What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The russian occupiers struck another blow on the territory of Ukraine, using “Shahed” strike drones. Due to successful work of Ukrainian Air Defense, all 5 strike UAVs were destroyed. In addition, the enemy carried out 4 missile and 36 air strikes, launched 23 MRLS attacks on Ukrainian cities and Ukrainian Armed Forces. There are victims among the civilians. Houses and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed.

Ukraine has still been under the threat of missile and air strikes.

The enemy continues to focus its main efforts towards Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka. Heavy battles continue to rage. There were about 30 combat clashes.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, no significant changes were detected. There are no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings. The Armed Forces of belarus continue to perform tasks on the Ukrainian border.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the enemy forces maintain an enhanced military presence. They carried out an airstrike at Veterinarny, Kharkiv oblast. They shelled from  mortar and artillery at over 15 settlements, Tymonovichi, Chernihiv oblast; Seredyna-Buda, Uhroidy, Ryasne of Sumy Oblast and Kozacha Lopan, Strelecha, Ternova, Budarka, Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Kupiansk, our soldiers are firmly holding the defense. Kamianka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kupiansk and Kislivka, Kharkiv oblast were shelled by enemy artillery and mortars.

Towards Lyman, the enemy forces carried out unsuccessful offensives in the vicinities of Nadia, Luhansk oblast, and Torske, Hryhorivka, Donetsk oblast. They carried out airstrikes at Serebryansky Forest and Spirnyi, Donetsk oblast. Nevske, Bilohorivka, Luhansk oblast and Torske, Verkhniokamianske, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Donetsk oblast were shelled from artillery.

Towards Bakhmut, under heavy fire from the enemy’s artillery, our defenders successfully repelled enemy attacks in Bohdanivka and Ivanivsky areas of Donetsk oblast. More than 10 settlements, including Vasiukivka, Markove, Bohdanivka, Ivanovske, Stupochki, Kostyantynivka, Druzhba and New York, Donetsk oblast, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

Towards Avdiivka, under heavy fire from the enemy’s aircraft and artillery, our defenders successfully repelled russian attacks in the vicinity of Avdiivka. The enemy forces carried out an airstrike in the Northern oblast, Donetsk oblast. Russians shelled over 10 settlements such as Avdiivka, Pervomaiske and Nevelske.

Towards Mariinka, the Armed Forces continue to hold back the advance of russian troops at Krasnohorivka and Mariinka, Donetsk oblast. Near Krasnohorivka, the enemy carried out an air strike. They shelled over 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Maksimilianivka, Heorgiivka, Mariinka, and Pobieda, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Shakhtarsk, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in  Novomykhailivka area, Donetsk oblast. They launched an airstrike near Blahodatne in Donetsk oblast. Russians shelled over 10 settlements, including Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar and Blahodatne.

Towards Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, the enemy is concentrating forces to prevent further advance of our troops. They made  unsuccessful attempts to restore lost positions in the south of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia oblast. Russians carried out airstrikes at Hulyaipilske, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, and Pyatikhatok, Zaporizhzhia oblast. More than 25 settlements were shelled from artillery, including Novodarivka, Hulyaipole, Hulyaipilske, Novoandriivka, Stepove, Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia oblast; Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk oblast; Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Berislav, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Kherson oblast and Kherson.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue offensive operations towards Melitopol and Berdiansk. Our defenders are equipping captured positions, hitting identified enemy targets, and carrying out counter-battery measures.

The presence of Uzbekistan citizens was noted in russian occupying forces stationed in the temporarily occupied Horlivka, Donetsk oblast. These people arrived in Mariupol to carry out construction works. Upon arrival, their passports were confiscated and they were mobilized to join the occupying forces as volunteers.

The Ukrainian Air Forces conducted 8 strikes on manpower, weapons and military equipment buildups.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 4 operational-tactical reconnaissance UAVs.

Ukrainian rocket troops and artillery hit 7 enemy artillery units at firing positions.

The National Resistance Center informed that another 100 Ukrainian children have been illegally taken by russia. The children were taken to Lesnaya Skazka recreation center in Saransk, Mordovia. They will be taught about the so-called special military operation, as well as about their close bond with the russian federation.

