It has been the 1379th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

On 4 November, there were 84 combat engagements on the frontline.

Border settlements suffered from artillery shelling coming from the territory of russia, in particular Tymonovychi in Chernihiv oblast, as well as Bobylivka, Zarichne and Kucherivka in Sumy oblast.

Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, Ukrainian defenders repelled two russian attacks. In addition, the enemy carried out 78 shelling attacks, including one with a multiple launch rocket system.

Towards Southern Sloboda, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 11 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Ambarne and Kolodiazne. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

Towards Kupiansk, one combat engagement continues in the vicinity of Pishchane.

Towards Lyman, the occupying army conducted four attacks in the vicinity of Nadiia, Derylove and Myrne.

Towards Sloviansk, the Defence Forces repelled five enemy attacks near Yampil, Dronivka and Serebrianka.

Towards Kramatorsk, two combat engagements are currently ongoing in the vicinity of Chasiv Yar.

Towards Kostiantynivka, Ukrainian soldiers stopped 16 enemy offensive actions in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, as well as towards Novopavlivka, Stepanivka and Torske. Three more combat engagements are still ongoing.

Towards Pokrovsk, the occupiers made 24 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, as well as towards Sofiivka, Bilytske and Hryshyne. The Defence Forces are holding back the enemy and have already repelled 17 attacks.

Towards Oleksandrivka, the enemy conducted nine attacks in the vicinity of Yalta, Sosnivka, Verbove and Pryvilne.

Towards Huliaipole direction, there were four combat engagements in the vicinity of Zatyshshia, Huliaipole and Pryluky.

Towards Orikhiv, there were no enemy offensive actions.


Towards Kherson, the enemy conducted three attacks in the vicinity of the Antonivka Road Bridge. All the attacks were repelled by the Defence Forces.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi reports that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, russian terrorists have launched more than 112,000 missiles at Ukrainian territory. The main targets of the strikes have been residential buildings and civilian infrastructure, resulting in the deaths of numerous civilians, including children.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Several hundred kilometers of anti-drone defense in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts have been built and maintained by servicemen of the engineering troops of the Armed Forces Support Forces since July 2025.

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

Towards Southern Sloboda, Ukrainian troops stopped 11 attacks in the vicinity of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Ambarne and Kolodiazne. As of 16:00, one combat engagement is ongoing. Towards Kupiansk, one combat engagement is ongoing near ​​Pishchane.

There were 201 combat engagements in the oblast.

Towards Southern Sloboda,  15 enemy attacks were stopped in the vicinity of the settlements of Prylipka, Starytsia, Synelnykovo, Vovchansk, Kolodiazne and Izbitske.

Towards Kupiansk, there were eight attacks. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy assault actions in the vicinity of the settlements of Senkivka, Petropavlivka, Pishchane and Nova Kruhlyakivka.

Shelling

According to preliminary information, the enemy launched a missile strike on Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of Zolochiv community, reports that at 15:25, the russian army struck two GABs in an open area near Odnorobivka. Information about casualties and damage was not received.

4 settlements in the oblast were hit by enemy strikes.

As a result of shelling in the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk community, a 73-year-old man was injured.

Also, doctors provided assistance to a 55-year-old man and an 84-year-old woman who were injured as a result of shelling in the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, Kupiansk community on December 1.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons:

▪️1 GAB;

▪️3 UAVs of the Geran-2 type;

▪️6 UAVs (type to be determined).

Civil infrastructure facilities were damaged and destroyed:

▪️A car was damaged in Kupiansk region (Shevchenkove village);

▪️A farm was damaged in Kharkiv region (Slatyne village);

▪️2 apartment buildings, 2 cars, and an enterprise were damaged in Chuhuiv region (Chuhuiv city).

Andriy Kanashevich, Head of the RMA, reports that a 63-year-old man could have been killed as a result of the shelling of Kupiansk on December 1, a 68-year-old man could also have been killed as a result of the russian strikes on Kindrashivka on November 22. Information about the deaths of the men is being clarified.

