Since the beginning of the day, 11 October, 78 combat clashes took place at the front. The greatest activity of the occupiers is observed towards Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv. Ukrainian defenders stop the enemy, hold the lines and destroy plans of the russians.

During the day, 11 October, a number of settlements in Sumy oblast suffered from enemy terrorist attacks. The enemy fired artillery at Ulanovo, Kucherivka, Marchikhina Buda, Holubivka, and Studenok; Yuryeve, Rivne, Richky, Yastrubyne, Rybtsi, Kisla Dubyna, Stepne, and Obody came under airstrikes. According to available information, the enemy carried out eight airstrikes on the territory of Kursk oblast, using ten air defence systems.

Towards Kupiansk, during the day the enemy tried to advance to Ukrainian positions in areas of Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolisnikivka, Lozova and Pishchany. Four enemy attacks are still ongoing. In total, eight clashes were recorded along the route.

The aggressor increased the number of attacks to eight in towards Lyman. Fighting took place near Hrekivka, Makiivka, Novosadovo, Nevsky, and Bilohorivka. Two skirmishes are ongoing.

The enemy did not carry out offensive actions towards Siversk, but it carried out an air strike with a guided aerial bomb in the area of ​​Yasnohorivka.

Towards Kramatorsk, Ukrainian defenders continue to repulse two attacks by the occupiers near Kalynyvka and Chasovoy Yar. Four enemy attacks have already been stopped near Ivanovskyi and Stupochy.

The invader attacked six times towards Toretsk. Four attacks have been repulsed, two battles are still going on. The enemy dropped two anti-aircraft guns on Kramatorsk.

High activity of the enemy is currently maintained towards Pokrovsk. Clashes of varying intensity started here 13 times today. Currently, the battle is ongoing towards Selidove. 12 attacks were repulsed near Myrolyubivka, Myrnohrad and Lysivka.

Towards Kurakhiv there remains a difficult situation. Fourteen assaults were repulsed near Novoselydivka, Maksimilianivka, Kostiantynivka, Katerynivka, Antonivka, and Vodyanyi, and another battle is also underway near Katerynivka.

Towards Vremivsk, the aggressor, with the support of aviation, attacked ten times near Bohoyavlenka, Zolotaia Niva, Novodarivka, Levadny, Rivnopol and Olhivsk, currently seven clashes are still ongoing.

No active actions of the occupiers were noted in the Huliai Pole and Orihiv areas today. The enemy is carrying out airstrikes and artillery fire on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

Towards Dnieper the Armed Forces repelled two enemy assaults.

The Prosecutor’s General Office reported that journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna was killed in russian captivity. The criminal proceedings opened on the disappearance of the journalist were reclassified as a war crime combined with intentional murder.

Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, reported that the Ministry of Education and Culture supported the draft law on banning the russian language in schools during recess. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

This night, Shahed struck on the territory of Lubotyn, – said Volodymyr Tymoshko, Head of the police of Kharkiv Oblast. According to his data, a hole 1 m deep and up to 2 m in diameter was formed at the site of the impact. Two houses were damaged, grass on an area of ​​200 sqm was overgrown. People were not injured.

Maryna Polsyna, Spokeswoman of Kharkiv city branch of Hazmerezhi, told Ukrainian Radio Kharkiv that as a result of the russian shelling of Kharkiv, 47 apartment buildings and 448 private buildings throughout the city remain without gas supply. Most of them are in Saltiv and Kyiv districts .

Vyacheslav Zadorenko, Head of the Derhachyv MBA, said an 86-year-old man was injured as a result of a russian drone strike in Kozachya Lopan According to him, it happened around 12:06 pm. The man was hospitalised, but there is no threat to his life.

The RMA press service reported that a 38-year-old man died as a result of an FPV drone hitting a car in Kozachya Lopan, his 56-year-old sister suffered an acute reaction to stress, 

On 11 October at 04:03 am, Kupiansky region, Kupiansk city was shelled. The house was on fire as a result of the shelling.

On 11 October, at 01:15 am, Kharkiv oblast, Lyubotynska community, Lyubotyn city, were fired upon. As a result of the shelling, grass burned on an area of ​​200 sqm.