The Ministry of Defense reported that since 22 February 2022, Ukraine has adopted 28 models of drones of its own production. Among all models, there are 9 kamikaze drones; 3 are aircraft-type drones and 6 are FPV drones.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian troops launched an air strike near Vetarynarne. At least 10 settlements were also shelled with mortar and artillery.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that at around 3 pm, a 60-year-old man was injured in the shelling of Dvorichna village, Kupiansk region. The injured man was hospitalised. A 45-year-old man was killed as a result of russian shelling of Dvorichna in the afternoon.

Press Service of the Regional Military Administration said that a 72-year-old resident of Izium stepped on an explosive device and injured her leg, and a 57-year-old resident of Kupiansk was killed in shelling on 22 July.

Yesterday, the enemy shelled the frontline and border settlements of Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv and Kupiansk regions with artillery and mortars. Near Morozova Dolyna and Lemishchyne villages, Bohodukhiv region, wheat was burning in a field as a result of mortar shelling.

The enemy struck Blahodativka village, Kupiansk region, with an S-300 missile. It hit the ground outside the village. There were no destructions or casualties.

In Vovchansk, a private building was damaged by enemy shelling and a fire broke out.

In Velykyi Burluk village, Kupiansk district, a 30-year-old civilian man was injured as a result of shelling, he was hospitalised in moderate condition.

At 11:40 am near Turove village, Bohodukhiv region, a K-750 remote-controlled tractor exploded on an explosive device. There were no casualties.

Mine clearance is ongoing. Yesterday, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 8 hectares of territory and defused 61 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

Serhii Cherevatyi, Spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that our soldiers hold the lead towards Bakhmut and continue to advance. According to him, Ukrainian troops eliminated 65 invaders and injured 149. One tank, a D-30 howitzer, 3 infantry fighting vehicles, a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system, an electronic warfare station, 3 ammunition depots, and 4 trucks were destroyed.

Deutsche Welle reported that Yevhen Shylko, a cameraman of DW media company, was injured by russian cluster munitions in Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk region,. The enemy attack killed one Ukrainian soldier and seriously injured several others. Shylko was taken to hospital, his condition is stable.

The attack was 23 kilometres from the front line at 12:10 am. A group of journalists was filming the Ukrainian army’s training at the firing range at the time.

Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, said that on 22 July, at around 3:55 pm, russian troops shelled Druzhkivka community with cluster munitions. Two people were injured in the shelling and hospitalised. Also, 12 private buildings were damaged.

The day before, russians attacked Toretsk community numerous times. In Niu-York, the enemy dropped 3 air bombs – 4 people were killed and 3 injured, 16 buildings and an administrative building were damaged. In Druzhba village, 2 children were killed and 1 person injured. A building was damaged in Zalizne.

In addition, russians attacked Kramatorsk with S-300 missiles, hitting an enterprise.

Towards Volnovakha, the enemy shelled Prechystivka twice with Grad MRLs and Vuhledar 21 times with artillery.

Towards Donetsk, Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka in Marinka community were under attack. In Kurakhivka, 4 buildings were damaged and a field of wheat burned on the outskirts of the community. In the morning, Avdiivka was shelled with artillery, without any casualties.

Towards Horlivka, in addition to Toretsk community, Kostiantynivka was shelled – 1 person was injured, 5 apartment buildings, 30 private buildings, a kindergarten, a gas pipeline and a water supply system damaged. Four private buildings were damaged in Chasiv Yar community.

Towards Lysychansk, Lyman and Siversk were shelled.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday russians killed 6 civilians: 4 in Niu-York and 2 in Druzhba. Another 5 people were injured over the day.

During the evacuation of civilians, law enforcement officers rescued a lost and exhausted wild boar. It was taken to safety and given for medical examination.

Luhansk oblast

Serhii Cherevatyi, Spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported tha the invaders continue to unsuccessfully storm Ukrainian positions, using a large number of artillery. Towards Lyman-Kupiansk, the enemy continues to attack our positions. The enemy attacked our positions 523 times with all types of cannon and rocket artillery yesterday. Cherevatyi added that there were 17 engagements and 8 air raids. Ukrainian troops killed 59 invaders and injured 125. Also, 3 T-72 tanks, an Msta-S self-propelled artillery system, an ammunition depot and a blockade with the invaders were destroyed. Cherevatyi noted that the situation is difficult but under control.

