What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

Russian invaders continue to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders and suffer significant losses in manpower and equipment.

In total, there were 69 combat engagements.

Borderline settlements, including Shevchenkove, Malushyne, Velyka Pysarivka, Pokrovka, Oleksandrivka, Luhivka, Bila Bereza, Tymofiivka in Sumy oblast and Kamianka in Chernihiv oblast, are under fire from the territory of the russian Federation.

Towards Kharkiv, our defenders repelled an enemy attack near Vovchansk.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy carried out nine assault operations near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove. Six firefights are ongoing.

Towards Lyman, the invading army attacked four times near Zelena Dolyna, Borivska Andriivka and Novoliubivka.

Towards Kramatorsk, the defence forces repelled one russian attack near Stupochki.

Towards Toretsk, the enemy attacked seven times near Toretsk and Krymske. Three attacks are still ongoing.

Towards Pokrovsk, the occupiers have made 20 attempts since the beginning of the day to push our defenders from their positions near the towns of Vodiane Druhe, Promin, Pokrovsk, Leontovychi, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Nadiivka, Troitske, Andriivka and Ulakly. The defence forces are holding back the enemy’s offensive and repelled 17 attacks, with three clashes still ongoing. The enemy’s losses are being clarified.

Towards Novopavlivka, the enemy made ten attacks near Kostiantynopil and Burlatske, one firefight is still ongoing.

Towards Huliaipole, our defenders repelled one attack near Novopil.

With the support of attack aircraft, the enemy attacked Kamianske towards Orikhiv.

Towards Kherson, our troops repelled two enemy attacks towards Sadove.

The enemy did not conduct any active operations towards Siversk.

In the operational area in Kursk oblast, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled seven attacks by russian invaders over the last day, with one firefight still ongoing. The enemy fired over 220 times, including 12 times from multiple launch rocket systems, and carried out 16 air strikes, dropping 21 guided bombs.

Defence Minister Rustem Umerov reported that there were no significant changes in the situation on other frontlines.


Ukraine has become the largest producer of drones in the world. 96% of the drones used by Ukrainian defenders at the front are produced in Ukraine. Ukraine is working to remain №1 in the world in the production of drones and electronic warfare systems.

Over the 3 years of the full-scale war, Ukrainian defenders have eliminated more than 868,000 russian invaders. Total enemy combat losses from 24.02.22 to 24.02.25 personnel – 868,230 (+1,050), tanks – 10,177 (+9), armoured vehicles – 21157 (+6), artillery systems – 23,626 (+44), MLRS – 1,299 (+3), air defence systems – 1,081, aircraft – 370, helicopters – 331, UAVs – 26,645 (+217), cruise missiles – 3064, ships/boats – 28, submarines – 1, vehicles and tankers – 38,444 (+110), special equipment – 3,757.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

As of 4pm towards Kharkiv, Ukrainian Armed Forces are repelling a russian attack near Vovchansk.

Towards Kupiansk, the invaders launched nine assault attacks near Petropavlivka and Zahryzove, six battles are ongoing.

Towards Lyman, russians attacked four times, including near Borivska Andriivka.

The RMA reported that the enemy tried to break through the defensive lines of our defenders twice in the Kharkiv sector towards Vovchansk and Zapadne.

There were four attacks towards Kupiansk yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault in the areas of Petropavlivka, Zahryzove and in the direction of Bohuslavka.

Attacks

At around 10:15am, the enemy hit Kharkiv region with a multiple rocket launcher. There are 4 wounded in the village of Tsupivka.  An 18-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man were hospitalised. About 30 private houses were damaged, five of which were almost completely destroyed, as well as dozens of outbuildings. According to preliminary data, the enemy hit with a guided munition, the type is being established. Specialised services continue to extinguish fires and dismantle the rubble. One more person may be under the rubble.

At 4am, on the outskirts of Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv, an unidentified aerial vehicle hit a non-operational production facility. The roof and ceiling of a 2-storey industrial building and the windows of a 5-storey neighbouring administrative building were damaged.

At 4am, Chornohlazivka in Bohodukhiv region came under attack. The shelling of the KAB from the air over the open area near the village. There was no information about casualties or damage.

At 4am, Dovzhyk village was shelled. UAVs shelled the open area near the village. There was no information about casualties or damage.

From 2 to 3:30am, the russian military attacked the territory of an agricultural enterprise in Riasne village of Zolochiv community with three Shahed UAVs. The strikes damaged a truck, a combine harvester and 4 storage facilities.

