It has been the 1085 th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

The enemy continues its attempts to advance deeper into Ukrainian territory. As of now, the enemy has attacked Defense Forces’ positions 74 times, with the most intense activity occurring in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivka, and Kursk directions.

Border areas of our country continue to suffer from Russian artillery shelling. The affected settlements include Rudak, Marchykhyna Buda, Fotovyzh, Vilna Sloboda, Bila Bereza, Stepanivka, Seredyna Buda, Lypa, Stara Huta, Luhivka, Nova Huta, Tymonovychi, and Popivka in Sumy Oblast, as well as Huta-Studenetska in Chernihiv Oblast.

The enemy has attacked our positions in the Kupiansk direction five times near the settlements of Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Novosilka, Pishchane, and Zahryzove. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, enemy units continue their assaults near the settlements of Kopanky, Novomykhailivka, Novoliubivka, Yampolivka, and Kolodiazi. Since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian forces have repelled four enemy attacks in this area, with one more battle currently ongoing.

Two combat engagements have been recorded in the Siversk direction. Our defenders repelled one enemy assault near Bilohorivka, while another battle is still underway.

In the Kramatorsk direction, three combat engagements are ongoing near Chasiv Yar and Vasiukivka.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy has carried out eight attacks so far, particularly active in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. Our defenders are putting up a strong resistance, with three battles still ongoing.

The hottest spot today is the Pokrovsk direction. Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have launched 22 attacks on our defenders’ positions near Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Zvyrove, Nadiivka, Uspenivka, Andriivka, Oleksandrivka, Dachne, and Shevchenko. The Defense Forces have repelled 17 attacks, while five combat engagements are still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the occupiers have attempted to advance 11 times against Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Konstantynopil, Burlatske, and Rivnopil. Four combat engagements are still in progress.

In the Hulyaipole direction, our defenders repelled one enemy attack near Kamianske. The settlements of Novopil and Kamianske were hit by airstrikes with unguided missiles.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy used assault aviation near the settlement of Piatykhatky.

The enemy has not conducted active operations in the Kharkiv and Prydniprovia directions.

In the Kursk region, our defenders repelled six enemy attacks today, while five battles are still ongoing. Additionally, the enemy carried out 10 airstrikes, dropping 14 guided bombs, and launched 293 artillery shellings, including 18 from multiple rocket launch systems.

No significant changes have been observed in other directions at this time.


Russians have submitted requests to Ukraine regarding 50,000 missing invaders. This figure represents only those cases where requests have been made. And these are just the ones who are not afraid to contact Ukraine. Estimates suggest that Russia has over 100,000 missing soldiers in total, not counting those whom Ukraine has already confirmed as dead. Many of the missing Russians are scattered across the fields, with their remains being carried off by dogs. Their identification is of no interest to Russia. This information was reported by Bohdan Okhrimenko, Head of the Secretariat of the Coordination Headquarters.

Nearly 40,000 Ukrainians have applied to recruitment centers. Of these, 8,300 have become candidates for the Defense Forces. Currently, 48 recruitment centers are operating across Ukraine, primarily in Administrative Service Centers (CNAPs), with 47 functioning offline. According to the Ministry of Defense, the most active recruitment efforts are taking place in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv.

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline Update

As of 22:00, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions eight times in the Kupiansk sector, near the settlements of Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Novoosynove, Pishchane, Lozova, and Zahryzove. According to the General Staff, two battles are still ongoing.

In the Lyman sector, Russian units continue their assaults near Kopanky in the Kharkiv region. A total of nine attacks were recorded in this direction over the past 24 hours.

In the Kharkiv sector, Russian forces did not conduct any active offensive operations.

As of 16:00, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions in the Kupiansk sector five times near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Novosilka, Pishchane, and Zahryzove. Three battles are still ongoing, according to the Regional Military Administration (RMA).

In the Lyman sector, Russian units continue their assaults near Kopanky.

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy did not conduct any assault operations over the past day, the RMA reported.

Over the past 24 hours, seven Russian attacks occurred in the Kupiansk sector. Defense forces repelled assaults near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Nova Kruhliakivka, and Zahryzove.

For the past two months, the Russian army has been actively using fiber-optic drones in the Kharkiv sector, according to border guard Oleksandr Danylenko from the “Hart” brigade. He noted that these drones are resistant to electronic warfare systems and can only be destroyed with small arms fire.