Reffering to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the enemy tried to advance almost along the entire frontline, attacking Nadiia, Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova and Serebrianka forestry. These attempts were repelled by our troops. The enemy is suffering significant losses in manpower and resources, but is attacking every day.

There were also air strikes on Serebrianka forestry and Dibrova.

Nevske and Bilohorivka were under russian shelling.

In the units of the invaders’ motorised rifle regiment participating in the hostilities in Luhansk oblast, the soldiers have a low level of morale and psychological state.

The main factors that negatively affect this are large losses in manpower, bad timing of ammunition supplies and uncertainty about the timing of replenishment of personnel in the units that suffered losses.

The invaders claimed that nine more coal mining enterprises in Luhansk oblast were unprofitable. They are to be transferred to the Mine Restructuring Department for further liquidation. The staff required for the technical maintenance of these enterprises will also be transferred there. Of course, they will be paid significantly less. The rest will be fired and probably go to the military registration and enlistment office.

There is no need to go anywhere in Novopskov. The invaders issue notices at almost every checkpoint there. They explain that they just want to count the male population before the elections but everyone understands everything.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the RMA, said that over 12,000 facilities have been restored in Kyiv oblast. According to him, in total, russians destroyed and damaged more than 27,000 facilities, of which more than 24,000 are residential buildings.

Rescuers of Bucha region conducted special tactical exercises at an outpatient clinic. This was reported by the regional SES. It aims at improving their professionalism and practicing joint actions with other emergency services and facility workers under wartime conditions.

Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the RMA, informed that Kyiv oblast handed over cars and drones to the military of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after Black Zaporozhians. According to him, they took part in the liberation of Kyiv oblast, and today they are defending the country from the russian aggressor in one of the “hottest” fronts.

During the full-scale war, Kyiv allocated over UAH 1.2 billion to support the Armed Forces. The money is being spent on military uniforms, body armor and helmets, the purchase of drones, radios, and the repair of military equipment. This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klychko. He noted that local authorities have the opportunity to finance the needs of army units registered in the community at the request of the military. In addition, the city sends aid to the front line that it receives from international partners.

Bucha community will build its own sewage treatment plant that will run on green energy. According to the Bucha City Council, the city is already arranging a project with a construction company. The community intends to build the treatment plant according to European standards – the wastewater will undergo three stages of filtration, after which it will be completely cleaned.

In Kyiv, the mural ‘Children on the Swings’, located at the intersection of Khreshchatyk Street and the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred Alley, will be safely preserved. This is a mural created by the famous British artist Banksy, who visited Ukraine in November 2022.

Zhytomyr oblast

Vitaliy Bunechko, head of Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, informed that five million UAH were allocated from the oblast budget to eliminate the consequences of the russian drone attack on July 19 on Vilshanka and Chudniv communities. Almost 700 facilities were damaged in the russian attack, most of them were private homes. Construction materials are being distributed to the affected owners, while volunteers and philanthropists are actively involved in the restoration work.

In total, more than 4,800 facilities have been damaged and destroyed due to attacks by the russian army in Zhytomyr oblast. 85 % of the damaged buildings in the oblast are civilian houses, the rest are primarily social infrastructure facilities. During the 513 days of the full-scale invasion, 2,400 facilities were restored.

Soldiers of the 95th separate air assault brigade from Zhytomyr received national awards, departmental insignia, medals, and valuable gifts. They were awarded to the Ukrainian defenders by the Commander of the Eastern Military Group, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi.

A four-day First Aid Arts training for psychologists, NGO workers, and volunteers who provide assistance with psychological trauma took place in Zhytomyr. The first aid programme for psychological trauma is focused on the arts. This training was conducted by Sydney McNaughton, a speech and language therapist and certified facilitator who came from the USA for this purpose.

