The enemy, despite the significant losses inflicted on him by Ukrainian defenders, continues to attempt to break through their defense.

On 6 June, there were 110 combat clashes on the front line.

Enemy artillery fire from the territory of the russian federation affected the vicinity of the settlements of Myropilske, Rivne, Bachivsk, Tovstodubove, Holubivka, Turyia, Bobylivka, Luhivka, Uhroidy, Bila Bereza, Hirky, Mezenivka, Yastrubshchyna, Nova Huta in Sumy oblast, and Marine in Chernihiv oblast. The settlements of Uhroidy and Klymentove in Sumy oblast were hit by airstrikes.

Towards Kharkiv, Ukrainian units repelled two enemy attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Vovchansk and Krasne Pershe.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy attacked positions three times in the vicinity of the settlements of Zahryzove and Stepova Novoselivka – Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled all enemy assaults.

Towards Lyman, the invading army carried out nine attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Hrekivka, Kolodiazi and near Novyi Myr and Torske. Four clashes are currently ongoing.

Towards Siversk, the enemy twice attacked positions of the Defense Forces in the vicinity of Serebrianka.

Towards Kramatorsk, Ukrainian defenders repelled five attacks of the aggressor in the vicinity of ​​Chasiv Yar and near Bila Hora, and one battle is currently underway.

Towards Toretsk, russians tried nine times to displace Ukrainian units from the occupied positions in the vicinity of the settlements of Kleban-Byk, Toretsk and near Stepanivka and Yablunivka. The Defense Forces successfully repelled all enemy assaults.

The enemy made 36 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from their occupied positions in the vicinity of the settlements of Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Horikhove, Nadiivka, Andriivka and in the vicinity of the settlements of Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Poltavka, Promin, and Muravka. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and repelled 31 enemy attacks.

Towards Novopavlivka, Ukrainian soldiers repelled ten attacks by the occupation army in the vicinity of the settlements of Novopil, Zelene Pole, Shevchenko, and Vilne Pole. The settlement of Olhivske was hit by airstrikes.

Towards Huliaipole, near Malynivka and towards Poltavka, the defense forces successfully repelled two enemy attacks and are giving a worthy rebuff in three more clashes. At the same time, the enemy launched airstrikes on Huliaipole, Poltavka, and Malynivka.

Towards Orikhiv, Ukrainian defenders successfully stopped two enemy assaults near Piatikhatky and Pavlovka. In addition, the enemy launched ai strikes on Kamianske.

Towards Kherson, russian occupiers launched an airstrike with unguided aircraft missiles in the vicinity  of ​​the settlement of Mykolaivka.

Towards Kursk, Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 attacks by the invaders. In addition, the enemy launched 122 artillery attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements, including four from multiple launch rocket systems, and launched five air strikes, dropping 11 guided bombs.


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that the russian attack killed 6 people. Another 80 people were injured to varying degrees.

According to the Air Force, on the night of May 6, russia attacked the territory of Ukraine with 452 air attack vehicles: missiles and drones. It was possible to shoot down 406 enemy targets, but there were hits in 13 locations and falling debris.

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

There were 204 combat clashes.

Towards Kharkiv, there were nine combat clashes in the vicinity of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Zapadne and near Dovhenke.

Towards Kupiansk, there were five attacks by the invaders. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the vicinity of the settlements of Zapadne, Petropavlivka, Zahryzove and near Holubivka.

Shelling

6 settlements in Kharkiv oblast were hit by enemy strikes. 3 people were injured as a result of the shelling.

In the village of Novoosinove, Kurylivka community, a 53-year-old woman was injured; in the city of Kupiansk, a 74-year-old woman was injured; in the village of Ivanchukivka, Kunievska community, an 86-year-old man was injured.

