainian defenders halted four attacks in the vicinity of Novoplatonivka, Podoly, and Kupyansk.

According to Head of the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration Oleh Syniehubov, a russian UAV struck the roof of an apartment building in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. A fire broke out at the site of the strike, and rescuers localized the blaze.

Russian troops also attacked the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv with UAVs. Debris fell onto the premises of a private property; no requests for medical assistance were received.

Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office reported that in the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv, debris and the warhead of a russian drone that hit an apartment building fell onto a children’s playground. Several pockets of fire broke out on the roof of the building after the strike, which were extinguished by rescuers.

According to Head of the Military Administration Viacheslav Zadorenko, on the morning of 4 June, russian troops attacked two cars with FPV drones in the Derhachi community. At around 09:30 on the Derhachi – Bezruky highway, a 49-year-old man was injured and hospitalized. Another strike occurred at around 06:35 in Slatyne, where a drone hit a car on the premises of a private property; no injuries were reported.

According to Kharkiv Oblast State Administration, Kharkiv and 17 settlements in the oblast came under enemy strikes over the past day. Three people were killed and another 21 were injured, including two children. A 52-year-old woman was killed in Kharkiv, while five men and three women were injured. In Rokytne of the Nova Vodolaha community, men aged 29 and 65 were killed, and five men, a 17-year-old boy, and four women were injured. In Vinnytski Ivany of the Bohodukhiv community, a 49-year-old woman was injured. 

In Chuhuiv, a 43-year-old man, a 70-year-old woman, and a 14-year-old girl were injured.

Russian troops attacked Kholodnohirskyi, Osnovianskyi, and Slobidskyi districts of Kharkiv with missiles and UAVs. Over the course of the day, the russian army deployed three missiles, one KAB guided bomb, 17 Geran-2 type UAVs, five Molniya-type UAVs, five FPV drones, and 71 drones of an unidentified type across Kharkiv oblast.

In Kharkiv, railway infrastructure, a shop, four cars, six private houses, a garage, and power grids were damaged. In Bohodukhiv, Kupiansk, Izium, Kharkiv, Lozova, and Chuhuiv regions, private and apartment buildings, warehouses, a tractor, cars, a farm, outbuildings, road surfaces, an administrative building, and other civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.

According to Kharkiv oblast Police Chief Petro Tokar, during 3 June, the russian army twice deployed S-8000 missiles, also known as “Banderol,” against Kharkiv oblast. According to him, this is a state-of-the-art weapon, which is not being recorded in Kharkiv oblast for the first time, but overall in Ukraine, such uses remain isolated cases. According to the War&Sanctions platform of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR), the missile has a length of about five meters, a wingspan of about 2.2 meters, a body diameter of 30 cm, a maximum speed of 620–650 km/h, a cruising speed of 520–560 km/h, and a flight range of up to 500 km; its primary carrier is the Orion UAV, and in the future, it is also planned for launch from Mi-28N helicopters.

On 3 June, russian troops also attacked Chuhuiv, preliminarily with Tornado-S MLRS: a 14-year-old girl was injured, two people suffered an acute stress reaction, and a female police officer sustained a concussion.

In Kharkiv, the russian army struck the Slobidskyi district with a ballistic missile. In the Kholodnohirskyi district, a 52-year-old woman was killed as a result of a drone attack, and a 52-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction. In the morning, following strikes on the Kholodnohirskyi and Osnovianskyi districts, four people sustained blast injuries and wounds from shattered glass, while two others suffered an acute stress reaction.

In Rokytne, a russian UAV strike on the premises of a farm killed men aged 29 and 63, while four other people sustained blast injuries and five suffered an acute stress reaction. Rescuers extinguished nine fires caused by russian attacks in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region.

On 4 June, the Day of Remembrance for Children Killed as a Result of the russian federation’s Armed Aggression, a commemoration event was held in Kharkiv. Toys were brought to the monument to the children who died as a result of the russian-Ukrainian war, and white balloons were released. According to Head of the Oblast State Administration Oleh Syniehubov, 113 children have been killed in Kharkiv oblast since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Volodymyr Vakulenko Senior, the father of children’s writer Volodymyr Vakulenko who was killed by the russian military, has passed away. This was announced by director and documentarian Amanda Bailey. According to her, he never managed to recover after the loss of his son.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 287 people over the past day. Since the start of the point’s operation, 37,817 people have been registered there.

