The exhibition features footage of demonstrative repairs to the surviving high-rise buildings, the complete disregard for burnt-out properties, and the arrival of a team of three russian doctors to the city. That was the end of the patronage. However, the locals will not see these ‘significant’ achievements for a long time, as there is still no internet connection in the town. The russians themselves turned it off.

However, there are towns in the so-called ‘lpr’ where the time has not come even to rebuild for a TV story or exposition in 10 years. For example, Lutuhyne, not far from Luhansk. One of the houses was seriously damaged back in 2014. The consequences have not been eliminated to this day. There are a lot of destroyed houses in Stanytsia Luhanska. But doing anything there and filming reports from there is not rated.
