On 1 August, there were 76 combat engagements on the front line.
Ukrainian defenders tried to stop the enemy, holding the lines, and disrupting russian invader’s plans. At the same time, the invaders continue their military operations towards Pokrovsk and Toretsk.
Towards Kharkiv, there were two enemy attacks in the vicinity of Vovchansk. The battle is ongoing. The situation is under control.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to advance to Ukrainian positions in the vicinity of Andriivka. Three enemy attacks are still ongoing near Stelmakhivka and Pishchane. In total, there were five clashes in this area. The invaders dropped an aerial bomb in the vicinity of Novoosynove and Petropavlivka.
Towards Lyman, the aggressor increased the number of attacks to three. Combat actions took place near Makiivka and Torske.
Towards Siversk, the enemy twice unsuccessfully tried to break through Ukrainian defenses in the vicinity of Vyimka. Clashes are still ongoing in five locations near Spirne, Ivanodarivka, and Verkhnokamianske. The situation is under control.
Towards Kramatorsk, Ukrainian defenders continue to repel the enemy’s attack near Chasiv Yar. In the vicinity of Klishchiivka, Ivanivske, and Andriivka, the enemy suffered losses and retreated.
Towards Toretsk, there were 12 assaults in the vicinity of Pivnichne and Niu-York, where the enemy is still attacking. The invaders were also repelled near Zalizne and Toretsk. Toretsk and Diliivka were bombarded eight times with KABs. In addition, the invaders struck Diliivka three times with army aviation weapons.
The highest enemy activity is currently towards Pokrovsk. There were 36 clashes of varying intensity. Battles are still ongoing in nine locations in the vicinity of Novooleksandrivka, Ivanivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Svyrydonivka, Zhelanne, and Yasnobrodivka. The invaders’ aircraft struck Ivanivka, Novotroitske, Hrodivka, and Tymofiivka with KABs throughout the day. Additionally, the terrorists carried out four airstrikes with unguided aerial rockets towards Oleksandropol.
Fighting continues towards Kurakhove. Four assaults were repelled near Krasnohorivka, Paraskoviivka, and Kostiantynivka – the enemy suffered losses.
Towards Vremivka, the aggressor did not conduct active offensive actions. Instead, enemy aircraft carried out seven strikes near Bohoyavlenka, Novodonetske, and Neskuchne.
Towards Orikhiv, there were two unsuccessful combat clashes for the invaders in the area of Mala Tokmachka. About fifty unguided aerial rockets were launched by the enemy towards Pyatykhatky, Huliaipole, and Lobkove.
Towards Kherson, Ukrainian defenders repelled one assault on the left bank of the Dnipro.
Ukrainian troops control the situation and exhaust the enemy along the entire line of combat clashes and in the rear.
Dmytro Lubinets, Ukraine’s Ombudsman, reported that a Ukrainian serviceman from the “Azov” brigade had died in a russian detention center. He also sent an urgent letter requesting an investigation into the tragic death of the serviceman.
The Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reported that in Donetsk oblast, forced evacuation of children from six settlements has begun. A total of 21 children are planned to be evacuated.
Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported at 4pm that a battle continues near Vovchansk, another russian attack in the area was repelled.
Towards Kupiansk, the russian army attacked five times during the day: three battles are still ongoing near Pishchane and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk oblast.
The Kharkiv operational-strategic group informed at 9am that russia has evacuated factories near Hlyboke. Also russia is conducting mining in all possible directions of the Defence Forces’ advance. In Vovchansk, the occupiers conducted an internal rotation of assault groups of the 138th Separate Motorised Rifle Brigade of the 6th Army. In the block of nine-storey buildings, personnel of the 4th Volunteer Assault Brigade are preparing for assault operations. In the area of the aggregate plant, he is delivering medicines and food using a UAV. Near Sotnytsia Kozachok, the russian occupiers are building up their command and control system and increasing the use of reconnaissance UAVs.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported that russia launched a missile attack on a railway station in Kharkiv oblast: a conductor was injured and locomotives and wagons were damaged.