Olena Bakhtina, deputy director of the KP Ritual, says that the remains of those buried in the Jewish sector of cemetery No. 3 in Kharkiv after the russian strike on November 28 were not damaged. According to her, the damage is currently being inspected, relatives of all those buried are being identified and what can be repaired immediately and on the spot, and what will take more time.

The State Environmental Inspectorate in the Kharkiv region reported that russian strikes on the buildings and structures of Karazin Kharkiv National University from March to July 2025 caused damage to the ecosystem of UAH 1.9 billion. According to its data, the area of ​​land littered due to the destruction was 12,500 square meters.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 77 people per day. 35 people remained. A total of 13,976 people have been registered at the Point since it began operating.

Donetsk oblast

Frontline

Vadym Storozhuk, officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, says that logistics for Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration is carried out by air in case of blocking of corridors, as well as through ground robotic systems. russian troops are trying to block the supply routes and control the logistics routes, in particular the highways. The Ukrainian military is working to unblock the corridors and provide Ukrainian forces with the necessary.

Hryhorii Shapoval, Spokesman for the East Group of Forces, reports that the Ukrainian military continues to defend the city of Pokrovsk. Information about the complete capture of the city is not true. The defense forces hold the northern part of the city. Ukrainian fighters in Myrnohrad are destroying russian army soldiers “on the approaches to the city”, creating logistics lines there.

The General Staff said that the russian military increased the number of attacks to 31 towards Lyman. The russian army attacked near the settlements of Novovodiane, Novoiehorivka, Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Seredne, Karpivka, Shandryholovove, Kolodiazi, Myrne, Zarichne and towards Stepove.

Towards Pokrovsk, Ukrainian defenders stopped 52 assaults. Towards Kostiantynivka, russian troops carried out 27 attacks.

Sergeant of the 66th Motorized Rifle Brigade Vasyl Denisyuk, reports that the russian army is increasing the pace of attacks towards Lyman. Thick fog has become a cover for russian attacks. They are trying to reach Lyman and Sviatohorsk forests for cover, and are also looking for weak spots in the defense.

The russian General Staff announced a “breakthrough” of russians in Lyman, but the Ukrainian military denies this. In particular, units of the Third Army Corps repel about 40 assaults on the approaches to the Lyman every day and do not allow Russian troops to enter the city.

Shelling

Serhii Horbunov, Head of the Kostiantynivka RMA, says that on December 3, as a result of the shelling of Kostiantynivka by an FPV drone, one person was injured who was moving through the streets of the city during the shelling.

The enemy attacked Sloviansk with aerial bombs: at least 8 people were injured, including two children. This evening, russian troops launched a massive strike on the city, one of the bombs hit an apartment building. Police and rescuers are unblocking people from under the rubble. Several have already been rescued.

On December 2, there were 1,721 enemy shelling along the front line and residential areas.

11 settlements were under fire: the cities of Bilozerske, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Slavyansk, the villages of Vodianske, Novoselivka, Oleksiivo-Druzhkivka, Yasnohirka, the villages of Sydorove, Vilne.

19 civilian objects were destroyed, including 5 residential buildings.

In Kostiantynivka, one person was killed and one was injured as a result of an artillery shell and an FPV drone.

In Slaviansk, the russians killed a civilian, damaged a cafe, a hotel, shopping arcades, a gas station, and a civilian car.

The enemy targeted civilian cars with FPV drones: two people were injured in Lyman, and one was injured in Oleksiivo-Druzhkivka.

In Vodianske, Pokrovsk region, two Geran-2 UAVs hit a five-story building, injuring a civilian.

In Belozerske, two Geran-2 UAVs damaged an educational institution.

In Kramatorsk, the occupiers attacked a Molniya-2 UAV, damaging an apartment building.