On June 5, the village of Ivanchukivtsi, Kunyivska community was hit by a missile by the russian army after 5:00 p.m. At least 13 houses were damaged. Serhii Movchan, Head of Kunyivka village military administration, says that power lines were damaged – several settlements remain without electricity. According to Kharkiv oblast police, an 86-year-old woman was injured in the strike on Ivanchukivtsi and according to Oleg Syniehubov, Head of the RMA, an 86-year-old man.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons:

A hospital and a private house were damaged in Kupiansk region.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

The russian army halved the number of assaults towards Novopavlivka. Over the past day, the Defense Forces repelled 26 attacks in the vicinity of the settlements of Bahatyr, Kostiantynivka, Rivnopol, Novosilka, Zelene Pole and near Oleksiivka, Komara.

Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped 76 assaults towards Pokrovsk.

Shelling

Serhii Horbunov, Head of the RMA, reports that at 8:30 on June 6, the russian military launched a FAB-250 airstrike on the city of Kostiantynivka. There were no injuries. Two facades of private houses and the facade of a multi-storey building were damaged.

After midnight, russian troops covered Sloviansk with fire. No information about the injured has been received yet, the scale of the destruction is being established.

russian troops have carried out 3,352 strikes on the front line and residential areas. In particular, russia has directed 35 drones directly at civilians.

14 settlements were under shelling: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, the village of Yampil, the villages of Dovha Balka, Ivanopillia, Krynytsia, Malynivka, Novoserhiivka, Ozerne, Ocheretyne, Pleshchiivka, and Rohanske.

86 civilian objects were destroyed, including 32 residential buildings.

Kostiantynivka survived 8 shelling with bombs, drones and artillery. Two civilians were injured, 11 private homes, 2 garages, 3 cars were damaged.

russians launched 7 UAVs on Krynytsia of Oleksandrivka community, wounded two civilians, damaged 6 private houses, 2 non-residential buildings, a shop, a garage and a civilian car.

Two people were wounded in Pokrovsk, a private house was damaged.

The occupiers dropped two GAB-250 air bombs on Myrnohrad and damaged 3 private houses and 15 garages.

Six enemy drones attacked Sloviansk, damaging a service station, a non-residential building, 11 civilian cars, critical infrastructure. In Yampol, 5 private homes were damaged. In Ozerne, a strike with the Uragan MLRS damaged a private house.

As a result of drone attacks on Kramatorsk region, 4 private houses, 3 non-residential buildings, 4 civilian cars were damaged in Rohansk; in Novoserhiivka – 2 private houses and 3 outbuildings; in Malynivka – a car.

Other

The RMA reported that a family with children was evacuated from Oleksiivo-Druzhkivka to Khmelnytskyi oblast .

The Yellow Ribbon movement reported that police representatives in the occupied part of Donetsk oblast propose to check employees of the occupation administrations with a polygraph to strengthen security in order to identify Ukrainian agents.

Yevhen Tkachev, Head of Proliska humanitarian mission in Donetsk oblast, says that more people are willing to evacuate from Kostiantynivka. The process is complicated by russian FPV drones, which attack evacuation vehicles, including special medical transport.

Luhansk oblast

The RMA says that compared to the day before yesterday, the invaders more than doubled the number of artillery shelling attacks – from 26 to 53. They also carried out an airstrike and tried to hit Ukrainian defenders with 106 drones. russians concentrated their offensive efforts on Hrekivka.

Responsibility for the so-called “nationalization” of housing in the so-called “lpr” was shifted to occupying local governments. It is on the ground that the fate of real estate objects whose area is less than 200 sq. m. and whose owners did not appear within the 30-day period and did not provide relevant documents will be decided. Such changes have been made to the “procedure for acquiring the right of state and municipal ownership of ownerless real estate located on the territory of the lpr”. Regarding objects whose area exceeds 200 sq. m. m, will require approval from above.

Oleksiy Kharchenko, Head of Luhansk RMA, reports that in Severskodonetsk, the occupiers are forcing residents to renegotiate gas supply contracts.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The State Emergency Service reports that three rescuers were killed in Kyiv while clearing up the aftermath of enemy strikes. They were working under fire to help people. Nine more emergency workers were wounded. Some of them are in critical condition, and doctors are fighting for their lives.

