The russian federation continues to wage its war of aggression. Despite significant losses, the enemy has not abandoned its plans to fully occupy Ukrainian territory.
The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes and shells both military and civilian objects, which results in civilian casualties.
The operational situation in east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
There were 53 combat engagements.
The enemy launched a total of 1 missile and 67 air strikes, 40 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed or damaged. The attacks have wounded civilians.
Towards Volyn and Polissia, there were no significant changes and signs of formation of an offensive group. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.
Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the enemy maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. About 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Karpovychi, Yeline, Kostobobriv, Chernihiv oblast, Seredyna-Buda, Volodymyrivka, Stepok, Sumy oblast, Pletenivka, Vovchansk, and Bolohivka, Kharkiv oblast.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kharkiv oblast, and Stelmakhivka, Luhansk oblast, where the Ukrainian soldiers repelled 7 attacks. They launched air strikes in the vicinity of Novoselivka, Petropavlivka, Novoosynove, and Pishchane, Kharkiv oblast. Kamianka, Krasne Pershe, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Berestove, Kharkiv oblast, came under the enemy’s artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Lyman, the enemy did not conduct any offensive (assault) operations. At the same time, the invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Stepove, formerly Proletarske), Kharkiv oblast, Serebrianske forestry, and Siversk, Donetsk oblast. The enemy fired artillery and mortars at over 10 settlements, including Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka, Luhansk oblast, Hryhorivka, Verkhniokamianske, Torske, and Rozdolivka, Donetsk oblast.
Towards Bakhmut, the enemy made 8x unsuccessful attempts to regain the lost ground in the vicinity of Klishchiivka, Donetsk oblast. At the same time, they conducted unsuccessful assault in the vicinity of Bohdanivka and Khromove, Donetsk oblast. The enemy launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Khromove, Donetsk oblast. Around 15 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and Chasiv Yar, Donetsk oblast.
Towards Avdiivka, with the air support, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Stepove, Tonenke, Avdiivka, Sieverne, and Pervomaiske, Donetsk oblast, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 17 attacks. The enemy launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Avdiivka, Donetsk oblast. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at over 10 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, and Pervomaiske, Donetsk oblast.
Towards Mariinka, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Mariinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast. The Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 14 attacks in that area. The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Mariinka and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast. Over 10 settlements of Donetsk oblast, including Krasnohorivka, Pobieda, Mariinka, and Novomykhailivka, were under the occupiers’ artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Shakhtarsk, the enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Vodiane, Vuhledar, Staromaiorske, and south of Zolota Nyva, Donetsk oblast. Around 10 settlements, including Vuhledar, Zolota Nyva, Prechystivka, and Blahodatne, Donetsk oblast, came under artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Zaporizhzhia, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain the lost ground in the vicinity of Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia oblast. Over 20 settlements, including Poltavkam Huliaipole, Charivne, Robotyne, and Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia oblast, came under enemy artillery and mortar fire.
Towards Kherson, the enemy fired artillery and mortars at Antonivka, Kherson oblast, the city of Kherson, and Solonchaky, Mykolaiv oblast.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation on Melitopol axis and offensive (assault) operations towards Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, exhausting the enemy all along the front line.
The Ukrainian Air Force launched 9 air strikes on the concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment, and 2 air strikes on anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary. The air defense forces of Ukraine destroyed 11 reconnaissance UAVs, 24 Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs, and 1 Kh-59 missile.
The Ukrainian rocket troops hit 7 buildup of troops, weapons, and military equipment, 1 electronic warfare station, 1 radar station, 2 ammunition depots, and 10 artillery systems.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Development of Education, Science and Technologies Mykhailo Fedorov reports that Ukraine has created a unique system of jammers to strengthen defense, which is capable of suppressing satellite navigation systems, namely the russian GLONASS.
During the week, 67 children were evacuated from three communities in Donetsk oblast. The evacuation took place from the communities of Toretsk, Mariinka and Ocheretyno, which are under round-the-clock russian shelling.