Sumy oblast

Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that over the past 24 hours, the russians opened fire 29 times at the border areas. In total, there were 161 explosions. The following communities were shelled:

  • Nova Sloboda community: 4 artillery shells.
  • Esman community: 12 artillery shells, 5 AGS rounds, 31 mortar bombs, and 2 free-flight aerial rockets launched from a helicopter.
  • Seredyno-Buda community: 5 rounds from AGS.
  • Krasnopillia community: 43 mortar bombs.
  • Bilopillia community: 22 mortar bombs.
  • Shalyhine community: 5 rounds from AGS;
  • Velyka Pysarivka community: 30 mortar bombs and 2 rounds from SPG-9.

At night and in the morning, the enemy shelled 4 border communities. There were 14 explosions. Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Seredyno-Buda, and Shalyhine communities were shelled. The enemy opened fire from mortar systems (10 explosions), SPG (4 explosions), and small arms.

Around 10 a.m., the russians applied artillery fire on Ugroydy village, Krasnopillia community. There were 14 explosions. They were shelling the center of the village – directly on civilian houses. One person died as a result of the shelling, 4 other people sustained injuries of varying degrees and were taken to hospital. Also, 20 houses and civilian infrastructure were destroyed by russian shelling.  

In Seredyna-Buda, Sumy oblast, the enemy dropped explosives using a drone. As a result of the attack, two men aged 46 and 49 were injured. The men were standing near the entrance to the Invincibility Center. Both victims are currently in hospital. 

40 new ambulances purchased as part of the United24 initiative will be delivered to Sumy oblast. Ambulances will also be sent to other emergency medical care and medical disaster centers located in other oblasts of Ukraine. 

Chernihiv oblast

As a result of a missile attack by the russian army on Honcharivske village, Chernihiv oblast, on 21 July, a community hall, a school, and residential buildings were destroyed. Two women were found dead under the rubbles of the community hall. Rubble clearance works continue.

The Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that in total, russian troops shelled Semenivka, Snovsk, and Novhorod-Siverskyi communities eight times yesterday. Border guards registered 52 strikes from mortars, AGS, and grenade launchers.

A French artist who collects aid for Ukrainians through his art visited Chernihiv. Pedro Pierre Berger presented his exhibition of war-themed paintings at the Historical Museum. Through his artwork, he tries to express the horror of civilians who have suffered shelling, the ordeal of refugees and the hope of Ukrainians for victory. Pedro Pierre Berger traveled around Chernihiv and took pictures of his paintings amidst the buildings destroyed by shelling, and after he sent these photos to his friends in France as a summary of his trip to Ukraine.

High school students of school No. 1 in Chernihiv implemented an initiative that allows them to take care of the environment and also donate money for something useful. Using the grant funds, the team of like-minded people purchased a unique machine for used plastic bottles and installed it in a shopping and entertainment center in Chernihiv. The funds collected for recycling bottles will be used to help the Armed Forces or the Chernihiv-based ‘Krok do tvaryn’(‘Step to Animals’) center, depending on the user’s choice.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to the head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, russians shelled Nikopol twice with heavy artillery. There were three victims. A 57-year-old man and his 78-year-old mother shrapnel wounds were hospitalised.  Another 42-year-old resident of Nikopol sustained minor injuries. The shelling damaged an enterprise, 8 private residential buildings, 9 outbuildings, and a power line.  At night, the occupiers attacked the area with drones. The air defence forces successfully shot down the enemy drone.

The head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhii Lysak announced that construction of a new water supply system has been launched in Marhanets. It will replace the one that has been dry for more than a month due to the terrorist attack on the hydroelectric power station and the shallowing of the Kakhovka Sea. 

Vinnytsia oblast

​​Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Oblast reported that the rescuers organised a Safety Day for children. They also held an interesting quiz for children and each child received interesting educational gifts designed for Ukrainian children by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in cooperation with UNICEF Ukraine. 

Kirovohrad oblast

Last night, Olha Tomilenko, head of the regional Territorial Defence press service reported that a russian kamikaze drone over Kirovohrad oblast was shot down by soldiers of the 174th separate battalion of the 121st Territorial Defence Brigade at night. 

Poltava oblast

According to Dmytro Lunin, Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, a modular town for IDPs has been opened in Poltava. More than 80 people have settled there. 

Cherkasy oblast

A rehabilitation centre for the military is being set up in Cherkasy region. The walls are now being dismantled and the windows and interior decoration are to be installed.

