Since the beginning of the day, 115 combat engagements have taken place along the frontline.
From the territory of the Russian Federation, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of areas near the settlements of Senkivka in Chernihiv region; Bachivsk, Tovstodubove, Budky, Iskryskivshchyna, Kysla Dubyna, Rudak, Rohizne, Shalyhyne, and Hirky in Sumy region.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy launched 11 attacks on our defenders’ positions, four of which are still ongoing, and carried out 53 shelling attacks on populated areas and our units’ positions, including 10 using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked seven times in the areas of Pishchane, Vovchansk, and toward Zelene and Lyman. Three engagements are currently ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched four attacks near Borivska Andriivka and toward Pishchane and Kurylivka. One battle is ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy attacks toward Novoiehorivka, Drobysheve, and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk direction, no enemy offensive actions have been recorded so far.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian occupiers carried out two attacks near Bondarne.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders conducted 12 offensive actions toward the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Berestok, Rusyn Yar, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka. Three attacks are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian occupiers have made 30 attempts to dislodge our troops from their positions in the areas of Rodynske, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and toward Bilitske, Hryshyne, Novopidhrodne, and Novopavlivka. Eight attacks are currently ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the aggressor attacked five times near Zelena Hai, Ternove, Vyshneve, and Kalynivske. Pokrovske was subjected to an airstrike.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 enemy attacks near Huliaipole, Bilohiria, and toward Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Hirke, and Varvarivka. Seven more attacks are ongoing. In addition, enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Huliaipilske, Dolynka, Kopani, Liubytske, and Tersyanka.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked eight times near Stepnohirsk, Mali Shcherbaky, and Stepove.
In the Prydniprovske direction, our troops are repelling one enemy attack.
No significant changes in the situation have been recorded in other directions.
Ukrainian forces continue to wear down the enemy along the entire line of contact and in the rear.
The President of Ukraine has established an Interagency Commission on Military-Industrial Policy and Defense Technologies under the National Security and Defense Council. Its task is to integrate state decisions, frontline needs, and manufacturers’ capabilities into a single system; to shorten the path from concept to deployment; and to concentrate resources on technologies that provide the greatest battlefield effect. The Commission’s regulations and composition will be approved in the near future. NSDC Secretary Umerov noted that FPV drones already account for more than 60% of enemy losses. Interceptor drones have become a Ukrainian innovation in air defense.
During his visit to Munich, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the first joint Ukrainian-German enterprise, Quantum Frontline Industries, which produces drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This year, Ukraine will receive 10,000 unmanned aerial vehicles from the company. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius also took part in the meeting. Zelenskyy was shown the production lines and attended testing of the first strike drone manufactured there. The company’s leadership spoke about its production capabilities and potential, as well as plans for further scaling up.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
Eleven times since the beginning of the day, Russian forces have attacked in the areas of Pishchane, Starytsia, Rybalkyne, and Vovchansk, as well as toward Zelene and Lyman in the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported. As of 22:00, two battles are ongoing.
Ukrainian troops repelled six more attacks in the Kupiansk direction — near Borivska Andriivka and toward Novoplatonivka, Pishchane, and Kurylivka. One engagement is still ongoing, the General Staff added.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions seven times in the areas of Pishchane and Vovchansk, as well as toward Zelene and Lyman. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, three engagements are ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, four attacks took place near Borivska Andriivka and toward Pishchane and Kurylivka; one battle is ongoing.
Over the past day, 164 combat engagements were recorded.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attempted five times to break through our defensive lines near the settlements of Vilcha, Synelnykove, Mala Vovcha, and Zelene.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out nine attacks near Hlushkivka, Pishchane, Kurylivka, Borysivska Andriivka, and Kupiansk.
The enemy attacked the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv with UAVs. A Russian drone struck near a private house.
Over the past day, eight settlements in Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy strikes.
A 33-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl who were injured on February 20 as a result of shelling in the village of Novoosynove, Kurylivka community, were taken to medical facilities in Kharkiv.
Also in the village of Novoosynove, Kurylivka community, rescuers found under the rubble the body of a 66-year-old woman who was killed in the February 20 shelling.
The enemy actively used various types of weapons against Kharkiv region:
▪️ 16 Geran-2 type UAVs;
▪️ 1 FPV drone;
▪️ 10 UAVs (type being established).
Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed:
▪️ in Izium district, a private house was damaged (Barvinkove);
▪️ in Chuhuiv district, two private houses were damaged (Pechenehy settlement and the village of Stara Pokrovka).
Over the past 24 hours, the transit evacuation point in Lozova received 155 people. Since the beginning of its operation, a total of 20,324 people have been registered at the center.