A new commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhii Lupanchuk, has been appointed. Viktor Horenko was dismissed from the position of commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff, yesterday russia attempted to conduct assault operations near Synkivka, Petropavlivka and Ivanivka. Ukrainian defenders repelled five attacks towards Kupiansk. At least 10 settlements were under russian air, artillery and mortar attacks. During the day, russia launched air strikes near five settlements in Kharkiv oblast. In total, the Defence Forces of Ukraine repelled 7 attacks towards Kupiansk over the day.
In the morning, a 29-year-old Nova Poshta employee died in hospital after being treated in intensive care after the russian missile attack on the terminal on October 21. As of today, there are 7 injured in the hospital: 6 in surgery and 1 in neurosurgery. The patients’ condition is stable. Russian troops killed 8 civilians in the attack on Nova Poshta.
Dmytro Chubenko, Spokesman of Regional Prosecutor’s Office, informed that russia launched about 10 Shahed drones on Kharkiv and its suburbs at night. Law enforcers recorded damage to private homes, an educational institution and cars in Osnovianskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Two garages, 4 cars, an outbuilding and the building of Kharkiv College of Transport Technologies were damaged, where the third and second floors were partially destroyed. The building of a service station, an non-functional sewing shop and a residential building were also damaged. Eight people, including two children, suffered an acute stress reaction after the attack and received medical assistance on the spot.

The press service of Kharkiv State Emergency Service reported that five fires, that occurred after russian drone strikes on Kharkiv and Kharkiv district, were extinguished by 140 rescuers. The fires at various addresses covered residential and administrative buildings, garages, outbuildings, cars, a service station, a workshop and an educational institution.

According to Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Korotych village, Kharkiv region, was shelled, at night at around 11:45 pm. Two non-residential buildings were damaged and fires broke out.
Maryna Shevchenko, Spokeswoman of Regional Power Company, said that due to russian night strikes on Kharkiv, more than 150 customers in the south of the city have no electricity, in the north three households are without power. According to her, to restore power supply, about 200 metres of aerial line and out-of-service electrical equipment need to be restored.
A business meeting was held with the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Kajsa Ollongren, during her visit to Kharkiv oblast. The parties discussed the security situation in the region and outlined further steps of cooperation. Specifically, they focused on assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, mine clearance and the reconstruction of Kharkiv oblast.
170 stoves were brought to the de-occupied Izium by representatives of Norwegian Refugee Council. The stoves are primarily distributed to the elderly and families with children.
A modular outpatient clinic was opened in the de-occupied Kamianka. The stationary outpatient clinic, which served more than a thousand villagers, was destroyed by shelling in the spring of 2022.
During the day, the enemy shelled Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk regions. Specifically, Vovchansk, Hatyshche, Ternova, Dvorichna, Synkivka and other settlements were hit.
Yesterday, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 12 hectares of territory and defused 90 explosive ordnance.
Towards Kupiansk, our defenders repelled 10 enemy attacks near Synkivka, Petropavlivka and Ivanivka.
On 2 November, the Ministry of Reintegration supported the decision of the Kharkiv Defence Council to forcibly evacuate children and their families from 66 settlements in Kupiansk region. The evacuation of families with children from three frontline communities in the region continues. In recent days, 109 children have been evacuated with their parents. A total of 78 families left the danger zone and 27 families in need were provided with accommodation in Kharkiv. Currently, 172 children remain in 10 settlements in the dangerous areas of Kupiansk region.
Donetsk oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian troops tried 10 times to regain their lost positions near Bakhmut and stormed the Ukrainian positions. Despite this, Ukrainian forces continue to advance around the town.
Oleksandr Shtupun, Spokesman of the joint press centre of the Tavriisk Defence Forces, stated that the Defence Forces stopped and defeated a mechanised column of russian army near Vuhledar that was trying to break through. Heavy fighting also continues towards Marinka and near Avdiivka.
