It has been the 473rd day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The russian army launched a barrage  of airstrikes on Ukraine, using Iranian strike UAVs of the “Shahed-131/136” type. In total, russians carried out 25 air strikes. They also launched about 30 MLRS on Ukrainian settlements and Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Ukraine is still under the threat of missile and air strikes.

The russian federation focuses its key efforts towards Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka. Heavy battles are raging. 19 combat clashes took place.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There are no signs of formation of offensive russian groups. The republic of belarus continues to support the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, training of russian units continues on its training grounds.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, russia continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine. Russians carried out airstrikes at Bilopillia, Sumy oblast, and Kolontaiy, Kharkiv oblast. They shelled Seredyna-Buda, Fotovizh, Oleksandrivka in Sumy oblast, as well as Ivashki, Veterynarne, Strelecha, Ternova, Starytsa, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Kruhle, Budarki, Buzovo, Chuhunivka, Ambarne, Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Kupiansk, russian forces carried out an airstrike at Berestovo area, Kharkiv oblast. Kamianka, Fiholivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kislivka, Tabaivka, Berestov, Kharkiv oblast and Novoselivske, Luhansk oblast were shelled by artillery and mortars.

Towards Lyman, russian troops carried out unsuccessful offensive operations in the area of Bilohorivka. They carried out airstrikes on the settlements of Nevske, Luhansk, as well as Ivanivka and Torske, Donetsk oblast. Nevske, Novoselivske, Bilohorivka, Luhansk Oblast and Yampolivka, Torske, Verkhniokamianske and Spirne, Donetsk oblast were hit with artillery.

Towards Bakhmut, russia carried out airstrikes in the Toretsk area, Donetsk oblast. Rozdolivka, Vasiukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Ivanovske, Bila Hora, Druzhba, Toretsk, Zalizne, Severinye, Donetsk oblast were shelled from artillery.

Towards Avdiivka, russian forces carried out offensive operations near Avdiivka, albeit without success, and launched airstrikes there. They shelled the areas of Orlivka, Avdiivka, Siverne, Pervomais’ke, Karlivka and Nevels’ke of the Donetsk Oblast.

Towards Mariinka, Ukrainian soldiers repelled all 12 russian attacks in the vicinities of Mariinka. Russia shelled Krasnohorivka, Hostroy, Heorhiivka, Mariinka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Shakhtarsk, russian troops conducted airstrikes in Zolotava, Blahodatne, and Neskuchne, Donetsk oblast. They shelled Vodiane and Vuhledar, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, russian forces are on the defensive. They carried out airstrikes in Novoberyslav and Kozatske areas, Kherson oblast. They shelled Vremivka, Novosilka, Zelene Pole, Novopil, Donetsk oblast; Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Bilohiria, Mali Scherbaki, Stepove and Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia oblast; Ochakiv, Mykolaiv oblast.

Recently, among russian mobilized personnel, a depressed mood has been noted due to a lack of understanding of tasks and goals of the so-called “special military operation”. The morale of russian soldiers is affected by uncertainty in terms of involvement in hostilities and stay in the armed forces.

The russian federation continues to suffer significant losses in manpower. Due to unsuccessful assault operations and attempts to improve their tactical position towards Bakhmut, many airborne troops were lost.

The defense industry of the russian federation is being influenced by international sanctions. According to available information, large batches of 122 and 152 mm artillery ammunition produced in 2023 are prohibited for use due to their self-detonation. In addition, the level of provision of the russian units with weapons and military equipment has worsened. 

The Ukrainian Air Force conducted 6 strikes on russian manpower concentrations.

Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit 2 control points, 2 artillery units at firing positions and the russian radar station.


The Office of the President reported that 95 servicemen were returned home from russian captivity. Among them are 93  soldiers and sergeants, 2 officers. These are servicemen from Mariupol, Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Zmiinyi Island, from near Bakhmut, as well as defenders of Azovstal.

