Over the past 3.5 years, they have made many promises, but only in December 2025 did they create some semblance of work. However, they did not manage to complete the task before the New Year, of course. Only some neighbourhoods and houses have heating. The next deadline is to prepare the heating system at least for next winter.
In Starobilsk, they cannot find people willing to work in the occupation authorities. Advertisements with available vacancies are published there every month, and sometimes even more often. The invaders are no longer interested in the candidates’ work experience. They even accept the lack of higher education. A vocational school diploma is quite enough for the russians.