An outpatient clinic and two private households were damaged. There were no casualties.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv community, said that the russian military attacked Tymofiivka with FPV drones around 11pm. The hits damaged a private house, outbuildings and power grids. Two cars were also damaged by drone strikes the day before, Kovalenko said.

At 9:30am, the enemy attacked Kupiansk. An FPV drone hit a car.

In Poltava village, a 38-year-old man was injured as a result of an explosion of an unknown device. 

Donetsk oblast

The russian army continues to press towards Pokrovsk. Yesterday the occupiers attacked the positions of the Defence Forces 22 times, in particular, near Promin, Kotlynove, Andriivka, Ulakly, Molodetske, Leontovychi, Myrolyubivka and Vodiane Druhe. Ukrainian troops repelled 15 assaults on Lyman front near Torske, Novoiehorivka, Novoliubivka, Yampolivka, Kuzmyne.

In 2024, russian troops occupied 80 settlements in Donetsk oblast. The RMA reported that in total, 784 settlements in Donetsk oblast are under occupation.

The police said that the russian army launched more than 900,000 strikes on the territory of Donetsk oblast during the third year of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Power Grids reported that russian troops have damaged 11,500 power facilities in Donetsk oblast over the three years of russia’s full-scale invasion, including 976 substations, transformers and distribution points.

Repair crews of regional power engineers came under fire from the russian army more than 150 times, and 17 employees of the company were injured.

Head of the RMA said that one person was killed and two were wounded in a shelling of Sloviansk at around 4pm. 14 private houses, 8 non-residential buildings, an administrative building and 5 cars were damaged.

Oleksandr Honcharenko, Head of the CMA, informed that russian occupants also struck three times at Kramatorsk, bombs fell within the city. Some private houses were damaged. As of 5pm, there was no information about casualties, the consequences of the shelling are being clarified.

Yesterday police recorded 3,216 hostile attacks on the frontline and in the residential sector.

The attacks took place in Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, Ivanopillia, Komar and Rai Oleksandrivka.

55 civilian objects were damaged, including 38 residential buildings.

In Myrnohrad, a civilian was wounded by an enemy FPV drone strike.

In Pokrovsk, a private house was damaged by shelling.

Russia dropped a FAB-250 bomb on Sloviansk, destroying 4 private houses.

Russian troops attacked Rai-Oleksandrivka with two UMPB D-30SN bombs, damaging 13 private houses, a gas pipeline, a power line, and a water tower.

The enemy attacked Ivanopillya with a FAB-250 bomb and a Smerch MLRS, damaging 8 apartment buildings and 4 private houses, a shop, a car park, a garage, 11 civilian cars, 2 gas pipelines, and a power line.

The occupiers directed an UMPB D-30SN bomb at Komar, damaging 8 households.

The State Emergency Service reported that the rescuers have completed the rubble removal of a five-storey building in Kostiantynivka. On 19 February, a russian strike collapsed the ceilings between the first and fifth floors of the building. A dead man was found under the rubble.

Luhansk oblast

The invaders significantly increased the number of attacks in Luhansk region. The RMA said that they provided fire support with cannon artillery 15 times, and used rocket artillery twice more. A total of 236 russian unmanned aerial vehicles were engaged in combat missions.

The enemy attacked both at Siversk and Lyman directions, specifically, near Novoiehorivka, Novoliubivka, Kuzmine and Bilohorivka.

The russian army is involved in the educational programme “luhansk character”, which was launched in schools of the so-called “lpr” on 1 September, when students were divided into septembers, pioneers and workers. One of the objectives of the concept is to develop a sense of collectivism in children. The occupation authorities believe that this goal can be achieved by involving militants in the lessons.

The militarisation of young men in the “lpr” is carried out not only under the guise of labour training. For example, Luhansk Economic and Law Lyceum has a military history class, where they study aspects of information warfare and drone control skills. The latter is taught in the class “Fundamentals of Security and Defence of the Motherland”. The invaders have developed a long-term strategy for training personnel for their army in the occupied territories.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The RMA reported that the russian military once again attacked Kyiv oblast with a UAV. As a result of an enemy attack in Brovary region, an unfinished multi-storey building was damaged. The fire between the 23rd and 24th floor was quickly extinguished. A security guard of the residential complex was injured and received medical assistance.

KCMA noted that late in the evening of 23 February, the russian army attacked Kyiv with drones. Wreckage of the downed drones was found in Desnianskyi district of the capital.

