The Russian Federation continues to wage a war of aggression. Despite significant losses, he does not give up his plans for the full occupation of Ukraine. The adversary continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes, and attacks both military and civilian targets.

The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

During the day, 61 combat clashes took place.

The enemy launched 5 rocket and 44 air strikes, fired 37 rocket salvo fire strikes at the positions of our troops and populated areas. The Russian occupiers once again attacked Ukraine, using the Kh-59 guided missile and 10 Shahed-136/131 type UAVs, 6 enemy drones and the Kh-59 guided missile were destroyed. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

On the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the Armed Forces of Belarus perform tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.

In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and intelligence activities, attacks populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine. About 20 settlements, including Klyusy, Progres, and Serhiivske of Chernihiv region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks; Atynske, Myropilske, Grabovske, Porozok, Popivka of the Sumy region; Chervona Zorya, Pletenivka, Krasne Pershe, Kharkiv region.

In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 10 enemy attacks in the Sinkivka and Petropavlivka districts of the Kharkiv region. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka, Pishchane of the Kharkiv region and Novoyehorivka of the Luhansk region. About 10 settlements, including Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, and Berestov in the Kharkiv region, came under artillery and mortar fire.

In the Lyman direction, the defense forces in the areas of Serebryansk Forestry, Belogorivka of Luhansk Oblast, and Terni of Donetsk Oblast repelled 8 enemy attacks. with the support of aviation, tried to dislodge our units from the occupied borders. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Spirne, Viymka, Donetsk region. About 10 settlements were affected by enemy artillery and mortar shelling, among them Nevske, Belogorivka of Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Torske, Serebryanka, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Rozdolivka of Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, defense forces repelled 9 enemy attacks in the Bohdanivka, Klishchiivka and Andriivka districts of the Donetsk region. The enemy carried out an airstrike in the area of the Chasiv Yar settlement of the Donetsk region. About 15 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Orihovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanovske, and New York of the Donetsk region.

In the Avdiyivka direction, Ukrainian soldiers, in the areas east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepovoy, Avdiyvka, Severnyi of the Donetsk region, repelled 15 enemy attacks, which unsuccessfully tried to break through the defense of our troops with the support of aviation. The enemy also carried out an airstrike in the area of Oleksandropol settlement of Donetsk region. About 15 settlements, including Ocheretyne, Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Karlivka, Netaylove, and Pervomaiske of the Donetsk region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks.

In the Mariinsky direction, the defense forces continue to hold back the enemy, who, with the support of aviation, carried out 14 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our defenders in the districts of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region. Such settlements of Donetsk region as Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Pobyeda, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka came under artillery and mortar fire of the occupiers.

The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in the Shakhtarsky direction. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Urozhane and Staromayorske settlements of the Donetsk region. About 10 settlements, including Vodyane, Urozhane, Staromayorske, Rivnopil of the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar shelling.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the defense forces in the Robotyn region of the Zaporizhzhia region repelled all attacks by the enemy, who tried to restore the lost position. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the Novodarivka and Kamiansky regions of the Zaporizhzhia region. About 20 settlements, including Levadne, Malynivka, Zaliznychne, Robotyne, Pyatikhatky, and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks.

In the Kherson direction, such settlements as Inzhenerne, Antonivka, Dniprovske, Novodmytrivka of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson, as well as Ochakiv of the Mykolaiv region, were hit by enemy artillery fire.

The defense forces will continue to hold positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. They continue to inflict fire damage on the enemy.

During the day, the aviation of the defense forces made 10 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 2 on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems.

Units of the missile forces inflicted damage on 3 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, 2 on anti-aircraft missile systems and 7 artillery means of the enemy.

This week alone, the occupiers illegally sentenced 11 Defenders of Mariupol to captivity. On fabricated and falsified charges. On average, up to 25 years of imprisonment for each. The trials of the defenders of the city in Russian captivity are almost not disclosed. This was reported by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.

The Ministry of Defense returns to the Ukrainian development of air defense systems. The development of air defense remains an extremely important direction. The air defense system is the main initiative of the Luch State Design Bureau, which as early as 2021 offered three complexes to the Ministry of Defense. One of these complexes had a range of up to 10 km, the second – up to 30 km, and the third – close to 100 km. These medium and long-range complexes could be ready within two years with funding of about $40 million. At that time, the Ministry of Defense would not have found money for these projects. Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Volodymyr Fito, Head of the public relations service of the Ground Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that another 44 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed on our frontline. The invaders attacked positions and frontline settlements 422 times. Over the day, russians used 15 kamikaze drones towards Lyman-Kupiansk. Electronic warfare measures are being taken against them and other defence options implemented. The enemy lost 138 personnel and 44 pieces of military equipment. Among them are three tanks and two armoured combat vehicles.