Towards Volnovakha, Novoukrainka of Vuhledar community was shelled with Grad MRLs and artillery.
Towards Donetsk, 2 people in Avdiivka and 1 more in Lastochkyne of Ocheretyne community were injured. A building was destroyed in Romanivka of Marinka community. Illinka and Katerynivka were shelled. Kurakhove community suffered 11 attacks and as a result, numerous private buildings, a kindergarten and a club in Sukhi Yaly, 5 apartment buildings in Kurakhivka and a private building in Hanivka were damaged.
Towards Horlivka, 4 apartment buildings and 4 private buildings were damaged in Chasiv Yar community. A building was damaged in Nelipivka of Toretsk community.
Towards Lysychansk, 5 buikdings were damaged in Zvanivka community: 3 in Pereizne and 2 in Zvanivka. Another building was damaged in Siversk.
Roman Padun, Head of Kurakhove City Military Administration, reported that russian invaders launched a massive attack on Sukhi Yaly village in the evening of 2 November. They launched 10 high-explosive missiles from Smerch MRLs.

Yesterday russians injured 3 civilians: 2 in Avdiivka and 1 in Lastochkyne.
Children are being evacuated from the settlements in Donetsk oblast where forced evacuations began 10 days ago every day. On 1 November, twelve children were evacuated. The children remain in six settlements: Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, Petrivka, Nelipivka, Elyzavetivka and Ocheretyne.
Oleksandr Shtupun, Spokesman of Tavriisk direction, reported that Ukrainian troops shot down a russian SU-25 attack aircraft over Donetsk oblast.
Vitalii Barabash, Head of Avdiivka CIty Military Administration, informed about humanitarian aid to be delivered despite the shelling. In case of complete encirclement of the city, there are enough supplies to last for several months. He also noted that the invaders are gathering forces for a third massive attack on Avdiivka, which is likely to be directed at Avdiivka Coke Plant.
Donetsk State Emergency Service stated that a resident of Kramatorsk region was injured as a result of the detonation of an explosive device in the yard of his house.
Dmytro Zabavin, Member of Mariupol City Council, reported that 20% of schools are open but they are not fully staffed. Students in schools are being taught russian propaganda and threatened if they find pro-Ukrainian materials.
Idrisova, Deputy Head of Pokrovsk City Military Administration, confirmed that seven school shelters and six kindergarten shelters are being repaired to transfer children to a mixed format. Children are studying in an online format. She explained that in total, there are 50 schools and kindergartens in the city but it is impossible to build shelters in all of them. Most schools and kindergartens do not have basements and the groundwater level is very close to the surface.
Luhansk oblast
According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the enemy tried to open fire on the liberated settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops more than 130 times yesterday, mostly from artillery systems and tanks. There was a significant number of mortar attacks. The invaders hit Nevske and Bilohorivka. The enemy attacked Serebrianka forestry from the air. Before that, russians stormed towards Kupiansk.
In Kadiivka and Dovzhansk, children come home from school dirty as school students are being trained as labour reserves. Instead of new knowledge, they learn how to weave nets and make trench candles for russians. They can only skip these classes for serious reasons.
Tourists, having worked in Rubizhne for only a few weeks over the past year and a half, left the town and headed towards Sievierodonetsk. They stayed in the city between the so-called “first elections” and the re-election of the head of the local occupation administration.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
On November 2, president Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with Kajsa Ollongren, Minister of Defence of the Netherlands, in Kyiv. They discussed further support from the Netherlands in strengthening the capabilities of Ukrainian defenders and the security of the Black Sea Grain Initiative. Zelenskyy presented Ollongren with the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise for her significant personal contribution to strengthening interstate cooperation, supporting Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
Radio Prague International reported that Karel Řehka, Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces, arrived in Kyiv and met with Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on November 2. They discussed the development of the current security situation, the possibility of providing assistance from the Czech Republic, as well as military training and exchange of experience.
Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv RMA, reported that The Kyiv RMA has submitted a list of 108 objects to be reconstructed as a matter of priority in the village of Moshchun to the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development. A total of 831 residential buildings were damaged in Moshchun and nearby.
Vitalii Klychko, the mayor of Kyiv, reported that three new 4×4 fire trucks equipped with modern fire extinguishing systems will be on duty in the fire stations of the capital next week. The vehicles were donated by the German city of Leipzig and financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The vehicles were manufactured by Polish partners in the shortest possible time. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Kyiv has received 54 fire trucks, 47 modern ambulances and 82 city buses as aid from European partners and philanthropists.
An exhibition of Volodymyr Chornyi’s artworks, graphic designer, set designer for Pamfir and other films, is on display in Kyiv. He died defending Ukraine in the ranks of the defence forces. The exhibition was opened by the Academic Council of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in the Museum’s Exhibition Hall. A memorial plaque in honour of the Academy’s graduate, Volodymyr Chornyi, will be installed at the Academy in the form of an artwork.
Zhytomyr oblast
According to State Emergency Service of Ukraine, another evacuation train with IDPs arrived in Zhytomyr Oblast. 11 evacuees, including 5 children, arrived in Berdichev. All these people came from the areas of Donetsk Oblast where active hostilities are taking place.
Vitaliy Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr RMA, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine, Martin Jäger, visited Zhytomyr Oblast. The meeting focused on the oblast’s cooperation with Germany in economic issues and investor support, strengthening air defence and protection against possible russian terrorist attacks on critical infrastructure.
According to Zhytomyr RMA, a meeting was held in Zhytomyr with members of the Association of Ukrainian Cities to discuss the restoration of infrastructure in war-affected communities. Thanks to the joint efforts of the state, international partners, communities, businesses and volunteers, more than 2,700 infrastructure facilities and residential buildings have already been restored in the Zhytomyr Oblast. Almost UAH 270 million from the state budget reserve fund and other sources have been allocated for their restoration.
As part of the Forests of Heroes campaign, about 17,000 oak and pine saplings were planted in Berdychiv district. The trees were planted in honour of the athletes who went to defend Ukraine’s independence as part of the Armed Forces and died at the front fighting the russian invaders.
Sumy oblast
On November 2, russians fired 11 times at the border areas of the oblast. There were 78 attacks with mortars and artillery, and the enemy also carried out an air strike with four aircraft rocket. Bilopillia, Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, Putyvl, Seredyna-Buda, Esman communities were shelled.
According to the Sumy RMA, at night and in the morning, the enemy fired twice – at Shalyhine and Znob-Novhorodske communities. There were 7 mortar attacks and 2 artillery attacks.
The RMA’s Digital Development Department reported that 460 points of invincibility in Sumy Oblast have been provided with uninterrupted internet. In October, almost all of the invincibility points were connected to the Internet using a fibre-optic connection independent of the power grid.
According to the Sumy RMA, in the Shostka and Konotop districts, the protection of critical infrastructure facilities, the availability of protective structures and their readiness to operate in the autumn-winter period and possible emergencies were checked.
Chernihiv oblast
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, russians shelled the border of Chernihiv oblast 8 times. There were 34 explosions. Three communities in the oblast were shelled: Novhorod-Siverskyi – 4 attacks by enemy FPV kamikaze drones, Semenivka – 20 mortar attacks, Snovsk – 5, Horodnia – 5.
According to the Chernihiv RMA, 3 agricultural enterprises in the oblast have won a grant competition for the purchase of energy-efficient equipment under the Power Up! project. Each of them will receive funding of up to one million hryvnias. 10 enterprises affected by the war will receive such support in Ukraine.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council reported that at night Air Forces shot down the aggressor’s UAV in Kryvorih district. Also in the morning another enemy’s drone was directed on Kryvorih district of the oblast. It is known that it was shot down.
Seven times a day the enemy hit Nikopol district. More than three dozen artillery shells were fired. They targeted Nikopol, Marganets and Myrivsk communities. As a result of shelling in the city a 51-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized in moderate condition. An infrastructure object, 8 private houses, 6 farm buildings, 13 garages, 6 cars, 2 power lines and fences were damaged.

