What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The enemy launched 88 attacks on the positions of the Defense Forces, acting most actively in the Lyman, Pokrovsk, and Novopavlivka directions.

Border areas of our country were affected by Russian artillery shelling, including the settlements of Krasnyi Khutir and Mykhalchyna Sloboda in the Chernihiv region; Lukashenkivske, Bratenytsia, Bunyakyne, Hirky, Baranivka, Mariine, and Prokhody in the Sumy region. An airstrike targeted the area of Shostka.

In the Northern-Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, the enemy conducted 10 offensive actions; currently, three combat engagements are ongoing. The enemy launched five airstrikes, dropping a total of 11 guided bombs, and carried out 170 shellings, including four with multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern-Slobozhanske direction, three combat engagements took place near Vovchansk and Kamianka.

Since the beginning of the day, the enemy attacked five times in the Kupiansk direction in the areas of Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Nova Kruhliakivka and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian units repelled 10 attacks near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Novyi Myr, Kolodiazi, Torske, and toward Novosergiivka and Shandryholove. Four more attacks are still ongoing.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian warriors repelled six enemy attacks. Occupation units attempted to advance toward Hryhorivka, Ivano-Dariivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Vyiimka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, four enemy assaults took place. The enemy attacked toward Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian occupiers conducted three assaults on our defenders’ positions near Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, and Dyliivka. Ukrainian units repelled one attack, and two combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have carried out 26 attacks on our defenders’ positions near the settlements of Novoeconomichne, Myrne, Rodynske, Fedorivka, Razine, Lysivka, Zvirrove, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and toward Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Novopavlivka, and Myrnohrad. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 24 enemy assaults; two combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the invaders launched 12 assaults on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Novokhatske, Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Myrne, Piddubne, Voskresenka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, and Temyrivka. Our warriors have already repelled nine attacks. Fighting continues.

In the Hulyaipole direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations but carried out an airstrike on Bilohirya.

In the Orikhiv direction, enemy units attempted one assault toward Kamianske. Novodanylivka and Plavni came under airstrikes.

In the Prydniprovske direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled four enemy assault actions. The enemy attacked Odradokamianka with unguided aerial rockets.

No significant changes were recorded in other directions at this time.


Over 130 million tons of cargo have been transported through the Ukrainian maritime corridor. Grain and food products from Ukraine continue to reach dozens of countries across the world — from Asia to Latin America — particularly those regions where sea transport remains the only available delivery route. This contributes to maintaining stability in the global food market, even in the fourth year of the full-scale war. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister for Ukraine’s Recovery – Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksii Kuleba.

The IAEA recorded hundreds of gunshots at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. It was noted that on the night of July 13, starting from 10:00 p.m., shooting broke out and lasted about an hour. The IAEA team recorded hundreds of small arms shots near the reactor units of the plant. During an inspection of the site, observers saw numerous small-caliber shell casings scattered on the ground near reactor units 5 and 6. At the same time, no damage was detected.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

As of 4:00 PM, three combat engagements took place in the Southern-Slobozhanske direction near Vovchansk and Kamianka.

Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have launched five attacks in the Kupiansk direction in the areas of Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Nova Kruhliakivka and Petropavlivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian units repelled 10 attacks, including in the area of Novyi Myr.

Over the past day, 212 combat engagements were recorded.

In the Southern-Slobozhanske direction, eight clashes occurred in the areas of Milove, Stroivka, Vovchansk, and Zelene.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy launched seven attacks. Defense Forces repelled enemy assaults near Holubivka, Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Kolisnykivka.

Shelling

The Russian army struck Kharkiv with a drone, according to the Regional Military Administration (RMA). The enemy drone exploded in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city, between tram tracks. A public transport stop was damaged. No reports of casualties were received.

The enemy attacked the city of Zlatopil with drones. Preliminary information suggests it was a Geran-2 type UAV strike. A 57-year-old woman was killed. Her 13-year-old daughter was injured, the Kharkiv region police reported. Ten people sought medical assistance after the Russian strike on Zlatopil. The boiler house targeted by the Russians provided heat to a local lyceum and five two-story residential buildings, said Mayor Mykola Baksheiev. Four private homes were damaged by the strike; damage assessment is ongoing.

Russian forces shelled the territory of the Shevchenkove community. In the village of Borivske, a person was killed by a Russian KAB strike. Four more people were injured and hospitalized.

