It has been the 621st day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

On November 6, there were 57 combat engagements. The enemy launched a total of 10 air strikes, 24 MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the attacks have caused casualties among civilians. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed or damaged.

The operational situation in east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, there are no significant changes. No signs of formation of an offensive group are observed. Certain units of the armed forces of belarus continue their missions in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army maintains its military presence in the areas of russia bordering Ukraine. The enemy continues its sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine. Around 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Bleshnya, Seredyno-Buda, Stara Huta, Fotovyzh, Volfyne (Sumy oblast), Okip, Budarky, Hatyshche, and Okhrimivka (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Synkivka, Ivanivka (Kharkiv oblast) and Stelmakhivka (Luhansk oblast). The Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 attacks in the area. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Kamianka, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, and Berestove (Kharkiv oblast).

Towards Lyman, the occupiers fired artillery and mortars more than 10 settlements, including Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Verkhnekamianske Torske, Spirne, and Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Bakhmut, the invaders conducted assaults near Bohdanivka and Khromove (Donetsk oblast), to no success. The Ukrainian defenders repelled another 3 attacks in that area. More than 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Minkivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, and Pivdenne (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Avdiivka, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Stepove, Avdiivka, Tonenke (Donetsk oblast), where the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 9x attacks. The occupiers fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Berdychi, Stepove, Stepove, Avdiivka, and Pervomaiske (Donetsk oblast).

Towards Marinka, the enemy conducted unsuccessful assault operations in the vicinities of Krasnohorivka and Marinka (Donetsk oblast). Ukrainian defenders repelled 18 attacks in that area. Around 10 settlements of Donetsk oblast, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Mar’inka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, were under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Shakhtarske, the russian army conducted assaults near Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast), to no success. Around 10 settlements, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, and Blahodatne (Donetsk oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, Ukrainian defenders repelled 6 enemy attacks near Chervone, Robotyne and northwest of Verbove (Zaporizhzhia oblast). More than 20 settlements, including Malynivka, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Robotyne, and Patykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast), came under artillery and mortar fire.

Towards Kherson, the occupiers launched an airstrike in the vicinity of Beryslav (Kherson oblast). The settlement of Zelenivka (Kherson oblast) and the city of Kherson suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

At the same time, Ukrainian Defense Forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol and offensive (assault) operations towards Bakhmut, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on occupation forces, exhausting the enemy all along the front line.

The Ukrainian Air Force launched 5 airstrikes on buildups of troops, weapons and military equipment, and a strike on an air defense system of the occupiers.

The Ukrainian rocket troops hit 3 artillery systems, a command post and a buildup of troops, weapons and military equipment of the russian invaders.

During the full-scale invasion, the russian occupiers have already killed 510 Ukrainian children and wounded more than 1143. The figures are not final. Work is underway to determine them in the areas of combat operations, on the temporarily occupied and liberated territories. Most children were affected in Donetsk oblast – 492, Kharkiv oblast – 304, Kherson oblast – 132, Kyiv oblast – 129, Zaporizhzhia oblast – 99, Mykolaiv oblast – 97, Dnipropetrovsk oblast – 96, Chernihiv oblast – 72, and Luhansk oblast – 67.

The National Resistance Center reports that the occupation administration is stealing animals from the Askania-Nova reserve in Kherson and transporting them to the Krasnodar Safari Park. The theft takes place within the framework of a “cooperation agreement”. The agreement is invalid because it is signed by a russian protege on behalf of the Ukrainian reserve, who is not the head. In fact, the enemy is stealing animals and destroying a unique nature reserve. 

Director General of Ukroboronprom Herman Smetanin informs that Ukraine has started mass production of kamikaze drones. The record range of this UAV type is 1000 km. The development of the drone was reported by the former leadership of Ukroboronprom at the beginning of the year. The product was only at the testing stage at the time. Drones are produced in cooperation with foreign partners. In addition, Ukrainian producers, in cooperation with foreign partners, have launched the production of mortar ammunition, artillery and tank shells. Production facilities are located not only in Ukraine but also abroad. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

According to the General Staff, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 50 russian attacks in eastern Ukraine on 5 November.