The press service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources reported that 70% or 13.95 cubic km of water was lost from the reservoir as a result of the russians undermining the Kakhovska HPP. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. “Specialists of the State Environmental Inspection and the State Water Agency, in places where possible, carry out water sampling. According to the results of laboratory studies, the content of oil products in the Dnipro water and the water of the Ingulets River does not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations,” they noted.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy army launched air strikes on Kolontaiv and Berestove villages. In total, at least 20 settlements in the region were under russian attack yesterday.

The Air Force reported that on the night of 11 June, Russian troops attacked the frontline areas in Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts, Ukrainian soldiers shot down six Shahed drones.

The invaders shelled Tsyrkuny, Kharkiv oblast, with Uragan MRLs. Residential buildings, cars and outbuildings were damaged, with no casualties.

Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine informed that towards Kupiansk, soldiers of the 92nd Separate Mechanised Brigade destroyed a russian tank using a secret kamikaze drone.

Regional State Emergency Service reported that a 55-year-old resident of Nova Husarivka exploded on an unknown explosive device while mowing grass. He was hospitalised.

Yesterday, the enemy continued to shell settlements in Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Bohodukhiv regions.

Last night, at about 1:50 am, russian invaders attacked the territory of a civilian enterprise in Bohodukhiv region using three Shahed UAVs. A fire broke out.

During the day, the enemy attacked the main ammonia pipeline in Kupiansk region twice. There was no ammonia leakage and no threat to civilians.

The shelling of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv region, damaged 3 private buildings and outbuildings. There were no casualties. In Kurylivka village, Kupiansk region, a building was also damaged as a result of hostile shelling. There were no casualties.

Yesterday, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined almost 18 hectares of territory and defused 74 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

The 68th separate brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush reported that they liberated Blahodatne village of Velyka Novosilka community together with the Defence Forces of Ukraine. Valerii Shershen, spokesman of the Tavriisk defence forces stated that this is one of the first “results of counter-offensive actions. He confirmed that the settlement, located on the border of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, is under the control of the Defense Forces. Ukrainian troops took six prisoners during the operation. Blahodatne had been under occupation for about a year. About 30 people remained in the village all this time.

Ukrainian troops also liberated Neskuchne village of Velyka Novosilka community yesterday.

Hanna Maliar, Deputy Minister of Defence, said that the Defence Forces have de-occupied Makarivka village. She added that in the south, the Defence Forces have advanced in two directions by 300 to 1,500 metres. This is the village of Velyka Novosilka community, one kilometre from Blahodatne and three kilometres from Neskuchne, which were liberated by the Ukrainian military today. This community borders Zaporizhzhia oblast.

Serhii Cherevatyi, spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that russians shelled with artillery 536 times in this part of the frontline yesterday. They conducted 16 air raids there. The enemy tried to storm our positions nine times but was stopped. 48 invaders were eliminated and 101 more injured. Three russian tanks, an infantry fighting vehicle, an infantry fighting vehicle, a BTR-80, two mortars, 12 Lantset kamikaze drones and a field ammunition depot were destroyed.

Donetsk National Police said that yesterday the invaders attacked 15 cities and villages in the region 22 times. 30 buildings and hospitals were damaged.

The invaders are trying to storm towards Lyman-Kupiansk. Yesterday, Ukrainian positions were shelled with artillery more than half a thousand times.

Towards Volnovakha, russians shelled Bohoiavlenka of Vuhledar community with Grad multiple rocket launchers.

Towards Donetsk, Kurakhove community were under attack three times: Kurakhove, Hostre and Ostrivske. The enemy also attacked Netailove of Ocheretyne community and Krasnohorivka with Grad MRLs.

Towards Horlivka, Toretsk, Shcherbynivka and Pivnichne of Toretsk community were under attack. In the community, 1 person was injured, 9 buildings and 4 infrastructure facilities damaged. Another 1 building was damaged in Chasiv Yar community.

Towards Lysychansk, in Lyman, 2 people were injured, 5 buildings and 2 outbuildings damaged. Two non-residential buildings were destroyed in Siversk.

