Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat engagements along the entire front line amounts to 138.


The border settlements of Starykove, Bobylivka, Ulanove, Khodyne and Vovkivka in the Sumy oblast, as well as Khrinivka in the Chernihiv oblast suffered from enemy artillery fire.

Towards Northern Sloboda and Kursk, one combat engagement was recorded. In addition, the enemy carried out one airstrike, dropped three guided bombs and conducted 62 shellings on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.

Towards Southern Sloboda, the enemy conducted nine attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Vovchansk, Izbytske, Synelnykove, Obukhivka and Novovasylivka.

Towards Kupiansk, five combat engagements continue near Pishchane, Petropavlivka, Hlushkivka, Shyikivka and Novoplatonivka.

Towards Lyman, the aggressor conducted 16 attacks in the areas of Druzheliubivka, Tverdokhlibove, Karpivka, Serednie, Shandryholove, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Stavky and Zarychne. Three combat engagements are currently ongoing.

Towards Sloviansk, Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Yampil, Platonivka and Serebrianka. Another combat engagement is still ongoing.

Towards Kramatorsk, the enemy conducted three attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Pazeno, Mykolaivka and Stupochky.

Towards Kostiantynivka, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Shcherbynivka, Ivanivka and towards the settlements of Mykolaipillia, Kostiantynivka and Berestok. The Defence Forces have already repelled 15 enemy attacks, with three more still ongoing.

Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy conducted 43 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Nove Shakhove, Dorozhnie, Nykanorivka, Bilytske, Shakhove, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Rivne, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Filiia and towards the settlement of Hryshyne. Fighting continues in ten locations. The Defence Forces are effectively carrying out counter-diversion operations in the area of Pokrovsk; enemy losses are being verified.

Towards Oleksandrivka, Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 enemy attacks in the areas of Oleksandrohrad, Sosnivka, Verbove, Vyshneve, Yehorivka, Pryvilne and Rybne.

Towards Huliaipole, nine combat engagements were recorded in the areas of Zatyshshia, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Varvarivka, Pryvilne and Huliaipole. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

No offensive actions by the enemy were recorded towards Orikhiv.

Towards Kherson, Ukrainian units repelled two enemy attacks towards the Antonivka Road Bridge.

4m Ukrainian children need psychological help due to the effects of war. At the same time, 80% of them are at risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These are the results of a study by Gen.Ukrainian. Constant stress leads to a loss of interest in usual activities, deterioration of attention and memory, which negatively affects learning and development. Trauma often manifests itself in depression, apathy, and even self-harm, which is now found even in 9-year-old children — previously, this was only characteristic of adolescents. Physical symptoms such as headaches and stomachaches, which were not previously characteristic of children, are also noted.

During November 2025, the Air Defence Forces destroyed 9,707 air targets. These included 11 Kh-47 M2 Kinzhal aero ballistic missiles, 51 Kh-101 cruise missiles, 15 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, 20 Kalibr cruise missiles, 3 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles, 19 Iskander-K cruise missiles, and 29 Kalibr cruise missiles. 20 Kalibr cruise missiles. 3 Kh-59/69 guided air missiles. 19 Iskander-K cruise missiles. 2,939 Shahed-type strike UAVs. 361 reconnaissance UAVs. 6,288 other types of UAVs.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

Frontline

According to data from the General Staff at 4pm, russian troops attacked Ukrainian defenders’ fortifications nine times in Vovchansk, Izbytske, Synelnykove, Obukhivka, and Novovasylivka. Five more assaults are ongoing near Pishchane, Petropavlivka, Hlushevka, Shyikivka, and Novoplatonivka.

Over the past day, 171 combat clashes were recorded. Towards South Slobozhanske, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders near the settlements of Vovchansk and Synelnykove three times. Towards Kupiansk, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations yesterday.

Over the past week, there were 1,552 combat engagements on the front line.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the russians say they have captured Kupiansk, but the Ukrainian military has almost cleared it.

Viktor Trehubov, Head of communications for the Joint Forces Operation, said that the russian troops remaining in Kupiansk are focused on survival. According to him, the occupiers in the city are cut off from supplies, but can receive small shipments by drone.