Three GAB-250 bombs were dropped by russian troops on Yasnohirka in Kramatorsk community – a private house, non-residential premises, and critical infrastructure were destroyed.

In Sydorove, Sviatohirsk community, a private house and a civilian car were damaged due to the hit of two FPV drones.

Other

Yulia Ryzhakova, Acting Head of the children’s service, says that 410 minors remain in two communities of Donetsk oblast, where the forced evacuation of families with children is ongoing. The largest number of children is in Druzhkivka community.

In temporarily occupied Mariupol, local residents receive water once every two days for several hours. Mariupol residents are forced to stand in long lines during the water delivery organized by the occupiers, the city council reported.

Luhansk oblast

Over the past day, russian troops carried out 29 assault operations in the Lymanske and Slovyanske directions, in particular near Tverdokhlibove. The enemy used artillery and drones, but Ukrainian units are holding their ground in Luhansk oblast.

There is no mobile communication in Siverskodonetsk and nearby cities; only individual payphones and landlines remain available. The occupation authorities are considering creating a local network to call emergency services, but calls between subscribers will remain unavailable.

In Antrtzyt and Khrustalne, where water supply has been lacking since the summer, the occupiers have refused to build new water mains. Local residents are planning to be supplied with technical water from mines on an hourly basis, without a guarantee of its quality.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Three-month-old Nazar, who survived the russian attack on Kyiv in September, was discharged from hospital. The boy’s mother suffered burns to 95% of her body. Doctors operated on her and performed a caesarean section to save the baby. After almost three weeks, Tanya died in hospital, and the boy was named Nazar, as she had wished. From the very first days, his aunt, who became the child’s guardian, was by his side.

On 2 December, the STB television channel reported that a pavilion where television shows were filmed had been completely destroyed in the capital after the recent russian shelling. According to TV presenter Daniel Salem, television programmes such as ‘Everything Will Be Fine’, ‘For Life’, ‘One for All’, the post-show of ‘The Bachelor’ called ‘How to Find Love’, and the reality show ‘Weighed and Happy’ had been filmed at the location for years.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko said that the capital’s community allocated 12 billion hryvnias from the city budget to support the defence and security forces in 2025. According to him, various units of the capital’s community have sent more than 57,000 drones, nearly 350 electronic warfare systems, vehicles, and communications equipment this year.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that a practical support forum is being organised in Kyiv for veterans and their families. During the event, participants will learn how to overcome stress and receive support and resources to strengthen their families’ emotional resilience. A separate Christmas programme has been prepared for children.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic has allocated €220,000 for ‘points of resilience’ for the Kyiv oblast. The Kyiv oblast has compiled a list of needs based on the situation in the communities. To ensure transparency, purchases will be made by the Czech organisation Team 4 Ukraine.

The Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theatre is organising a charity blood drive. It is noted that the donation will take place on St. Nicholas Day, 6 December. Donors will receive bonuses from the Franko Theatre and from friends of Blood Agents, according to a statement.

Zhytomyr oblast

The City Development Agency of the Zhytomyr City Council reported that seven apartments for internally displaced persons have been renovated in Zhytomyr. The premises, furniture and household appliances were purchased as part of the programme ‘Strengthening the Resilience of Cities in the Field of Life Support for Urban Communities in Ukraine (SUR)’ with funding from the German Society for International Cooperation using funds from the German and Swiss governments.

The regional service centre of the State Service of Ukraine for Migration reported that Vasyl Lyamzin, a veteran from Zhytomyr who lost both legs during combat operations in Kursk in August last year, passed his practical exam and received his driving licence. Earlier, the Zhytomyr Regional Employment Service reported that the veteran had set up a workshop for repairing motor vehicles..