Kharkiv oblast

According to Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, towards Kupiansk, Ukrainian defenders repelled 8 enemy attacks near Synkivka.

During the day, about 15 settlements of Kharkiv oblast were under russian artillery and mortar attacks: Hraniv of Kharkiv region, Budarky of Chuhuiv region, Fykholivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove, Chuhunivka of Kupiansk region, etc. 

In Kharkiv oblast, 8.5 hectares of land were examined and 141,898 explosive ordnance destroyed. 

Farmers have completed sowing winter grain crops and planted almost 240,000 hectares. This year, agricultural exports from Kharkiv oblast totalled USD 323.4 million, which is 55% of the region’s total exports.

Olha Demenko, Head of Kharkiv Education Department informed that underground kindergarten will prepare preschoolers for the first grade. By the beginning of December, 400 preschool children are planning to go to the underground kindergarten.

Ivan Dostov, Director of the Animal Health Department, stated that two eagles were returned to the ecopark near Kharkiv at the end of November. The collection of pheasants is also planned to be returned soon.

Donetsk oblast

On 4 December, russian troops shelled Avdiivka with artillery, two men sustained shrapnel wounds. According to Anastasiia Miedviedieva, Spokeswoman of the Rgional prosecutor’s office, russian shells hit the private sector of the city. 

The press service of Donetsk police informed that russian troops attacked 17 times yesterday. Seven settlements were shelled: Avdiivka, Toretsk cities, Niu-York settlement, Berdychi, Kostiantynivka, Novoekonomichne and Soloviove villages. 8 civilian objects were damaged, specifically, 5 residential buildings, a school, a kindergarten and a factory.

Referring to Donetsk Regional Military Administration, towards Donetsk, russians killed a woman with artillery and injured another in Kostiantynivka of Marinka community. A private building was damaged, 1 person killed and 1 injured. Another person was injured in Avdiivka. The outskirts of Stepove, Berdychi and Novokalynove of Ocheretyne community were shelled. 

Towards Horlivka, 1 person was injured, a building and an infrastructure facility were damaged in Toretsk community. In Chasiv Yar community, 2 buildings were damaged. In Soledar community, Vasiukivka, Rozdolivka and Minkivka were under attack. 

Towards Lysychansk, a building was damaged in Serebrianka of Siversk community. Pereizne and Verkhnokamianske of Zvanivka community were shelled.

The press service of Donetsk police added that the body of an 8-year-old girl was recovered from the rubble in Novohrodivka. The murdered granddaughter was identified by her grandmother. Rescuers are currently working with police cynologists to find the child’s parents under the rubble. The search operation has been going on for five days. So far, 3 people have been identified. The work is ongoing at the site of the shelling and another location where construction waste is being stored. Cynologists with service dogs are carefully examining every piece of debris and every inch of the territory. They have already examined 504 tonnes of what remains of the building. Now they are being examined again.

Two people, who suffered from a missile attack in Novohrodivka on the night of 30 November, remain in Pokrovsk hospital. Victoriia Pereiaslova, Medical Director of Pokrovsk Clinical Hospital, informed that the woman’s condition is critical, the child is in satisfactory condition.

Oleksandr Shevchenko, Head of Novohrodivka City Military Administration, reported tha the Security Service of Ukraine will start working in Novohrodivka to determine whether it will be possible to use the part of the building that survived the missile attack. A specialist institute will join the examination.

The Prosecutor General’s Office said that the SBU is investigating the killing of several unarmed Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered to russian troops. The video of the shooting of the Ukrainian soldiers appeared online on 2 December, near the village of Stepove, Pokrovsk region. The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, appealed to the Red Cross and the UN Monitoring Mission regarding the killing of Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered. Lubinets added that he had no information on who exactly had been shot by russians. 

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Avdiivka sector remains the most intense area of the frontline in eastern Ukraine. Yesterday the invaders stormed Ukrainian positions around the city 21 times. 

Vitalii Barabash, Head of Avdiivka City Military Administration, reported that the city has food supplies for two and a half months. Food continues to be delivered to the city, but in small batches, specifically, they are trying to deliver fresh bread to people once a week.