Attacks

The occupiers attacked Blyzniukivka community with a UAV. As a result of the enemy strike in the village of Bashylivka, three women aged 59, 64 and 67 were injured. They suffered acute stress reactions and received medical assistance without hospitalisation. At least one house was destroyed and three more were damaged. A fire broke out.

Over the past day, nine settlements in Kharkiv oblast were hit by enemy strikes. Four people were injured as a result of the shelling.

In Kozacha Lopan village, Derhachi community, a 36-year-old and a 39-year-old man were injured; in Martove village, Pechenihy community, a 47-year-old and a 74-year-old woman were injured.

Medical personnel also provided assistance to a 38-year-old man who was injured by the explosion of an unknown object in the city of Kupiansk on 26 October.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:

▪️3 KAB;

▪️6 UAVs of the Geran-2 type;

▪️4 FPV drones;

▪️5 UAVs (type to be determined).

Civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed:

▪️in Bohodukhiv region, 5 apartment buildings, power lines (Odnorobivka), 2 private houses, power lines (Kostiantynivka), 2 cars (Zolochiv village), 2 private houses, farm buildings, power lines, 2 cars (Klynova-Novoselivka village);

▪️in Kharkiv region, a car was damaged (Kozacha Lopan village);

▪️in Chuhuiv region, 2 private houses (Martove village) and a warehouse (Pechenihy village) were damaged.

According to Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Reuven Asman, during the russian attack on Kharkiv on 28 November, the Jewish section of cemetery №3 in Saltivsky district of the city was damaged. He described the damage as very severe. The cemetery administration added that about 70 graves were damaged.

Six people died, 12 were injured, and seven suffered acute shock as a result of russian attacks on Kharkiv oblast from 24 to 30 November.

Over the past week, at least 32 settlements in Kharkiv oblast, including the city of Kharkiv, have been hit by enemy strikes.

Fourteen people were injured as a result of the shelling, including a 12-year-old boy. Two people were killed.

The enemy actively used various types of weapons in Kharkiv oblast:

▪️4 missiles (type to be determined);

▪️22 KAB;

▪️33 UAVs of the Geran-2 type;

▪️13 FPV drones;

▪️108 UAVs (type to be determined).

The civilian infrastructure of Chuhuiv region was most affected, where the enemy damaged 21 private houses, 5 farm buildings, critical infrastructure, 7 cars, a cultural centre, and a warehouse.

Significant damage was caused in Bohodukhiv region: 5 apartment buildings, 4 private houses, gas and power networks, 5 cars, and farm buildings.

In Kharkiv, the enemy damaged 2 apartment buildings, an administrative building, and a car.

Other

The transit evacuation point in Lozova took in 27 people in a day. There are still 26 people there. Since it started working, the point has registered 13,899 people.

Donetsk oblast

Fronline

The 7th Corps of the Airborne Forces reported that more than 1,200 russian troops were eliminated by the Defence Forces in Pokrovsk axis during November, with more than 500 in Pokrovsk itself. Ukrainian troops are preparing to defend the city in winter and are already fortifying their positions for this purpose. Russian troops are trying to reach “logistical corridors”, but the agglomeration is not surrounded. Recently, the Defence Forces carried out a rotation in Myrnohrad.

The 3rd Army Corps said that the Ukrainian Defence Forces are holding positions in the villages of Novoselivka and Stavy in northern Donetsk oblast. The statements of the russian Ministry of Defence do not correspond to reality. The occupiers continue to send groups of infantrymen into the villages to take photos with russian flags in the settlements to simulate control, after which they are destroyed. Positions in Stavky and Novoselivka are controlled by the 60th Mechanised Brigade and adjacent units.

Maksym Bilousov, Head of communications for the 60th Mechanised Brigade, stated that in some areas of Lyman axis, the russian army may have an infantry advantage of 1 to 6 and even 1 to 10. The number of russian troops is the main problem in this section of the front.

