According to the military, the occupiers do not plan to stop at Vuhledar. Prylipka also stressed that the last 6-7 months have been accompanied by significant pressure from Russian troops, especially due to their active use of adjusted aerial bombs (AB).

Extreme evacuations from Kurakhove community are organised by the White Angel crew, which takes out up to 20 people every day. Russian troops attack the evacuation routes, so law enforcement officers often change the route. The group makes up to 5 flights a day. Among those rescued over the past week: a wounded 66-year-old woman, four children, people with disabilities and animals. The oldest rescued woman is 89 years old. The so-called “lpr” approved a regional targeted programme for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings, which is scheduled to last until 2026. Thus, in 2025, it is planned to start overhauling 40 residential buildings, and in 2026 – another 45. They assure us that the existing housing stock was analysed when drawing up the programme. The list includes 32 settlements. Of these, only five were occupied in 2022, four of which are dilapidated. Most of the towns and villages on the list have been spared from hostilities. Nevertheless, on average, the occupiers will overhaul one or two buildings per town in two years. However, the search for contractors is still ahead. Like in Siverskodonetsk. There, contractors leave houses half-restored. For example, they replace windows and doors, but do not touch the water and heat supply and sewage systems at all. The cost of the work is similar to a fully completed order. The difference in costs settles somewhere.