Luhansk oblast

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, residents, who have not yet decided to evacuate from the frontline villages, are receiving support. The next shipment of food and hygiene products has already been prepared, which was provided to Krasnorichensk community by Donetsk regional organisation of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. It will be delivered to residents of Nevske, Makiivka, Hrekivka and Novoliubivka in December.

Yesterday the enemy opened fire from artillery and mortars towards Makiivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka. Three enemy attack attempts were stopped in Serebrianka forest, where they tried to storm with the support of aviation.

The cost of food in occupied Novopskov is several times higher than in voronezh, the nearest russian regional centre. On average, food costs twice as much. Due to the lawlessness of local authorities and businesses, people are forced to travel 300 kilometres to buy the most basic necessities.

There is a shortage of vaccines for newborns in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast. Specifically, there are problems with the supply of tuberculosis vaccine, which has to be waited for several months. There are no vaccines against pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus in many cities of the so-called “luhansk people’s republic”.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Kyiv RMA reported that the institution of general secondary education No. 13 in the village of Babyntsi in the Bucha region  is being rebuilt. 370 students study there. During the russian occupation, the school building suffered significant damage. The educational institution is being restored with funds from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression.

Volodymyr Karpluk, director of the Irpin Reconstruction Fund, said that architects have developed 20 projects for the reconstruction and development of the Irpin community. At present, project developments are being transferred to the city council so that they can be used in planning the territory of the community.

The Security Service of Ukraine detained an FSS agent who gave the enemy the positions of the Defense Forces and adjusted missile strikes on Kyiv on the eve of 2023. He was recruited in russia and sent to Ukraine to carry out reconnaissance and subversive activities. SSU reported that the agent also scouted the locations of the headquarters and places of the largest concentration of personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the capital and Zhytomyr oblast. He faces life imprisonment.

The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported that the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra launches the “Bell of Memory and Hope” campaign to support prisoners of war. Every morning after the national minute of silence, the largest bell will ring on the Great Lavra bell tower, reminding of the servicemen who were captured by russia.

Irpin city council reported that Ukrainians currently living in the German city of Borna joined the “Christmas in a Box” charity event and collected gift sets for the youngest children of the city. In particular, gifts will be given to half-orphans, those who lost their parents at the front, and children who live in modular towns after losing their houses.

The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine reported that they plan to create a museum of totalitarianism or the history of the soviet regime in Kyiv. It will house soviet monuments that will be dismantled by local authorities. Three possible locations are currently under consideration.

Zhytomyr oblast

The State Emergency Service reported that another evacuation train arrived in Berdychev on December 3, which brought 16 residents of the eastern regions of Ukraine to Zhytomyr oblast. One among the migrants is child with a disability. A rest area was set up in the waiting room at the station for the arrivals, where they could also talk to the psychologists of the State Emergency Service and get help there.

Zhytomyr RMA reported that as of today, there are 4,814 objects in the oblast damaged as a result of russian armed aggression, 4,166 (almost 87%) of which are housing stock. Out of 66 territorial communities of the oblast, damage was registered in 28 communities, damage to the housing stock was registered in 24 communities. Citizens have already submitted 107 applications for compensation for destroyed housing.

Sumy oblast

 Sumy RMA reported that the russian army fired mortars at four communities of oblast, a total of 10 explosions were recorded. The russian military attacked four communities of the oblast: Khotyn, Putivl, Nova Sloboda, and Krasnopillia. The night in Sumy oblast passed without shelling.

The Regional Emergency Service reported that over the past week, pyrotechnics of the oblast discovered 28 munitions on the territory of Okhtyrka, Konotop, Shostka and Sumy regions. Since the beginning of the year, 747 explosive objects have been discovered on the territory of Sumy oblast.

The head of Romny RMA Denys Vashchenko announced that Halyna Sheremet, a 92-year-old resident of the region, handed over a reconnaissance drone for the military. The pensioner purchased the drone for the company of unmanned attack aircraft systems of the 57th brigade with the funds provided to her by a charitable foundation.

Chernihiv oblast

The SBGS reported that russian troops carried out 15 strikes on the border of the Chernihiv oblast: Horodnya Territorial Community – 3 shots from barrel artillery in the direction of Hasychivka, Snovsk Territorial Community – 12 shots from the AGS in the direction of Klyusy.

The head of Chernihiv regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus announced that during the past week, the enemy carried out 16 shellings of the Chernihiv border and struck a total of 200 hits. As a result of terrorist attacks on civilian infrastructure, civilians have died and property has been destroyed. According to him, hostile subversive and reconnaissance groups have become active in the territory of the oblast. Fortifications are being strengthened.