The General Staff reported that the occupiers carried out 12 assaults in the direction of Sloviansk over the past day. Russian troops attacked near Siversk, Dronivka and Serebrianka, and there were nine assaults the day before. There were 66 battles in Pokrovsk axis and more than 20 attacks in Oleksandrivka axis.

Attacks

According to Kramatorsk Military-Civilian Administration, at 12:55pm, russian troops struck one of the neighbourhoods and the private sector of the community. The consequences of the shelling are being assessed. Head Honcharenko informed that four people were reportedly wounded in the shelling.

Horbunov, Head of the Military Administration, reported that the facade of the Holy Trinity Church of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine in Kostiantynivka was damaged during morning shelling of the city. The russian army dropped two FAB-250 bombs, damaging a farm building and several high-rise buildings in addition to the church. The city was also attacked by an FPV drone, which hit a residential building.

After midnight, Spasko-Mykhailivka in Novodonetsk community came under enemy attack.

Liakh, Head of the Military Administration, stated that the russian army attacked Sloviansk twice on the night of 1 December. At night, the occupiers fired on the industrial zone of the city with KABs, and at about 6am, they struck private houses with three Geran-2 drones. Two houses were completely destroyed, and 30 more were damaged.

On 30 November, the police recorded 1,625 enemy strikes along the front line and in residential areas.

Druzhkivka, Lyman, Mykolaivka, Sviatohirsk and Myrove were under attack.

Four civilian objects were destroyed, including three residential buildings.

A civilian was injured in Lyman.

As a result of FPV drone strikes, an apartment building was damaged in Mykolaivka, a private house in Druzhkivka, and a civilian car in Sviatohirsk.

In Myrove, Pokrovsk region, the enemy targeted a Geran-2 UAV, destroying a private house.

Other

According to Liakh, Head of the Military-Civilian Administration, in November, 22 children were born in Sloviansk. This is the lowest number of births per month since the beginning of 2025. Since June, the birth rate in Sloviansk has been declining every month.

Two people were evacuated from Kostiantynivka in the morning. They are currently staying at a temporary accommodation centre in Kramatorsk.

Luhansk oblast

Russian troops attempted to break through Ukraine’s defences 23 times towards Lyman and Sloviansk. In Luhansk oblast, they attacked near Novoiehorivka and Tverdokhlibove, using barrel artillery and 21 FPV drones.

Khrustalne has been without drinking water for three months due to a hydrological drought. Water is delivered only on a paid basis, and no new water pipes are being built.

The occupation administration refuses to repair the power substation between Starobilsk and Siverskodonetsk. As a result, residents of seven villages and nearby settlements were left without electricity in winter.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Work continues in Vyshhorod on the high-rise building that suffered the most damage after the russian strike on 30 November. Teams are currently continuing to clear out the apartments that were burned down. Heating and electricity have been restored to the undamaged entrances. Broken windows are being covered with plastic sheeting and OSB boards. Two State Emergency Service tents have been set up, and emergency response centres are operating.

According to the RMA, one person was killed and 19 injured, including four children, as a result of the russian strike on Vyshhorod. As of the evening of 30 November, 11 adults and two children are in hospital in Vyshhorod. Rescuers evacuated 146 people from the building. State Emergency Service psychologists provided assistance to 73 citizens, including nine children.

Denys Shtilerman, co-founder and chief designer of Fire Point, a company that manufactures Flamingo rockets, reported that an employee of the company was killed in the russian strike on Vyshhorod on the night of 30 November. The family of the deceased is in hospital in critical condition.

The State Emergency Service said that during the russian night attack on 30 November, one of the russian drones hit the roof of a high-rise building in Vyshhorod and did not explode. Rescuers defused the explosive device using a robot. The damaged drone, its warhead, and 21 cassette munitions remained on the roof. Another “cassette” was found in the courtyard of the building. In order to defuse the munitions, the dangerous area was cordoned off and residents of the upper floors were evacuated.

According to the capital’s police, fragments of a drone with explosive devices were found in Obolonskyi district of Kyiv. Law enforcers restricted access to the area.

Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that in Ploske village, a lyceum that was destroyed during the full-scale russian invasion in 2022 has been restored. During the russian occupation of the village, the lyceum building caught fire from the detonation of a tank’s ammunition, which was parked close to the school. The fire destroyed about 35% of the building: classrooms, a sports hall, a museum, furniture and equipment were burned down. The russians used textbooks to light fires. The reconstruction was financed from the state budget under the programme of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression by the russian Federation.

The RMA said that pickup trucks were handed over to the air defence units of Kyiv oblast in Obukhiv. They will soon be used to strengthen Ukraine’s air defence.

The number of requests for psychological support at Kyiv Military Hub has doubled. Since the beginning of the year, more than 2,700 requests from military personnel and their families have been processed. Kyiv Military Hub psychologists conduct individual consultations, support groups, couple and family counselling, art therapy, psychological training and master classes, and emergency response in crisis situations by a mobile group.

Kyiv CMA said that the city has received four new trams and 20 buses. Under an agreement with the European Investment Bank on the ‘”Urban Public Transport in Ukraine” project, the city will receive a total of 85 such buses.

The official opening of the national adaptive veterans’ competition “HART” took place on 30 November at the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv. The event became a symbol of the strength, recovery and resilience of those who defended Ukraine.

Zhytomyr oblast

According to the Zhytomyrteplokomunenerho municipal enterprise, 8 cogeneration gas plants are being installed in Zhytomyr, which, once commissioned, will generate 4.2 MW of electrical energy and 6.2 MW of thermal energy. The plants were provided by European partners as part of the implementation of the USAID-funded international technical assistance project “Energy Security Project”.

Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, reported that a monument to fallen paratroopers who gave their lives for freedom, the state, and the future was unveiled in Zhytomyr oblast.

Sumy oblast

The Regional Military Administration reported that on the morning of 1 December, a russian drone struck a car carrying two civilians in Bilopillia community. The 53-year-old driver was killed on the spot, while the passenger sustained minor injuries.

Between the morning of 30 November and the morning of 1 December, russian forces carried out more than 50 attacks on 32 settlements in 14 territorial communities of the oblast. The highest number of strikes was recorded in Sumy and Shostka regions. The enemy used guided aerial bombs (up to 20 strikes), UAVs (up to 10 strikes), and also conducted FPV drone attacks. Over the day, the air-raid alert in the oblast lasted 10 hours 35 minutes.

Civilian infrastructure was damaged or destroyed:

▪️ in Sumy community, a civilian infrastructure facility, an apartment building, private households, cars and a non-residential building were damaged;
▪️ in Vorozhba community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
▪️ in Bilopillia community, a civilian infrastructure facility, a private residential house and a car were damaged;
▪️ in Krasnopillia community, a civilian infrastructure facility and a private residential house were damaged;
▪️ in Mykolaivka rural community, a private residential house was damaged;
▪️ in Seredyna-Buda community, a private residential house and a non-residential building were damaged;
▪️ in Hlukhiv community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged;
▪️ in Shalyhyne community, a residential house was destroyed;
▪️ in Znob-Novhorodske community, a civilian infrastructure facility was damaged.

The State Emergency Service informed that pyrotechnic units continue demining operations in Sumy oblast. Twenty-two explosive devices were destroyed over the past week. Since the beginning of the year, 1,440 explosive items have been recorded. This week, hazardous findings were discovered in Romny, Konotop, Sumy and Shostka regions.

According to the Regional Military Administration, more than 62,000 veterans reside in Sumy oblast. The oblast has an integrated support system:

▪️ 6 veteran hubs offering spaces for communication, training and recovery;
▪️ assistance provided to more than 4,000 people (totalling over UAH 66m.);
▪️ 90 support specialists have delivered more than 5,000 services;
▪️ programmes of physical, psychological and social support, including 40 psychologists and 27 “Veteran Sport” gyms;
▪️ 52 veterans have started their own businesses;
▪️ 30 people with disabilities caused by the war have received housing compensation (totalling more than UAH 71m).

Chernihiv oblast

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration said that between 24 and 30 November, defence forces shot down 278 russian aerial targets over Chernihiv oblast.