Around 12:20 PM, Russians attacked the center of Zolochiv with a “Molniya” drone, reported community head Viktor Kovalenko. The strike damaged the House of Culture, a treasury office, a shop, and three cars.

During the past 24 hours, Kharkiv and nine settlements in Kharkiv region were hit by enemy strikes. Three people were injured in the attacks.

In the village of Karaichne, Vovchansk community, a 56-year-old man was injured. In the village of Hrushivka, Kindrashivka community, a 58-year-old man and a 79-year-old man were wounded.

In the village of Vilkhuvatka, a 46-year-old man was killed due to the explosion of an unidentified object.

The enemy attacked the Nemyslianskyi district of Kharkiv with a UAV.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons in the Kharkiv region:

▪️7 KABs (guided bombs);
▪️4 Shahed-type drones;
▪️4 Geran-2-type drones;
▪️1 Molniya-type UAV;
▪️4 FPV drones.

Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed:
▪️In the Kharkiv district, a private house in the village of Kozacha Lopan was damaged;
▪️In the Kupiansk district: a private house and a car in Kupiansk, an apartment building in Hrushivka, and wheat fields caught fire in Shevchenkove;
▪️In the Berestivka district, wheat fields were on fire in the village of Krasne.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, 18 educational institutions have been closed in Kharkiv and the region, two of them during the 2024–2025 academic year, according to the RMA.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

The day before, Ukrainian forces repelled 74 attacks by Russian occupation troops in the Pokrovsk direction. Fighting took place near the settlements of Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Mykolaivka, Rodynske, Novotoretske, Udachne, Novosergiivka, Kotliarivka, Muravka, Zelenyi Kut, and Oleksiivka. In total, 212 combat engagements were recorded along the entire frontline on July 13, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Pokrovsk direction remains the most difficult on the entire frontline. Russian occupation forces are attempting to mass assault groups of 400–500 soldiers and storm Ukrainian positions without using heavy equipment, said Maksym Prudeus, an officer of the 210th Separate Assault Regiment.

Shelling

During the night of July 14, Russian occupation forces attacked Sloviansk with Shahed drones. The strike occurred within city limits, reported Vadym Liakh, Head of the Sloviansk Military Administration. There were no casualties or injuries among civilians.

The day before, police recorded 3,487 enemy attacks.

Eight settlements came under fire: the cities of Dobropillia, Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Sloviansk, the town of Novodonetske, and the villages of Bokove, Donetske, and Ivanopillia.

63 civilian objects were damaged, including 44 residential buildings.

In Bokove, the Russians struck with a Geran-2 UAV, killing two people and damaging a locomotive.

In Sloviansk, the enemy dropped four KAB-250 aerial bombs and launched a drone attack. As a result, two civilians were injured; nine apartment buildings, 39 private houses, a school, medical facilities, a kindergarten, and a cultural complex were damaged.

Kostiantynivka was shelled with drones and artillery—three civilians were injured, and a private house, an educational institution, and vehicles were damaged.

In Dobropillia, a drone strike injured two people and damaged a private home and a locomotive.

Other

In June, police officers, together with volunteers, evacuated 196 people from Kostiantynivka, including 13 children. The city is under constant fire, with enemy drones particularly active. As a result, the number of evacuation requests has increased, but rescue efforts have become much more difficult.

In the village of Laryne in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, a mass fish die-off occurred in a local river. Locals blame uncontrolled dumping of industrial waste and sewage, reports the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement.

Russian drones are monitoring roads, making it increasingly difficult to deliver humanitarian aid. People are buying out all remaining food in local stores.

More than 1,500 people remain in Pokrovsk, with twice as many in the surrounding community, reported Serhii Dobriak, Head of the Pokrovsk Military Administration.

Luhansk oblast

In the Luhansk direction, russian forces employed the entire range of available weaponry, according to the Regional Military Administration. The enemy launched airstrikes, used multiple launch rocket systems, and opened fire 41 times with tube artillery. A total of 77 Russian UAVs and 10 FPV drones were deployed to carry out combat missions. Over the past 24 hours, 28 enemy attacks were recorded in the Lyman direction, particularly in the areas of Hrekivka and Bilohorivka.

On the territory of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” (LPR), water supply and sewage systems are in a state of emergency. Several settlements are experiencing flooded basements and pipe bursts in the streets. The most severe problems are found in areas occupied since 2014, where for 11 years, housing and communal infrastructure has been chronically underfunded. Even in Luhansk, the sewage system is in critical condition, despite Moscow’s oversight.