Mariupol City Council reported that in the temporarily occupied Mariupol in the summer of 2022, the invaders recorded cholera during sampling in the city and hid this fact. In addition to cholera, doctors also recorded the spread of hepatitis and escherichia coli.

Referring to Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, yesterday Russians injured 8 civilians: 2 in Krasnohorivka and Lyman, 1 in Avdiivka, Shakhtarske, Pivnichne and Maksymilianivka.

The home for elderly people with disabilities was founded in Dnipro by volunteers from Donetsk oblast. IDPs and lonely people live here.

Luhansk oblast

Nevske is under constant russian attack. The enemy is shelling the settlement with cannon artillery, rocket launchers and aircraft. There are constant records of significant destruction. On Friday, another building was destroyed as a result of enemy shelling. People remained unhurt.

Novoselivske and Bilohorivka also suffered shelling. Russians launched an air strike on Nevske. They attacked towards Bilohorivka, but Ukrainian defenders are holding their ground there.

Luhansk Regional Military Administration said that in Rubizhne, looters are overwhelmingly present, taking whatever is left. The local occupation administration is helping to find the apartments from which people have evacuated and its employees are publishing lists of properties with no owners.

Following Sievierodonetsk, in Rubizhne, local collaborators began to track down places from which to make a mobile call. Metal doors are installed on the roofs of apartment buildings where the cover reaches, or holes are simply sealed in the attic. People are in isolation.

Kyiv oblast

A delegation of the United Arab Emirates arrived in Kyiv for a visit. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with the Minister of Climate Change and Environment of the United Arab Emirates, Head of the Office of International Affairs under the President of the UAE Mariam Almheiri. It was about the consequences of environmental crimes committed by russia during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the need to condemn the aggressor and compensate for the damage caused.

Canada is ready to finance several projects to provide psychological assistance to Ukrainians, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said during his stay in the capital. The First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska and the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau held a meeting in Kyiv and visited the Center for Mental Health and Rehabilitation of Veterans “Lisova Polyana”.

Kyiv RMA reported that the communities of the oblast collected and sent another shipment of vital items for the victims of blowing up the Kakhovska hydroelectric power plant by the russian terrorists. Assistance continues to be provided in each region, residents of communities are actively involved in collecting everything necessary.

Self-defense classes for women by the NGO “Ukrainian Women’s Guard” are ongoing in Kyiv. During the course, which will last 4 months, women will learn to control their fear and fight back against the enemy. Today, the third class was held under the leadership of an experienced trainer Viktor Kraevsky.

“Organization and financing of one’s own business, adaptation and psychological support in the conditions of war” – such a training for women was conducted by the NGO “Ukrainian Women’s Guard” in Kyiv on June 10. The purpose of the event is to expand the range of opportunities for Ukrainian women, to teach them social cohesion and self-employment. issues of financial literacy and features of business creation in the conditions of martial law, emotional and psychological state, adaptability, resilience to crisis situations were worked with the participants.

The ArmWomenHub space was opened in Kyiv to support servicewomen and veterans. The hub will be fully operational from August 2023. Psychological support and social rehabilitation services will be provided there, as well as master classes, literary clubs and other creative meetings will be held there.

Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko announced that with the support of UNESCO, the All Saints’ Church will be restored as part of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Mazepa Museum will be created in Onufriivska Tower. A 3D scan of the building is currently underway, a project will be created in the future, after which work will begin. Ukrainian and French specialists will participate in the restoration.

At the EVO IT community auction, the bicycle of Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, from which he fell in the center of the capital in 2016, was sold for 350,000 hryvnias. Funds were collected for the purchase of drones for Ukrainian defenders.

Zhytomyr oblast

One and a half dozen construction experts from Zhytomyr oblast arrived in one of the villages in the de-occupied south of Ukraine to conduct the necessary surveys, determine the need for restoration work and determine the amount of construction materials required as part of the government program Side by Side. Also, humanitarian aid was delivered to the community, which had been under russian occupation for more than six months. In the village of Zhytomyr oblast, the “Russian world” caused the destruction of more than 120 damaged private houses, a ruined school, village council, house of culture and many outbuildings.