The State Emergency Service informed that in two regions of Chernihiv oblast, russian UAVs caused fires in infrastructure and residential areas throughout 30 November. Two women were injured and hospitalised.

As a result of a russian UAV strike on an energy infrastructure facility in Mena on 30 November, a 38-year-old woman was injured. She is currently in the local hospital’s surgical ward, and her condition is stable.

In Chernihiv oblast, two impacts in a residential area ignited a house, an outbuilding and a vehicle. A woman was injured and taken to a medical facility.

According to the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv oblast, a fragment of a russian Kinzhal missile fell onto private property in Nizhyn region. Deminers removed the dangerous missile fragment and used specialised pyrotechnic transport to safely move the ordnance.

In Chernihiv oblast on 29 and 30 November, a case of russian UAVs dropping cluster munitions was recorded in a field between Kulykivka and Drozdivka. Some of the munitions did not detonate. Kulykivka Town Council reported that police explosive ordnance units are working to neutralise the discovered clusters.

Chernihiv Border Guard Detachment reported that throughout 30 November, russian forces attacked three border communities of Chernihiv oblast: Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka and Snovsk. The enemy carried out mortar attacks (7 explosions), Molniya-type UAV strikes (1 explosion), FPV drone strikes (13 explosions), and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (4 explosions).

The State Environmental Inspectorate of Chernihiv oblast informed that eight tanks containing liquid mineral fertiliser and ammonium water were damaged at an enterprise in Nizhyn as a result of russian drone strikes, leading to soil contamination. The tanks held a urea–ammonium mixture and ammonium water with a concentration of 25%. After the leakage, the substances flowed across the surrounding terrain.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Air defence units operated across the oblast, with defenders shooting down 3 enemy UAVs.

Nikopol region. The russian forces continued to strike the regional centre, Pokrovske and Chervonohryhorivka communities, by artillery and drones. A high-rise building in Nikopol was damaged.

Pavlohrad region. As a result of a UAV attack in Ternivka community, infrastructure was damaged.

Dnipro. 4 people were killed and 43 injured in a russian strike on Dnipro city. A fire broke out. An administrative building, a garage, 4 high-rise buildings, 4 educational institutions, enterprises, a service station and 52 vehicles were damaged.

Nikopol region. The russian forces struck Myrove and Marhanets communities by drones. There were no civilian casualties reported.

Vinnytsia oblast

The deaths of 8 servicemen from Vinnytsia oblast have been confirmed: Oleksii Prokopchuk, Oleh Ishchenko, Serhii Davydenko, Ihor Lukashyk, Andrii Yevdokymov, Oleksii Kyryliuk, Serhii Milevskyi and Oleh Ostryzhniuk.

Kirovohrad oblast

Tetiana Riaboshapka, Spokesperson of the Regional Police Department, reported that explosive ordnance technicians from Kirovohrad oblast demonstrated how service dogs work in the de-occupied areas of Kherson oblast, including the spaniel Sherri and the German shepherd Richard. Dog handlers train the dogs daily to detect mines, unexploded ordnance, improvised explosive devices and other hazardous items, develop endurance, obedience and the ability to work in various types of terrain.

Nataliia Sivova, Head of the Regional Veterans Affairs Office, stated that in Kirovohrad oblast, veterans, service members and former service members with hearing impairments can receive hearing aids free of charge under a nationwide programme functioning within the broader Medical Guarantees Programme. Children and adults with disabilities are eligible.

Serhii Yakunin, Head of the Press Service of the City Council, informed that in Kropyvnytskyi, authorities plan to construct 3 modular buildings comprising 30 apartments for internally displaced persons, families of military personnel and vulnerable groups. The construction will be funded by the Ukrainian office of the International Organisation for Migration. Approximately 80% of the apartments are intended for IDPs, while the remainder will be allocated to families of service members and persons with disabilities, pensioners, orphans and children deprived of parental care or from large families.

Poltava oblast

Lokhvytsia community paid tribute to serviceman Serhii Mozul, who went missing on 27 August 2024 in Nevske village in Luhansk oblast during a mortar attack.