Kharkiv oblast

The General Staff reported that during the day, russia launched airstrikes on Synkivka and Ivanivka of Kupiansk region. The Armed Forces repelled about 10 russian attacks near these settlements and near neighbouring Petropavlivka.

Referring to Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy conducted artillery and air strikes on at least 15 settlements in the region. Synkivka and Ivanivka of Kupiansk region were hit by air strikes.

Pletenivka, Nesterne of Chuhuiv region, Stroivka, Topoli, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, and Berestove of Kupiansk region were shelled with artillery.

The invaders shelled Podoly village, Kupiansk region, at 11 am. A building and an outbuilding were damaged.

During the occupation, russians stayed in a house in Kamianka village, Izium region, where they destroyed a collection of more than 500 records and used the second floor of the house as a toilet. The owner of the house found 52 Butterfly mines in his yard, some of them on the roof. Some of them had already detonated.

Donetsk oblast

According to Donetsk Regional Military Administration, towards Donetsk, Novomykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, Antonivka of Marinka community and the outskirts of Ocheretyne community suffered artillery and mortar attacks.

Towards Horlivka, 1 person was injured, and 3 buildings and an infrastructure facility damaged in Toretsk. 2 apartment blocks and 1 private building were damaged in Chasiv Yar community.

Luhansk oblast

According to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Nadiia and the territory of Serebrianka forestry were hit from the sky on Sunday, 5 November.  In addition to two attempts at air pressure, the enemy used drones three times. Also russians attacked Nevske and Bilohorivka with mortars, rocket launchers and cannon artillery.

russians have secured the coverage of costs for the restoration of real estate at the legislative level. According to the proposal of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the russian federation, residents of apartment buildings in the so-called ‘lpr’ will be forced to make contributions to the capital repairs of their homes. The amount of money to be collected from the population will be determined separately for each property after the condition of the property is clarified.

The amount of humanitarian aid is decreasing in Sievierodonetsk every month. To prevent panic, russians started distributing it first to owners of russian passports, then to those who work, etc.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

During the visit of Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission,  to Kyiv, a ceremonial handover of school buses took place. As part of the solidarity campaign, School Buses for Ukraine, which was launched in the fall of 2022 by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, Ukrainian communities received more than 370 school buses. The first lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi and community representatives were present at the handover ceremony.

A briefing was held at Kyiv RMA regarding the Program for Comprehensive Reconstruction of the Oblast for 2023-2027. Yaroslav Yanovych, Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of Kyiv RMA, said that the program is a strategy for developing the capital region and includes not only the reconstruction of destroyed and damaged objects, but also strategic goals for transformations and increasing the competitiveness of the oblast.

A new high-rise building is being built in Buzova on the site of the destroyed one. The works are being carried out at the expense of the Fund for Liquidating Armed Aggression Consequences. Before the war, 116 people lived in 47 apartments in a 5-storey building on Tsentralna Street. On March 5, 2022, the building was significantly damaged. Its roof and walls were completely destroyed, supporting structures and engineering networks damaged. New construction of a residential building with a basement has begun. It should be noted that the construction of fire-resistant load-bearing structures and the installation of electricity and water supply systems are provided for in the building.

The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reports that the Ukrainian Media Solutions project announced a grant competition to support media from 11 oblasts. These are Kyiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts. The project aims to support media that highlight the recovery of communities, their daily life, and activities of society and authorities.

Zhytomyr oblast

Three DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combos with a total cost of UAH 372K were handed over to the 138th Territory Defence battalion from Zhytomyr. Medicines worth UAH 120K hryvnias, including antiviral drugs, flu medicines, drops, and more, were also delivered to cover the military’s needs. Money for this was allocated from the local budget.