Donetsk oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, towards Kostiantynivka, russian troops did not reduce the number of attacks and continued attempts to break forward in the vicinity of Ivanopillia, and also pressed in the areas of Illinivka and Rusyn Yar. More assaults than on the previous day were recorded towards Lyman, Sloviansk, and Pokrovsk. Towards Oleksandrivka, the russian army also attacked more actively, in particular in the vicinity of Voskresenka, Donetsk oblast.

According to Head of the Military Administration Vadym Lyakh, at around 05:00 on 4 June, russian troops struck Sloviansk with a drone. A private house was damaged. Over the past day, strikes with FPV drones, fiber-optic drones, Gerbera drones, and KAB guided bombs hitting the industrial zone were also recorded in the city.

According to Head of the Proliska humanitarian mission Yevhen Kaplin, a russian FPV drone attacked an armored evacuation vehicle of the mission in Druzhkivka. The vehicle was marked with “Evacuation” signs and organization logos on all sides and on the roof. The drone hit the roof above the driver’s cabin, but the armored capsule withstood the impact, and the people inside the vehicle were not injured. The mission considers the attack a targeted war crime by the russian army. The armored vehicle, which was purchased with donor funds and had been used in Donetsk oblast for only about 10 days, now requires repair.

For 3 threes, there were 1,297 attacks by the russian army along the frontline and the residential sector of Donetsk oblast. Seven settlements came under fire: Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, and Kurytsyne. Forty-two civilian objects were destroyed or damaged, including 16 residential buildings.

Russian troops attacked Kramatorsk with two KAB-250 guided bombs and four drones. 

According to the police, three civilians were killed and four others were injured. Eight apartment buildings, an enterprise, a medical facility, and 10 vehicles were damaged. According to updated data from the Kramatorsk Military Administration, 10 people were injured as a result of the shelling, including three children; 12 apartment buildings in the downtown area, five commercial facilities, and eight vehicles were damaged.

Police paramedics were the first to arrive at the scene after the airstrike on Kramatorsk. They went through the damaged buildings, provided first aid, and transported the wounded to the hospital. The rescue of people and the documentation of the war crime took place under the threat of a repeated strike.

The russian army struck Druzhkivka with five KAB guided bombs and five drones. Two people were killed and three others were injured. Six apartment buildings, one private house, an administrative building, an outbuilding, an evacuation vehicle, and an ambulance were damaged.

In Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, two people were injured.

Sloviansk endured five strikes, primarily by drones. A civilian was injured, and a private house, a non-residential building, and a civilian car were damaged.

In Dobropillia, a russian FPV drone injured a civilian and damaged a scooter.

In Mykolaivka, a hospital, an educational institution, and a cafeteria were damaged, while an enterprise was hit in Kurytsyne.

In Kramatorsk, to mark the Day of Remembrance for Children Killed as a Result of the russian federation’s Armed Aggression against Ukraine, an installation was created in the “Simeinyi” (Family) Park consisting of an empty bench and a plaque with an inscription. According to the city council, at least 13 children have been killed in Kramatorsk, 240 in Donetsk oblast, and 707 in Ukraine as a whole. The data is not final due to the occupation of some territories and active hostilities.

Luhansk oblast

According to Head of the Luhansk Oblast State Administration Oleksiy Kharchenko, over the past day in Lugansk oblast, russian troops struck six times with mortars and four more times with tube artillery. Eleven drones carried out the occupiers’ combat missions. 

Towards Lyman, the russian army attempted to advance 21 times in the vicinity of seven settlements.

In many cities of the so-called “lpr,” fuel has disappeared from open sale. Restrictions have been introduced across the entire territory of occupied Lugansk oblast: no more than 20 liters of gasoline can be purchased. Prices have also risen. Local residents are trying to travel to neighboring regions of the russian federation for fuel, but long queues have formed at the border, and russian security forces are thoroughly checking people.

In Sievierodonetsk, the occupiers are demolishing another apartment building in the new districts of the city. It was seriously damaged by russian troops in the spring of 2022 during daily shelling of the city. For four years, the occupiers promised capital repairs and the construction of new housing, but instead, they decided to dismantle the damaged buildings. In total, 79 buildings are planned for demolition in Sievierodonetsk.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

According to Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of the Regional Military Administration, 42 children have been killed in Kyiv oblast since the start of the russian aggression. A further 71 children have been injured. In Vyshhorod, on the grounds of the Church of St Vladimir, Equal to the Apostles, together with Archbishop Agapit of Vyshhorod, the clergy and residents of the oblast, the children killed by Russia were commemorated.