The day before, at 9:43 pm, Kupiansk region, Kupiansk city was shelled. As a result of the shelling, 4 houses, 3 farm buildings, and a car were damaged.

At 4:40 pm, Kupyansk region, Kupyansk city was fired upon. A 77-year-old man was injured as a result of the shelling.

At 3:25 pm, the village of Kharkiv region Cherkassy Lozova was shelled. As a result of shelling, a private house was damaged. A 45-year-old man, a 38-year-old woman, a 2-year-old girl, 5- and 15-year-old boys were injured (acute reaction to stress).

At 1:00 pm, the village of Kupiansk region Kruhliakivka was fired upon. As a result of shelling, the house and the summer kitchen were damaged. A 64-year-old woman died.

At 11:00 am, Kupiansky region, Kupiansk city was shelled. Dropping ammunition from a drone, hitting the roadway.

In Kharkiv oblast, the enemy continued its assault. Five combat clashes took place here in Vovchansk and Tykhi regions.

In Kupiansk region were 14 enemy attacks. The Defense Forces repelled enemy assaults near Sinkivka, Lozova, Kolisnikivka and Stepova Novoselivka.

Donetsk oblast

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the russian army carried out the most attacks in the past day in Lyman direction. The occupiers stormed Ukrainian positions, specifically, in areas of Torsky, Makiivka, Balka Zhuravka, Novosadovo, and in the Serebriansky forest, 

The russian army carried out 24 assaults in Pokrovsky region and concentrated its forces near Selidovy, Lysivka, Krutoy Yar, Kalinovy, Promeny and Myrolyubivka. Another 24 attacks were carried out by the russian occupiers on Kurakhiv defensive line. Here, Ukrainian military positions were stormed, specifically, near Tsukuryny, Novoselydivka, and Georgiivka.

Vasyl Chinchyk, Head of Toretsk CMA, stated that 1,150 people remain in Toretsk community, Donetsk oblast. As Anastasia Bobovnikova, Spokeswoman of the Luhansk OTU, specified, the situation in Toretsk is difficult. The enemy managed to capture the neighbouring streets with Tsentralnaya Street, where they were advancing. They succeeded in this by burning down and destroying all houses and shelters on these streets, now they will also have nowhere to hide. russian troops are also attacking near the village of New York, which is near Toretsk, Bobovnikova said.

Vasyl Chinchyk, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine control 40-50% of the territory of the city of Toretsk in Donetsk oblast. According to him, during the past day, 10 October, the occupiers did not advance within the city limits.

Anastasia Bobovnikova, Spokeswoman of Luhansk Technical University, reported that the russian army is preparing to intensify its offensive on Chasiv Yar. Despite the decrease in the number of assaults in the direction of the city in recent days, the occupiers are transferring reinforcements to the advanced positions.

Anastasia Medvedeva, Spokeswoman of the Regional Prosecutor’s office, reported that a 44-year-old man was killed as a result of the morning shelling of Novoselydivka, Pokrovsky region. russian troops also shelled the village of Yampil around 11:14 am, during which a 58-year-old resident was injured.

The Radio Liberty reported that on 10 October, their film crew came under fire while filming military personnel in Donetsk oblast. One person received a concussion, two others were injured.

Oleksandr Honcharenko, Head of the Ministry of Interior, reported that over 10 buildings were damaged by russian shelling in Kramatorsk on the night of 11 October. russian troops hit the industrial zone and the private sector of the city. In Kostyantynivka, 4 high-rise buildings, 2 private houses and an administrative building were damaged; 4 more houses were damaged in Krasnoye and 1 in Stinkyi.

Bakhmut region. 2 houses were damaged in Siversk. In Chasovoiarsk community, 8 private houses and 2 high-rise buildings were damaged.

In just one day, settlements in Donetsk oblast were shelled up to 27 times. 308 people, including 47 children, were evacuated from the front line.

Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk RMA, reported that over the past day, the russians killed 1 resident of Donetsk oblast – in Novoselydivka. Another 4 people in the oblast were wounded during the day .

