According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, russians stormed and shelled Bilohorivka and Makiivka again. They are shelling the de-occupied settlements in the oblast, including by guided aerial bombs.

The occupied territories expect mobilisation to intensify immediately after the elections. In some places, coercion to join the russian army has not stopped. The occupation administration of Troitske region acknowledged that the number of people mobilised from their district is growing every day.

Forced passportisation, the high percentage of which collaborators claimed back in 2022, somehow avoided students of higher education institutions of the so-called “lpr”. Many of them are holders of Ukrainian passports or relevant certificates of citizens of the ‘republic’. The invaders discovered the problem during the strengthening of military registration.

The heads of state institutions of the so-called ‘lpr’ have been ordered to ensure that all employees turn out for the March elections. Employees are promised bonuses for participating in these elections. In the settlements of the occupied Luhansk oblast, where up to 100 people remain, a thousand people are included in the election lists. This means that the invaders are artificially increasing the turnout by several times. Among the members of the commissions are employees of the same state institutions. In case of refusal, men face mobilisation and women face dismissal.
