The invaders used 175 unmanned aerial vehicles to attack the positions of the Ukrainian Defence Forces and shelled them six times with artillery.

At the same time, the occupation administration continues to illegally ‘nationalise’ property in Siverskodonetsk. 504 apartments in apartment buildings have been declared ownerless and transferred to the ownership of the occupation authorities. Such decisions are made because the owners failed to claim their rights to housing within 30 days of their absence being established. At the same time, most residents were forced to evacuate to safe regions of Ukraine or go abroad. In addition to residential premises, shops, pharmacies, banks, hairdressers, funeral homes and other non-residential properties were included in the list of ‘nationalised’ property. The process of illegal alienation of property will continue – every month, the occupation administration approves new lists of objects for ‘nationalisation’. At the same time, these are only the surviving premises suitable for use, as most of the city’s housing stock has been destroyed or severely damaged.

In addition, in Siverskodonetsk, some local residents install home internet at their own risk, which is provided unofficially. The cost of connection is 18 thousand rubles, but using such a connection remains dangerous – if detected, russian law enforcement agencies may impose sanctions against citizens. At the moment, the city remains without mobile communication, as well as without access to mobile and home internet. Officially, communication is only available through payphones or wired telephone lines.