Over the past day, more than 130 fires were recorded in the region, including in the Sievierodonetsk area, where over 100 hectares of forest were destroyed by flames. The occupation administration has declared a state of emergency. In addition, due to adverse weather conditions, some settlements are experiencing power and water supply outages.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The RMA reported that the enemy once again attacked Kyiv oblast with UAVs at night. Crews of drone interceptors from ‘Clear Sky’ intercepted a dozen drones on the oblast borders. No casualties among the population were reoprted.

In Bila Tserkva district, the attack caused a fire in a farm building. The fire has been extinguished.

In the Fastiv district, a fire in a warehouse has been extinguished. Six trucks and a hangar were damaged.

The Clear Sky project is expanding in Kyiv oblast. Twelve crews are already patrolling the airspace.

US Special Representative Keith Kellogg arrived in Kyiv. He met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. They discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defence, joint production, joint procurement of defence equipment with Europe, and sanctions against russia.

A free basic course on preparing for national resistance is starting in four districts of Kyiv oblast. It will last four weeks.

The Tarashcha community hosted the eighth ‘Survival School’ tent camp, where young people learned to survive in extreme conditions.

Zhytomyr oblast

In Zhytomyr, a modern multifunctional school hub will be built for €17 million on the site of Lyceum No. 25. This project, known as the School of the Future for Ukraine, was developed by Italian and Ukrainian architects and won an international architectural competition initiated by Lithuania in 2023.

On July 13, Zhytomyr and Rivne teams played a friendly match in amputees, an adaptive sport on crutches for people with injuries and amputations. According to the participants, this sport is a moral support on the way to rehabilitation for veterans who have lost their limbs.

Sumy oblast

As of 8am on 14 July, 2025 the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 russian attacks. The enemy carried out 10 airstrikes, dropped a total of 22 guided aerial bombs, and conducted 340 shelling attacks, including six from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Sumy City Council informed that thirteen adults and one child were injured in Sumy as a result of enemy attacks. Four of the injured, including the child, are receiving inpatient treatment. The attacks damaged two academic buildings and a cafeteria of one university, a hospital department, and a private building. A total of five UAV strikes were reported across the city.

At night, the occupiers shelled the city of Shostka in Sumy oblast, killing two people. Four others were injured, including a 7-year-old child. According to the Regional Military Administration, around 30 buildings were damaged and a civilian infrastructure facility was destroyed.

The Regional Military Administration stated that in Shostka community, two men — aged 50 and 55 — were killed by UAV and guided aerial bomb strikes. They were outside during the attack and died on the spot from sustained injuries. Four residents of an apartment building were injured, including a 7-year-old child. A 30-year-old mother and her son were hospitalized. Another 30-year-old woman underwent surgery. A 30-year-old man also sought medical attention and is being treated on an outpatient basis.

Following another enemy drone attack on 13 June, residents of Konotop region were injured. In the residential area of Buniakyne village, Nova Slobidka community, russian forces reportedly struck by four drones. Two civilian men — aged 63 and 71 — were injured and hospitalized.

According to the Regional Military Administration, yesterday, a local resident was injured in Seredyna-Buda community due to MLRS shelling. In Sumy community, one man was killed and three civilians were injured as a result of russian attacks.

During the evacuation of a wounded person in Stetskivka starosta district, a russian drone attacked medics. While they were providing aid and evacuating the victim after a russian strike on civilians, the enemy launched a second attack on the emergency medical team. Two paramedics are undergoing medical examination in hospital.

During the day, from the morning of 13 July to the morning of 14 July, russian forces carried out over 90 shelling attacks on 32 settlements across 14 territorial communities in the oblast. During this period, civilian infrastructure was damaged: in Seredyna-Buda community — a private residential house; in Sumy community — a motor cultivator and non-residential buildings; in Shostka community — around 30 multi-story, private, and non-residential buildings were damaged. One civilian infrastructure facility was destroyed. Recovery efforts are ongoing, and the extent of the destruction is being clarified.

Over the past day, five people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities in cooperation with units of the State Emergency Service, National Police, and public organizations.

Two people injured in the enemy attack on Shostka on 13 June were transported to Kyiv Burn Center. Both are in a critically stable condition and are receiving highly specialized medical care.