Sumy oblast

Between the morning of 2 December and the morning of 3 December, russian forces carried out more than 40 attacks on 20 settlements in nine territorial communities of the oblast. The enemy used guided aerial bombs, multiple-launch rocket systems, VOG explosives dropped from UAVs, and FPV drone strikes across Sumy oblast. Over the day, the air-raid alert in the oblast lasted 11 hours 33 minutes.

Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed:

  • in Velyka Pysarivka community, a private household was damaged;

  • in Seredyna-Buda community, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, residential houses were destroyed and outbuildings damaged;

  • in Esman community, residential houses were destroyed and outbuildings damaged;

  • in Shalyhyne community, houses were destroyed;

  • in Znob-Novhorodske community, a civilian infrastructure facility and a residential house were damaged.

Over the past day, six people were evacuated from border communities by local authorities together with units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police and NGOs.

 Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko announced that the Government is allocating UAH 224 m. for the purchase of modular boiler plants needed to maintain stable heat supply in Sumy oblast. The new backup equipment will ensure reliable operation of the heating season in Sumy and Shostka communities.

Sumy oblast has received 50 generators with a capacity of 3 kW, delivered through support from the Government of the Republic of Poland. These backup power sources will help maintain the functioning of institutions during power outages and support heating, lighting and medical equipment.

Chernihiv oblast

The State Border Guard Service reported that UAV operators of Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment destroyed russian equipment and a DShK heavy machine gun during combat operations in the northern direction.

According to the State Border Guard Service, in Chernihiv oblast, border guards destroyed two russian Shahed strike drones over the course of 2 December.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, said that during the day on 2 December, russian Heran drones again attacked a farming enterprise in one of the settlements of Chernihiv region. Two explosions were recorded. The fire at the strike site was extinguished. russian forces also struck an energy facility. In the evening, a UAV hit an enterprise in the Korop community, causing a fire.

 “North” Operational Command informed that on 2 December, russian forces struck the territory of an oil depot in Novhorod-Siverskyi district with a strike UAV. Residual oil products caught fire, and houses near the strike site were damaged.

Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that throughout 2 December, russian forces attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka border communities. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (9 explosions), FPV drone strikes (12 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (2 explosions).

The State Environmental Inspectorate of Chernihiv oblast informed that in Novhorod-Siverskyi, following a russian drone attack, environmental inspectors recorded more than 2,600 square metres of contaminated land. The environmental damage amounts to more than UAH 371 m.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Pavlohrad region: The enemy struck Ternivka by a UAV. Two men, aged 43 and 50, were killed. Three people were injured — a 65-year-old woman, a 65-year-old man and an 18-year-old boy. A fire broke out. A private house and three garages were partially destroyed. A car was destroyed. Six more private houses, ten garages and three cars were damaged.
Nikopol region: The enemy continued drone attacks on Nikopol and Marhanets community until late evening.
Synelnykove region: Infrastructure in Vasylkivka community was damaged in a UAV attack.

Air defence operated across the oblast. Four russian UAVs were shot down.

The enemy struck Kryvyi Rih by a missile. A woman was injured. An administrative building, apartment blocks and garages were damaged.
Nikopol region: The enemy shelled the regional centre and Myrove, Marhanets, Pokrovske and Chervonohryhorivka communities. A 10-year-old girl, a 64-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman were injured. Two educational institutions, six private houses, a petrol station, a garage, a car, an unused building, infrastructure and gas pipelines were damaged.
Pavlohrad region: The occupiers attacked Pavlohrad and Verbky community by UAVs. A fire broke out; an unused building and infrastructure were damaged.
Synelnykove region: The enemy struck Pokrovske, Slovianske and Mezhova communities. A private house and infrastructure were damaged.

Six russian UAVs were shot down over the oblast.

Vinnytsia oblast

Thirty children of fallen and missing defenders are spending time in Nancy — Vinnytsia’s sister city. French partners are once again organising the trip to support families who have suffered loss. Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported that over ten days, the children will be able to take a break from life in wartime: they will meet Nancy Mayor Mathieu Klein, visit museums and a local radio station, and take part in sports and recreational activities.