Almost three months have passed since a russian missile hit a high-rise building in Uman. Project work to restore the building is currently underway.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that over the past day, on July 21, russian troops shelled 22 settlements in Vasylivka, Polohy and Zaporizhzhia regions of Zaporizhzhia oblast. 

76 artillery strikes took place on the territory of Gulyaypole, Zaliznychne, Orikhiv, Levadne, Bilohirya, Novodarivka, Charivne, Malynivka, Gulyaypolske, Novodanilivka, Stepnohirsk, and Kamianske. The russian military fired eight times from multiple rocket launchers at Novomykhailivske, Novodarivka and Levadne, and attacked Stepove with an UAV.

Early grain harvesting continues in the region. Due to constant hostile shelling, farmers continue to work hard even in extremely difficult conditions. The harvest will be enough to meet the needs of the population.

Mykolaiv oblast

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, the russian military fired artillery at the coast and the city of Ochakiv in Ochakiv community. There were no casualties. 

Over the past day, the occupiers carried out 69 artillery attacks, firing 444 rounds of ammunition at the frontline Kherson and Mykolaiv oblasts.

Artist Kateryna Baraniuk from Pervomaisk has been supporting the Ukrainian Defence Forces since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, along with her students and colleagues. As of 22 July, the artist is raffling off her paintings for a donation for a boat for the Mykolaiv Territorial Defence.

Odessa oblast

The ‘South’ Operetional Command said that there is increased activity of reconnaissance drones in the Odesa oblast, which suggests that the russian army has taken a break to gather information. In the Black Sea russian ship grouping has been deployed in the amount of 15 units and one in the Sea of Azov, and missile launchers have been brought to their basing points. 

UNESCO condemned the russian shelling of the Ukrainian city of Odesa. According to the organization’s preliminary estimates, the missile strikes damaged several museums included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, including the Archaeological Museum, the Museum of the Navy and the Literary Museum. The organization expresses its support for the people of Odesa and sends its sincere condolences to the families of the victims,” the organisation said in a statement, calling for an end to attacks on cultural property protected by international law.

Kherson oblast

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that during the day, on July 22, the russian military shelled Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Beryslav, Antonivka, Bilozerka and Kherson with artillery.

On July 22 the russian army shelled Zmiivka of the Beryslav community from the air. It hit a cemetery, a residential area and a farm. At least four houses and farm premises were damaged. Preliminary, one man was injured.

Defence forces struck a sector where russian troops were concentrated in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk district in Kherson region and destroyed 24 russian servicemen, two S-300 missile launchers, three armoured vehicles and a UAV depot. The air defence forces neutralised two unmanned reconnaissance drones Orlan-10 and Merlin.

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on 21 July, the russian army launched an air strike on Kozatske, and shelled Dmytrivka, Tyahyntsi, Sadove, Dniprovske, Antonivka and Kherson with artillery.

Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that over the past day, July 21, the russian army fired 63 times at Kherson oblast. They fired 9 shells at Kherson. Houses, a sports facility in Beryslav region and an administrative building in Kherson were damaged. One person was injured. 

Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, Head of the press office of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported that Kherson continues to overcome the consequences of flooding caused by the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station by russian troops. Utilities and volunteers have cleaned up almost a hundred hectares in the Korabel neighbourhood over the past week and removed more than 1,000 tonnes of garbage and silt.  

State Emergency Service said that during the day, on July  22, rescuers brought 20 tonnes of drinking water and 7 tonnes of industrial water to the areas affected by the russian federation’s explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station. They also purified more than 74 tonnes of water using filtration stations.

Kherson Oblast power engineers received 37 transformers and five kilometres of steel-aluminium wire. The equipment will help restore power supply after the russians blew up the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station. The assistance was provided by partners from Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

30 children of soldiers who were killed in the war from Lutsk district went to a summer camp in the city of Normersdorf (Saxony) thanks to the Eine Welt Leipzig CF, the funding of Siemens Caring Hands e.V. and the personal donations of Siemens AG Deutschland employees.