According to Kyiv City Military Administration, 27 people were wounded in the capital as a result of a massive night attack by the russian federation. According to the prosecutor’s office, among those injured in Kyiv were State Emergency Service employees, a subway employee, Kyivgaz specialists, and residents of damaged buildings. In particular, an 11-year-old girl was poisoned by combustion products.

Kyiv City Military Administration stated that Kyiv had been subjected to a combined attack with ballistic missiles and enemy strike UAVs. As a result of the attack on the capital, the following was recorded:

A fire broke out at one of the infrastructure facilities in Solomyanskyi district. At another address, a fire was extinguished on the 11th floor of a 16-storey building. Three people were injured, and three more were rescued by emergency services, including one child.

In Darnytskyi district, parts of downed aerial targets fell on a playground and open territory. Two cars were damaged.

In Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out at a civilian infrastructure facility, damaging an educational institution. The remains of the downed UAVs fell near a petrol station and in a non-residential area. A warehouse and a car were damaged.

In Dniprovskyi district, the underground track near Livoberezhna metro station was damaged and a petrol station building destroyed. Parts of the downed UAV fell in the courtyard of a residential building.

The State Emergency Service informed that a total of 254 rescuers, canine units, psychologists, 53 units of State Emergency Service equipment and volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross were involved in dealing with the aftermath of the attack in Kyiv. Work is ongoing.

DTEK reported that 2,167 families on the left bank of the capital were left without electricity due to russian shelling in Kyiv.

As a result of russian shelling, the building of the Hryhorii Skovoroda Library in the capital was damaged. The library has been operating since 1946. Its halls hosted the first literary evenings of Ukrainian literary classics: Ivan Drach, Boris Oliinyk, Vasyl Symonenko, Vasyl Stus, Valerii and Vasyl Shevchuk, Ivan Dziuba, Ivan Svitlychnyi, and others.

The Regional Military Administration reported that during the night, the enemy launched a massive attack on Kyiv oblast with UAVs, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles. The alert lasted more than five hours. There were no casualties among the population. As a result of the attack, a private house and farm buildings were damaged in the Brovarsky district, two private houses in Bucha region, and another house in Boryspil region.

Ukrzaliznytsia stated that a railway section was damaged during the night rocket attack on Kyiv oblast. The restoration is planned for completion by the end of the day.

The Institute of Mass Information reported that an exhibition about media workers who died as a result of the war or are in captivity was opened in the Verkhovna Rada. The stands display verified data from the Institute of Mass Information (IMI) on losses among the journalistic community. Since 24 February 2022, russia has killed 106 media workers. Twelve were killed while performing their professional duties, 94 as combatants or as a result of russian shelling or torture. At least 30 Ukrainian civilian media workers are also being held captive by russia.

Zhytomyr oblast

Inna Yevseieva, Head of Zhytomyr Oblast Athletics Federation, who is staying with the team in Lutsk, has announced that on the first day of the Ukrainian Athletics Championships, athletes from Zhytomyr oblast won gold and silver medals in race walking competitions. The athletes took to the starting line a few hours after the end of the air raid alert and night shelling of Lutsk.

Sumy oblast

Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that as a result of russian shelling over the past day, two civilians born in 1966 and 1967 were wounded in the Putyvl community due to shelling from multiple launch rocket systems.

From the morning of 5 June to the morning of 6 June, russian troops carried out nearly 110 shelling attacks on 47 settlements in 15 territorial communities of oblast. The most shelling was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts. The enemy actively used guided aerial bombs (10 strikes), MLRS (more than 10 strikes) and dropped VOGs from UAVs (30 strikes). The enemy also carried out strikes with UAVs and FPV drones on the territory of Sumy oblast.

Over the past day, civilian infrastructure facilities have been damaged and destroyed:

– a car was damaged in the Bilopillia community;

– private residential buildings and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Mykolaiv community;

– in the Putyvl community, six private residential buildings, a garage, a passenger car, non-residential buildings, and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged;

– in the Nyzhnia Syrovatka community, private residential buildings and a car were damaged;

– In the Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential building was damaged.