The regional prosecutor’s office reported that a 70-year-old man was injured as a result of a russian Federation strike on Senkove in Kupyansk region at about 5:20am and later hospitalised. Residential buildings and outbuildings were destroyed and damaged.
At 12:15am, russians attacked Izium. A 58-year-old woman was injured as a result of an Iskander-M rocket attack.
At 4:54pm, russians attacked Shevchenkove village of Velykyi Burluk community, Kupiansk region. A private house and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of the shelling by an anti-aircraft vehicle. A 55-year-old man was injured.
At 4:39pm, russians attacked Pidserednie village of Velykyi Burluk community, Kupiansk region. The shelling damaged a private house.
At 12:04pm, russians attacked outside Velykyi Burluk village of Kupiansk region. As a result of the shelling, grass burned on an area of 1.5 hectares.
At 11am, russians attacked Horiane village of Velykyi Burluk community, Kupiansk region. As a result of the shelling by the KAB, the roofs and window glazing of 6 private houses were damaged. A 38-year-old woman was killed and a 10-year-old boy injured.
Injured during an airstrike on his house in Horiane in Kupiansk region, a 10-year-old boy called 101 himself and talked to his rescuer father, who came to extinguish the fire.
At 10:20am, Velykyi Burluk village of Kupiansk region was hit. A private house burned down as a result of the shelling.
Towards Kharkiv, the enemy attacked Ukrainian troops’ defences eight times near Tykhe and Vovchansk, where two firefights are currently underway.
Also russia’s losses towards Kharkiv yesterday amounted to 127 killed and wounded invaders, 1 occupier was taken prisoner, 38 pieces of weapons and military equipment.
Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted seven offensives near Stepova Novoselivka, Kolesnykivka, Berestove and Andriivka. Four attacks were stopped, three are ongoing.
The press service of the Kharkiv operational-strategic group in a summary as of 10:00 am on 31 July reported that near Hlyboke and Vovchansk, the russians are preparing for assaults: they are regrouping personnel and conducting reconnaissance to find firing points and military of the Defense Forces.

Donetsk oblast
The General Staff reported that more than a third of all combat actions recorded in the frontline yesterday took place towards Pokrovsk. In this area, the Armed Forces repelled 55 russian attacks. The russians are also putting pressure along Toretsk axis, where they conducted 26 assaults on Ukrainian positions.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that Pokrovsk is a military priority for the russian army.
After the failure of Kharkiv campaign in the spring of 2024, russians concentrated the most people and weapons in Pokrovsk axis.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi after a working visit to Donetsk oblast said that the russians are trying to break through the Ukrainian defense near Zhelanne, Novohrodivka and Pokrovsk. The russian army has deployed its most experienced assault units to these frontline areas.
More than 10 battles were registered towards Lyman, Kramatorsk, Kurakhove and Vremivka.
Yesterday the police recorded 2634 attacks on the frontline and residential areas.
14 settlements were attacked: Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Novohrodivka, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka, Pivnichne, Hannivka, Yelyzavetivka, Marynivka, Memryk, Mykolaivka, Oleksandr-Kalynove, Predtechyne and Uspenivka.
70 civilian objects were damaged, including 48 residential buildings, administrative buildings, an educational institution, a house of culture, a memorial to fallen soldiers, garages, cars, gas pipelines and power grids.
In Marynivka, russian terrorists hit a tractor with a drone and killed the tractor driver.
Also russians dropped a KAB-250 bomb with an UMPK module on Hannivka, injuring three civilians, including two children – girls aged 3 and 15. The younger girl is in critical condition. A private house was destroyed.
The enemy struck Mykolaivka of Novohrodivka community with an UMPB D-30SN air strike, injuring two civilians and damaging 6 private houses and social infrastructure.
Two residents of Pivnichne were injured as a result of a drone attack. The occupiers shelled Chasiv Yar using Grad multiple rocket launchers, injuring a man and damaging three private houses.
Four UMPB D-30SN bombs were launched by russian troops at Lyman, resulting in a wounded man and damage to 7 apartment buildings. Another civilian was injured in Predtechyne, two houses were damaged.