Luhansk oblast

The russians again shelled the territory of Serebryanskyi forest with unguided aerial missiles. The fighting there continues unabated. The enemy has recently increased ground activity in Liman region. Yesterday it tried to advance near Hrekivka, Ploschanka, Balka Zhuravka and Makiivka. In the area of Balka Zhuravka, he fired from a multiple rocket launcher system. He fired at our fortifications with artillery pieces. He sent 46 unmanned aerial vehicles to the area.

Artem Lisohor, Head of Luhansk RMA, reported that for the people of Luhansk oblast, months-long delays in salaries have become a habit. Over the past two years, these delays have become a regular occurrence even at so-called ‘state’ or ‘municipal’ enterprises. The most recent cases include the Starobilsk Forestry and Hunting Enterprise, which owes about rub 2m for over 3 months.

Luhansk RMA reported that only one institution claims to be the operator of solid municipal waste management in the territory of the so-called “lpr”. This is the Vtorsiryvina kalininhrad-based company. Representatives of the russian company, which is far away from the occupied Luhansk oblast, are the only ones who have applied to become an environmental operator.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the RMA, reported that the alert lasted almost 8 hours at night and in the morning. The enemy massively attacked Kyiv oblast with UAVs. The enemy targets were destroyed by the Air Defence Forces. There were no hits to critical or residential infrastructure. The wreckage of the downed enemy targets was observed falling outside of populated areas in open areas.

Kyiv City Military Administration reported that this is the 5th air attack on Kyiv since the beginning of October. Drones came at Kyiv from different directions. The air alert in the capital lasted over 3 hours. The Air Defence Forces neutralised all russian UAVs that threatened the capital.

Kyiv Regional Military Administration announced that explosive works will be carried out in two districts of Kyiv oblast. Specialists of the State Emergency Service will work in the oblast. Sounds of explosions can be heard by residents in the oblast and the outskirts of the capital.

On the evening of 11 October, a rally in memory of Ukrainian journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna, who was killed in russian captivity, will be held on Kyiv’s Independence Square. Victoriia Roshchyna went missing on 3 August 2023 during a trip to the russian-occupied territories. In April 2024, russia confirmed for the 1st time that it was illegally detaining her. The news about the journalist’s murder became known on 10 October. Andrii Yusov, representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, stated that Viktoriia Roshchyna was on the exchange list and was due to return home in the nearest future.

in Kyiv, the Security Service of Ukraine detained a member of the international terrorist organisation Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, who had been wanted by Interpol for seven years. The offender arrived in Ukraine before the full-scale russian invasion, hid from justice, constantly changing mobile phone numbers and addresses of rented apartments in different cities. Later, he tried to establish a channel for illegal legalisation of immigrants from countries with a high terrorist risk to Kyiv.  Mayor Anatolii Fedoruk reported that the offender is in custody in accordance with the extradition arrest procedure.

Bucha community recycles construction waste generated after the destruction caused by the fighting in Kyiv oblast. In less than a year, the community managed to recycle 75,000 cubic metres of construction waste – almost 50% of which was recycled as of September. The recycled material is used to repair roads in the community. The project was implemented jointly by UNDP Ukraine, which provided equipment and professional training. 

Zhytomyr oblast

The National Police in Zhytomyr oblast reported that bomb disposal experts defused an unexploded warhead of a russian drone In a forest belt. The police first evacuated people in the forest and then neutralised the dangerous object by blowing it up.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that large-scale tactical and special exercises of the civil protection system, which took place from 16 September to 10 October, have been completed in Ukraine. The peculiarity of such training in Zhytomyr oblast and 4 other oblasts included additional training in eliminating the consequences of damage to chemically hazardous facilities and high-rise buildings by enemy missiles.

Zhytomyr Regional State Administration reported that a space will be arranged on the territory of the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centre in Korosten to create safe conditions for employees and visitors of the centre during air raids. Korosten City Council has allocated funds for the purchase of a modular mobile shelter, which will be placed near the service centre by the end of the year.

Sumy oblast

On the morning of 11 October, between 9 am and 10 am, the russian army struck Ulanove in Esman community. According to Serhii Minakov, Head of Esman community, the russian forces likely used artillery in the attack. Private homes and an administrative building were damaged, with significant destruction. A 1947-born woman was injured during the shelling while she was in her garden. The village elder took her to the hospital, and she is currently in critical condition.