Shelling

At around 13:00, in the Borivska community, the enemy struck the village of Horokhivka in the Izium district with a loitering munition based on an FPV drone near an emergency medical vehicle, the RMA reported. The vehicle was damaged, but no medical personnel were injured.

Between 12:10 and 12:30, Russian forces attacked the Zolochiv community with guided aerial bombs (KABs), according to local military administration head Viktor Kovalenko. Two airstrikes hit Karasivka, damaging 10 houses and farm buildings. Two more KABs struck an open area near Vysoke, with no reported casualties.

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched:

  • 16 KABs,
  • 30 UAVs of various types, 23 of which were shot down by air defense forces.

At 18:00, Kupiansk district, Dvorichna community, village of Kutkivka came under fire. A 54-year-old man was injured.

At 16:30, Bohodukhiv district, Zolochiv community, village of Berezivka was shelled. Two vehicles were damaged as a result of strikes on open terrain near the village.

At 12:00, Kharkiv district, Lyptsi community, village of Borshchova was shelled by MLRS. The strike hit open ground in the village.

At 11:35, Kupiansk district, Kupiansk community, village of Osynove was shelled. The local House of Culture and a civilian vehicle were damaged.

At 11:27, a KAB strike hit Zolochiv in the Bohodukhiv district, injuring seven people. Two private houses were destroyed, and 11 more were partially damaged.

At 11:10, Russian aviation launched six KAB strikes in the Bohodukhiv district, Zolochiv community. The attacks targeted:

  • An agricultural enterprise, damaging farm structures;
  • 1 KAB struck open terrain on the outskirts of Svitlychne;
  • 2 KABs hit a forest area near Oriashanka;
  • 1 KAB struck open terrain near Berezivka;
  • 1 KAB hit open ground near Makarykha.

At 08:45, Kupiansk district, Kupiansk community, village of Osynove was shelled. A house caught fire.

Since the beginning of 2025, the enemy has shelled Kharkiv region nearly 400 times. Most strikes have been carried out using UAVs (97 recorded attacks). The enemy has also launched nearly 100 KAB strikes.

Since the start of 2025, 716 infrastructure objects have been damaged or destroyed due to Russian attacks. These include:

  • Over 400 apartment buildings and private houses,
  • 3 schools,
  • 2 hospitals,
  • 1 university,
  • 1 kindergarten.

Other Updates

In the past day, 49 people (including 9 children) were evacuated from the Kupiansk and Borivske sectors.

As of February 12, 260 people, including children, remain in the border Svitchlychne district in Kharkiv region. Most settlements in the area have no electricity, water, or gas supply.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

Russian forces have reduced the number of attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. Over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled 30 assaults, particularly near Tarasivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Kotlyne, Pishchane, Udachne, Nadiivka, Ulakly, and Shevchenko. The day before, there were 47 attacks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Additionally, the occupiers carried out 13 attacks in the Toretsk direction, specifically in the areas of Shcherbynivka and Dyliivka, as well as in the urban area of Toretsk.

Shelling

Around 11:00 AM, the Russian army shelled Sloviansk, with strikes recorded in three districts of the city, according to Vadym Liakh, the head of the local military administration. The occupiers damaged about 30 private houses, an educational institution, and two enterprises. No casualties or injuries have been reported.

A record number of attacks was registered in Donetsk Oblast on February 11. Russian forces launched 3,933 strikes using artillery, drones, and aviation—the highest number in a single day since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to regional governor Vadym Filashkin.

The attacks targeted seven settlements: the cities of Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, and the villages of Druzhkivske, Illinivka, and Novodmytrivka, police reported.

Russian forces struck Kostiantynivka and its surroundings with 14 FAB-250 aerial bombs and drones, injuring three civilians. The attack damaged 38 private houses, three civilian vehicles, two enterprises, a gas station, power lines, and a gas pipeline.

Pokrovsk was shelled by Russia using an FAB-250 bomb and artillery, damaging an apartment building, 14 private houses, and three utility structures.

In Druzhkivka, the enemy targeted the industrial zone with two FAB-250 aerial bombs, causing destruction.

In Novodmytrivka, Kostiantynivka community, a bomb strike damaged nine private houses.

