The site for the reconstruction of a multi-storey residential building on Kyivska Street was opened in Irpin. Due to the wounding of three minor children in Shostka region, law enforcement officers have started a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war. According to the investigation, on June 15, 2023, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the russian military fired mortars at the village of Bilokopytove. As a result of the shelling, three boys aged 9, 10 and 12, who were on the street, received shrapnel wounds and contusions.
The Ukrainian Women’s Guard, in cooperation with the Center for the Development of Personnel Potential of Sumy State University, conducted one-day training on pre-medical care for two groups of civilian women. Together with experienced instructors, the women learned to assess safety, transfer the victim to a stable position, use an automatic defibrillator and provide assistance to the wounded according to the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm.

The mural depicts a Ukrainian army soldier with the call sign “Bear” who has been fighting in the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2014.

This is no longer the usual salty sea water, and it has ideal conditions for the growth of blue-green algae, which disrupts the oxygen balance in the water. The fish lack oxygen and die. In addition to the active reproduction of harmful algae, E. coli, astrovirus, and cholera-like vibrio have been found in the sea, which can cause acute intestinal infections.
The New York Times reported that the explosion of an underwater passage to the engine room is the most likely cause of the Kakhovka HPP disaster. The most likely cause of the collapse was the explosion of a charge placed in a maintenance corridor or tunnel that runs through the concrete heart of the structure. Volunteers from Great Britain brought 23 off-road vehicles to Lviv oblast for the Ukrainian military within the framework of the Pickups for Peace initiative created by British farmer Mark Laird. During the full-scale war, Mark and his friends have sent 130 SUVs, thermal imaging cameras, body armor, NATO-style warm clothes and generators to the Ukrainian defenders.
50 children from Drohobych, whose parents lost their lives in the struggle or went missing, are going to Poland for rehabilitation and rest. For 14 days, children and their mothers will be enjoying excursions.
The RMA reported that 72 dogs and 96 cats evacuated from Kherson oblast flooded due to the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP are adapting in the shelter for rescued animals in Lviv.

The RMA held an extraordinary meeting of the regional commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergency situations. A shelter for IDPs was opened in Novoselytsk community thanks to the International Organization for Migration, Help Age International, the ROKADA CF, the organization of German medics for emergency situations CAP ANAMUR and the city budget.

The Swedish government reported that the country will train Ukrainian pilots to fly Jas 39 Gripen fighters as part of the 12th aid package to Kyiv.
Sweden will provide financial assistance in the amount of 250 million kroner (€21.5 million) to purchase weapons, fuel and medical devices. In addition, the country will create logistics and service centers near Ukraine, where the military equipment transferred will be repaired. Up to 60 servicemen from Sweden are expected to be engaged there.
Ludivin Dedonder, Minister of Defense, announced that Belgium approved the 15th package of military aid to Ukraine, which will include M113 armored personnel carriers. The number of armored personnel carriers that will be provided after their repair is currently unknown.

In 9 days, UNITED24 collected money to purchase and deliver four Bogun-2 all-terrain vehicles to Kherson oblast. These vehicles were purchased as part of the Help the Rescuers initiative.