A three-day training to support the mental health of participants in the educational process will be held in all preschool education institutions of Zhytomyr. The project on ensuring the continuity of education and development of preschool children in crisis conditions in Ukraine is being implemented by the Association of Preschool Education Workers with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Education together with UNICEF.

The open regional volleyball tournament HEROES AMONG US started in the city of Zhytomyr in memory of Yurii Gorodnyi, a volleyball coach who went to defend Ukraine from russia and was killed by enemy artillery fire near the settlement of Troitske, Popasna region, Luhansk oblast. Yurii’s daughters, parents, colleagues and wife were present at the event.

Sumy oblast

During the past day, the russians carried out 23 shelling attacks of the border territories of Sumy oblast; there were 85 explosions. Myropillia, Bilopillia, Krasnopilia, Yunakivka, Shalyhine, Seredino-Buda, Esman communities came under shelling. The enemy used mortars, artillery, MLRS, SPG-9, and AGS-17 to launch strikes.

Sumy Regional Military Administration reported that at night, the russians carried out machine gun fire on the Bilopillia community. 5 machine gun rounds were recorded.

Oleg Zahorskyi, Acting Mayor of Seredyno-Buda,  announced that around 8:00 a.m., the russian army shelled the town. As a result of an artillery shell hitting the house, 63-year-old resident was killed by shrapnel wounds. According to him, Seredyno-Buda is shelled by the russian army every day. As a result of shelling on November 5, houses of local residents and power lines were damaged.

The State Environmental Inspection reported that the building of the sports complex and several high-rise buildings nearby were damaged due to the Shahed drone strike in Sumy on October 18. Almost 1.5 thousand square meters were contaminated with the waste of the destruction. Eco-inspectors estimated the environmental damage at more than UAH 35 million. All materials were handed over to be included in the criminal case opened for violation of the laws and customs of war.

State Emergency Service reported that over the past week, pyrotechnicians of the oblast discovered and destroyed 23 explosive objects. Dangerous finds were discovered in Konotop, Shostka, Sumy and Okhtyrka regions. Among the destroyed arsenal are high-explosive aerial bombs, artillery and rocket shells, mortar and anti-tank mines, a hand grenade, as well as a high-explosive cluster warhead.

Chernihiv oblast

SBGS reported that during the past day, russians fired twice from their territory on the border of Chernihiv oblast; there were 5 explosions. Semenivka and Horodnianka communities came under shelling.

Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv RMA, announced that during the previous week, the enemy shelled the oblast 44 times – in total,  there were more than 300 explosions on the territory of the border. 

Chernihiv RMA reported that more than UAH 100 million have been paid to people whose houses were damaged, and more than 55 million certificates issued for the compensation of destroyed homes. More than a thousand applications are being processed.

Oleksii Stepanenko, Head of the Department for Nationalities and Religions of the Department of Culture and Tourism, Nationalities and Religions of Chernihiv oblast, announced that since the receipt of the Tomos of autocephaly on January 6, 2019, 21 religious communities of the oblast that were part of the UOC (MP) have transferred to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. 

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

At night an enemy drone was shot down over Pavlohrad region. The enemy hit Nikopol region twice with artillery. Myrove and Marhanets communities were shelled. More than half a dozen shells were fired. There were no casualties or damage.

In Dnipropetrovsk oblast, 24 school shelters were installed due to state subsidies and communities. There will be bathrooms and medical rooms, ventilation, fire alarm, and generators. The amount of places in shelters will increase. Children who currently study remotely will be able to return to school.

Serhii Lysak, Head of the RMA announced that 70 drones, including 50 kamikaze ones and 6 pickups will be sent to the front line. They were sent to three units of the Armed Forces and the National Guard.