Velyka Novosilka was hit by a Smerch MRLs attack, damaging 6 private houses, 2 administrative buildings and a monument to fallen soldiers.
Two hostile attacks took place in Novohrodivka, one of them with a FAB-250 bomb with an UMPK module, damaging 7 apartment buildings and 8 private houses, 7 garages and three civilian cars.
The State Emergency Service of Donetsk oblast said that rescuers found 15 Russian artillery shells at the bottom of the Siverskyi Donets River. They were seized and exploded in a controlled manner at a training ground.
Luhansk oblast
The RMA reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding back the enemy’s advance near Andriivka, Nevske and Makiivka. The russians continue to strike at settlements and fortifications of Ukrainian defenders. Thus, yesterday the invaders used aviation twice, unmanned aerial vehicles of various types 124 times, and fired from artillery. They fired nine unguided aerial missiles at Makiivka.
For years, the collaborators dreamed of cheap gas and fuel. But is there a fuel shortage in russia? But it is, and they decided to save money on the so-called “lpr”. There is no internet in the village, and no local television, so the only way to inform the population is to print an announcement. Those who find it and read it will learn that due to the lack of fuel and lubricants, it was decided to suspend bus service in Lysychansk from August 1.
The situation is not much better in the south of Luhansk oblast, in the cities occupied 10 years ago. In Sorokyne, Sukhodolsk and Molodohvardiisk, centralised water supply is available for only a few hours a day. There is no supply of industrial water, which was sometimes organised, in the summer. The amount of water supplied is not enough for normal household needs. The only way out is to buy it for money in the store. The subscription fee is not cancelled or reduced.

Kyiv oblast
Kyiv Regional Military Administration informs that the enemy once again attacked Kyiv oblast with attack drones. Air defence forces were operating in the region. All enemy targets were shot down. Two people were injured as a result of the fall of the wreckage of the downed drones, and two private houses were damaged in one of the region’s settlements.
Kyiv City State Administration said that on the night of 31 July, during the massive attack on Kyiv, almost 11,500 people took refuge in subway stations. Underground metro stations are open around the clock in shelter mode. Modular benches, folding chairs, blankets and mattresses are available at the stations, which are provided by the staff on duty.
The remains of a russian X-101 strategic cruise missile were found in a pond in Kyiv. They were removed by bomb disposal divers of the SES Mobile Rescue Centre and transported to a special landfill for further destruction.
The CMA said that in Makariv, an apartment building destroyed by russian artillery shelling is being overhauled on Dovzhenko Street. The work is being carried out at the expense of the Fund for Elimination of Armed Aggression Consequences. The work on dismantling, complete restoration of damaged floor slabs and installation of a new roof has been completed by 95%.
KCMA reported that defenders who lost their eyesight while performing combat missions or experienced a significant deterioration in visual acuity after returning to civilian life can have their eyesight restored free of charge. You can register for an eye examination under the project in Kyiv and Chernihiv. The project is being implemented by the ICF “Promoting the Development of Medicine”, Vasyl Shevchyk Eye Microsurgery in partnership with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
On 10 and 24 August, the Ukrainian Women’s Guard invites women to psychological support and rehabilitation at Borodianka Medical and Rehabilitation Centre. The classes will be conducted by Stanislav Nosov, a rehabilitation therapist with 8 years of experience and a master of sports of Ukraine.
Zhytomyr oblast
Yevhen Medvedovsky, Head of Polissia Regional State Environmental Inspectorate reports that a pilot project is being implemented in Zhytomyr oblast as part of the reform of the environmental control system. The focus will be on the prospects of forming a system of state environmental control based on the European principle. The service is expected to recruit the best motivated specialists, including war veterans who have been retrained to work in the environmental control system.
Sumy oblast
At night and in the morning, the russians fired three times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. There were 28 explosions. An explosive device was dropped from a drone on Shalyhyne community from the territory of the russian federation and an attack was carried out by FPV drones (3 explosions). The enemy attacked Krasnopilska community with mortars (24 explosions).