Zakarpattia oblast

Zakarpattia Regional Center for Training the Population for National Resistance began training the first course of trainees in all six districts of the oblast. At the first session, they got acquainted with the teams, instructors, the curriculum and the strategy of the Center’s operation. The key task is to create strong teams.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In general, from the beginning of 2023, Ivano-Frankivsk allocated monetary assistance from the city budget, namely: 173 families of the dead and missing received assistance in the amount of UAH 13 mln 300K; 527 servicemen without the status of combatant received compensation for utility bills in the total amount of UAH 1 mln 581K; 254 wounded soldiers received medical aid in the amount of UAH 2 mln 540K; 585 defenders received payments for the anniversary of the full-scale invasion in the total amount of UAH 11 mln 700K; 273 family members of the dead and missing in war received assistance in the amount of the monthly subsistence minimum.

20 children of fallen servicemen of Ivano-Frankivsk community received laptops thanks to the New Ukraine CF, which transferred used equipment in good condition from the US.

Lviv oblast

The city allocated UAH 56.3 mln for the restoration of residential buildings in Lviv after the rocket attack. The funds for the repair of roofs and windows in 14 residential buildings, 13 of which are architectural monuments.

The Center for Veterans’ Development has opened in Lviv. The key goal of the Center is professional integration and reintegration.

Children of military personnel, fallen soldiers and IDPs from Obroshinsk community rested for 10 days in the city of Gothenburg (Sweden) thanks to the Help Ukraine Gothenburg organization and the HOPE.UA CF.

The first basic training of Ukrainian citizens for national resistance took place in Yavoriv community. The training is organized by representatives of the voluntary formation of the territorial community on behalf of the 103rd separate territorial defense brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Krasnosk community received 2 fire trucks equipped with fire-fighting equipment and emergency rescue tools from the magistrate of the city of Melzungen (Germany).

Soldiers of the 65th battalion of the 103rd separate territorial defense brigade received a medical vehicle from Stryshchyna.

Two quadcopters for defenders were sent from Chervonohrad oblast thanks to Dobrotvir settlement council and the financial support of a local enterprise.

Over 80 IDPs who have found refuge in Strii region over the past month will receive financial assistance from Solidarités International. Also in the office, 30 people received information about restoration and compensation for destroyed housing from the lawyers of the Norwegian Refugee Council.

Jesuit Refugee Service in Ukraine in cooperation with the Coordination Center at Lviv RMA provided over 200 food kits to IDPs in Strii region and Peremyshl community. In Zolochiv, hygiene kits were handed over to hundreds of people, as well as backpacks with stationery for elementary school students.

Rivne oblast

Rivne Regional Clinical Hospital named after Yurii Semeniuk received medicine, antibiotics, cardiovascular drugs, etc. worth EUR from the Korean partners of the LEE TAE SEOK Foundation.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil received a special vehicle from the sister city of Erftstadt (Germany). This is already the third social taxi in the city, which will help in the transportation of groups with limited mobility and people with disabilities.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The RMA reported that the Mavik quadcopter was sent to the military thanks to benefactors.

25 orphans, children deprived of parental care, including IDPs, went on vacation to the Pearl of Transnistria health and recreation facility in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast thanks to the Terre des Homme Swiss children’s aid organization.

Chernivtsi oblast

Chernivtsi regional organization of people with disabilities Leader and the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine (NAIU) in cooperation with Mamaivsk community held the round table meeting. They discussed protecting rights of women with disabilities during the war. The event took place within the framework of the “Promoting the rights of women and girls with disabilities by strengthening their participation and leadership in communities” project, which is implemented with the support of UN Women in Ukraine and the Women’s Fund for Peace and Humanitarian Aid.

In Chernivtsi, a friendly space Singing Action for the Sake of Children was opened. Through non-formal education, children are provided with psycho-emotional support.

The World Congress of Ukrainians announced another package of assistance, namely armored vehicles for the evacuation and safe movement of personnel in the combat zone, FPV drones, the latest Strata 22 weapons simulators for training fighters, as well as the repair and restoration of GAZ-66 all-wheel drive trucks, for the needs of the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine in the amount of over $3 mln.

The Parliament of Bulgaria supported the delivery of a batch of armored personnel carriers from the warehouses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to Ukraine

Mario Adolfo Bucaro Flores, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala, came to Ukraine. During the meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, they discussed the preparation of the third summit of the Crimean Platform and steps to implement President Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula.