As a result of yet another enemy attack on Kyiv oblast on 4 June in the Boryspil district, a man – a petrol tanker driver – was injured. He was admitted to a local hospital with a closed fracture of the ankle joint. Medical staff are providing all necessary care.

The State Emergency Service reported on the morning of 4 June that the enemy had attacked an industrial facility in Kyiv oblast with drones. Emergency services extinguished a fire covering an area of 2,000 square metres at an infrastructure facility in the Boryspil district. Units from the regional State Emergency Service, the Boryspil Airport fire service and other emergency services were working at the scene.

The Regional Military Administration reported at around 16:00 on 4 June that, as a result of an enemy attack on civilian infrastructure in the Brovary district of Kyiv oblast, an administrative building, a company boiler room, a lorry, a mobile crane and a gas supply pipe were damaged. Power lines were also damaged. In the Boryspil district, the enemy launched a second attack on an infrastructure facility.

According to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko, Kyiv has provided aid to soldiers of the 12th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces. A further 1,602 UAVs of various types have been dispatched to different sectors of the front. In total, since the start of the year, the 12th Corps has received over 7,800 UAVs from the capital.

On 24 May, the headquarters of the Kyiv Region Rescue Service was destroyed by a russian missile. According to the State Emergency Service, this story was documented by Deutsche Welle journalists who visited the scene of the tragedy. Destroyed offices, wrecked equipment and the aftermath of yet another russian crime – these were just some of the things the film crew witnessed. Despite the losses and destruction, the rescue workers continue to carry out their duties, helping people and dealing with the aftermath of enemy attacks.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on the night of 24 May, the historic building of the National Museum ‘Chornobyl’ was damaged as a result of a massive russian attack on Kyiv. The British newspaper The Guardian told the world about the museum and how its team is saving cultural heritage in the aftermath of the russian strike. The exhibition dedicated to life in the settlements of the Chornobyl zone prior to the construction of the nuclear power plant was the worst affected. Ancient Bibles, books, icons and ceramics – a significant portion of these priceless artefacts has been lost. Preliminarily, around 40% of the exhibits have been destroyed or damaged. Not a single room in the museum has survived intact. The roof, the floors between storeys, the exhibition halls and the museum laboratory have been destroyed. Despite this, the bulk of the collection – over 22,000 artefacts stored in the archives – has been saved.

According to the State Emergency Service, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, who was on a visit to Kyiv, visited the sites of russian strikes in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The russian forces fired around six missiles in the area near the Lukianivska metro station on the night of 24 May.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to Mayor Volodymyr Moskalenko, on 3 June, russian forces attacked the Korosten community once again. Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.

An installation has been unveiled in Zhytomyr in memory of the children who lost their lives as a result of russia’s armed aggression. The spatial installation ‘Voices That Became Silence’ has been placed on the grounds of Polissia National University.

In the Bilokorovytsia community, the volunteer group ‘Bilokorovytsia Spiderweb’ has been weaving camouflage nets and collecting aid for the military for almost three years. During this time, the women have produced over 14,500 square metres of netting, involving local residents, business owners and schoolchildren in the work. This was reported by the team leader, Nadiya Lyubichenko.

Sumy oblast

Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that since the start of the full-scale war, russia has killed 29 children in Sumy oblast. A total of 305 children have been affected by enemy shelling.

He also reported that 22 residents of the oblast were killed as a result of enemy attacks in May. A further 206 people were injured, including 14 children. Some 230 private houses, 30 apartment buildings, 13 educational institutions and four medical facilities were damaged or destroyed.

During the month, 1,950 attacks were recorded across the oblast: 600 air strikes, 602 FPV drone attacks, 426 strikes involving Shahed, Lancet and Molniya UAVs, 250 artillery and mortar attacks, and three missile strikes.

In May, defenders recorded 5,449 enemy targets in Sumy oblast. More than 4,700 strike and reconnaissance drones were shot down or suppressed using electronic warfare systems.

The Regional Military Administration reported that on 4 June, the enemy attacked the central part of Yampil community. As a result of the shelling, one person is in serious condition.