Chernihiv oblast

Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, Head of Chernihiv City Military Administration, said that on the outskirts of Chernihiv on the evening of 14 July, the fall of russian ‘Shahed’ drones was recorded. No injuries were reported as a result of the UAV crash.

‘North’ Operational Command reported that on 13 June, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (37 explosions), FPV-drone strikes (14 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (13 explosions). A total of 18 settlements came under enemy fire.

As a result of russian strikes on Semenivka community, private houses were damaged in Mykolaivka village. In Semenivka, a critical infrastructure facility and a vehicle were damaged.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, informed that over the past week, russian forces attacked 32 settlements in the oblast. The military carried out 202 shelling attacks and launched 389 strikes. Two people were injured during this period: a woman riding a scooter sustained shrapnel wounds from an FPV-drone strike, and a tractor driver was seriously injured by another FPV-drone. In Novhorod-Siverskyi region, UAV-dropped explosives caused fires in residential houses, a village club, a former farm, and the local fire station. Homes and vehicles were destroyed.

According to the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting, journalist of ‘Novyi Chernihiv’ TV channel and Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Bohdan Zaiats was killed at the front. He died as a result of russian artillery shelling while performing a combat mission on the front line on 30 January, 2025. However, official confirmation of his death was only received recently.

According to the Regional Military Administration, over the past week, from 7 July to 13 July, more than 50 people left the border areas of Chernihiv oblast: 29 from Novhorod-Siverskyi, 23 from border settlements of Snovsk community, and one person from Horodnia region.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Air defence forces were active in the oblast, shooting down 10 enemy UAVs.

As a result of an attack in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, a 51-year-old man and 2 13-year-old girls were injured. 

A fire broke out, damaging 3 private houses, 2 garages, 4 outbuildings. 7 cars were destroyed and 4 damaged. Also, a fire occurred in Kryvyi Rih region, where infrastructure was damaged. Later in the evening and in the morning, the enemy continued attacks on Nikopol region by drones and artillery. Strikes targeted the regional centre, Pokrov and Marhanets communities.

The russian forces attacked 3 regions in the oblast: Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol and Synelnykove. Around 30 strikes were launched on Nikopol region, hitting the regional centre, Myrove, Pokrov and Marhanets communities. Fires broke out, and a 63-year-old woman was injured – she will recover at home. An administrative building, 2 private houses, outbuildings, infrastructure and a gas pipeline were damaged. The enemy used KABs and drones to strike Malomykhailivka, Velykomykhailivka, Raivka communities in Synelnykove region, causing a fire and damaging a non-operational building, a bus stop and a vehicle. A drone strike was reported in Zelenodolsk community of Kryvyi Rih region.

Vinnytsia oblast 

Vinnytsia honoured the memory of civilians killed in the missile strike on 14 July 2022. On that day, russian forces launched missiles at one of the city’s central squares, killing 29 civilians, including 3 children. A Day of Mourning was officially declared by the mayor. At exactly 10:46am, a citywide minute of silence was held – the precise time of the strike.

Kirovohrad oblast

Andrii Raikovych, Head of the RMA, reported that during the night, air defence systems were active. Debris from a downed drone caused a fire in a wheat field, burning around 20ha. The fire was extinguished. Another drone was shot down near a private house in Kropyvnytskyi region. There were no injuries or destruction reported.

Poltava oblast

Kateryna Yamshchykova, Secretary of the City Council, said that the aftermath of the 13 July evening shelling of Poltava community includes damage to 5 private houses. Cleanup efforts are underway, with municipal services documenting the destruction. Volunteers are providing building materials for urgent repairs.

2 soldiers from Poltava oblast killed defending Ukraine: Soldier Ihor Kolisnyk from Novi Sanzhary killed on 5 July 2025 in a medical facility from gunshot wounds sustained during a combat mission on 4 July near Oleksandro-Kalynove, Donetsk oblast; Junior Sergeant Taras Mishchenko from Myrhorod killed on 11 July 2025, in Novopavlivka, Dnipropetrovsk oblast, during a russian artillery strike.

15 memorial steles will be installed in Kremenchuk in memory of residents killed in the missile strike on the Amstor shopping mall on 27 June 2022, which killed 21 people. 1 person, Larysa Kokhanivska, was declared legally dead in April 2023 after being missing since the attack.