The official websites of the Nosiv City Council and the Northern Forestry Office announced that two servicemen – Ruslan Volokh and Andriy Trikhlib – were buried on December 4 in Chernihiv oblast. They died on December 1 during the entry of a russian sabotage and reconnaissance group into the territory of the oblast.

A woman who suffered shrapnel wounds on December 2 as a result of shelling by the russians in the village of Oleksandrivka, Semenivka hromada, is still in the intensive care unit of the Chernihiv Regional Hospital. As reported in the hospital, she is in the intensive care unit with severe injuries to her torso, shoulder girdle and face. Her 4-year-old son, who was next to his mother at the time of the shelling, was not physically injured.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

At night the enemy Shahed was destroyed by the Air Force over Pavlohrad district. Artillery fire on Myriv community of Nikopol district. 2 private houses, an outbuilding, a greenhouse and a gas pipeline were damaged. People were not injured.

In the afternoon russians attacked Kryvyi Rih. An explosion was heard again in the evening. During the day the enemy fired two dozen artillery shells and used kamikaze drones on populated areas of Nikopol region. The enemy attacked Marhanets and Chervonohryhoriv communities, as well as Nikopol. A fire broke out in Marhanets due to the shelling, which was extinguished by rescuers. In Nikopol an educational institution, 4 private houses, 3 farm buildings and power lines were damaged.

Multifunctional beds were sent to Nikopol. The medical facilities there constantly take in the wounded due to enemy shelling of local residents. Technical support is vital for them. The beds are modern, with electric control. Their height and position of the patient’s body are adjustable. Care is facilitated by anti-bedsore mattresses. More than 130 regional hospitals received medical devices.

Serhii Lysak, Head of RMA announced that more than 100 houses have already been restored by Dnipropetrovsk oblast brigades in Kherson region. The oblast supports the initiative of the President of the Side by Side program. Almost four dozen homes are currently in operation. Sub-chiefs – Olhyne, Bobrovyi Kut and Starosillia.

Vinnytsia oblast

Almost half a thousand camouflage nets for the Armed Forces were made and sent by visitors to the Khmilnytskyi Territorial Center of Social Services in Vinnytsia. Up to 30 local residents join the deed every day. They weave nets, make warm things, rugs, socks, sew bed linen for the hospital. Currently they are weaving a camouflage net measuring 5 by 6 meters. Special order from the military in Avdiiv region. At the moment they need three of them. Orders are constantly received from volunteers and directly from the military.

Kirovohrad oblast

RMA reported that over Kirovohrad region at night an UAV and an Kh-59 missile were destroyed, which the russian occupiers struck at territory of Ukraine. There were no damages or casualties.

Poltava oblast

Oleksandra Moroz, resident of Poltava cooks holubtsi, dumplings, pancakes, stewed potatoes, borscht and other homemade dishes. All these she send to the hospital for wounded defenders. The woman is 73 years old, she started cooking for the defenders a year ago, she prepares all the meals at home in her kitchen. The woman carries food for the soldiers weekly on Mondays.

Cherkasy oblast

Yevhenia Makarov and Serhii Kazmirenko, who were killed in Cherkasy were taken to the last place. Evheniia Makarova was 27 years old. She was killed on November 20 in a battle in Zaporizhzhia oblast.

Serhii Kazmirenko was 43 years old. Serhii was killed while performing a combat mission in Luhansk region.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

This morning, russian forces once again heavily shelled one of the settlements in Vasylivka region. The occupiers used artillery, multiple rocket launchers, and combat unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for the attack. There were no Information about casualties.

Yesterday, russian military personnel struck 158 times at 22 settlements of Zaporizhzhia oblast. Occupiers targeted Novodarivka with an aerial bomb, shelled Malynivka with multiple rocket launchers, and attacked Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Robotyne, Malynivka, Novopavlivka, Novodarivka, Charivne, Chervone, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Mali Shcherbaky with 30 UAVs. There were 126 artillery strikes along the territory of the frontline cities and villages, including Robotyne, Levadne, Poltavka, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Piatyhatky, Kamianske, Stepove, and Plavni. Two reports of residential buildings and infrastructure damage have been received.

The defense forces repelled three enemy attacks attempting to regain lost positions south of Robotyne towards Zaporizhzhia. Our defenders also repelled three enemy attacks in the area of Novopokrovka in Zaporizhzhia oblast. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue active operations towards Melitopol, causing losses to the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

Border guards on the Zaporizhzhia direction, using anti-drone rifles, neutralized five russian FPV drones. The russian army attempted to attack the positions of Ukrainian forces using these drones.