The regional office of the State Emergency Service Another evacuation train with 30 IDPs from Donetsk oblast arrives in Berdychiv. Among them are six children and three people with disabilities.

Representatives of Vilshany community in Zhytomyr oblast deliver humanitarian aid to Chornobaivka in Kherson oblast. Five and a half tons of bottled drinking water, 90 pairs of wading boots, four motorized pumps, 12 fire hoses, and 20 shovels were delivered to the affected residents. According to Serhiy Melnyk, head of Vilshany community, the money for the humanitarian aid was raised in the shortest time possible with the assistance of local businesses and community members

Sumy oblast

During the previous day, June 10, the russians carried out a total of 23 shellings – 136 explosions were recorded. The communities of Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Esman, Seredina-Buda, Shalyhine, Znob-Novhorodske, Druzhbivka, Putivl, and Velyka Pysarivka came under shelling. An explosive device was dropped from an enemy UAV in the Seredyna-Buda community, as a result of which a power line was damaged. The enemy helicopter launched 3 missiles on the territory of the Velyka Pysarivka community. In addition, the enemy shelled border communities with mortars and artillery, as a result of which 4 private houses, a farm warehouse and machinery were damaged.

Air Force of Ukraine reported that air defense forces destroyed six Shahed-136/131 drones, which were used by the russian military to attack Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

Sumy RMA reported that the enemy carried out 10 shellings of border communities. A total of 169 hits were recorded. The Bilopillia community suffered due to the attack of a group of 4 enemy UAVs of the Shahed type, which hit the administration building, the premises of an educational institution, and industrial premises in the city of Bilopillia. The community was also under shelling from MLRS – 7 hits were recorded.

3 private houses were damaged in the Seredyna-Buda community as a result of mortar, artillery and AGS – a total of 124 explosions were recorded in the community. Three hits were recorded during the shelling of the Vorozhba community, the enemy shelled the Esman community with mortars – 15 hits.

Ministry of Reintegration announced that as of June 10, 2023, 17 border communities of Sumy oblast are included in the territories where hostilities are taking place. Three of these communities are located in the zone of permanent hostilities Seredyna-Buda, Shalyhine and Esman. 

Chernihiv oblast

The ‘North’ Operational Command reported that russian troops shelled the border village of Senkivka of the Horodnya community, six hits from barrel artillery were recorded.

The United Arab Emirates will provide 2,500 laptops for students of schools in the Chernihiv oblast. This was discussed at the meeting of First Lady Olena Zelenska with the Minister of Climate and Environment of the UAE Mariam Almheiri. The UAE has allocated funds for the construction of homes for large foster families.

In a village in Chernihiv oblast, where there was a torture chamber during the russian occupation, the religious community initiated a meeting and voted for the transfer of the temple to the OCU. According to Igor Kostovarov, head of the Novyi Bykiv region, the issue of the religious community’s transition to the OCU became relevant after the russian occupation of the village, which lasted 33 days. In Novyi Bykiv, the russians then set up a torture chamber in the basement of the boiler house, where they held at least 40 people.

Mobile teams of doctors continue to visit the villages of Chernihiv oblast affected by hostilities, where medical facilities are damaged or there is no access to medical services. Recently, such field receptions were held in the villages of Kozatske, Makarivka, Rudkivka, and Kobyzhcha. Residents of the villages were able not only to undergo diagnostics and get consultations from doctors, but also received free medicines as humanitarian aid.

Residents of Chernihiv collected 60 tons of humanitarian aid for residents of Kherson oblast. In two days, 50 tons of aid were collected at the collection point based in the River Port, another 10 tons were collected at the aid point in the hall of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

At night, the military of the “East” Operational Command shot down three drones of the russian army over Dnipro oblast. The invaders shelled the Marhanets community in Dnipro oblast with heavy artillery. In the morning, the occupiers attacked the city of Nikopol.