In Kryvyi Rih the number of Invincibility Points has been increased. Last year there were 120 of them and now there are more than 200. They are located in educational and cultural institutions, in police stations and on the territory of enterprises.
Vinnytsia oblast
Operational Command South reports that one enemy’s Shahed was destroyed at night in Vinnytsia.
Vinnytsia City Council informs that another batch of special equipment was sent to Vinnytsia military from National Guard units. It’s reported about three thermal imagers and another 10 MAVIC 3 PRO quadcopters which were purchased at the city budget expense.
Kirovohrad oblast
Air Force of Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that at night Air Defense Forces shot down a Kh-59 cruise missile and three UAV over Kirovohrad oblast.
Cherkasy oblast
In Cherkasy the children of the fallen soldiers were presented with Father’s Heart pendants. This is a silver amulet with the name and surname of a fallen soldier engraved on it.
Cherkasy mechanics made 67 buggies for the frontline. Nowadays they drive the hottest destinations. The main advantage of small shunting vehicles is their ease of maintenance.
Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine
Zaporizhzhia oblast
On November 2, russian troops launched attacks on 20 localities in Zaporizhzhia oblast. At 10:14 a.m. on November 3, the enemy initiated a missile strike on the village of Zarichne, resulting in damage to multi-storey and private residential buildings, with several houses being destroyed. Tragically, 11 civilians sustained injuries of varying severity, and they are currently receiving the necessary medical care.
In total, over the past day, the russian army conducted 172 attacks on towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Notably, Novodarivka was subjected to 10 aerial attacks, while Guliaypole, Mala Tokmachka, Poltavka, Malynivka, and Robotyno faced 10 MLRS strikes. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were deployed 24 times in Zaliznychne, Guliaypole, Novodarivka, Novodanylivka, Chervone, Charivne, Malynivka, Robotyno, and Mala Tokmachka. Artillery was responsible for 137 strikes on the territories of Guliaypole, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Novopavlivka, Levadne, Zatyshshya, Luhivske, Pyatikhatky, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamianske. Additionally, there were reports of 14 incidents involving the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure.
On November 3, the Berdiansk Border Guard Detachment reported on their Facebook page that border guards in the Zaporizhzhia sector successfully intercepted three russian drones carrying explosive payloads using anti-drone guns, ensuring that no injuries occurred.
During the night of November 3, Ukrainian artillery units employed HIMARS to neutralize the search and targeting radar of the S-300 air defense system near the town of Tokmak, situated in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region. The occupiers had been using this equipment to shell Zaporizhzhia, and with its destruction, such actions will no longer be possible.
Mykolaiv oblast
According to Head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim, on 2 November, russian troops attacked two villages in Kutsurub community and shelled the aquatic area of Ochakiv community. No one was injured or killed. On the night of 3 November, air defence forces destroyed three Shahed-131/136 attack drones and two missiles.
SES reported that Mykolaiv pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service received a new robotic system, DIGITAL VANGUARD-S, designed for reconnaissance and remote disposal of ammunition. The equipment was delivered with the support of the Government of Canada.
Odesa oblast
Nataliia Humeniuk, the head of the Joint Coordination Press Centre of the Southern Defence Forces, reported that on the night of November 3, the air defense forces in Odesa region successfully shot down two Shahed attack UAVs. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, an infrastructure facility in the region was struck.
Furthermore, the Southern Ukrainian Defence Forces reported that the enemy targeted Odesa region with two missiles from the Bastion coastal complex, launched from the temporarily occupied Crimea. Fortunately, the Onyx missiles lost their combat capability en route, resulting in no damage or casualties.
Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, provided an update that, as of today, 700 steadfastness points in Odesa region, including Odesa itself, are fully operational, with approximately 100 more currently being equipped with all necessary resources.