Mykolaiv oblast

The air defense forces destroyed six enemy drones over the region during the night. As a result of shooting down a “Shahed-131/136” UAV, debris damaged a building belonging to an agribusiness and an electrical transmission line. There were no casualties. Additionally, on December 3 at 16:01, 16:12, and during the night of December 4 at 00:58, the enemy shelled from artillery the city of Ochakiv and the waters of Ochakiv community. No casualties were reported. This information was provided by the chief of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

On December 4, the chief of Mykolaiv RMA, Vitalii Kim, and the head of the Higo Prefecture in Japan, Saito Motohiko, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on assistance in reconstruction based on the Concept of Creative Reconstruction. The memorandum stipulates that the Higo Prefecture will train specialists from Mykolaiv oblast in the field of “Prosthetic Rehabilitation.” This was announced by Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

The Glasgow City Council extended friendship and solidarity to Mykolaiv, proposing a twinning relationship between the two cities. Susan Aitken, the Chair of the Council, met with representatives of Ukraine in the United Kingdom to discuss specific details. The BBC reported on this event.

Odesa oblast

An expert of the Israeli Trauma Coalicion, Alex Kagalsky, a retired Israeli police officer and former official of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited Odesa City Resilience Center. During the meeting, participants discussed future plans for training medical professionals, volunteers, employees of social service centers, as well as police and municipal guards. Additionally, the Israeli Trauma Coalicion donated computer equipment to Odesa City Resilience Center. This information was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

Rescue teams in Odesa oblast received three vehicles from the Dutch charitable foundation, The Howard G. Buffett Foundation. The foundation handed over three tanker trucks to the Odesa State Emergency Service, one of which can carry 12 tons of water. This marks the second tanker truck with such capacity in the Odesa garrison, both provided by this foundation. The “Warm Wave” campaign started in all educational institutions in Odesa in November. Although the campaign runs continuously, it takes on special features for each holiday. This year, Saint Nicholas Day coincided with the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so all activities were aimed at supporting the military. Throughout schools, the “Coffee with Education” campaign is taking place. Kherson oblast

Today, russian military again shelled Kherson community. Occupiers attacked residential buildings in Antonivka, resulting in one casualty. Three men repairing wires on the street in the village of Inzhenerne were injured due to shelling. A kindergarten building was damaged in Shumensky neigborhood in Kherson, including walls and windows, during russian shelling. One person is reported injured, and further information is being clarified.

Yesterday, the enemy conducted 117 shelling attacks, firing 691 projectiles from mortars, artillery, “Grad” MLRS, anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs), tanks, aircraft, and UAVs, including 3 “Shahed” UAVs. The city of Kherson was shelled with 43 projectiles. As a result of the recent attacks, both residential and state buildings, as well as medical infrastructure, were affected. Due to russian aggression, two people were killed, and nine were wounded. The police have opened 8 criminal investigations regarding war crimes committed by russian military in Kherson oblast.

The enemy attempts to strengthen its defense in the southern defense forces’ responsibility zone, continuing bombardments using various-capacity aircraft bombs. However, there are no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Maneuvers by enemy forces and means persist. Defense forces maintain positions on the left bank of the Dnipro, continue counter-battery combat, and carry fire strikes on enemy positions and rear areas.

During the day (from 7:00 to 7:00), the enemy executed 4 aerial strikes using 30 guided aerial bombs towards Krynyky. The enemy  attaked settlements Sablukivka, Veletenske, Berehove, Mykhailivka, Zolota Balka, Novoberyslav, and Beryslav dropping 17 fragmentation munitions from four FPV drones and UAV of various modifications. There are no civilian casualties.

The Souther Defence Forces continue executing fire tasks. Yesterday, the enemy lost 12 occupiers, 6 cannons, 1 electronic warfare station, 2 reconnaissance UAVs “SuperCam,” 1 FPV drone, 6 vehicles, and 2 boats. Three observation points, a radio reconnaissance post, and a radio electronic warfare post, a supply point, an ammunition depot, and a checkpoint were destroyed.

On the night of December 4, 2023, air defense units destroyed three russian UAVs of the “Shahed-131/136” type over the skies of Kherson oblast. The strike drones were launched from the temporarily occupied Crimea through the airspace of temporarily occupied part of Kherson oblast.