Near Illinivka, an enemy drone attacked a civilian vehicle—no casualties were reported. In Myrnohrad, a vehicle was damaged.

Other News

The so-called head of the “DPR,” Denis Pushilin, has been notified in absentia of new charges. According to the investigation, since 2014, he has participated in forming the occupying authorities, organized the export of grain from Mariupol, and passed numerous “laws” in the interests of the aggressor state, the Security Service of Ukraine reports.

Seventy-six out of 226 residents remain in the village of Seleznivka, Mykolaivska community, Donetsk region. There are no stores, but electricity, gas, and water supplies are operational. Most houses in Seleznivka were destroyed by the occupiers in 2014, and residents are still working to restore their homes.

Two veterans from Donetsk region—Viktor Dykyi from Lyman and Oleksandr Andriyenko from Avdiivka—won two medals at the Invictus Games 2025. Viktor earned a silver medal in cross-country skiing, while Oleksandr won bronze in biathlon.

Luhansk oblast

Frontline Updates

The enemy is increasing pressure in Bilohorivka, according to the regional military administration (OVA). With air support, Russian forces attempted to advance in the Lyman sector, particularly near Novolyubivka. They shelled Ukrainian defenders’ positions and surrounding villages eight times using artillery. Ukrainian forces successfully repelled another assault in Bilohorivka.

Russian forces have doubled their use of drones in this sector, with 221 enemy UAVs attempting to complete combat missions.

For nearly two weeks, the security situation prevented the evacuation of the last three residents of Novolyubivka, but they were successfully rescued last week.

Occupied Luhansk

A food crisis has emerged in kindergartens in occupied Luhansk, where children’s diets now consist only of porridge and bread, reports the National Resistance Center.

Starting September 1, 2026, schools in occupied Luhansk region will introduce new specialized textbooks on social studies and Russia’s “spiritual and moral culture.” These textbooks will emphasize not liberal but so-called “traditional values” of the occupiers. The spiritual and moral culture of Russia’s peoples will be included in the curriculum for 5th to 7th grade students.

Meanwhile, for 9th-grade students in Sievierodonetsk, the occupiers have launched career orientation programs, where Russian military recruiters encourage students to sign contracts with the Russian army. According to new Russian legislation, young recruits can skip mandatory conscription and be sent directly to the combat zone.

The Luhansk branch of the Russian military-sports training center “Voin” has started collaborating with all so-called “LNR” universities, where students will now receive military-applied training.

Infrastructure & Military Logistics

In occupied Luhansk, Russian authorities have closed three bridges due to their critical condition. These bridges had been used to transport military equipment, according to the National Resistance Center and OVA head Artem Lysogor.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

According to the RMA, at night the enemy attacked Kyiv oblast with attack drones and missiles. As a result of the enemy attack, non-residential buildings in Obukhiv district were on fire. In Boryspil district, 10 private houses were damaged by the debris of downed UAVs, and one house was damaged in Fastiv district. Outbuildings and two cars were also damaged.

The Happy Paw Foundation for Homeless Animals reported that as a result of the russian missile and drone attack, the warehouse where humanitarian aid for animals from shelters was stored was severely damaged. The entire food reserve was lost. Other foodstuffs stored in the warehouse were also destroyed.

According to the head of the KCMA, Timur Tkachenko, Kyiv was attacked by russian Iskander-M missiles. The missile attack killed a Kyiv resident born in 1985 and injured four residents, including a 9-year-old child. 

As a result of the russian attack in Kyiv, residential buildings, an office building and non-residential infrastructure were damaged in Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Obolonskyi, Dniprovskyi and Pecherskyi districts.

The State Emergency Service reported that a fire broke out in an office building from the 7th to the 1st floor in Obolon district, a large-scale fire in a warehouse building of 600 square metres in Holosiivskyi district, and a fire on the roof of an apartment building in Solomianskyi district. As of 10:00 a.m., the fires were extinguished or contained.

Kyivgas reported that the facades and roofs of gasified buildings in Obolon were damaged as a result of an enemy attack. Kyivgas specialists, together with emergency services, are working at the sites where the debris fell. They are checking the condition of the damaged communications for gas contamination

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko informed that the city’s targeted programme ‘Support for Kyiv Defenders of Ukraine’ was presented to veterans of the russian-Ukrainian war and military personnel who are currently defending Ukraine. According to him, this year the Kyiv City Council has already allocated UAH 5 billion to the programme to support the military.