Donetsk oblast
An anti-record in the number of Russian attacks over the past week was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction within the area of responsibility of the 46th Separate Airmobile Podilian Brigade. Russian forces carried out 15 attacks on Ukrainian positions — the lowest number not only this year but for all of 2025, said Acting Head of Communications of the brigade, Serhii Kondratiuk. According to him, whereas there used to be 40–50 assaults per week, the figure has gradually decreased by about a third to 30–35 attacks.
Near Pokrovsk, a Ukrainian ground robotic system ambushed and eliminated two Russian occupiers who were attempting to advance under cover of fog, the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
The number of Russian strike and reconnaissance UAVs targeting the supply routes of the Defense Forces and mining terrain in the Sloviansk direction is increasing. Russian troops are building up forces in Siversk and the Serebrianske forestry area, according to the 81st Separate Airmobile Brigade.
At around 11:00 on February 25, Russian forces struck Sloviansk with a Granat-4 UAV, hitting a residential area. At least five houses were damaged. There were no casualties, said the head of the city military administration, Vadym Liakh.
The Russian army has a manpower advantage in the Lyman direction, is exerting pressure with drones, and is resorting to “meat assaults.” Russian forces have reduced training for mobilized personnel to 14 days and are deploying them in small groups, resulting in heavy Russian losses. The 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade recently destroyed enemy equipment, including a Grad multiple launch rocket system and a relay drone “Kniaz Veshchyi Oleh,” said brigade spokesperson Maksym Bilousov.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 27 times in the Pokrovsk direction near Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Molodetske, Filyia, Hryshyne, Novooleksandrivka, and Udachne, according to the General Staff.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian troops carried out 16 attacks, and another nine in the Sloviansk direction.
On February 24, Russian forces launched 1,406 strikes along the frontline and against residential areas of the region.
Six settlements were under fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, and the village of Osykove.
Twenty-two civilian objects were damaged, including 14 residential buildings.
In Druzhkivka, Russian forces struck three times, including with KAB-250 guided bombs, wounding two civilians and damaging 10 private houses.
An FPV drone strike in Osykove left one person wounded.
Five enemy UAVs targeted Kramatorsk, damaging four apartment buildings, a gas station, critical infrastructure, and a civilian vehicle. Another strike occurred after midnight today, damaging the facade of an apartment building.
Three impacts were recorded in Sloviansk — without casualties or damage.
Additionally, it was reported that on February 23, an enemy FPV drone struck civilians leaving Kostiantynivka. A 66-year-old woman was killed, and two men were wounded.
In eight settlements of Donetsk region where the forced evacuation of families with children is ongoing, 201 children remain. The largest number of children remains in the Mykolaivka community, said acting head of the Children’s Service Yuliia Ryzhakova.

In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, authorities are warning about the danger posed by Russian drones. Warning signs have been installed along one of the roads. Drivers are advised to use alternative routes, said Ihor Yeskov, head of the press service of the Kramatorsk Executive Committee.

Luhansk oblast
Yesterday, the invaders attempted to advance nine times in the Sloviansk direction and seven times in the Lyman direction. They were looking for weak points in our defense near nine settlements. While shelling Ukrainian defenders’ positions in Luhansk region, the Russians used mortars in eight cases and also actively deployed drones.
Children as young as seven years old from Luhansk region are being taught to shoot and operate UAVs. The militarization of children is being disguised under the guise of the game “Zarnytsia.” From now on, participants aged seven to 23 are allowed. They will compete in firearms training, drone operation, and in contests to identify the best assault soldier and sapper.
For kindergartens in the so-called “LNR,” a list of toys will be approved that correspond to “traditional Russian values.” The Russian Ministry of Education claims that these toys will help children learn more about Russia’s achievements.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
Kyiv oblast
On February 26, Kyiv plans to partially restore electric public transport after a prolonged pause. Currently, technical capabilities allow for resuming electric transport on the right bank of the capital, the Kyiv City State Administration reported.
A new 36-bed department of physical and rehabilitation medicine has opened in one of the city hospitals. It is located on a separate floor of the medical facility, which underwent a major renovation, Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko said. The creation of this modern space was made possible with the support of the charitable foundation “RECOVERY.” Seventy-five percent of the renovation costs were financed from the city budget, and specialized rehabilitation equipment was also purchased for the department using municipal funds.
In Brovary, a veterans’ center has opened, the regional military administration reported. It is the 17th such center in Kyiv region, supporting Ukrainian defenders, their families, and families of fallen heroes. The center employs 10 specialists who assist veterans and demobilized personnel with obtaining official status and social services, accompany them to institutions, provide employment consultations, offer psychological support, and work with families.