At around 4:00 am on the same day, the russian army launched a missile strike on Stetskivka in Sumy oblast. Yurii Lysenko, elder of Stetskivka community, reported that 5houses were damaged, one beyond repair, and approximately 30 windows were shattered. Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries among the civilians.

During night and morning, russians carried out 30 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 40 explosions. The attacks targeted Sumy, Khotin, Bilopillia, Myropillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Richky, Nova Slobidka and Esman communities.

Yurii Zarko, Head of Bilopillia community, on 10 October, russian military forces dropped mines on Bilopillia community that could detonate on their own within 16 to 24 hours and respond to movement or metal. The affected areas include Mukhivka and other nearby border villages. Specialists are currently working to locate and neutralise these mines within the community’s territory.

During the day, on 10 October, russians carried out 62 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 105 explosions. The attacks targeted  Mykolaivka, Khotin, Myropilia, Richky, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Slobidka, Esman, Svesa, Druzhbivka and Seredyna-Buda communities.

Sumy Regional Military Administration informed that the 1st mental health centre in Sumy oblast has been established. The centre, located at the cluster hospital in Okhtyrka, opened on World Mental Health Day. The development of outpatient services for mental health and the creation of a network of such centres is a key part of the implementation of Ukraine’s national mental health program in the oblast.

The hospital serves as a high-profile cluster facility for patients across Okhtyrka region. The centre provides free psychological support and services to all citizens in need. A multidisciplinary team of professionals, including an adult psychiatrist-psychotherapist, a child psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist, and a social worker, offers specialised care. The centre also facilitates group training and individual sessions, with a dedicated space for these activities.

Chernihiv oblast

During the day, russian forces attacked four border communities in Chernihiv oblast. The fire was carried out using mortar, FPV-drones, UAVs and barrel artillery. 

Novhorod-Siverskyi community:

– 14 explosions, probably dropping an explosive device from an unmanned aerial vehicle in the area of Hremiach village;

– 1 explosion, probably a shock UAV in the area of ​​Pushkari village.

Semenivka community:

– 8 explosions, probably by barrel artillery, near Prohress village;

– 3 explosions, probably by barrel artillery and two explosions, probably by FPV-drones in the area of Mkhi village;

– 2 explosions, probably drops of explosive devices from unmanned aerial vehicles in the area of ​​Mykolaivka village.

Snovsk community:

– 11 explosions, probably by a 120mm mortar in the area of Kliusy village;

– 6 explosions, probably by barrel artillery, near Mlynok village;

– 2 explosions, probably by barrel artillery, towards Huta Studenetska village.

Horodnia community:

– 6 explosions, probably by barrel artillery, towards Moshchenka village.

No casualties or injuries among the local population were reported as a result of the shelling.

Chernihiv Regional State Administration reported that the U-LEAD with Europe program has launched a pilot project to support women leaders in communities in Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts. The project, titled Supporting Women Leaders in Overcoming the Consequences of War, is being implemented by the Crisis Center for Mental Health NGO. Over 5 months, the project organises training, practical workshops, and consultations with professional psychologists to improve the mental health and psychosocial well-being of women leaders in local governments. One of the key objectives of the project is to equip participants, who are employees of local governments, with skills in stress management and psychological recovery. 6 communities are involved in the project: 3 from Chernihiv oblast (Kulykivka, Dobrianka and Yablunivs) and 3from Sumy oblast (Berezivka, Nova Slobidka and Yampil).

Bobrovytsia Territorial Community reported that in Bobrovytsia community, 1014.4kg of chestnuts were collected and donated for the production of medicines. The funds raised, over UAH 5,000, will be directed to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Chestnuts for UAF campaign was organised in honour of the Ukraine’s Defenders Day. From 1 to 9 October, the education department, as well as general secondary and preschool institutions of Bobrovytsia City Council, participated in the charity initiative. During the campaign, teachers, support staff, students, and parents collected chestnuts on the streets and in the parks of Bobrovytsia settlements to contribute to supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reported that Nikopol region was shelled dozens times. Enemy used artillery and kamikaze drones. They targeted the district centre, Myrove, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities. Infrastructure and a private house were damaged. There were no casualties. The occupiers also attacked Sinelnykivka district with a kamikaze drone. An outbuilding and power lines were damaged there.