As part of the “Shoulder-to-Shoulder” project, builders from Dnipropetrovsk oblast have restored over 100 private houses in Olhyne, Bobrovyi Kut, and Starosillya. Currently, nearly forty homes are under construction.

Mobile brigade doctors visited Novopavlivka and Blahodatne in Berislav region. During three days, residents consulted specialized doctors, including an experienced neurologist and pulmonologist from Ternopil. Additionally, 73 residents underwent ultrasound examinations. Specialists also conducted on-site consultations for people with limited mobility and patients who had experienced a stroke. This assistance and the visits of doctors became possible thanks to the NGO “CASERS.”

The Novovorontsovka community received a new excavator. This equipment will be used for emergency repairs and unloading humanitarian aid and building materials. This support was made possible with the assistance of the permanent partners of the international fund “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine.”

Volyn oblast

Wives of fallen servicemen attended an art therapy workshop at the regional youth library in Lutsk. Women drew their emotions, feelings and experiences on the pictures. Artist Olha Rosynchuk from Novovolynsk held a master class for the wives of fallen soldiers. As part of the project, six meetings with wives of fallen soldiers have already taken place.

Zakarpattia oblast

Zakarpattia Regional Clinical Hospital named after Novak and Zakarpattia Regional Emergency Medical Aid Station of the Regional Council received a batch of modern mobile niches for transporting patients, personal protective equipment, Ffp3 respirators, etc. From the Czech region of Vysochyna.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

That night, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with UAVs. At dawn, during an air alert, the air defense forces destroyed enemy drones in the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. There were no casualties or significant damage. Relevant services are working at the place where the debris fell.

In Ivano-Frankivsk, three memorial boards were opened to the fallen defenders Dmytro Haran, Ihor Struminskyi and Myron Yaretskyi. Commemorative signs were consecrated on the facade of Lyceum # 24, where defenders used to study.

Lviv oblast

During the alert, one enemy strike drone of the Shahed type flew into the airspace of Lviv oblast. He kept changing course. It was possible to shoot him down outside the oblast. There are no casualties or damage in Lviv oblast.

In Lviv district, a command and staff training was held, where the actions of the administration bodies, civil defense forces of the district in the event of a threat and emergence of an emergency of a natural and military nature in the conditions of a special period and the liquidation of their consequences were worked out.

Novoyavoriv community received a 1,1 kW generator for a critical infrastructure facility from USAID.

An Alley of Heroes will be arranged in Brody. As of now, Brodiv City Council has initiated a poll to see if local residents support the establishment of a place of commemoration of the fallen and deceased defenders in this square.

Roman Hossein Khonsari, a craniofacial and reconstructive surgeon from Paris, came to the Center for Children’s Medicine (Okhmatdit hospital in Lviv). So boys and girls with extremely complex deformations of the facial skeleton, who could not be helped in Ukraine before, got a unique chance for recovery.

Rivne oblast

The Center for Mental Health has been operating in Rivne oblast for over a month. In total, over 600 people applied for help here. And everyone received a qualified consultation.

Since May, dogs have been involved in the therapy of military personnel undergoing rehabilitation at Rivne Regional Hospital of War Veterans. Today, the canine therapists of the Pets Center Bron Bron Therapy Dog NGO work with 8 animals. Among them are Malinois (Belgian Shepherd), Alaskan Malamute, Labrador, Pug, Cane Corso, as well as purebred animals.

Ternopil oblast

The RMA reported that the newly formed anti-aircraft machine gun battalion, which is assigned to protect Ternopil oblast from enemy drones, received 20 more turrets and powerful vehicles that will perform combat tasks. Namely, to protect critical infrastructure and networks as much as possible. After the installation of the necessary equipment (turrets, searchlights, etc.), fighters of mobile fire groups will work on them.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Air defense forces worked in Khmelnytskyi district during the air alert. There are no reports of casualties or infrastructure damage.

Two educational institutions of Khmelnytsky oblast received two modern safety classes. The first lesson was conducted by rescuers and juvenile police together with representatives of the Malta Emergency Service. Over fifty safety classes are currently open in Khmelnytskyi oblast.

The RMA reported that a round table “Protection and support of children and families affected by the war in Ukraine: experience, challenges and opportunities” was held in Khmelnytskyi oblast.

Chernivtsi oblast

Kamian Community once again sent a humanitarian cargo, including almost 5,3 tonnes of food, fruits, sweets, home baked goods, water and basic necessities, to Zaporizhzhia oblast for defenders and people affected by the war.