Kyiv region received 50 generators of various capacities from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society to ensure stable operation of social service institutions. Ten boarding facilities, housing 1,964 people, including 328 internally displaced persons, received the generators. Additionally, the equipment was delivered to 27 stationary branches of social service centers, supporting 707 people, including 75 internally displaced persons.
Kyiv also received 20 autonomous power sources from its sister city Hamburg. These generators range in capacity from 66 kW to 110 kW. Equipment required for connecting the generators was also delivered from Germany.
In the Bilohorodska community, a family retreat for war veterans and their relatives was recently held. The event focused on psycho-emotional support, social adaptation, and recovery for participants. More than 130 people attended, including over 70 veterans with their family members.
Zhytomyr oblast
Due to the worsening security situation and damage to railway infrastructure on the Kyiv–Korosten section, the routes of certain passenger trains have been changed. Three trains have altered their routes and no longer stop at Zviahel-1 station in Zhytomyr region, the Zviahel City Council reported.
In Zhytomyr, a “Cozy Home” has opened for orphans and war veterans, the regional military administration reported. The facility consists of five separate apartments accommodating a total of 30 people. Each apartment is fully equipped for living. The project was made possible with charitable financial support from the United States, specifically from the NGO “Frontline Fellowship International.” This is the third such house to be built.
On February 24, Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel issued a postage stamp titled “With Sword and Will” in Zhytomyr. The stamp features a painting by Oleg Shupliak from the series “The Great Battle of Ukraine Against Mordor.” The stamp will be sold for three days at all central branches of Ukrposhta.
Also on February 24, a photo exhibition opened in Malyn commemorating the 4th anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces. The exhibition features original photographs by an Azov fighter who survived Russian captivity, images by Malyn native Dmytro Kozatskyi, call sign “Orest,” photographs of other military personnel and civilians capturing wartime events, as well as children’s drawings on military themes. The photo exhibition is displayed in the foyer of the Malyn City Council’s Center for Culture and Leisure.
Sumy oblast
In Velyka Pysarivska community, a russian drone struck a civilian vehicle. The 57-year-old driver died at the scene from his injuries. The State Emergency Service reported that the deceased, Pavlo Koliesnyk, was a firefighter-rescuer of the 33rd State Fire and Rescue Post of the 1st State Fire and Rescue Unit of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Sumy oblast. He was returning from duty when the drone hit his vehicle.
Sumy oblast Prosecutor’s Office informed at 4:50pm on 24 February, russian forces attacked Stetskivka in Sumy community by an FPV drone, injuring a woman born in 1988. She is receiving medical assistance. A civilian vehicle on the territory of a private household was damaged.
On 24 February the humanitarian mission “Proliska” reported that in Vovna village, Shostka community, russians damaged a school building. The strike hit the centre of the community. Windows were shattered, the façade damaged and the roof partially destroyed. Specialists from the mission provided assistance in the form of construction materials for emergency repairs.

Over the course of 24–25 February, russian forces carried out more than 30 attacks on 19 settlements across 10 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used mortars, artillery, FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Air raid alerts in the oblast lasted for 14 hours and 25 minutes during the reporting period.
Civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed:
- In Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential house was destroyed and a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Velyka Pysarivka community, a private residential house was damaged;
- In Sumy community, private residential houses and passenger vehicles were damaged;
- In Shostka community, non-residential premises were damaged;
- In Znob-Novhorodske community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
- In Berezivka community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.
During the day, 13 people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities in cooperation with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police and public organisations.
According to Serhii Bespalko, Head of the Settlement Military Administration, since the beginning of 2026, two people have been killed and 10 injured in Velyka Pysarivka community. Liudmyla Biriukova, Head of the community, said that currently, just over 3,000 residents remain in the community, including 30 people within the five-kilometre zone.
Chernihiv oblast
Chernihiv Oblast Prosecutor’s Office reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 93 russian servicemen have been served with notices of suspicion in Chernihiv oblast. More than 1,600 criminal proceedings have been initiated in connection with war crimes.
Naftogaz informed that russians have been attacking gas storage facilities and production capacities in Kharkiv and Chernihiv oblasts for the second consecutive day. According to the company, russia deployed around 60 strike drones against facilities in the two regions. Destruction has been recorded. As soon as the security situation allows, specialists together with units of the State Emergency Service will assess the damage and begin recovery works.
As a result of a russian attack on 24 February, a 14-year-old boy from Kamianska Sloboda was injured on his birthday while outside. Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said that an FPV drone struck a private household. The child sustained an injury to his right shoulder; his condition is stable.