Sumyoblenergo informed that power outages are affecting parts of Sumy oblast due to attacks by russian forces on energy infrastructure. Restoration work is continuing without interruption.

According to the National Police Department in Sumy oblast, a russian fibre-optic FPV drone with a warhead was discovered on the outskirts of Sumy. Explosive ordnance disposal specialists neutralised it.

The Regional Military Administration reported on the morning of 4 June that one civilian was killed and 10 people were injured as a result of enemy attacks in Sumy oblast over the previous 24 hours.

From the morning of 3 June to the morning of 4 June, russian forces carried out more than 80 attacks on 35 settlements across 20 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used mortars, artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts lasted for 17 hours and 49 minutes during the day.

Civilian infrastructure damaged or destroyed included:

▪️ In Sumy community, non-residential premises and vehicles were damaged;

▪️ In Hlukhiv community, a civilian infrastructure facility and a vehicle were damaged;

▪️ In Bilopollia community, apartment buildings were damaged;

▪️ In Trostianets community, a private house was destroyed;

▪️ In Seredyna-Buda community, a private house and outbuildings were destroyed, while a cultural institution, a medical facility and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged;

▪️ In Mykolaivka rural community, a private house was damaged;

▪️ In Velyka Pysarivka community, a private house was damaged;

▪️ In Yampil community, a private house and a vehicle were damaged;

▪️ In Lebedyn community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;

▪️ In Berezivka community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;

▪️ In Esman community, residential houses and outbuildings were destroyed;

▪️ In Khutir-Mykhailivskyi community, a private house was damaged;

▪️ In Znob-Novhorodske community, a private house and outbuildings were damaged.

Nearly UAH 9.5m. from the oblast budget was allocated to the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the security and defence sector. Since the beginning of the year, UAH 448m. has been allocated from budgets at all levels to strengthen the defence capability of Sumy oblast.

In May, an additional 59 kilometres of roads in the oblast were covered with anti-drone netting.

Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the Regional Military Administration, announced that 505 people, including 11 children, relocated to safer areas in May. Most were residents of Velyka Pysarivka and Seredyna-Buda communities.

Chernihiv oblast

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, said that since the start of the full-scale war, russia has killed 28 children in Chernihiv oblast.

The Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that on 4 June, servicemen of the 105th Border Guard Detachment named after Prince Volodymyr the Great destroyed the 500th russian Shahed strike unmanned aerial vehicle over Chernihiv oblast since the beginning of 2026. During the previous day and overnight into 4 June alone, border guards in Chernihiv oblast shot down 16 Shahed drones and five Herbera drones.

Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, informed that at approximately 1:32pm on 4 June, russian forces attacked Semenivka by a Lancet drone. As a result of the strike, a Ural loader belonging to a private logging enterprise caught fire.

At approximately 7am on 4 June, russian forces shelled Uhly village in Semenivka community. Following a direct hit on a residential building, a fire broke out and completely destroyed the private home. While dealing with the aftermath of the attack, rescuers found the body of the homeowner, born in 1962, in the remains of the house. Three UAVs struck the property.

Oleksandr Medvedov, Head of Snovsk community, said that at approximately 10am on 4 June, the enemy attacked Snovsk community. As a result, railway infrastructure was damaged in Snovsk, while a house was damaged in Hvozdykivka village. A retired woman was injured after a fragment struck her eye.

According to the Department of Information Activities and Public Communications of Chernihiv Regional State Administration, between 8pm on 3 June and 12:15am on 4 June, three russian Heran drone strikes hit an enterprise in Dobrianka community. A timber truck and a fuel tanker were damaged.

Oleksandr Seliverstov, Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi Regional Military Administration, reported that russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Semenivka during the nights of 3 and 4 June using various types of weapons. As a result, an outbuilding and a sawmill caught fire.

The National Police informed that during 3 June, railway tracks were damaged in Chernihiv region, solar panels were damaged in Mena, Koriukivka region, and two houses were damaged in Ichnia, Pryluky region. russian forces also struck the premises of a farm in Horodnia community by a UAV, damaging a tractor and a truck.