In Kotelva, a Alley of Heroes was inaugurated at Troitske (Trinity) Cemetery, in the honorary section dedicated to military personnel who died in the russian-Ukrainian war.

Cherkasy oblast

Air defense forces in Cherkasy region destroyed four “shahids”. No infrastructure was damaged and no one was injured. This was reported by the head of the JFO Ihor Taburets.

A soldier from the Shpolyanska community, Andriy Mozgovyi, was killed in action near the village of Yunakivka, Sumy region, on July 10, 2025. He served as an assistant grenade launcher of the airborne assault squad of the airborne assault platoon of the airborne assault company of the airborne assault battalion.

In Kalynopol, the mother of the fallen soldier Oleksandr Klymenko donated two million hryvnias for the construction of a church. She received financial assistance from the state after her son’s death. On June 22, 2022, Oleksandr Klymenko was killed in the Donetsk region while defending Ukraine. Therefore, in order to preserve the memory of her son, Liubov Harkava decided to give two million hryvnias from the financial assistance provided by the state for the families of fallen soldiers to build a church. The land plot was transferred to the ownership of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine by a decision of the village council in September 2014.

In the village of Melnyky, volunteers handed over a circular turret, a rotating part of military equipment that can be used to mount weapons, to a mobile air defense fire team. It was purchased thanks to donations collected during the blooming of the Peony Ravine. This year, one and a half thousand peony bushes bloomed, and visitors at the entrance could donate any amount to a special box. In early June, we managed to raise UAH 120 thousand in two weeks: 40 thousand were transferred for rehabilitation activities for the veterans who helped during this period and kept order, and 80 thousand were transferred as a contribution to the turret. This was announced by Yuriy Romanch, the initiator of the Peony Ravine.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

On 13 July, the occupiers executed 490 attacks on 10 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces launched four airstrikes on Huliaipole and Malynivka. 342 UAVs of various modifications (mostly FPV) attacked Stepove, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Mykilske. Five MLRS attacks hit Kamianske, Shcherbaky, and Mala Tokmachka. 139 artillery strikes targeted Kamianske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Yehorivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Three reports were received about the destruction of private houses, garages, and cars. One person was injured in an enemy attack on Polohy region.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 14 July, the russians launched one assault on Ukrainian positions, trying to advance toward Kamianske in Orikhiv direction. On 13 July, the Defense Forces repelled two russian attacks towards Orikhiv.

Today, 14 July, explosions were heard in temporarily occupied Velyka Bilozerka. According to Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, an enemy ammunition depot is detonating there.

Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), who are part of the mission at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), found numerous shell casings from small arms near reactors five and six. On 12 July around 22:00, the agency’s mission at the ZNPP heard hundreds of small arms shots. This military activity lasted for about an hour. The next day, 13 July, IAEA experts discovered numerous small-caliber shell casings scattered near the fifth and sixth nuclear reactor units. At the same time, no signs of broken windows or other physical damage were found. According to the agency, the gunfire allegedly followed a series of probable drone attacks near the ZNPP.

Mykolaiv oblast

In the evening of 13 July, the enemy attacked the regional center with Shahed 131/136 type UAVs. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out in a warehouse containing materials for the food industry. No casualties were reported.

Over the past day, air defense forces destroyed two Shahed 131/136 UAVs over Mykolaiv oblast.

Yesterday, 13 July, the enemy carried out three FPV drone attacks on Kutsurub community. In the village of Dmytrivka, fires broke out twice in open areas with dry grass following the shelling, and in two outbuildings on private property. A private house was damaged, and a wheat field caught fire. No casualties were reported.

Odesa oblast

On the afternoon of 14 July, at approximately 14:05, an explosion was heard in Odesa oblast during an air raid alert. Residents of one of Odesa’s districts also reported hearing it. Before this, the Air Force had warned of a threat of ballistic missile use, and later about a high-speed target heading toward Chornomorsk and Ovidiopil.

Kherson oblast

At approximately 14:50, a resident of Kherson was injured by a russian drone attack. The 67-year-old woman sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her face and neck.

At 13:30, russians attacked Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a drone. Three men aged 57, 54, and 60 were injured. All suffered blast injuries, and the two younger men also had shrapnel wounds to their limbs and torsos. Later, the head of the city military administration, Yaroslav Shanko, reported that a 59-year-old man was killed in the same drone attack.

Around 12:15, russians attacked a man in Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district with a drone. The 40-year-old man sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to his shoulder, leg, and back.