On the third anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a summit was held with the participation of EU leaders and partner states to support Ukraine. The leaders of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Canada, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, the OSCE Secretary General, the Minister for European Affairs of the French Republic, as well as the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and the President of the European Council Antonio Costa arrived in Kyiv.

In Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska, as well as leaders of the EU and Ukraine’s partner countries, paid tribute to those who died in the russian-Ukrainian war.

Mykola Kalashnyk, Head of Kyiv Regional Military Administration, informed that in Bucha, the memory of those killed by russian aggression and those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s independence was honoured. After the liberation of Bucha from the russian invaders, the bodies of 1190 people killed by the Russians were found in Bucha region.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko gave a brief summary of the realities of life in the capital over the three years of large-scale war. Since 24 February 2022, in Kyiv:

– 210 civilians died, including 11 children;

– 1,239 residential buildings, 194 educational institutions, 41 healthcare facilities, and 17 social facilities were damaged;

– Kyiv Rescue Service made 220 visits to eliminate the consequences of rocket attacks in the capital;

– ambulance crews made 2,729 visits to the sites of missile strikes and drone attacks. They helped 1324 victims, including 101 children;

– air raid alarms were sounded 1539 times in the city;

– the subway, as a shelter, accommodated about 70,000 Kyiv residents at a time during air raids in the capital;

– almost 422,700 internally displaced people have been registered in Kyiv, including about 68,000 children;

– The Humanitarian Centre in Kyiv has attracted assistance from more than 150 international partners.

Zhytomyr oblast

On 24 February, the leadership of Korostyshiv territorial community held a working meeting with representatives of the UK Parliament. The delegation consisted of 19 people, including 11 members of the UK Parliament. During the meeting, they discussed the most important challenges faced by Ukraine and, in particular, the Korostyshiv community during the war.

To mark the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by russian troops, an exhibition of photographs by Andriy Nesterenko, a soldier of the 100th Separate Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, entitled ‘Photos from the War’, was opened at the Berdychiv History Museum. The exhibition features 47 works by the 19-year-old author, who personally captures and illustrates the tragedy of war as a phenomenon while being in the war zone. 

Sumy oblast

During the day on 24 February, the russian army attacked Sumy by a UAV. As a result of the strike, one person was killed and two were injured. A car was damaged. According to the Acting Mayor, Artem Kobzar, the strike was carried out by a Lancet type drone. The injured people are receiving assistance at one of the city’s medical facilities.

The Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that the russian army struck the civilian infrastructure of Myropillia by guided aerial bombs. As a result of the strike, three people were injured – a couple of pensioners and a 71-year-old man.

In Shevchenkove village, Velyka Pysarivka community, a worker of a local farm was killed as a result of artillery shelling during the day on 24 February. Serhii Bespalko, Head of Velyka Pysarivka village Military Administration, said that four others were injured. The administrative building and hangars of the farm were damaged. The injured farm workers were hospitalized.

Liudmyla Biriukova, Head of  Velyka Pysarivka community, reported that on 24 February, a russian drone scattered explosives in Velyka Pysarivka. This is the third incident in a week and a half.

The enemy carried out 4 strikes by guided aerial bombs (GABs) on Hlukhiv community. As a result of the attack, 2 civilians were injured. Additionally, non-residential premises, a private residential house, and a car were damaged.

The Regional Military Administration informed that during the night and morning, the russians carried out 9 shellings of the border territories of Sumy oblast. A total of 27 explosions were recorded: mortar shelling (9 explosions) and artillery shelling (3 explosions), MLRS (10 explosions), GAB launches (4 explosions), UAV VOG drops (1 explosion). The Yunakivka, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, and Hlukhiv communities came under enemy fire.

On 4 February, 13 Shaheds were shot down by Air Defense Units over Sumy oblast. Since the beginning of the year, anti-aircraft units have destroyed 494 russian drones.

During the past day, on 23 February, the russians carried out 77 shellings of Sumy oblast. A total of 146 explosions were recorded. The enemy struck by artillery (31 explosions), mortars (61 explosions), FPV-drones (21 explosions), UAV attacks (2 explosions), GAB launches (2 explosions), a missile strike (1 explosion), and UAV VOG drops (28 explosions). Fourteen communities were shelled: Sumy, Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Boromlia, Putyvl, Nova Slobidska, Esman, Shalyhyne, Seredyna-Buda, and Znob-Novhorod.

As a result of russian shelling on 23 February, a private residential house in Myropillia community was damaged, and in Khotin community, a car was damaged.