Vinnytsia oblast

The RMA reported that the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters sent another batch of aid to the fighters from Vinnytsia. These are 7 thermal imagers, 20 Mavic quadcopters and 20 drop systems. The thermal imagers providing visibility of more than two kilometers are from a Ukrainian manufacturer, and their quality has been tested on the battlefield.

Kirovohrad oblast

Kirovohrad RMA reported that 3 defenders from Kirovohrad oblast on were killed in the war with russia, namely Oleksii Levchyshyn, Roman Kalinovskyi, and Vitalii Tolokolnikov. 

Poltava oblast

Oleksandr Tyshchytskyi, Head of the community announced that owners of the houses in Velykі Sorochyntsi community of Myrhorod region, where russian missile debris fell on November 4, will receive compensation from the community. Money will be allocated from the territorial community and oblast budgets. Currently residents of damaged buildings are collecting additional documents. The commission has examined 16 damaged buildings. 

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA announced that the regular assistance for defenders was transferred to the front line. These are +100 FPV drones with the necessary equipment for several units of the Armed Forces. 

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

On November 5, the russian military conducted 159 attacks at  23 settlements of Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched 2 MLRS attacks on Robotyne and 12 drone attacks on Zaliznychne, Novodarivka, Novodanylivka, Robotyne, Charivne, Poltavka, and Mala Tokmachka. There were 145 artillery shelling attacks in Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Malynivka, Novoandriivka, Levadne, Luhivske, Kamianske, Piatykhatky, Stepove, Plavni, Prymorske, and other frontline cities and villages. Five reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure were received. There were no casualties reported.

The occupiers carried out assault actions northwest of Verbove, Robotyne, north of Nesterianka, and Piatyhatky towards Shakhtarsk and Zaporizhzhia but did not succeed. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol, inflicting losses on the occupying forces in terms of manpower and equipment and exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

The 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade in Zakarpattia confirmed the death of 19 soldiers as a result of a russian missile strike in Zaporizhzhia oblast on November 3. A criminal investigation has been opened regarding the deaths of military personnel and civilians. The specialized prosecutor’s office in the defense sphere of the Eastern region is overseeing the legal process.

It is reported that 8 vehicles were handed over to the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the support of local entrepreneurs. All-terrain vehicles will be transferred to the anti-aircraft defense units.

Currently, there are 230,800 internally displaced persons (IDPs) registered in Zaporizhzhia oblast. Approximately 24 million hryvnias from the regional budget are allocated for the support of IDPs next year.

Mykolaiv oblast

Mykolaiv RMA informs that during the night of November 6, a K-59 cruise missile was destroyed by air defense means in Mykolaiv oblast. At 00:40 on November 6, the enemy conducted artillery strikes on the village of Dmytrivka in Kutsurub community. Also, at 00:43 on the same night, the enemy shelled the waters of Ochakiv community. There were no casualties. 

Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration informs that on November 6, a delegation from the Kingdom of Denmark, led by Ambassador Ole Egberg Mikkelsen, is visiting Mykolaiv with a working visit. During the meeting, the Ambassador and Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv RMA, discussed international support and future cooperation. It was also announced that a new aid package for Mykolaiv oblast, totaling over 40 million euros, will be provided. 

Odesa oblast

Ihor Klymenko, Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, says that during the night of November 5, the russian army launched an attack on Odesa, likely using Oniks and Iskander-M missiles. Ukrainian air defense forces successfully intercepted 15 drones over Odesa oblast. The attack caused significant damage, including that to the building of the Odesa Art Museum, 33 buildings, over two dozen cars, and a local infrastructure object. Eight people were injured, with three receiving on-site medical assistance, while five others were hospitalized. Their conditions are reported as stable. 

The attack on November 5 also impacted the Odesa National Art Museum, which was supposed to celebrate its 124th birthday that day. The museum’s collection was not damaged, as it was evacuated earlier. Another part of the exhibits remains in storage. The strike resulted in the damage to the museum’s facade, broken windows, and damage to the interior ceilings and walls. The damage is being assessed and the investigations into the consequences of the attack is ongoing.