A memorial service was held for the fallen serviceman Oleksii Kanibolotskyi at the Holy Assumption Cathedral (OCU) in Poltava. He was killed on 19 December 2024 while performing a combat mission near Makarivka village in Volnovakha region of Donetsk oblast. His death was officially confirmed recently, following the repatriation of the bodies of fallen soldiers.

Olena Marakhovska, Acting Director of the Veteran Centre, said that a free hostel for servicemen has been completed in Poltava. Nearly UAH 207,000 was spent on the project. 90% of the funding came from businesses and private educational institutions, while the remaining 10% was raised through crowdfunding. Cosmetic repairs were carried out in the rooms, and furniture and appliances were purchased.

Cherkasy oblast

In Talne, residents paid tribute to serviceman Hennadii Moskalenko, who was killed on 9 December 2024 near Hannivka village in Pokrovsk region of Donetsk oblast.

In Cherkasy, a funeral was held for Chief Sergeant Oleksandr Semenov, who was killed on 18 November 2025 in Donetsk oblast.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, yesterday, 30 November, the occupiers carried out 752 strikes on 20 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. russian forces conducted 21 airstrikes on Veselianka, Hryhorivka, Kosivtseva, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Dobropillia and Luhivske. 408 UAVs of various types (mainly FPV) attacked Novomykolaivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Varvarivka, Dobropillia and Solodke. Five MLRS attacks were carried out on Malokaterynivka, Huliaipole, Varvarivka and Solodke. 318 artillery strikes were launched on Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Varvarivka, Dobropillia and Solodke. Ten reports were received about damaged apartments and private houses.

According to the General Staff, as of 4pm on 1 December, there were nine combat engagements near Zatyshshia, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Varvarivka, Pryvilne, and Huliaipole towards Huliaipole. One engagement is still ongoing.

According to the U.S.-based Institute for the Study of War report (ISW) for 30 November, the Ukrainian Defense Forces advanced near the settlement of Stepnohirsk in Vasylivka region towards Orikhiv. russian forces continue offensive operations towards Huliaipole but have not achieved confirmed gains.

The Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence reported that on the evening of 19 November 2025, special forces and members of the Resistance Movement struck a gathering of russian military personnel in temporarily occupied Berdiansk. As a result, five rosgvardia servicemen were eliminated, four others were seriously wounded, and russian equipment was damaged. It is noted that a powerful explosion occurred at the entrance to the city under a propaganda billboard, where russian military personnel had gathered.

Mykolaiv oblast

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported that yesterday, 30 November, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv with Shahed-type attack UAVs. As a result of the attack, nine trucks, two tractors, two cars, a combine harvester, and the windows of a summer house were damaged. A fire also broke out in the warehouse premises. There were no casualties.

Also yesterday, the enemy carried out three FPV drone attacks on Ochakiv community and launched an artillery strike on Kutsurub community. There were no casualties.

Odesa oblast

During the night of 1 December, russia attacked Odesa oblast with strike drones. As a result of the impacts, two buildings caught fire. The press service of the State Emergency Service in the Odesa oblast reported that firefighters extinguished the fires. There are no dead or injured.

Kherson oblast

Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that on the morning of 1 December, the russian army massively shelled Chornobaivka. The enemy attacked the village with artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems. As a result of numerous strikes, about fifty private houses, at least two apartment buildings, power lines, a gas pipeline and outbuildings were damaged. As of 5pm, six people are known to be injured.

At around 11:20am on the road near the village of Rakivka in Beryslav community, russians attacked a civilian car with a drone. A 61-year-old man sustained a concussion, blast and closed head injuries, an amputated foot and shrapnel wounds to his leg. According to the head of Beryslav Military Administration, Oleksandr Alchiev, the russian drone struck on the road near Urozhaine, injuring a resident of Beryslav, volunteer of the ADRA Ukraine charity foundation, Ihor Ilnytskyi.

At around 9:30am, russians attacked a man with a drone in Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 52-year-old Kherson resident suffered a concussion, blast and closed head injuries, and shrapnel wounds to his arm, abdomen and legs.

At around 9am, russians attacked Dniprovskyi district of Kherson with a UAV. Four Kherson residents were injured; all victims were hospitalised with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.