Kirovohrad oblast

Vitalii Yukhymenko, Deputy Director of the Regional Department of Social Protection, said that more than one hundred veterans in Kirovohrad oblast receive social care services. They are provided on the same basis as for other residents, but veterans and active servicemen have priority admission to residential care institutions, where around twenty veterans currently live.

Poltava oblast

Thirty-one-year-old serviceman Volodymyr Suprun was killed on 24 November 2025 while performing military duties near Boromlia village in Sumy oblast.

At the Holy Assumption Cathedral of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, a farewell ceremony was held for serviceman Valentyn Riabets, who died on 27 November 2025 from wounds sustained at the front and passed away at Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital in Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

In Poltava, a memorial plaque has been unveiled on the facade of Gymnasium No. 36 to honour serviceman Maksym Mishchenko, callsign “Husar”. He lived in Rybtsi village. Since 5 January 2025 he had been considered missing after an airstrike. In July, DNA analysis confirmed his death.

Cherkasy oblast

Uman paid tribune to a defender Andrii Biliavskyi. He was killed on 19 September 2024 while performing military duties in Donetsk oblast.

Fifteen veterans from Cherkasy have joined free swimming classes under the “MIA Unbreakable” project. Police, State Border Guard Service and National Guard veterans are taking part. For more than a month, swimming instructors have been helping defenders with injuries regain mobility and reduce pain. Cherkasy has become the 17th city to implement the programme, which offers free rehabilitation swimming sessions for personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

 Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported that today, 3 December, russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia region with guided aerial bombs. Explosions were heard near Novovasylivka. Rescuers are currently assessing the extent of the attack’s consequences.

Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that on 2 December, the occupiers carried out 907 strikes across 25 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy hit Petro-Mykhailivka with one missile. russian forces conducted nine airstrikes on Novopavlivka, Ukrainka, Liubymivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Vozdvyzhivka, and Dobropillia. 584 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV) attacked Kushuhum, Chervonodniprovka, Rozumivka, Shevchenkivske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, and Varvarivka. Five MLRS strikes were carried out on Stepnohirsk, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, and Charivne. 308 artillery strikes hit Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Zelene, Zatyshshia, and Varvarivka. 27 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure were received. One person was injured in Zaporizhzhia region as a result of the attack.

On 2 December, russian shelling caused two fires in Zaporizhzhia and Polohy regions. According to the State Emergency Service, a residential building caught fire in Preobrazhenka, and a school building burned in Shevchenkivske.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 3 December, there were four combat engagements near Zatyshshia, Huliaipole, and Pryluky towards Huliaipole. On 2 December, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled five russian attacks towards Huliaipole.

The head of Zaporizhzhia RMA, Ivan Fedorov, reported that during November, 1,800 residents were evacuated from the Zaporizhzhia, Polohy, and Vasylivka regions. He added that the zone of mandatory or forced evacuation is currently not being expanded.

Mykolaiv oblast

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 2 December, the enemy carried out ten attacks with FPV drones on Ochakiv, Halytsynove, and Kutsurub communities. There were no casualties.

Odesa oblast

Odesa Regional Military Administration reported that during the night of 3 December, russian forces attacked Odesa region with drones. The attack caused a fire at an energy infrastructure facility and damaged equipment. One employee was injured and hospitalized in critical condition. According to the “South” Air Command, air defence forces in southern Ukraine shot down or suppressed 13 attack drones in Odesa oblast.

Kherson oblast

Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on 3 December, russian forces shelled Bilozerka. At least 12 buildings were damaged, with windows and doors blown out, roofs destroyed, and facades pockmarked.

Kherson Regional Military Administration also reported three deaths due to russian army attacks. A man whose car was attacked by a drone in Tsentralnyi district of Kherson on the afternoon of 30 November died in the hospital. A Kherson residen was killed in yesterday’s enemy shelling of Dniprovskyi district. Additionally, a 77-year-old man in Dudchany was killed by a russian drone strike.