Ukraine has developed and implemented the nationwide mental health program “How are you?” to prevent psychological trauma. As part of this program, all medical workers in Vyzirka community received training on providing psychological support. The local Primary Medical and Sanitary Care Center collaborates with the Ukrainian Medical Center for Rehabilitation of Mother and Child of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

The Soul Mercy ship registered under the Panamanian flag, is currently approaching the ports of Greater Odesa. The vessel is near the Black Sea port of Chornomorsk at the moment, according to information provided by the MarineTraffic portal.

Kherson oblast

The russian army struck a residential building in Tomyna Balka in Bilozirka community. As a result of the shelling, a man was injured, suffering explosive trauma and a leg wound.

During the day, the russian army also shelled an enterprise in Zelenivka in Kherson community. Three people were injured. A 44-year-old man lost part of his leg due to the shelling, a 74-year-old local resident suffered explosive trauma, and a 55-year-old man sustained 1st- and 2nd-degree burns on his back.

Yesterday, the enemy conducted 132 shelling attacks, launching 640 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad MLRS, tanks, UAVs, AZP S-60, and aviation, including a missile attack. During the day, the enemy carried out 12 aviation strikes, using a record number of 85 guided air bombs on populated areas in Kherson oblast. The city of Kherson was shelled 8 times, and Antonivka, Sadove, Beryslav, and Kozatske were also shelled. Eight civilians were wounded, and 9 private houses, a private enterprise building, and an administrative building were damaged. The police initiated 9 criminal proceedings against war crimes committed by the russian military in Kherson oblast.

Yesterday, at around 20:30, russian terrorists launched an anti-radar missile Kh-31P at the city center of Kherson. The missile damaged four buildings, with one of them having a collapsed roof. Debris from the missile struck nearby private houses. As a result of the strike, a woman was injured, diagnosed with explosive trauma and a shoulder wound.

The forces of the Southern Defense continue to execute fire missions. Ukrainian defenders have destroyed 24 occupiers, 1 BMP-3, and 2 vehicles during the past day. They also eliminated 1 observation post and 1 field supply point.

Police officers evacuated a family with two children from Vesele in Kakhovka region. This settlement faces daily russian air attacks, resulting in fatalities and severe injuries to local residents. The operation to rescue the family took place under enemy fire. The Kherson RMA reported that since October 24, 345 minors with their families were successfully evacuated from hazardous communities.

The occupiers are stealing animals from the Askania-Nova nature reserve in Kherson oblast and transporting them to the Krasnodar Safari Park. This action is taking place under the pretext of a “collaboration agreement.” However, the agreement is not valid, as it was signed by a russian appointee who is not the official director of the Ukrainian reserve. The enemy is essentially stealing animals and destroying this unique preserve. Previously, the russian military were spotted on the reserve’s territory as well.

Dmytro Yunusov, acting Director of the Department of Agriculture and Irrigation of Kherson RMA, says that crop losses on the right bank of Kherson oblast amount to UAH 2.8 billion due to the lack of irrigation. In 2024, irrigation will be restored on nearly 25 K hectares without rebuilding the Kakhovka Dam. Almost 400 K hectares of land on the left bank are without irrigation. Alternative methods to provide irrigation for this territory, such as using artesian wells, are not feasible.

A water tower was reconstructed in Petrivka with the support of the community administration, local businesses, and residents themselves. The village has suffered significantly from enemy shelling, causing many people to leave as they lost their homes. However, a few families remain, so a continuous water supply has been restored to meet their needs.

Stanislav community received around fifty electric generators. These devices will be provided to residents whose homes lack electricity due to enemy shelling.

Another powerful generator was delivered to Kherson oblast. It will be used to ensure the continuous operation of vital facilities in coastal settlements in case of possible blackouts. The generator has a capacity of 30 kW.