On 12 February, at the Central Railway Station, doctors were accepting people who wanted to donate blood to be transferred to the Kyiv Regional Blood Centre. The queues included honorary donors and first-time donors.

The Kyiv City State Administration reported that the Museum of the History of Kyiv will open an exhibition ‘The Universe of Love’ on 13 February, featuring the works of artist Lyubov Panchenko, who died during the temporary russian capture of Bucha in 2022. Liubov Panchenko was a sixties artist known for her sketches of clothes, decorative painting, fabric applications, graphics, and paintings. She also embroidered national costumes for choirs and raised money to help political prisoners serving sentences ‘for anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda’.

The animated film “I Died in Irpin” won a short film festival in France. The film, which lasts 11 minutes and 29 seconds, was awarded in the Best International Animation 2025 category.

Zhytomyr oblast

An air raid shelter is to be completed on the territory of Zhytomyr Lyceum No. 8 by 30 April 2025. The construction of the building from scratch began in December 2023. It is currently 80 per cent complete.

Recently, SES experts visited the students of the Troshchansky Lyceum in Zhytomyr district to teach them safety rules. A mobile mine safety classroom was used for the event.

The documentary film ‘Zhytomyr oblast in the struggle. 1000 Days of the Great War’ was screened in Kyiv, dedicated to the events that took place in \oblast during the beginning of the full-scale war. It is a reflection of how Ukraine survived, how people supported each other, and how Zhytomyr oblast became part of the resistance. 

Sumy oblast

The Regional Military Administration reported that on 12 February, air defense systems shot down 15 russian drones over Sumy oblast.

Konotop Regional Military Administration informed that in Krolevets community, two russian drones fell at night. The local farm was damaged. There were no civilian casualties.

On 12 February, Serhii Minakov, Head of Esman community, reported that a resident of the community was injured by a russian rocket attack that occurred on the evening of 11 February. In Ulanove village, a man, who was born in 1981, was wounded. He was taken to Hlukhiv Hospital with shrapnel injuries.

On the night of 12 February, the russian army attacked Krolevets and Verkhnia Syrovatka communities in Sumy oblast. According to the Regional Police, civilian infrastructure was damaged. As a result of drone strikes, in Verkhnia Syrovatka community one person was injured, six private houses, and an administrative building were damaged.

At night, emergency service workers extinguished three fires that broke out due to russian strikes on Sumy oblast. The State Emergency Service reported that the fires were put out in Krasnopillia and Verkhnia Syrovatka communities. Residential houses and utility buildings were burning.

During the past day, russians carried out 97 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 130 explosions. The attacks targeted Bezdryk, Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropilia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Putyvl, Esman, Shalyhyne, Khutir-Mykhailivskyi, Seredyna-Buda, and Znob-Novhorod communities.

As a result of the strike on Krasnopillia community, two civilians were killed and two were injured. The attack damaged an educational institution building, a car, four apartment buildings, five private houses, ten utility structures, and other outbuildings.

In Velyka Pysarivka community, a car was damaged as a result of the strike.

The Regional Department of Education and Science reported that in 2024, six projects for the construction and reconstruction of shelters in educational institutions were implemented in Sumy oblast using state and local budget funds. In 2025, the implementation of nine more projects that started last year will continue. 

Chernihiv oblast

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, reported that on the night of 12 February, the russian army attacked one of the critical infrastructure facilities in Pryluky region. As a result of the russian attack, two people were injured and a fire broke out. The explosion damaged utility buildings. 

 Chernihiv Border Detachment informed that over the past day, on 11 February, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovsk, and Horodnia. The attacks involved mortar fire (20 strikes), barrel artillery (2 strikes, one of which was a cluster munition), launching unguided aviation rockets from helicopters (4 strikes), dropping explosives from UAVs (18 strikes), and using FPV-drones (14 strikes). Explosions were heard towards nine villages.

Leonid Myslyvets, Head of Oster community, reported that on the night of 11 February, russian drone got entangled in a power line and exploded in Yevmynka. As a result, five households were damaged: four residential houses, as well as barns, summer kitchens, a cellar, and a garage. No people were injured. 