On 23 February, the russian military attacked Sumy by two unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the Regional Military Administration, as a result of the attack, windows in four residential buildings were damaged, as well as 6 cars and two low-pressure gas pipes. As of 6pm, gas supply was restored to two addresses, and work is ongoing to dismantle damaged window elements and insulate them with film.

Chernihiv oblast

On 23 February, the russian army attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. A total of 79 strikes were recorded. The enemy carried out mortar and barrel artillery shelling, struck by an FPV-drone, and dropped explosive devices from UAVs. Thirteen villages came under enemy fire, reported Chernihiv border detachment.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional Military Administration, reported that over the past week, russian military forces carried out 191 shellings in Chernihiv oblast. During this period, 451 explosions were recorded in 25 settlements across three regions of the oblast. In particular, the russians conducted 29 airstrikes, launching unguided aerial missiles and striking FPV-drones. 

Two fallen defenders of Chernihiv have been awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine. The corresponding decrees were signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in recent days. The title of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously) was awarded to Andrii Antykhovych, a native of Bakhmach and a pilot, as well as to Hryhorii Pavlov, a native of Kryvyi Rih, who defended Chernihiv.

The Department of Education and Science of Chernihiv Regional State Administration informed that more than UAH 28m of state subsidy will be directed towards the completion of shelters in two schools in Chernihiv oblast. The shelter at Talalaivskyi Lyceum, in Pryluky region, required major repairs, which have been completed by 90%. The protective structure on the territory of Koriuka Lyceum №2 was built from scratch. After the construction of these facilities is completed, nearly eight hundred children will be able to study in safe conditions.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

In the evening, a 67-year-old woman was injured in Marhanets community of Nikopol region after stepping on an unexploded russian shell. She was hospitalised in critical condition. Closer to morning, russian forces shelled Nikopol region by artillery, targeting Myrove community. There were no casualties reported. 2 private houses and 2 outbuildings were damaged.

At night, Ukrainian air defence forces shot down 4 enemy UAVs over the oblast.

The russian troops carried out around 10 attacks on Nikopol region, by artillery, kamikaze drones and dropping explosives from UAVs. The attacks targeted the regional centre, Myrove, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities, damaging 7 private houses, destroying one outbuilding and damaging another, along with infrastructure facilities.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​On the 3rd anniversary of russia’s full-scale invasion, residents of Vinnytsia honoured the memory of fallen soldiers and civilians. People laid flowers at the memorial to the Heavenly Hundred and the heroes of the russian-Ukrainian war on Shevchenko Square. The event was attended by city and regional authorities, military personnel, police officers, families of fallen heroes and concerned citizens.

A City Together: Vinnytsia meeting was held, focusing on veterans returning to civilian life. The event, organised by the SUVIATO NGO, aimed to improve communication with veterans, shape the image of defenders and engage people in volunteer activities. The program included 2 discussion panels with experts and war veterans, and a Q&A session.

Kirovohrad oblast

Andrii Raikovych, Head of the RMA, reported that during the night, mobile fire groups were active in Kirovohrad oblast, preventing any casualties or destruction.

On 24 February, a joint prayer for Ukraine took place in the regional council session hall in Kropyvnytskyi, bringing together religious leaders, authorities, military personnel, chaplains, volunteers and families of soldiers. The municipal choir Eleftheria performed a prayer before the session, which lasted an hour.

Poltava oblast

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy posthumously awarded the title Hero of Ukraine with the Golden Star order to 4 soldiers from Poltava oblast: Junior Sergeant Vitalii Shevchenko, who was killed on 12 April 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near Tonenke, Donetsk oblast. He was 31 years old and from Myrhorod, serving as a rifle squad commander; Junior Sergeant Yevhen Mazko, who was killed on 24 September 2024, during a russian assault on Ukrainian positions near Minkivka, Donetsk oblast; Lieutenant Semen Kramskyi, who was killed on 22 September 2024, in a russian artillery strike near Bohoiavlenka, Donetsk oblast; Colonel Viktor Polyvianyi, who was killed on 1 September 2024, while carrying out his military duty.

Poltava oblast mourns the loss of Junior Sergeant Yurii Checha, who was killed on 16 February 2025, during a russian assault on Ukrainian positions in Kharkiv oblast.

On the 3rd anniversary of the full-scale war, memorial events were held in Poltava at the Alley of Heroes in the central cemetery and at a memorial sector in Zaturyne village, attended by relatives, friends and comrades of the fallen soldiers.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Ukrainian air defence forces shot down 17 enemy attack drones over Cherkasy oblast. There were no casualties or infrastructure damage reported.