On 31 July, the russian military fired 28 times in Sumy oblast. There were 108 explosions. According to the regional military administration, 7 border communities were shelled. One person was wounded as a result of the shelling.
Krasnopillia community: an FPV drone attack (4 explosions), shelling with grenade launchers (12 explosions), mortars (5 explosions), artillery (2 explosions), and the launch of unmanned aerial vehicles (4 explosions) carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Bilopillia community: the enemy fired from artillery (18 explosions), mortars (4 explosions) and FPV drones (2 explosions).
Seredyna Buda community: an FPV drone attack (3 explosions).
Yunakivska community: a UAV attack (1 explosion) and an FPV drone attack (2 explosions).
Nova Slobida community: an FPV drone attack (5 explosions). A local resident was injured as a result of the shelling. There were also mortar attacks (11 explosions).
Shalyhyne community: russians attacked with grenade launchers (25 explosions), mortars (2 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from a UAV (2 explosions).
Khotyn community: 6 mines dropped by the enemy on the territory of the community.
As a result of shelling on 31 July, three houses, a domestic street gas pipeline, a garage, an outbuilding, a summer kitchen and a car were damaged.
The Northern Operational Command reports that the building of an educational institution in Pavlivka of Bilopilla community was damaged by russian shelling from FPV drones and cannon artillery. Two people were injured in Obody as a result of an FPV drone attack. In the village of Rivne, Novosloboda community, a person was wounded and two private houses were damaged by mortar shelling and FPV drone strikes.
Mayor Mykola Noha says that in Shostka, work is underway to eliminate the consequences of massive shelling on 21-23 July. Water and electricity supply has been partially restored. Rubble from one boiler house is being taken away. It is planned to complete the restoration of electricity by 1 October.
Chernihiv oblast
Over the past 24 hours, russian troops attacked three border communities in Chernihiv region. According to the State Border Guard Service, there were 15 explosions.
Novhorod-Siverskyi community: 2 attacks with cannon artillery near Kamin.
Semenivka community: 5 mortar attacks against Leonivka and Medvedivka.
Snovsk community: 8 mortar and FPV drone attacks against Kliusy and Yeline.
The second of the two power engineers whose car hit a mine in Chernihiv oblast border area on 15 April returned to work. He was on sick leave for two months longer than his partner due to more serious injuries. Electrician-driver Volodymyr Feshchenko came on shift on 26 July and immediately went to restore the grid near the border with Belarus.
Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Regional State Administration, reports that the critical infrastructure of Chernihiv oblast is being restored, and despite the war, the state is finding resources to support the region’s housing and utilities sector. Almost UAH 100 million has been allocated from the reserve fund to restore Chernihiv CHPP. Subventions have been received for the purchase of fuel wood for the population in 4 border communities and construction materials for reconstruction works in 17. Specialised vehicles were purchased for two communities at the expense of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. Chernihiv received UAH 250 million from the state budget to help fix the water supply.
The regional administration reports that international partners are helping Chernihiv oblast prepare for the offline school year. Furniture and monoblocks for educational institutions in the region have recently arrived from the Netherlands.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
Nikola Lukashuk, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, reports that at night, the defenders shot down one enemy Shahed drone. From the evening until the morning the enemy did not stop attacking Nikopol with artillery, Grads and kamikaze drones. The occupiers targeted the regional center, Pokrovske, Myrove and Marhanets communities. There were several fires, a private estate, a farm building, a non-operated building, and infrastructure were damaged. According to the updated information from yesterday’s strikes on the area there was a fire, 3 enterprises and a power line were damaged.
In the morning, in Nikopol, two women, a 72-year-old mother with a 40-year-old daughter were killed. A 46-year-old man was also injured. Later, a 62-year-old man was injured in Pokrovske community. In total, there were more than a dozen attacks in the area. The regional center, Pokrovske and Myrove communities were hit. There were several fires. 4 high-rise buildings, a fire station, a college, a school, a private enterprise, 2 buses, infrastructure, a non-residential building, a shop, a post office, 10 private hostels, 4 garden houses, 2 farm buildings, a car, power lines and a greenhouse were damaged. The enemy also launched a kamikaze drone.