At noon, russian forces shelled Kherson’s downtown. Two people were injured. A 57-year-old woman suffered a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to her leg. A 46-year-old man also sustained a blast injury.

Around 11:50, russians shelled Kherson with artillery. A 71-year-old man at a public transport stop was injured, reportedly with a blast injury.

At about 11:00, russian forces attacked a bus stop in Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district with a drone. Two men sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.

A resident of Kherson sought medical attention after being attacked by a russian drone at around 06:00. The 57-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to her neck.

In Antonivka, a 49-year-old woman was injured by a russian landmine. She stepped on a “Lepestok” anti-personnel mine and sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wound to her foot.

A resident of Bilozerka, injured the day before in a russian attack, was hospitalized. The 86-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury, concussion, and traumatic brain injury.

Yesterday, the enemy attacked Antonivka, Berehove, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Burhunka, Veletenske, Virivka, Darivka, Doslidne, Zmiivka, Kizomys, Komyshany, Lvivske, Mykilske, Mykolaivka, Molodetske, Naddniprianske, Nezlamne, Novoberyslav, Novovorontsovka, Odradokamianka, Olhivka, Poniativka, Prydniprovske, Respublikanets, Sadove, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Tokarivka, Tomaryne, Tomyna Balka, Shyroka Balka, and Kherson city. As a result of the attacks, seven apartment buildings, nine private houses, a cell tower, a summerhouse cooperative, private vehicles, and a market area were damaged. One person was killed and six were injured due to russian aggression.

According to the General Staff as of 16:00 on 14 July, Ukrainian defenders repelled four russian assault attempts on the Dniprovskyi front. On 13 July, the Defense Forces stopped seven enemy attempts to seize a foothold on Dnipro islands. Over the past day, the enemy lost 50 personnel, 15 artillery systems, 23 vehicles, one boat, four electronic warfare systems, three reconnaissance drones, two Starlink antennas, one communication antenna, two UAV control antennas, one field fuel depot, one field ammo depot, and one transformer substation. Fifty-six shelters and eight observation posts were destroyed.

Over the past week, “Fortitude” mobile clinics operated in Karierne, Zahradivka, Orlove, Mykhailove, Novopavlivka, and Soniachne. The mobile team included a therapist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, cardiologist, and endocrinologist. In total, 550 residents received medical assistance.

For over a week, 18 children of fallen Heroes and missing persons from Lutsk community have been in the city of Kent (the US), with which a partnership agreement has been concluded. The project is being implemented jointly with the Together Ministry public organization.

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA held a meeting with MP Vitalii Bezhin. They discussed draft laws on postponing the development of comprehensive community plans.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

431 veterans received certificates for the purchase of housing. The certificates were awarded with financial support from the European Union within the framework of the implementation of the Ukraine Facility instrument.

Lviv oblast

A day has passed since the large-scale shelling of Lviv. Municipal services cleared roads and passages, closed windows and balconies where possible. Everyone who needed them received temporary housing. Now they are looking for apartments to rent – the city will compensate for the costs. The next priority is to cover the damaged roofs. The preliminary conclusion of experts: the house on Olena Stepanivna Street cannot be restored.

The President of Ukraine awarded Oleh Onufryk, Sniper of the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of Polissya, from Strii region, with the III degree For Courage Order (posthumously). The defender was killed in January 2024 while performing a combat mission near Mariinka, Donetsk oblast.

Rivne oblast

A delegation from Rivne oblast held a number of international meetings in Rome. The Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine (URC2025) was held there. In addition, within the framework of URC2025, there was a location where all those present could get acquainted with the potential of Rivne oblast.

Ternopil oblast

40 children from Ternopil went to Lithuania for recuperation. These are children from the families of defenders, as well as children of fallen Heroes. They will stay at a recreation camp in the city of Kaltanienai.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi community sent 250 good 10-inch FPV drones worth UAH 3.6m to the military thanks to budget funds.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Bukovina, another religious parish voted to transition from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the moscow patriarchate to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The meeting was held in the village of Nagoryany, Dniester district. The transition was supported by 81 community members.

The Czech Republic will train 8 more Ukrainian F-16 pilots by the end of 2026. This involves 150 hours of flight training worth about 32m Czech crowns, which will be used to train Ukrainian pilots.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, met with General Keith Kellogg, US President’s special representative. They discussed the path to peace and what they can practically do together to bring it closer.