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

In the evening, the enemy fired a missile at Kryvyi Rih. Infrastructure, a petrol station, an educational institution, a hotel, administrative buildings, 3 apartment buildings and 33 cars were damaged. In the evening and at night, the occupiers continued to attack Nikopol region. Russian troops targeted the communities of Myrove and Marhanets. They fired from artillery and dropped ammunition from a drone. In the morning, the enemy resumed attacks on the area. The occupiers sent a kamikaze drone to Nikopol. 

Air defence forces were working in the area. The defenders of the skies from the Vostok Air Force destroyed 3 enemy drones.

During the day, the occupiers fired at Nikopol about two dozen times. They fired from artillery, kamikaze drones and dropped ammunition from a drone. The enemy targeted the district centre, Pokrovsk, Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities. Enterprises, a private house, an outbuilding, a petrol station and infrastructure were damaged.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​It has become known that nine defenders from Vinnytsia region were killed. They are Sergey Kuzmenko, Sergey Fedoruk, Alexander Tarasovsky, Alexey Kazmiruk, Dmitry Agatiev, Dmitry Vechirko, Evgeny Olyzko, Alexander Volovod and Sergey Kachurovsky.

The Vinnytsia community handed over five off-road vehicles to the Chervona Kalyna soldiers. This is the 21st transfer of aid to this unit from the community.

Kirovohrad oblast

Night and morning in the Kirovograd region with air alerts. The Air Armed forces were working. An enemy UAV was shot down. There were no casualties or damage. 

In the Kropyvnytskyi region, the restoration of households that were damaged a week ago as a result of an enemy attack continues. In the house that suffered the most damage, the destroyed roof and wall have been replaced. Gas supply is being restored and a new fence is being installed. New windows have also been ordered. The money for them will be reimbursed from the local budget.

In Kirovohrad oblast, the majority of women in positions that were occupied by men before the full-scale war are working in agriculture. During the full-scale war, the labour market has changed – women are replacing mobilised men, and those who want to change their profession can take advantage of a joint pilot project from the Employment Service, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Education. This was reported by Tetiana Kesler, Head of the Employment Policy Implementation Department of the Regional Employment Centre.

Poltava oblast

A defender from Poltava region, Oleksandr Sova, was killed while performing a combat mission. He had the rank of captain. He was 44 years old.

Cherkasy oblast

Ukrainian defenders destroyed 6 russian UAVs in the Cherkasy sky. There were no casualties or damage.

Every Wednesday and Saturday in Cherkasy, about a dozen people come to Soborna Square to observe a minute of silence for the fallen heroes. In this way, they try to remind the public of the realities in which Ukraine is currently living.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 448 attacks on 13 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched 9 airstrikes on Huliaipole, Omelnyk, Shcherbaky, Mala Tokmachka, and Novoandriivka. 270 UAVs of various modifications attacked Malokaterynivka, Lobkove, Piatykhatky, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Bilohiria, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novodarivka, Olhivske, and Luhivske. Five MLRS attacks targeted Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Shcherbaky, and Malynivka. Additionally, 164 artillery strikes were carried out on Lobkove, Piatykhatky, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Luhivske, Malynivka, Novodarivka, and Olhivske. There were 55 reports of damaged apartments and private houses. Three people were injured as a result of enemy attacks in Polohy region.

Ukrainian defenders repelled one enemy attack near Kamianske towards Huliaipole. The settlements of Novopil and Kamianske suffered airstrikes with unguided bombs. The enemy used attack aircraft near the settlement of Piatykhatky towards Orikhiv front.

On Wednesday, 12 February, russia once again deliberately disrupted the rotation of IAEA experts at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. According to Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi, this time the russian occupiers used armed assault troops carrying white flags in the crossing zone between Ukrainian-controlled territories and the temporarily occupied area. The rotation of IAEA representatives was supposed to take place in that zone.

New textbooks promoting russian ideology will be introduced in schools in the temporarily occupied city of Berdiansk. The occupying authorities plan to implement these changes starting 1 September, 2026. According to Berdiansk City Military Administration, the changes will include subjects such as history and social studies and a newly introduced course called “Spiritual and Moral Culture of russia.

Mykolaiv oblast

On the night of 12 February, air defense forces destroyed two Shahed-131/136 UAVs in Mykolaiv oblast. Debris from one of the drones caused a fire at an infrastructure facility in the Mykolaiv region. The firefighters promptly extinguished the fire. The blast wave also damaged warehouse premises.