Vinnytsia oblast
More than 30 toponyms in Vinnytsia will be named in honour of the fallen defenders. The list of streets, alleys, squares of territorial communities was approved by the working group on consideration of issues on eliminating symbols of russian imperial policy.
In Bratslav, a mural “Thank you to the defenders of Ukraine” was created. It will be the third to be painted within the framework of the all-Ukrainian project, which started in 2021. It depicts the coat of arms of Ukraine and words of thanks to the soldiers.
Poltava oblast
Mykola Oleshchuk, Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces, says that at night, a drone was shot down.
Poltava paid tribute to defender of Ukraine Oleksandr Tokar. The 40-year-old soldier was killed on July 28 while performing a mission in Donetsk oblast. He is survived by a mother, brother and daughter.
Cherkasy oblast
In Cherkasy oblast, Zvenyhorod community paid tribute to soldier Vitalii Zubko, who was killed in action in Donetsk oblast. He served as a rifleman in a separate motorcycle brigade named after hetman Ivan Vyhovskyi.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
On 31 July, the russian military carried out 408 attacks on towns and villages in Zaporizhzhia oblast:
- 2 airstrikes on Lobkove.
- 5 times by MLRS against Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Robotyne.
- 225 times by various UAV modifications against Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Levadne, Robotyne, Malynivka and Novoandriivka.
- 176 times by artillery attacked Bilenke, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, Novoandriivka, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka and Levadne.
As a result of the shelling, 1 person was injured. There were at least 7 reports of destroyed homes and infrastructure.
Ukrainian Defence Forces in Zaporizhzhia oblast received SUVs. The batch consists of 6 vehicles purchased with funds from communities in Zaporizhzhia oblast.
Students from the 9th-10th grades from temporarily occupied Berdiansk and Melitopol are being sent to Penza to participate in gatherings at the Yunarmiia defence and sports camp “Guard”. During these gatherings, participants are given training in firearms and basic military preparation, including field exercises. The main goals of this project are patriotic education, preparation for military service and forming a stable positive motivation among teenagers for military service and future military careers.
Mykolaiv oblast
On the evening of 31 July and around 00:10am on 1 August, the enemy launched 3 missile strikes on Bashtanka region. As a result, several dry grass fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished by firefighters. There was no damage to infrastructure or casualties.
Odesa oblast
During the week, the daily volume of grain unloading in the ports of Greater Odesa increased by 67 cars to a total of 936 units. However, the number of grain cars heading towards the ports of Greater Odesa decreased from 5,591 to 5,141 units, a reduction of 450 cars. The accumulation of grain cars towards the port of Izmail also decreased by 59 units, with 369 cars currently in the queue. The average daily unloading rate of grain cars in the port of Izmail is 56 units, which increased by 8 cars over the week.
Kherson oblast
This morning, russian artillery struck Mylove village in Beryslav region. A 77-year-old woman who was in her house at the time of the enemy shelling was injured, sustaining a concussion, blast trauma and head injuries.
On 31 July, 1 person was killed and another 10 injured due to russian shelling in Kherson oblast.
The enemy forces shelled and carried out airstrikes on 20 settlements, including Bilozirka, Kizomys, Veletenske, Berehove, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Oleksandrivka, Antonivka, Sadove, Beryslav, Chervonyi Maiak, Piatykhatky, Lvove, Vysokopillia, Mykhailivka, Nova Kamianka, Chervonyi Yar, Havrylivka, Petropavlivka and Kherson.
An office building, an outbuilding, cars, and 28 residential houses were damaged.
On 31 July, the russian military dropped explosives on public transport in Kherson. On the same day, explosives from a drone were dropped on Kindiika village. A 43-year-old resident was hit by the drone.
During a night drone attack, Air Defence Forces destroyed 2 Shahed-131/136 drones over the oblast.
Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson RMA, reported that in July, due to russian aggression, 193 adults and 6 children were injured on the right bank of Kherson oblast, with 28 residents killed. Also, the enemy fired over 20,000 shells at the de-occupied part of the oblast.