According to Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment, on 3 June, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. The enemy used mortars (nine explosions), barrel artillery (five explosions) and multiple launch rocket systems (22 explosions), and carried out strikes by guided aerial bombs (three explosions), Shahed UAVs (one explosion), Herbera UAVs (two explosions), Molniya UAVs (two explosions) and FPV drones (11 explosions). The enemy also dropped an explosive device from a UAV (one explosion). Eleven settlements came under enemy fire.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA, reported that russians attacked Pavlohrad and Yuriivka community. Fires broke out in Pavlohrad. 2 people were injured: a 45-year-old man and a 75-year-old woman. An apartment building, a private house, 4 vehicles, an enterprise and a power transmission line were damaged. 4 more vehicles were destroyed.

A fire broke out in Dnipro as a result of a UAV attack. An enterprise was damaged.

An outbuilding caught fire in Pidhorodne. According to updated information, 8 people were injured in the evening strikes. Food warehouses and a post office were damaged.

The occupiers directed UAVs at Yavornytske community. 3 apartment buildings and a truck were damaged in Shakhtarske as a result of drone attacks.

Infrastructure, a private house and a vehicle were damaged in Mykolaivka community.

The enemy attacked Nikopol, ll Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovske rural communities by drones and artillery. The occupiers also struck Kryvyi Rih and Apostolove community by UAVs. A private house caught fire. A non-residential building was damaged.

A 73-year-old woman was killed in Vasylkivka community as a result of a guided aerial bomb strike.

A house was destroyed. 3 private houses were damaged. A 38-year-old man was injured in the Slovianka community due to an FPV drone attack. Houses were damaged. A 26-year-old man was injured in Mykolaivka community as a result of an FPV attack. A tractor was damaged. Shakhtarske was struck by an FPV drone. 2 people were injured.

The enemy attacked the regional centre, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, Myrove and Pokrovske rural communities by drones and artillery. A private house, an outbuilding, a cultural centre, a truck, and a gas pipeline were damaged.

The enemy attacked Apostolove and Hrushivka community by FPV drones. In Apostolove, a 60-year-old woman was injured. A cafe and a shop were damaged.

The occupiers struck Slobozhanske and Petrykivka communities by UAVs. Fires broke out. A post office was damaged.

Vinnytsia oblast

Poltava oblast

According to Poltava Regional Military Administration, during the night, enemy UAVs attempted to attack Poltava oblast. Air defence forces were in operation and most targets were shot down. One drone fell in an open area. The blast wave damaged 7 vehicles.

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Ivan Fedorov, Head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, reported that the russian military once again attacked Zaporizhzhia by a drone, damaging a residential building. 2 men and 1 woman were injured as a result of the russian strike on Zaporizhzhia. The woman is in serious condition.

The russian military attacked Zaporizhzhia today. Public transport was among the targets.

A 53-year-old woman was injured as a result of a russian attack on Zaporizhzhia oblast. A private house was hit. The house was destroyed, and neighboring households damaged.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on 3 Jume, the Defence Forces repelled 37 russian attacks in Huliaipole region and 5 more in Orikhiv region. Combat engagements were recorded in the areas of Pryluky, Dobropillia, Tsvitkove, Solodke, Vozdvyzhivka, Zaliznychne, Olenokostiantynivka, Varvarivka, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, Zatyshshia and Charivne.

Ivan Fedorov, Head of the RMA, stated that 1 person was killed as a result of russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia. A 32-year-old woman and 3 men aged 30, 43 and 63 were injured in yesterday’s drone attacks on Kushuhum, Yasna Poliana and Vilne. The russian military carried out more than 920 strikes on the territory of 52 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast during the day of  3 June.

Mykolaiv oblast

Referring to Mykolaiv RMA, today, a drone was moving toward Snihurivka community.

On 3 June, russian forces attacked Snihurivka community by an FPV drone. There were no fatalities or injuries reported. Air defence forces were active in the oblast.

Odesa oblast

Based on the information provided the Air Force, groups of UAVs were detected in the airspace over Odesa oblast, in the areas of Chornomorsk, Velykodolynske and Lymanka, heading toward Odesa and Maiaky.

In the morning, about 15 attack UAVs were moving from the Black Sea toward the Chornomorske–Pivdenne area.

Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa RMA, informed that on the night of 4 June, russia attacked Odesa oblast by strike drones. The attack damaged a critical infrastructure facility, as well as a warehouse and equipment. A fire that broke out after the strike was extinguished by rescuers. There were no casualties or injuries reported.

Kherson oblast

According to Kherson RMA, at approximately 5:40pm, russians attacked Korabelnyi district of Kherson by a UAV. A 50-year-old man was injured in the drone strike. He sustained blast injuries and a shrapnel wound to his arm.