– In the Nova Sloboda community, a private residential building was damaged.

– In the Sumy community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.

Over the course of a day, local authorities, together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, and public organisations from border communities, evacuated 308 people.

Chernihiv oblast

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said that during the night, russian forces launched a combined strike on Chernihiv, attacking by ‘Geran-2’ drones and ballistic missiles — one cruise missile and an ‘Iskander-M.’ A total of 14 explosions were recorded.

As a result of the strikes, four people were injured. Three of them received medical assistance on-site, while one civilian man was hospitalized in moderate condition. Both apartment buildings and private houses were damaged.

In Chernihiv, the enemy also struck an enterprise and infrastructure facilities. People may still be trapped under the rubble. Search and rescue operations are ongoing, with State Emergency Service specialists and a canine team with service dogs on-site.

Chernihiv City Council’s Department of Education reported that in Chernihiv, as a result of a russian attack on the night of 6 June, two preschools, a school, and a vocational education institution were damaged. Some preschools are not conducting educational activities today.

‘Chernihivvodokanal’ informed that as a result of the russian attack on critical infrastructure in Chernihiv on the night of 6 June, the power supply to the water supply booster pumping stations was disrupted. Due to this, water shortages are being observed on the upper floors of apartment buildings.

According to ‘Chernihivoblenergo,’ during the night, part of Chernihiv and three villages near the city were left without power due to a russian attack. In total, nearly 40,000 subscribers lost electricity. As of 12:00pm on 6 June, energy workers managed to restore power to social and critical infrastructure facilities that had been disconnected. However, 19,869 subscribers remain without electricity.

Chernihiv Border Detachment reported that throughout 5 June, russian forces attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar shelling (26 explosions) and barrel artillery strikes (8 explosions), launched FPV-drone attacks (36 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (6 explosions). A total of 13 settlements came under enemy fire. In Semenivka, russian forces struck a car by an FPV-drone.

In Chernihiv, authorities have approved the settlement of people in 10 modular houses on Volodymyr Drozd Street. The decision was made during a meeting of the city council’s executive committee. These are 10 of the 12 modular houses gifted to Chernihiv by the Republic of Latvia in 2023. All necessary utilities have been connected, and the houses have been furnished.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the RMA, reported that at night, Ukrainian defenders shot down 10 enemy UAVs over the oblast. From evening until morning, the occupiers continued to attack Nikopol region, by drones, artillery and Grad MLRSs. Strikes targeted the regional centre, Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrov communities. A municipal enterprise, a private business and infrastructure were damaged. In Mezhova community of Synelnykove region, russians launched KAB strikes, damaging 3 private houses and a power line. A vehicle was destroyed in Slovianske community, while equipment was damaged in Malomykhailivka community.

During the day, the enemy attacked 3 regions of the oblast: Nikopol, Synelnykove and Kryvyi Rih. Nikopol region was struck around 30 times, by drones and artillery against the regional centre, Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrov communities. A 50-year-old man was injured. A fire broke out as a result. A multi-apartment building, municipal and private enterprises, infrastructure, a marketplace, 2 private homes, a minibus and several passenger cars were damaged. In Mezhova community (Synelnykove region), a drone strike caused a wildfire in dry grass. In Hrushivka community of Kryvyi Rih region, a drone strike damaged an enterprise.

Vinnytsia oblast

​During the last bell celebration, students of Vinnytsia Lyceum No. 29 presented a Land Rover SUV to the father of a first-grade student serving in the military. The vehicle was purchased with funds raised during a charity fair held for Vyshyvanka Day. The car will be delivered to defenders on Zaporizhzhia front line.