A woman who was attacked by a russian drone on the morning of 1 December in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson was hospitalized. The 36-year-old woman was diagnosed with an explosive injury and concussion.

An ambulance brigade delivered a 77-year-old man from Chornobaivka to the hospital after he was injured in russian shelling on 1 December. He was diagnosed with a concussion, explosive, and closed head injuries.

Medical aid was also provided to two residents of Bilozerka injured in yesterday’s russian attacks. A 35-year-old woman was hospitalized with an explosive injury and concussion. A 50-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and concussion.

According to the head of the Military-Civil Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, on the night of 3 December, 2025, russian forces shelled the trolleybus depot in Kherson with artillery. The attack damaged the contact network, production facilities, and administrative building. Nineteen trolleybuses had their windows blown out and bodies damaged.

On 2 December, russian forces attacked Kherson, Antonivka, Sofiivka, Kizomys, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Komyshany, Veletenske, Sadove, Novodmytrivka, Dniprovske, Tomyna Balka, Novoraisk, Charivne, Yantarne, Rozlyv, Kozatske, and Vesele. The attacks damaged one apartment building, 12 private houses, cell towers, an administrative building, trolleybuses, and private vehicles. Three people were killed and three were injured due to russian aggression.

According to the General Staff, as of 16:00 on 3 December, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge three times towards Kherson but was repelled.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

The RMA initiated training on the mandatory observance of building codes when creating a barrier-free space. Participants worked in theoretical and practical formats.

Zakarpattia oblast

With the support of the RMA and partners, 20 psychologists and psychotherapists from Zakarpattia, Odessa and Kherson underwent a 3-day intensive in narrative-exposure therapy in Bratislava. Specialists from resilience centers, mental health centers, social services, hospitals, charitable and public organizations mastered the evidence-based method of working with people who have experienced repeated traumatic events and have symptoms of PTSD.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The 10th Veteran Space. Veteran’s Heart has opened in Rohatyn. In space, defenders and their families will be able to receive comprehensive assistance – consultations, psychological support, opportunities for adaptation, rehabilitation, and development.

Lviv oblast

The RMA reported that a charity screening of the film Da Vinci about the Hero of Ukraine Dmytro Kotsiubayl was held at the People’s House in Rudok. During the screening, UAH 3,500 were raised, which were directed to 2 gatherings for military units – Black Wing of the 116th Separate Mechanized Brigade and Heavenly Mara.

Rivne oblast

Internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories currently residing in Rivne oblast are joining a new component of the eVidnovlenie program – housing vouchers. 125 residents of the oblast have already applied for participation in the program.

Ternopil oblast

A meeting was held in Ternopil with Nina Schrepfer, Deputy Representative for Protection of UNHCR in Ukraine, and a delegation from UNHCR field offices in Kyiv and Lviv. They had been in Ternopil since the 1st days of the tragedy, helping with building materials and film.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Financial assistance of over UAH 9.1m was allocated to 560 Khmelnytskyi residents. The assistance was provided to families of the deceased, families of prisoners of war and missing persons, military personnel for rehabilitation and treatment and active military personnel for personal household expenses that were affected by the russian terrorist attacks.

Chernivtsi oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Park Kichang, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine. They discussed opportunities for cooperation and launching joint initiatives in various areas: economic, social, medical, educational and cultural.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, met with representatives of Irish business. They discussed investments that will strengthen Ukrainian resilience now and contribute to the country’s reconstruction.

The Vatican opened the Prayer for Ukraine exhibition. The opening of the international artistic and spiritual exhibition took place in the Basilica of Sant’Andrea della Valle in Rome, which took place after the Holy Mass in memory of the millions of victims of the Holodomor. The service was led by the Secretary of State of the Holy See, Cardinal Pietro Parolin.