According to Mayor Oleksandr Kodola, on the evening of 24 February, russian forces attacked Nizhyn region by drones. Hits were recorded outside Nizhyn community.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv RMA, reported that over the course of 24 February, russian forces attacked Chernihiv oblast 28 times. The enemy targeted villages in Novhorod-Siverska and Horodnia communities by FPV drones, damaging vehicles. In one border village, an FPV drone strike damaged energy equipment. russian “Heran” UAVs also attacked an energy facility in Nizhyn region, with at least five explosions recorded.
Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment informed that over the same day, russian troops attacked border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Horodnia and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (nine explosions) and multiple launch rocket system strikes (10 explosions), launched FPV drone attacks (15 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (seven explosions). Seven villages came under fire.
According to the charitable foundation “Angels of Freedom,” in Chernihiv on 24 February, an ambulance was handed over to the military by a Belgian couple, Frank and Helena Meisman, who asked friends and relatives to donate in support of Ukraine on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The funds were used to purchase a fully equipped vehicle that will assist Ukrainian servicemen towards Sumy.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
The situation remains severe in Synelnykove region. The enemy continues to attack frontline communities by guided aerial bombs and UAVs. There are fatalities and injuries.
In Synelnykove region, a section of a residential building entrance was partially destroyed as a result of yesterday’s guided aerial bomb strike on Malomykhailivka community. Search and rescue operations are ongoing. Four people may still be trapped under the rubble.
Following an evening guided aerial bomb strike on Pokrovske community, two people were killed — a 71-year-old man and an 89-year-old woman. Five others were injured. Six private houses were damaged.
In Vasylkivka community, a 61-year-old man was injured as a result of a UAV attack. A farming enterprise was damaged. A private house caught fire, and two outbuildings and a vehicle were damaged.
In Nikopol region, the enemy attacked by drones and artillery, targeting the regional centre as well as Marhanets, Myrove and Pokrovske rural communities. Four private houses, an outbuilding, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.
In Synelnykove region, a UAV attack in Mezhove community destroyed a garage and damaged a house.
In Kryvyi Rih region, occupiers struck Zelenodolsk community by a UAV. A 49-year-old man was injured. Infrastructure was damaged.
Vinnytsia oblast
The deaths of eight defenders from Vinnytsia oblast have been confirmed: Oleh Smuchynskyi, Serhii Podhornyi, Oleksii Tolmachov, Ruslan Tokar, Valerii Baranov, Oleksii Shymchyk, Ihor Shymonchuk and Volodymyr Chernysh.
Defender Vadym Loza from Vinnytsia oblast was awarded the “Cross of Combat Merit”. The award was presented by the President of Ukraine on the eve of the fourth anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion.
Kirovohrad oblast
Anna Dobrova, Chief Specialist of the Regional Children’s Service, reported that as of early February, 4,859 children in Kirovohrad oblast had received the status of being affected by hostilities and armed conflict. Of these, 744 obtained this status last year. A person may receive this status if they had not reached the age of 18 as of 24 February 2022, the start of the full-scale invasion.
Kirovohrad oblast paid tribute to servicemen Mykhailo Melnikov from Vilshanka community and Serhii Kostenko from Oleksandrivka community.
In early March 2025, the mother of Mykhailo Melnikov received notification that he had gone missing on 3 March 2025 near the village of Mala Loknia, Sudzha region, Kursk oblast, while carrying out a combat mission. DNA testing has now confirmed his death.
Serhii Kostenko joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 16 March 2022 and was killed on 15 February 2026.
Poltava oblast
In Poltava oblast, residents will paid tribune to two fallen soldiers — Oleksandr Murashov, whose death was confirmed by DNA testing, and Yevhenii Shvedchenko.
Oleksandr Murashov was killed on 9 July 2024 during a russian assault on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane in Donetsk oblast.
Yevhenii Shvedchenko was killed on 17 February 2026 while carrying out a combat mission near Pidhavrylivka in Dnipropetrovsk oblast.
Cherkasy oblast
During recent air raid alerts, air defence forces destroyed three russian UAVs in the skies over the oblast.
Ihor Taburets, Head of the Regional Military Administration, informed that in Cherkasy region, windows of a residential building and a summer kitchen were damaged by drone debris following a russian attack.
Defenders Denys Beniash and Eduard Bardin from Cherkasy oblast were awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, Third Class, by the President of Ukraine. The servicemen distinguished themselves in battles in Donetsk oblast.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported that today, 25 February, russian forces carried out artillery strikes on the frontline town of Orikhiv. One person was killed, and another person is being searched for. As a result of the shelling, houses were destroyed.
Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 24 February, the occupiers carried out 643 strikes on 32 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted 12 air strikes on Zarichne, Liubytske, Barvinivka, Zalyvne, Novosoloshyne, Huliaipilske, Verkhnia Tersa, Bilohiria, and Dolynka. 401 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Novotroitske, Tavriiske, Tersianka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Sviatopetrivka, Zahirne, Krynychne, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Yehorivka, Verbove, and Levadne. Seven MLRS strikes targeted Prymorske and Lukianivske. 223 artillery strikes were carried out on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Staroukrainka, Krynychne, and Dobropillia. Authorities received 218 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities. Four people were killed and two others injured as a result of enemy attacks in Zaporizhzhia region.
The press service of the State Emergency Service in Zaporizhzhia oblast reported that five fires broke out in Zaporizhzhia region as a result of a russian drone attack. One person was injured. Emergency Service personnel rescued two people.
The General Staff reported that as of 16:00 on 25 February, Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 enemy attacks near Huliaipole, Bilohiria, Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Hirske, and Varvarivka towards Huliaipole. Seven more attacks were ongoing. The enemy attacked eight times near Stepnohirsk, Mali Shcherbaky, and Stepove towards Orikhib. Over the past day, 24 February, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 19 russian attacks towards Huliaipole and one more towards Orikhiv.
The press service of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the special unit “Artan” carried out a series of offensive actions in the area of Stepnohirsk in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Ukrainian forces regained control of important positions and improved the tactical situation on that section of the front. The operation towards Zaporizhzhia is ongoing.
Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo reported that the President of Ukraine awarded three energy workers from Zaporizhzhia oblast with state honors — Orders “For Courage” of the III degree. They worked at energy facilities during russian shelling, were injured, but continued to perform their duties.
Mykolaiv oblast
Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that overnight and early in the morning, the enemy attacked the region with Shahed 131/136-type UAVs. Critical and transport infrastructure facilities in the city of Mykolaiv and Voznesensk region were targeted. There were no casualties. Eleven Shahed 131/136 attack drones and various types of decoy drones were shot down or suppressed.
Yesterday, the enemy attacked Ochakiv community twice with FPV drones. There were no casualties.
Environmental experts assessed the damage caused to the environment due to russian strikes on a wind turbine in Mykolaiv oblast. According to the State Environmental Inspection of the Southwestern District, contamination of the area with debris caused losses exceeding 286 million hryvnias. Environmental specialists calculated that debris from the destruction covered an area of 5,000 square meters, with a total waste volume of about 108 cubic meters.
Odesa oblast
An explosion was heard in Odesa today. An air raid alert had been declared in Odesa oblast due to the threat of ballistic weapons from the south. The explosion was heard at around 16:22, and the Air Force reported a high-speed target moving toward Maiaky.
Kherson oblast
According to Kherson Regional Military Administration, at noon, russian forces shelled Bilozerka. As a result of the attack, a man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his legs. He was hospitalized.
At approximately 10:00, russian occupiers attacked a civilian car with a drone in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. As a result of the strike, a 76-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman were injured. Preliminary reports indicate they sustained blast injuries.
Since early morning, russian forces were shelling Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Due to the strikes, windows were shattered, and facades and fences were damaged in several homes.
Kherson Regional Military Administration also reported that medical assistance was needed for a man who was injured in russian shelling in Korabelnyi district of Kherson yesterday morning. The 58-year-old resident was diagnosed with a blast injury and concussion.
A resident of Bilozerka who had come under russian shelling on the afternoon of 21 February also sought medical attention. The 84-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury and concussion. She was hospitalized.
According to the head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, yesterday, 24 February, the russian forces attacked Beryslav, Dudchany, Urozhaine, Novoraivsk, Sofiivka, Sablukivka, Komyshany, Antonivka, Vesele, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Kozatske, Mylove, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Shevchenkivka, Velytenske, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Kozatske, Mykilske, Novokairy, Novotiahynka, Osokorivka, Tokarivka, Tiahynka, and the city of Kherson. Three apartment buildings, 11 private houses, a water tower, a cellular tower, a gas pipeline, an outbuilding, and private vehicles were damaged. As a result of russian aggression, one person was killed, and 11 others were injured.
The General Staff reported that as of 16:00 on 25 February, Ukrainian forces were repelling one enemy attack towards Kherson.
A mobile team from the NGO “CASERS” provided medical consultations in Bila Krynytsia and Mala Oleksandrivka. A cardiologist, gastroenterologist, neurologist, and ultrasound specialist offered consultations and medical assistance. 97 residents received medical services.