Poltava oblast

According to Poltava Regional Military Administration, as a result of today’s massive enemy attack in Kremenchuk region, administrative buildings, storage facilities of several businesses and a café were damaged. Debris fell on a private house. 3 people were injured: 2 received medical assistance on site and 1 was hospitalised in moderate condition.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, stated that in Cherkasy oblast, 3 russian missiles and 22 UAVs were shot down. Drone debris damaged a power line in Zvenyhorodka region.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

On 5 June, the occupiers carried out 689 strikes on 12 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched 16 airstrikes on Kamianske, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Poltavka, and Olhivske. 438 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) targeted Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. Five MLRS attacks hit Kamianske and Huliaipole. There were also 230 artillery strikes on Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, and Novodarivka. Twenty-seven reports were received about damage to apartments, private homes, and infrastructure. One person was killed in an enemy attack on Vasylivka region.

According to the General Staff, as of 4:00 pm on 6 June, Ukrainian defense forces successfully repelled two enemy attacks near Malynivka and Poltavka towards Huliaipole and were actively engaged in three more clashes. Ukrainian defenders stopped two enemy assaults near Pyatykhatky and Pavlivka towards Orikhiv. On 5 June, Ukrainian defense forces repelled 12 russian attacks towards Orikhiv and Huliaipole.

The head of “Rosatom,” Alexey Likhachev, appealed to the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, requesting that the IAEA act as a mediator between the U.S. and russia regarding the future of American Westinghouse nuclear fuel stored at the occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). In response, Rafael Grossi said the IAEA is ready to mediate.

IAEA experts monitoring the occupied ZNPP reported hearing gunfire and explosions near the station’s training center. Station representatives told the mission team the explosions were linked to “drone neutralization” near the training center buildings. No damage to the center has been reported to the IAEA.

Mass fish die-offs began in temporarily occupied Berdiansk on the Azov Sea coast, raising the risk of infectious diseases among residents. According to Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, the cause of the mass fish deaths is the spill of petroleum products from an accident involving two russian tankers in the Kerch Strait in December 2024.

Mykolaiv oblast

On 5 June, the enemy attacked Kutsurub community with an FPV-type drone. As a result, a 70-year-old man was injured. As of this morning, his condition is stable but critical.

Odesa oblast

On the night of 6 June, russia attacked Odesa oblast with a Kh-31P anti-radiation missile launched from the waters of the Black Sea. The rocket did not reach its target.

As of 6:00 am on 2 June, one enemy carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles was in the Black Sea, with a total salvo of up to 6 missiles. There were three enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, including one Kalibr missile carrier with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles.

Over the past day, 10 vessels serving russian interests passed through the Kerch Strait into the Black Sea, and another 9 ships entered the Sea of Azov.

Kherson oblast

Around 5:00 pm, the russian occupying army attacked a car near Zymivnyk with a drone. A 61-year-old woman sustained a blast injury, concussion, and facial abrasions.

It is reported that the occupiers dropped explosives from a UAV on a tractor driver working in the field near Urozhaine. As a result of the enemy attack, a 20-year-old man suffered a blast and traumatic brain injury, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the leg.

A medical worker who had been injured the previous morning in an enemy airstrike on Kherson sought medical attention. The 57-year-old woman, who was at her workplace at the time of the attack, was diagnosed with a blast injury, head contusion, and injuries to her arm and chest.

A man who was injured yesterday morning in a russian airstrike on Kherson also sought medical attention. The 41-year-old resident of Kherson was diagnosed with a concussion, brain trauma, blast injury, and closed head injury.

A Kherson woman injured by a landmine explosion was admitted to the hospital. The car the 53-year-old woman was in ran over a “petal” mine in Dniprovskyi district. She sustained a mine-blast injury, concussion, and hearing loss.

On 5 June, the enemy attacked residential buildings, educational and medical institutions, and administrative buildings both in Kherson and in settlements across the region. The russian army shelled Kherson, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Darivka, Oleksandrivka, Mykilske, Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Chervonyi Maiak, Havrylivka, Mykhailivka, Zolota Balka, Osokorivka, Vesele, Kozatske. As a result of Russian attacks, 10 apartment buildings and six private homes, two administrative buildings, two medical and two educational institutions, a kindergarten, a postal and a bank branch, three cars, a shelter, a shop, and a gas pipeline were damaged. 6 June, 2025, marks two years since the destruction of Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant — one of the largest man-made disasters in the history of independent Ukraine. The vanished reservoir, destroyed irrigation systems, dried-up fields, and new ecosystems on the former seabed — Kherson oblast is still recovering from the consequences. More than 80 settlements were flooded, and about 16,000 people were put at risk.