Yesterday, on 11 February, the enemy attacked Kutsurub community three times using FPV drones. In the evening, the enemy also carried out a mortar attack and three FPV drone strikes on the waters of Ochakiv community. No casualties were reported.

Odesa oblast

As of 6 a.m. on 12 February, there was one enemy carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles in the Black Sea, capable of launching up to four missiles. Three enemy ships were present in the Mediterranean Sea, including two carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a combined salvo of up to 22 missiles.

Over the past 24 hours, three vessels passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea in russia’s interest, while one ship entered the Azov Sea.

A joint mission of the UNESCO World Heritage Center and ICOMOS arrived in Odesa for an official visit. The mission will work in the city for several days, conducting meetings concerning the UNESCO World Heritage site “Historic Center of Odesa” management. Over nearly three years of full-scale war, around 170 cultural heritage monuments in Odesa have sustained damage.

The project “Knitting – A Path to Rehabilitation” is being implemented in Odesa with the support of the Veterans Hub Odesa and the “Manufactura” association. The initiative is designed for wounded military personnel, helping them develop fine motor skills and recover physically and psychologically. Soldiers knit blankets, socks, and gloves, which are then used in rehabilitation centers. According to Mykola Storozhuk, deputy head of Veterans Hub Odesa, the program accommodates 10 to 20 service members needing hand motor skill recovery or psychological distraction.

Kherson oblast

Today, the occupiers shelled a residential building in Kherson with artillery. As a result of the attack, an elderly woman was killed. Her body was found under the rubble of her home.

Around noon, russian forces attacked a residential building in Stanislav using a drone. Two people sustained blast injuries and concussions.

A resident of Beryslav sought medical assistance after being injured by a russian UAV strike the previous afternoon. The 46-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury, concussion, and burns on her arm and face. Another man also sought medical help after being injured when a russian drone hit a utility vehicle in Bilozerka. The 29-year-old worker suffered a blast injury and a concussion.

A 61-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being wounded in a russian attack on Inzhenerne around 11:30 p.m on 11 February. He sustained a blast injury, concussion, and head wounds.

Yesterday, russian forces launched attacks on settlements in Kherson and Beryslav regions using artillery, MLRS, aviation, and UAVs. Residents of Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Prydniprovske, Veletenske, Sofiiivka, Stanislav, Beryslav, Mylove, Arkhanhelske, Novoraisk, Novoberyslav, Chervonyi Maiak, and Monastyrske reported explosions. An apartment building, seven private houses, a farm, an industrial facility, and two private cars were damaged. Three people were injured due to russian aggression.

In the past day, the russian army lost 60 personnel, 9 artillery systems, 1 tank, 1 mortar, 31 vehicles, 8 Shahed-136 attack drones, 16 reconnaissance UAVs (Zala, Supercam, Orlan-10), 1 boat, 6 motorcycles, a generator, 4 Starlink terminals, an electronic warfare system, 2 telecommunications towers, 11 communication antennas, and 12 UAV control antennas. Additionally, 26 bunkers/shelters, a checkpoint, 3 observation posts, 5 ammunition and fuel storage sites, a supply depot, and 1 firing position were destroyed.

Ivano-Frankivsk community sent 20 FPV drones to the 102nd Brigade.

Lviv oblast

The RMA reported that the oblast has approved a list of critically important facilities for priority electricity supply.

Ternopil City Council reported that 219 servicemen from the city will receive UAH 10,000 each to purchase equipment for a total amount of UAH 2,190,000.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi community sent 1 000 reinforced batteries for FPV drones worth UAH 2.6m to the Defense Forces.

26 families of the deceased Khmelnytskyi communities received material assistance. The total amount of assistance is UAH 450,000.

Chernivtsi oblast

The RMA held a meeting with a representative of the Kraken Special Unit. Fighters of the Separate Reconnaissance and Sabotage Unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are participating in battles on Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Ukraine and Canada have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Veterans Affairs. The document provides for the exchange of knowledge and best practices to help Ukrainian war veterans and their families adapt more easily to peaceful life; study Canada’s experience in psychological rehabilitation, social adaptation and medical support for veterans and implement specific, realistic steps to improve the veteran support system in Ukraine.
