Earlier, at approximately 06:00, the russian army attacked Klynova Novoselivka with three FPV drones, damaging a private house, outbuildings, and the power grid. No injuries were reported in that specific strike.

Near Chervona Khvylia, two employees of an emergency medical care brigade were killed, and another medic was injured. In Kupiansk, a 63-year-old woman was also injured.

Meanwhile, the number of children attending inclusive resource centers in Kharkiv is returning to pre-war levels. According to Iryna Vyshneva, Director of Center No. 1, parents most frequently seek help for speech delays, though currently, every third child exhibits psychological consequences of the war.
Donetsk oblast
Paratroopers of the 79th Brigade in the Pokrovsk direction destroyed a battalion of the Oplot brigade—the same unit they fought against in 2014 during the defense of the Donetsk Airport.
The Defense Forces struck three concentrations of russian troops towards Pokrovsk, with hits recorded in Shakhove, Pokrovsk, and Udachne.
The russian army has redeployed part of its troops from Donbas towards Kupiansk and another part south towards Huliaipole. According to the President, the russian spring offensive has failed, but russia does not plan to stop the war and already has plans for 2026–2027, particularly regarding increasing drone production.
On March 14, russian attacks in Donetsk oblast killed two people and injured another. Police recorded 1,587 strikes along the front line and the residential sector. Nine settlements were under fire: Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Hromova Balka, Zaparo-Marivka, Novooleksandrivka, Ocheretyne, and Serhiivka.

Towards Lyman, the russians attempted to advance five times. Towards Sloviansk, ten such attempts were recorded.
In the so-called “lpr,” the russians are again issuing threats regarding deadlines for real-estate operations. This time, the focus is on registering previously established property rights in the Rosreestr. This can only be done by individuals with russian citizenship, and the occupiers have set a deadline of July 1. While formally explained as a way to simplify administrative procedures and prevent violations, it is effectively a step toward the further “nationalization” of housing.
Due to regular mobile network outages, the occupiers have proposed increasing the number of payphones and providing them with internet access. This points toward further restrictions on mobile communications and the concentration of wired internet in specifically designated locations. The occupiers previously implemented this payphone scheme in territories seized back in 2022.