He added that since the beginning of 2025, 22 cruise missiles and 834 drones have flown over Cherkasy oblast, with 10% of them reaching their targets.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 421 attacks on nine settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy conducted 4 airstrikes on Huliaipole and Shcherbaky. 242 UAVs of various modifications attacked Zaporizhzhia, Pryvilne, Piatykhatky, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka. 13 MLRS attacks hit Piatykhatky, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Novodarivka. Additionally, 162 artillery strikes targeted the areas of Piatykhatky, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Novodarivka. There were 12 reports of damage to apartments and private houses.

Ukrainian defenders repelled one attack near Novopil towards Huliaipole. Today, with the support of assault aviation, the enemy attacked the settlement of Kamianske towards Orikhiv.

Activists of the Yellow Ribbon movement held an event dedicated to the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion in the temporarily occupied cities of Melitopol and Berdiansk. The activists spread pro-Ukrainian symbols (yellow-blue ribbons) in the temporarily occupied part of Zaporizhzhia oblast.

Yesterday, 23 February, an explosive device detonated in the office of the so-called head of the occupation institution “MFC (Multifunctional Center) My Documents,” Roman Podsudevsky in the temporarily occupied Prymorsk. According to the Chief Intelligence Office, the explosion was organized by FSB officers from moscow due to an illegal money dispute.

Mykolaiv oblast

On the night of 24 February, air defense forces destroyed six Shahed 131/136 UAVs over Mykolaiv oblast.

Yesterday, on 23 February, the enemy attacked Kutsurub community four times using FPV drones. As a result of one of the strikes a private house and a car were damaged in the village of Dmytrivka. Also, at 3:30pm, the russians attacked Halytsynove community with an FPV drone. Two private houses were damaged in the village of Luparove. There were no casualties.

Odesa oblast

Ukraine’s southern air defense destroyed 17 drones over Odesa oblast that russian forces used to attack the region on the evening of 23 February.

As of 6am on 24 February, one enemy carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles was present in the Black Sea, capable of launching up to four missiles. There were four enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, including three carriers of Kalibr missiles, with a total salvo capacity of up to 26 missiles.

Over the past day, one vessel passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea in russia’s interest, while three ships entered the Azov Sea.

Since 24 February, 2022, russian forces attacked Odesa oblast more than 700 times, launching approximately 300 missiles and over 400 strike drones. As a result of these attacks, 187 people, including 12 children, were killed in the region.

Kherson oblast

A resident was killed due to a nighttime russian shelling of Dniprovskyi district in Kherson. A 72-year-old man sustained fatal injuries as a result of an enemy strike on a private house. Another Kherson resident was injured due to artillery shelling, suffering a blast injury.

At approximately 6:15pm, the occupiers shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with artillery, injuring six people. A 54-year-old man and two women, aged 31 and 43, suffered explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds. Later, a 15-year-old girl was brought to the hospital with a blast injury, concussion, and superficial head wounds. Additionally, two more injured women were identified, both sustaining explosive and traumatic brain injuries as well as concussions.

It is reported that russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle in Kherson with a drone, injuring two people. A 49-year-old man was diagnosed with a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to the head, chest, and shoulder, while a 47-year-old Kherson resident sustained a blast injury, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the head and arms.

Three residents of Kherson oblast sought medical attention due to injuries from russian shelling last week. Last Saturday, a paramedic from an ambulance brigade was injured in Bilozerka, suffering a blast injury and a concussion. A man was hospitalized after being hit by an enemy drone strike in Stanislav, sustaining a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his leg and abdomen. Another resident of Bilozerka sought medical help after a russian drone attack on 21 February, with a diagnosis of a blast injury and concussion.

Yesterday, the russians shelled Antonivka, Ivanivka, Inzhenerne, Poniativka, Prydniprovske, Rozlyv, Romashkove, Sadove, Tokarivka, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Stanislav, Zymivnyk, Mykilske, Mykilski Dachi, Novotiahynka, Beryslav, Burhunka, Virivka, Kachkarivka, Lvove, Mykolaivka, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Olhivka, Chervonyi Maiak, Zmiivka, Novoraisk, Vesele, Kozatske, and the city of Kherson. 36 objects were damaged, including an apartment building, 22 private homes, 10 market kiosks, a pavilion on a market premises, a gas pipeline, and a vehicle. One person was killed, and four others were injured due to russian aggression.

During the nighttime drone attack, Ukraine’s air defense forces destroyed one Shahed-131/136 drone over the region.

The Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to strike enemy locations, firing positions, and rear areas. Over the past day, enemy losses included 72 personnel, one 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system, three guns and a mortar, 16 units of automotive and armored equipment, three quad bikes and a motorcycle, three boats, five reconnaissance drones (Zala, Supercam and Orlan-10), one Sobolyatnik radar station, one electronic warfare system, a surveillance camera, one Starlink terminal, two generators, six communication antennas, and three UAV control antennas. Additionally, 41 shelters/bunkers, four observation buildups, two firing positions, and one fuel and lubricants field depot were destroyed.

Last week, Fortitude mobile clinics visited remote villages in Beryslav region, providing medical assistance to over 290 residents. A team of doctors, including a family physician, neurologist, endocrinologist, and cardiologist, visited the villages of Davydiv Brid, Novovoznesenske, Novomykolaivka, Novopetrivka, and Arkhanhelske.

Volyn oblast

Memorial plaques to fallen soldiers Bohdan Bohush, Serhii Pylypiuk, Yurii Sechny, Mykola Tereshkevych and Serhii Sakharuk were unveiled on the facade of Vyshniv Lyceum.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA reported that the oblast is studying the experience of the Pardubice region in psychiatric care, training medics, and supporting the military.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

Ivano-Frankivsk City Council reported that the Union of Volunteers of Prykarpattia brought 3 SUVs, buggies, generators, jacks, chainsaws, batteries, camouflage nets, and many other useful and tasty things to the front line.

Memorial services were held in the Memorial Square and at the city cemetery, near the graves of fallen soldiers. Memorial services were also held for all Ukrainians who were killed in the russian-Ukrainian war in the churches of the community.

Lviv oblast

At the Lychakiv Cemetery, rays of memory and respect were lit, and everyone who gave their lives for Ukraine was honored.

Memorial plaques in honor of fallen soldiers were unveiled in Sheptytskyi region. Bohdan Pashkutskyi, soldier of the Mechanized Battalion of the Military Unit A4447, was killed on 20 July, 2024 while performing a combat mission near the settlement of Pobeda, Pokrovskiy region, Donetsk oblast. Roman Pavlyk, soldier of the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Halician brigade, was killed on 28 August 2024 while performing a combat mission near the village of Cherkasskoye Porichne, Kursk region.

Rivne oblast

An interfaith prayer for Ukraine took place in Rivne oblast. Representatives of the authorities and different faiths prayed together for Ukraine in the Holy Intercession Cathedral in Rivne. Then, a memorial service for those killed in the war was held on the Alley of Heroes of the Nove cemetery.

Ternopil oblast

The 16th Separate Rifle Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received 50 rechargeable batteries, 50 batteries for MAVIC 3 and 14 for Matrice 30, as well as 6 MAVIC quadcopters from Ternopil community.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi community sent 20 electronic warfare vehicle complexes worth UAH 2.1m.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Chernivtsi, the Center for Assistance to Rescued Persons has started information meetings for IDPs, with the aim of providing detailed explanations on current and important issues. Events will be conducted by a social worker and a lawyer from the Center for Assistance to Rescued Persons.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Canada announced new aid to Ukraine, including 25 LAV II infantry fighting vehicles; 2 armored combat support vehicles (Ukrainian military personnel will train on them in Germany); landing system for F-16 fighters; 4 flight simulators for F-16; millions of ammunition, equipment for military personnel, first aid kits.

Spain announced a military aid package worth €1 bn to Ukraine. In addition, Spain and Ukraine will address the needs of the Ukrainian diaspora, and the countries will create a special Ukrainian hub in the province of Alicante.

Estonia is sending a new package of military aid to Ukraine. It will include 10,000 artillery ammunition and 750,000 food kits for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Great Britain has allocated the largest aid package since the start of the full-scale war. This is approximately $5.67bn in military aid.

Norway will allocate €1 in humanitarian support to Ukraine this year. The funds will go towards energy security and energy supply.

Sweden will allocate €100m to support Ukraine’s air defense system. This includes the purchase of Robot 70 and Tridon Mk2 systems.

Ukraine will receive a new aid package from the EU for €3.5bn. The aid will arrive in March.

Denmark announced a new aid package for Ukraine worth almost €270m. The funds will go, among other things, to ammunition for Ukrainian soldiers and the development of brigade-sized Ukrainian forces together with the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Canada will transfer the first tranche of aid to Ukraine in the amount of 5bn Canadian dollars, which is financed from the profits from frozen assets of the russian federation.