The National Police reported that an Interregional Specialised Police Centre for the Search for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances has been opened in Dnipro. Investigators, criminal investigation officers, criminologists, and highly specialised specialists from three regions – the Main Police Departments in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Dnipro oblast — will work in one place. The centre is intended to become a communication hub for all bodies authorised to search for and register persons missing under special circumstances. It will be equipped with rapid DNA identification devices, so relatives of the missing will be able to submit biological samples on the spot for comparison and identification of the deceased.

Vinnytsia oblast

Vinnytsia City Council reported that the construction of another radiation shelter has been completed in Vinnytsia oblast — for students and teaching staff of Lyceum №23. Vinnytsia City Heating and Power Company has received another assistance from USAID to repair its networks. Tools will help to quickly eliminate emergencies during the heating season. All materials and equipment were provided under the Energy Security Project.

Poltava oblast

Oleksandr Krokovets, soldier  from Kremenchuk, was awarded with the title of honorary citizen of Kremenchuk. He is a Hero of Ukraine, fought in the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone and also joined the Armed Forces during the full-scale invasion.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, said that at night in Cherkasy oblast, defenders destroyed 7 “shaheds”. In one case, dry vegetation caught fire due to falling debris. An outbuilding of a private household and a solar power plant were also damaged. 

At night, the oblast welcomed another evacuation train with 58 people, among them are 11 children, from Donetsk oblast. Cherkasy oblast has become the second home for over 95,000 internally displaced people.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Six people were injured as a result of an enemy attack on the regional centre. Yesterday, the occupiers launched 474 strikes on 11 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces carried out 14 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, Tavriiske, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Levadne. 286 UAVs of various types attacked Prymorske, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Levadne, and Kopani. Eleven MLRS attacks hit Huliaipole, Robotyne, and Mala Tokmachka. There were 163 artillery strikes on Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, and Levadne. There were 110 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure.

It is reported that the enemy unsuccessfully attacked Ukrainian positions twice near Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne towards Orikhiv.

In Zaporizhzhia, environmental experts from the State Ecological Inspectorate examined the territory in Shevchenkivskyi district, which sustained damage from a russian attack on the morning of 10 October. The total area contaminated with ammunition debris and destruction waste is over 2,000 sq.m. of land.

Mykolaiv oblast

Yesterday, on 10 October, the enemy launched a double strike with ballistic missiles, likely Iskander-M, on a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Mykolaiv, with a 20 min. interval between the attacks. A fire broke out but was quickly extinguished by rescuers. Windows and roofs of four apartment buildings and the roof of one private house were damaged. Three people were injured, and all are in stable condition with minor injuries.

Also on 10 October, at 9:50 a.m., the enemy attacked Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. Later, at 10:20 p.m., artillery shelling damaged a private house in the village of Solonchaky. There were no casualties.

Today, a new exhibition titled 86 Days of the Defence of Mariupol opened in Soborna Square in Mykolaiv. The exhibition highlights the key events of the defence of Mariupol and serves as a reminder of the soldiers who have been held captive by the enemy for over two years.

Odesa oblast

The enemy attacked Odesa oblast with ballistic missiles. As a result of the attack a two-story building in Odesa region, where civilians lived and worked was destroyed. Emergency rescuers from the State Emergency Service saved four people, but three others, including one child, were killed under the rubble. Another woman succumbed to her injuries in the hospital. A total of 10 people were injured, with nine hospitalised, four of whom are in critical condition. Ten people received psychological assistance on the spot.

The death toll from the russian missile attack on port infrastructure on 9 October has risen to nine. This morning, a 48-year-old man passed away in the hospital. Over the past two days, russian terrorists killed 13 civilians in Odesa oblast, most of whom were young people.

As of 6 a.m. on 11 October, two enemy ships carrying Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total volley of up to eight missiles, were present in the Black Sea. There were two enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, one of which carried Kalibr missiles with a total volley of up to four missiles.