The residents of Novovorontsovka received 48 cubic meters of drinking water. The settlement still needs a reliable supply of quality drinking water. Water reservoirs have been installed in the village, which are constantly replenished thanks to donors. Technical water is also being supplied to the village.

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

From October 30 to November 5, 16 IDPs arrived in Volyn. In total, 78 793 IDPs has come to the oblast. In particular, Volodymyr region received 19 152 people, Kamin-Kashirskyi region 6,3K people, Kovel region 21 270 IDPs, and Lutsk region – 32 071

Zakarpattia oblast

The RMA held a meeting with Levente Modyor, Deputy Minister of Foreign Economy and Foreign Affairs of Hungary, and Parliamentary State Secretary. On the agenda is discussion of humanitarian and investment projects, the future rehabilitation center for defenders 4.5.0 Recovery Center and other important issues.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In Ivano-Frankivsk, on the facade of Lyceum #6 named after Ivan Revchuk on November 7, an annotation board to Defender of Ukraine Roman Melnykovych will be opened. He was killed on November 12, 2022 in Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast.

Lviv oblast

In Strii region, 4 defenders were posthumously awarded with 3rd degree For Courage orders. Mykhailo-Yurii Burii from the village of Bania Lysovytska was killed on February 11, 2023 while performing a combat mission in Luhansk oblast. Dmytro Privalov from the village of Ugilnya,  a member of the Anti-terrorist Operation, was killed on February 28, 2023 during a combat mission in Bakhmut region. Andrii Palamar from Strii was killed on July 7, 2022 in Donetsk oblast as a result of artillery shelling. Vitalii Chernetskyi from Dovholuka was killed on July 26, 2022 in the east of the country.

3th degree For Courage Orders were posthumously awarded to 2 defenders in Zolochiv region. Oleksandr Kuzyk, a native of the village of Pobuzhany, killed on February 9, 2023 near the village of Ivanovske in Donetsk oblast. Marian Varvaruk from Ozhidov, killed on February 7, 2023 as a result of injuries received near the village of Krasna Hora in Donetsk oblast.

Lviv artist Yevhen Ravskyi put up 29 watercolors with landscapes of eastern Ukraine, which is encroached by russia, for an online auction. Works were created on the basis of documentary photos from the war, which has been going on for almost 10 years. The initiative has a charitable goal – to collect UAH 400K to purchase 20 FPV drones for the 103th brigades.

Rivne oblast

The Veteran administrative service centre was opened in Korets community of Rivne oblast. This is already the 3rd community of Rivne oblast that joined the project. Previously, the service was available in Rivne and Hosh. Services will be provided to war veterans, their family members and those of fallen soldiers on a “single window” basis.

Ternopil oblast

A delegation from the Swedish partner-city Ronneby came to Ternopil with another humanitarian help. Benefactors brought a large truck, generators and medicines for military units and city residents.

As part of the activities of the RMA’s Transparency and Accountability Working Group, monitoring of the use of funds from the Fund for the Clearing of the Consequences of Armed Aggression is underway. Serhii Tiurin, First Deputy Head of the RMA, visited Krasylivsk community, he got acquainted with the state of major repairs of the anti-radiation shelter of the Krasylivsk Hospital of Khmelnyk region.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Bukovyna, work began on major repairs of the anti-radiation shelter at the Putyl Lyceum named after Yury Fedkovych. In particular, they plan to repair parts of the basement floor with an area of ​​245,9 square meters, install a drainage network, a ramp, and stairs. In addition, sanitary and technical facilities will be provided, including ventilation, water supply, heating, drainage, and electrical installations.

Switzerland extended the protection status for Ukrainians until March 2025. The Federal Council of Switzerland decided to grant Ukrainian refugees protection status on March 12, 2022. As of the end of October 2023, Switzerland granted temporary protection status to approximately 66K Ukrainians.
