The enemy keeps trying to advance in Serebrianka forestry but yesterday’s attacks on the south of Dibrova were stopped by Ukrainian troops. However, it is extremely dangerous to be there – Nevske was hit by another air strike. Bilohorivka was also under enemy artillery attack.

Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that the russian Ministry of Internal Affairs denies the fact of forced passporting in the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” and at the same time states that “they are making every effort to complete the documentation of the population by the end of August”. They admit that there is a problem with the availability of the service in the newly occupied territories. It is difficult to threaten dismissal from work or cut off gas and electricity supply in destroyed cities. A significant majority of people have neither the first, nor the second, nor the third.

However, in Troitske, which was occupied last year, this was achieved. Without a russian passport, it is impossible to pay for utilities in the community – the post office refuses to take money and they have never heard of terminals. Electricity and gas were cut off to those in debt.

Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration said that russian troops closed the entry and exit checkpoints in the occupied cities of Luhansk oblast. This has complicated the situation with food supplies there. He assumed that the invaders were taking food away from people. According to him, there is no communication in the occupied territories and no medical aid.