Rescue divers from Kherson State Emergency Service continue inspecting and clearing the waters of the Inhulets River in Beryslav region. They have already cleared over 3.5 hectares of water area of mines since the beginning of the year.

Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled three enemy attacks on Prydniprovskyi front. Over the past day, enemy losses included 136 occupiers, 9 artillery systems, 17 vehicles and armored units, 11 UAVs (4 Zala, 3 Supercam, 3 Orlan, 1 Merlin), 1 Osa SAM system, 33 motorcycles, 3 ATVs, 4 electronic warfare systems, 7 UAV antennas, 2 communication antennas, 1 UAV storage site, and 1 fuel depot. Forty shelters and 1 checkpoint were destroyed.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

During the attack on Lutsk, the enemy used 15 UAVs and 6 missiles. One person died from the enemy strike. Rescuers found a young man under the rubble of a multi-story building. 15 people were injured. The roof of one of the apartment buildings was damaged in the city, many windows were broken in apartment buildings, commercial facilities and private cars were damaged.

Zakarpattia oblast

This week, the Owl’s Nest Humanitarian Aid Center provided IDPs registered in Uzhgorod with 50 bags with grocery sets and 90 loaves of bread. During the week, volunteers gave out clothes, shoes, bed linen and dishes (1,000 items) from the PDUM Partnerschaft Deutschland-Ukraine/Moldova e. V., Luftfahrt ohne Grenzen / Wings of Help e.V., Spletinnia Kosice, Valentyn Stefano and other benefactors.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

A state award was presented (posthumously) in Nadvirna community. The Combatant’s Cross honorary breastplate was presented to relatives of Yurii Moldavchuk.

Lviv oblast

This night, the enemy attacked Lviv oblast with combat drones and cruise missiles. Three enemy missiles were shot down over Lviv oblast at night. There were no casualties or injuries. An industrial facility in the Drohobych region was damaged. In addition, there are problems with the operation of power lines in several villages near Lviv. The Lvivoblenerho emergency brigade is working on site. The life support systems of Lviv oblast are operating normally.

Rivne oblast

The Air Defense was working in Rivne oblast. There are enemy air targets shot down. Representatives of the Defense Forces and other services are working on the scene. People and infrastructure in the oblast were not harmed.

Ternopil oblast

The enemy carried out the most massive air attack on the oblast. There are many hits. The elimination of the consequences of the enemy’s combined attack with Kalibr cruise missiles and Shahed UAVs in the city of Ternopil is ongoing. The industrial infrastructure of local enterprises has been damaged. 111 rescuers and 26 units of special fire and rescue equipment have been involved in extinguishing the fires. 10 people were injured, including 5 employees of the State Emergency Service. 6 were hospitalized. All are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

A new group rehabilitation program for veterans is starting in Ternopil. Special attention will be paid to swimming, as it is an effective rehabilitation tool.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi City Council has made changes to the Social Support Program for Military Personnel and the Families of Heroes Program. Expenditures for these programs have been increased.

Chernivtsi oblast

Another evacuation train arrived in Bukovina. 18 people from Donetsk oblast were met by representatives of the RMA and international partners, who provided assistance in transporting the evacuees to temporary housing and food. People will be settled in temporary housing in Khotyn, Mamayev, Toporiv ​​and Chernivtsi communities.

Switzerland joined the 17th package of EU sanctions against russia, which entered into force on 3 June. The new restrictions include an asset freeze and entry ban for 17 individuals and 58 companies associated with the russian military-industrial complex, sanctions against 189 vessels of the russian “shadow fleet” that circumvent oil price restrictions or transport military cargo, tightening export controls on 31 new structures and expanding the list of goods for russia’s military buildup.