Over the past day, three ships passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea  in the interest of russia, and one ship proceeded to the Azov Sea.

Kherson oblast

At noon, occupation forces attacked Antonivka with a drone. A 51-year-old man who was in his yard at the time was injured in the attack. He was taken to the hospital with explosive trauma, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds to his back.

Yesterday, the enemy shelled Antonivka, Sadove, Pryozerne, Bilozerka, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Beryslav, Krupytsia, Tomaryne, Novotyahynka, Prydniprovske, Mykhailivka, and the city of Kherson. The shelling damaged 23 sites, including four apartment buildings, five private houses, a critical infrastructure facility, a cargo truck, eight passenger cars, two ambulances, an auto centre, and a gas station. Three people were injured due to russian aggression.

A young man, who had been injured in a russian airstrike in Kherson on 7 October, sought medical attention. The 25-year-old Kherson resident was diagnosed with explosive trauma, a concussion, and a brain injury.

It is reported about five enemy assaults towards Kherson over the past day. Ukrainian forces eliminated 59 russian troops and destroyed 25 units of russian military equipment. Volyn oblast

The Military Unit A 7078 received a DJI Mavic 3T quadcopter, a Lenovo Tab M10 Plus tablet and an EcoFlow Delta Max charging station from Lutsk community.

Zakarpattia oblast

This week, the Owl’s Nest Humanitarian Aid Center provided IDPs registered in Uzhgorod with 22 packages with necessary things for children under 1 year old and 49 bags with grocery sets. During the week, volunteers gave out clothes, shoes, bed linen and dishes (2,125 items) from the PDUM Partnerschaft Deutschland-Ukraine/Moldova e. V., Luftfahrt ohne Grenzen / Wings of Help eV and other benefactors.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The 7th Corps of the Airborne Assault Troops received 100 FPV drones from Ivano-Frankivsk community.

In Ivano-Frankivsk, annotation plaques were opened to Oleksandr Dorofey and Nazar Kernytskyi. Memorial plaques were placed and consecrated on the facade of Lyceum №10, where Heroes studied.

Lviv oblast

In Drohobych, during cultural and artistic events and auctions, it was possible to raise UAH 1.376m for the needs of the military. With the raised funds, 80 7-inch and 20 10-inch FPV drones have already been purchased.

Rivne oblast

In Rivne oblast, 27 volunteer fire brigades created in rural areas, received equipment, namely, protective suits, helmets, gloves and primary means of fire extinguishing and notification. As a reminder, there are 80 such voluntary teams working in Rivne oblast, involving over 200 people. All the necessary equipment was handed over to communities within the framework of the All-Ukrainian project to improve the level of security in cooperation with Rivne RMA with the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine of Rivne Oblast, Rivne Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine and the Association of Voluntary Fire Brigades of Ukraine NGO.

Ternopil oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Mr. Ravi Shankar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Ukraine. They discussed projects submitted by Ternopil oblast for consideration by the Government of India, specifically the field of medicine.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

In the morning, during an air alert, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 3 enemy UAVs of the Shahed type. There were no injuries, deaths or property damage.

Khmelnytskyi City Council has allocated an additional UAH 15m from the city budget to the Teplokomunenerho utility company for the heating season. In addition, UAH 10m was allocated for Khmelnytskyvodokanal KP.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Bukovyna, the Mandrotherapy project is ongoing. This time, military personnel undergoing rehabilitation in institutions of Chernivtsi oblast visited the national natural park Vyzhnytskyi. Accompanied by foresters, they enjoyed a walk through the forest, fresh Carpathian air, and were also able to collect mushrooms. Afterwards, the defenders visited the Hutsul Food Museum, where they tasted local cuisine.

The RMA reported that Bukovyna combat medics received medicines, medical products, field sanitary bags and other much-needed materials and equipment. 

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Giorgia Maloni, Prime Minister of Italy, announced that the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine will be held in Rome on 10-11 July 2025.

Germany will allocate a new package of military aid in the amount of EUR 600m. It specifically includes the 5th IRIS-T SLM system, tanks, howitzers and more.

Germany with the support of Belgium, Norway and Denmark will deliver another package worth EUR 1.4bn to Ukraine by the end of the year.