Furthermore, a report on November 3, posted on the website of the Odesa police, highlighted that soldiers who have returned from the front lines now have the opportunity to engage in “canine-assisted therapy” at the Dog Training Centre of the National Police in Odesa Oblast. This therapy involves meeting with dog handlers and their four-legged partners and is designed to assist soldiers who have endured the hardships of battle in their emotional recovery.
Kherson oblast
The RMA reported that the occupiers shelled the central part of Kherson. Three people were injured and hospitalised.
Roman Mrochko, the head of the RMA, said that the russian army shelled Kherson several times at night. A non-residential building in Korabel district caught on fire.
Russian troops fired 108 times at Kherson oblast the day before. They fired 71 shells at Kherson and 13 MLRS at Beryslav and Kherson regions. An educational institution and an enterprise in Beryslav region and a factory in Kherson were destroyed. One person was killed and four injured.
In Kherson oblast, on-site fluoroscopic examinations of residents are being resumed. Thanks to the Department of Health and Kherson RMA, a mobile fluoroscope was delivered from the Beryslav medical institution, restored and launched. It will now provide services to the outpatient clinics of the Bilozerska First Aid Centre.
With the assistance of the Kherson Regional Military Association, the territorial defence brigades received boats with powerful engines. The defenders also received 22 vehicles at the expense of the regional budget, Kherson City Military Administration, sponsors, and Mykolaiv Military Administration.
To restore power in Kherson region, 28 crews, consisting of 103 workers and 44 units of equipment, are engaged. Over the past day, power engineers have been carrying out emergency repairs on the lines supplying Orlove, Ivanivka, Nova Koluha, Shevchenkivka, Lymanets, Novovorontsovka, Kherson, Shyroka Balka and Kyselivka.
The Kherson Regional Municipal Emergency and Rescue Service and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) engaged 55 employees to restore buildings damaged by russian strikes in Kherson. Priority repairs were carried out at 22 addresses in residential buildings and social facilities, where 189 windows were sealed with OSB boards.
A total of 126,963.8 hectares of territory in the de-occupied Kherson oblast, including 106,507.9 hectares of agricultural land, have been inspected by deminers. More than 119,500 explosive items were found and defused in these areas.
Forty-eight residents, including 16 children, were evacuated by vehicles from the de-occupied territories of Kherson oblast.
Residents of the de-occupied territories received 14 food parcels, 4,422 loaves of bread, 3,850 cans of tinned food, 250 hot meals, 50kg of flour, 20kg of pasta, 50 litres of oil, 1,594 litres of drinking water and 2,000 litres of mineral water from international NGOs, charities and volunteers. The people also received 3 OSB boards, 102 construction kits, 76 hygiene kits and 45 bags of animal feed.

The RMA reported that during the charity fair, the Andriivskyi school of Krasnen community collected about UAH 30K to purchase a reconnaissance drone and financial support for a wounded soldier.

A memorial plaque in honor of Oleksandr Aleksashkin was unveiled on the facade of Sambir district territorial center of recruitment and social support. The hero was a participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation. He was killed on September 10, 2022 in Kharkiv oblast.
Rivne oblast

2 modular shelters were purchased by Tarakan community for over UAH 4 mln. They were installed in a lyceum and a kindergarten. These are structures of interconnected concrete blocks. International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Kaisa Ollongren, Minister of Defense, reported that the Netherlands will provide €500 mln in ammunition and shells until the middle of next year. €260 mln will go to artillery shells and €240 mln for ammunition for tanks.
The US introduced sanctions against russian defense companies, some banks and companies that help russians circumvent restrictions and obtain components for weapons. In total, over 30 people and almost 200 legal entities were added to the list of sanctions. Companies from Turkey, the UAE, China, Luxembourg, and Singapore were also subject to restrictions. According to Janet Yellen, US Treasury Secretary, the new package of sanctions is aimed, in particular, against russia’s receipt of revenues from the energy, metallurgical, and mining sectors, which are used to finance aggression.