From the temporarily occupied territory, 2 children aged 3 and 5 and their mother were returned to Ukraine. Representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, in close cooperation with the NGO Ukrainian Network for Children’s Rights, facilitated the family’s return. Currently, all 3 are on territory controlled by Ukraine and are receiving necessary psychological assistance.
According to the Center for National Resistance, on the temporarily occupied territory of Henichesk region in Kherson oblast, there is critical pollution of the Sea of Azov. The most severe situation is on the Arabat Spit, where seawater is hazardous not only for people but also for dolphins.

Zakarpattia oblast
During the day of 31 July, 101,000 people and 19,000 vehicles crossed Ukraine’s western borders with the EU and Moldova. 51,000 people left Ukraine last day. 30,000 of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova. Over the past 24 hours, 50,000 people have arrived in Ukraine, 46,000 of them Ukrainian citizens. 98 trucks with humanitarian aid have been registered.
Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
2 more Sustainability Centres were opened in Prykarpattia. They worked in Vyhoda and Kalusk communities. The Light of Nadia public initiative also works at the Centre in Vyhoda, where IDP will be helped to adapt and integrate in a new place and are ready to provide them with psychological assistance.
Lviv oblast
At the UNBROKEN centre, Ivan Holyk 41-year-old defender was fitted with prosthetic legs with electronic knees. He lost both legs when an enemy tank shell hit the dugout. At the Rehabilitation Centre, he received prosthetics with electronic knees. 5 months after the injury and amputation, the warrior took his first steps on iron limbs.
Rivne oblast
The police received another anonymous report about the mining of the building of Rivne oblast and the Regional Council. Employees were evacuated according to the protocol. Special services conducted an inspection of the premises. No explosive objects were found.
23 military units received DJI Mavic 3 PRO quadcopters, Starlink systems, Eco Flow charging stations, radios and antenna amplifiers thanks to the budget funds of Rivne community.
Ternopil oblast
Ternopil City Council reported that since the beginning of the year, 2,639 servicemen of the community have received one-time cash assistance (UAH 10,000 each) for equipment and technical means.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
Khmelnytskyi community sent 2 DJI Matrice 30 T, 1 DJI MAVIC 3T and 2 DJI MATRICE 300 RT quadcopters worth UAH 1.3m to various units of the Defense Forces.

20 children from Bukovyna went on vacation to Latvia. These are children whose father died in the war, went missing or is in captivity. They will improve their health and exchange cultural experience in the summer youth camp of the city of Cesis. The vacation is financed by Latvia, while the transportation of children was financed within the framework of the comprehensive regional program for the development of the educational sector of Chernivtsi oblast in 2024-2025.
Servicemen of the 107th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in cooperation with Heads of communities of the oblast, conducted classes on basic training of the population for national resistance. As the military points out, every citizen of Ukraine should have basic knowledge of handling weapons and means of personal protection in today’s conditions, and the skills of providing first aid can save someone’s life even in peacetime.
A meeting of the commission on providing targeted material assistance as part of the regional complex program of social support for certain categories of citizens Turbota was held. According to results of the discussion, 24 applicants will receive financial assistance. Its total amount is UAH 57,000.
International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)
Landsbergis, Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, announced that the 1st F-16 fighters have already arrived in Ukraine.
Ukraine will receive a grant from the US in the amount of almost $3.9bn. Serhii Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine, and Bob Som, Regional Director of the World Bank for Eastern Europe, signed the relevant Agreement. These funds will be used to pay teachers’ salaries; employees of rapid response services; employees of state bodies; social expenses (payments to IDPs, low-income families and persons with disabilities). This is the first tranche of direct budget support from the US in the current year. The planned volume of financial assistance for 2024 reaches $7.8bn.
The Czech Republic will receive 14 Leopard 2A4 tanks from Germany as compensation for assistance to Ukraine. It is emphasised that Prague will receive supplies from Berlin as compensation for helping Ukraine in the war with the russian federation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova summoned the russian ambassador oleh vasnetsov, he was told that one of the employees of the russian embassy was declared persona non grata. An employee of the russian embassy is expelled after searches in the parliament.