A healthcare worker was injured in today’s russian drone strike in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. The 44-year-old specialist sustained blast injuries, a closed traumatic brain injury and a concussion.

The russian military attacked an ambulance in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson by a UAV. 2 medics were injured in the drone strike, a 64-year-old female specialist and a 65-year-old driver. They sustained blast injuries and concussions.

At approximately 11:30am, russians once again shelled Komyshany by artillery. A 55-year-old woman sustained blast injuries. She was taken to hospital in serious condition.

A resident of Komyshany came under russian shelling this morning. The 47-year-old woman sustained blast injuries, a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, an acute stress reaction and a cerebral concussion.

At approximately 10:30am, russian occupiers struck a vehicle by a drone in Korabelnyi district of Kherson. 2 men aged 54 and 45 were injured. They sustained blast injuries, closed traumatic brain injuries, concussions and shrapnel wounds.

A 50-year-old man who came under russian shelling in Bilozirka at about 10:30am today was injured. He was diagnosed with blast injuries and a concussion.

In the morning, russians attacked Korabelnyi district of Kherson by a UAV. A 12-year-old boy was injured when a drone hit a house. He sustained blast injuries, a closed traumatic brain injury and a concussion.

A resident of Pryozerne was killed as a result of yesterday’s russian shelling. The body of a 51-year-old woman was found under the rubble of one of the houses. Also yesterday, a 63-year-old man sustained fatal injuries during russian shelling of Bilozirka.

Yesterday, russian terrorists took the life of a resident of Komyshany. A 73-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries as a result of enemy shelling.

Yesterday, a 33-year-old woman was injured in a russian drone attack on Nadiivka. At approximately 3:40pm, an enemy UAV struck a house where the woman was staying, causing her blast injuries and a concussion.

Yesterday, a 57-year-old woman came under russian shelling in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. She sustained blast injuries as well as injuries to her face, shoulder and leg.

A doctor was injured last night following a russian drone attack on a medical facility in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. The 59-year-old specialist sustained blast injuries and smoke inhalation.

Volyn oblast

Athlete and coach from Volyn, Oleksii Bondarenko, was posthumously awarded with the III degree For Courage Order. Oleksii Bondarenko is an athlete and mixed martial arts (MMA) coach. He served as a senior officer of the special forces combat group of the Omeha detachment. The lieutenant died on 15 January 2026 while performing a combat mission near the settlement of Rodynske, Donetsk oblast.

Zakarpattia oblast

The forum Development Of Services For Veterans And Their Families: A Forum For Joint Decisions In The Field Of Mental Health was held in Uzhhorod region, which brought together about 100 representatives of authorities, communities, veteran community and partner organizations. Participants discussed the development of a support network, successful cases of reintegration, intersectoral interaction and opportunities for expanding services for veterans and their families in the communities of the oblast.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Sergeant Oleksii Kuyevda of the 102nd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade was killed in the war. The soldier will be buried on the Alley of Heroes of the city cemetery in the village of Chukalivka.

Lviv oblast

The RMA held a meeting with a representative of the Partnership with Eastern Europe eV Foundation and Sven Botger, Financial Director of the Dresden E. Kreutz Gymnasium. They discussed the construction of a new educational building of the children’s home on the basis of Krakovets Educational and Rehabilitation Center with advanced vocational training.

Rivne oblast

In the oblast, thanks to the work of the Air Defense Forces, enemy air targets have been shot down. At the same time, power outages occurred in Sarny region. Energy workers are already working to restore power supply as soon as possible. No people were injured.

Ternopil oblast

The 37th Separate Marine Brigade received 5 DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters from Ternopil community.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi is hosting the International Congress Developing Mental Health Services in Communities for the fourth time. For 3 days, the city brings together specialists from Ukraine and other countries around an extremely important topic – the development of the mental health system.

Chernivtsi oblast

The delegation of the Chernivtsi Autonomous Okrug joined the forum and meeting of the Assembly of European Regions. Thanks to this, clear agreements appeared on establishing a partnership with Bukovina.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Sweden has arrested the vessel CAFFA, suspected of transporting Ukrainian products from the temporarily occupied territory. As reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office, this is the 1st case when a foreign court approved the arrest of a vessel based on a request from the Ukrainian side for international legal assistance.