An elderly resident of Bilozerka, who came under russian shelling on the afternoon of 29 November, was hospitalised. The 82-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury and a concussion.

Yesterday, 30 November, russian forces attacked Kherson, Antonivka, Nadiivka, Kizomys, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Yantarne, Lymanets, Beryslav, Odradokamianka, Novovorontsovka, Novooleksandrivka, Novomykolaivka, Krupytsia, Zolota Balka, Mykolaivka, Olhivka, Tiahynka, Kozatske and Vesele. russian strikes damaged 48 sites: twelve apartment buildings, twenty private houses, critical infrastructure facilities, a utility enterprise, gas pipelines, three cars, a trolleybus, a garage and an outbuilding. Nine people were injured in the shelling, including a child.

According to the General Staff, as of 4pm on 1 December, Ukrainian units repelled two enemy attacks in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge towards Kherson.

During the past week, russian forces fired 566 times at the positions of Ukrainian defenders and at civilian infrastructure in Kherson oblast, and carried out six airstrikes. According to Pavlo Drohal, spokesman for the 30th Marine Corps, from 24 to 30 November 2025, the occupiers unsuccessfully attempted to assault the defence positions on the left bank of Dnipro nine times. During this period, the russian army lost 142 soldiers and 92 units of military equipment and weapons. Over the week, russian forces launched 2,581 drones toward the right-bank part of the region. Of these, 1,246 targeted Kherson community. Ukrainian fighters destroyed 2,450 drones, including 1,186 within Kherson.

Volyn oblast

In the village of Novi Chervyscha, Prilisnensky community unveiled memorial plaques to defenders Serhiy Tsyopych and Mykola Davydiuk, who were killed in the war. Plaques were installed on the facade of the lyceum where the Heroes studied, and relatives, friends, teachers, and villagers honored their memory with flowers, lamps and a minute of silence.

Zakarpattia oblast

The open championship of Zakarpattia oblast and the city of Uzhhorod in the martial art Combat Self-Defense ICO (enhanced contact) was held in the oblast. The tournament was dedicated to the bright memory of Yurii Vasylyzhenko, soldier of the special forces police battalion (Rifle) of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zakarpattia oblast – a courageous policeman who was killed on 10 November, 2025 while performing a combat mission in Donetsk oblast.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The RMA reported that Saint Nicholas, together with his assistants, visited almost 200 children of deceased and missing defenders of Ukraine from Ivano-Frankivsk.

Lviv oblast

The 2nd large-scale transfer of 47 units of equipment took place within the framework of the joint project of the Return Alive Foundation and Lviv RMA – Machines That Are. This time, the quadricycles, buggies and buses were received the 20th Separate Brigade of Unmanned Systems K2, the 427th Separate Regiment of the Airborne Forces RAROH, the 80th Airborne Assault Galician Brigade, the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo and the 125th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade.

Rivne oblast

The air raid siren sounded 977 times in Rivne oblast since the start of the full-scale invasion. Summing up November: 17 alarms (in October there were 15); simultaneously in all districts the siren sounded 17 times; the maximum number of days without sirens was 6 (19-24 November).

Ternopil oblast

A meeting was held in Ternopil with Jiri Borcel, Consul General of the Czech Republic in Lviv, and Vojtech Vraspir, Director of the Czech Trade Support Agency. They discussed continued cooperation in the field of healthcare.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi community sent 20 Mavic quadcopters to the Third Separate Assault Brigade.

Chernivtsi oblast

Chernivtsi City Council reported that another aid of over UAH 16m from the community is being sent to the front.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

The film Hell Jumper about the volunteer Chris Perry who was killed in Ukraine won an Emmy . The international Emmy award ceremony was held in New York on 25 November. The BBC Two film tells the story of Perry, 28-year-old Briton who, together with his friends, evacuated civilians from shelling in front-line villages. In January 2023, he and his colleague Andrew Bagshaw were killed near Soledar. Initially, their deaths were attributed to an artillery strike, but Bagshaw’s family later stated: Andrew was executed – wounds were found on his body in the torso and head.