Huge amounts of water continue to spill out of the Kakhovka reservoir after the occupiers blasted the hydroelectric power station. As a result, on 10 June, a whole section of the railway track submerged near Nikopol in Dnipro oblast. The emergency was averted thanks to the diligence of the Dnipro railway workers. Suburban trains were cancelled in time, and train traffic to Nikopol from Kryvyi Rih, Apostolove, and Tymkove stations was temporarily restricted to Chortomlyk.

Ukrhydroenergo reports that from the moment of the explosion until 8 a.m. today, 11 June, the level of the Kakhovka reservoir near Nikopol dropped by more than 7 metres. The water level dropped by more than a metre and now is at 9.35 metres. The average water outflow rate is 4-5 centimetres per hour. This is due to a decrease in the reservoir’s pressure.

As of 11 June, 17 water distribution stations have been set up in Marganets. Marganets has been cut off from centralised water supply for three days. Water supply has been temporarily suspended in Nikopol. To meet the needs of the city’s residents, 24 drinking water distribution stations have been set up.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​ The Vinnytsia Central Regional Centre of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War together with Concord 3000 organised a charity event for children of servicemen, prisoners of war, missing and fallen defenders. On the Heavenly Hundred Square, special places with master classes were set up for children, and characters from their favourite cartoons played with the kids. The children received gifts of toys and sweets.

Kirovohrad oblast

The works of Myroslava Lypa, a photographer and journalist from Kropyvnytskyi, were exhibited in the French city of Marseille on 10 June at the Capitale & Victor Orly gallery. The exhibition featured 17 photographs depicting women’s portraits, with which the author wanted to convey the feelings of Ukrainians during the war. The photographs were taken mostly during the full-scale war or shortly before it began and they embody Ukraine itself. One of the works was put up for sale, and the proceeds will be donated to the Ukrainian military.

Poltava oblast

In the Tereshky community in Poltava Oblast, a training and rehabilitation centre makes clothes and equipment for the military. Employees sew underwear, gloves, balaclavas, socks, and knit special mats and sponges. They have been doing this since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. For more than a year, the craftswomen have sewn almost 1,500 pieces of underwear. The materials for the products are provided by volunteers or purchased by themselves.

Cherkasy oblast

In June, 250 families of internally displaced persons living in the Cherkasy oblast will be able to receive assistance from the Logistics Humanitarian Emergency Response Centre, which was established in Cherkasy. The idea is being implemented by the League of Socially Responsible Women together with the Academy for Strategic Studies as part of a grant project of the Hungarian Ecumenical Relief Service.

Doctors continue to fight for the life of 26-year-old Olena Holubenko, who was injured in a rocket attack on Uman. The woman lost her leg in the explosion. The woman has already undergone a complex operation in Uman. Currently, Olena’s family is looking for qualified doctors to help send her abroad for treatment.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the enemy shelled Zaporizhzhia oblast 71 times. 18 populated areas came under enemy fire. The occupiers carried out air strikes on Olhivka and Novopavlivka, conducted three attacks with UAVs on Malynivka and Mali Shcherbaky, and launched 10 strikes with multiple rocket launchers on Huliaipole, Charivne, Temirivka. They also conducted 56 artillery strikes on Orikhove, Huliaipole, Stepove, and surrounding villages. 19 civilian objects were destroyed. Two residents of the frontline zone were killed, and one was injured.

russia is moving troops from Kherson oblast to the Zaporizhzhia and Bakhmut directions. By destroying the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station, the russian leadership is trying to divert part of the Ukrainian Defense Forces from the counteroffensive in Kherson oblast. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense, Hanna Maliar. The enemy is relocating its most combat-ready units from the Kherson direction, primarily units of the Marine Infantry, Airborne Forces, and the 49th Army.

As a result of the decrease in water level in the Dnipro River caused by the destruction of the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station by the russians, the remnants of the temporary bridge built in 1944 can be seen in Zaporizhzhia. This information was reported by the National Reserve “Khortytsia.”

As of 06:00, June 11, the water level in the Kakhovka Reservoir near Nikopol is 9.45 meters, and it is 16.67 meters in the cooling pond of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. Mykolaiv oblast

The occupiers once again shelled the Ochakiv community in Mykolaiv oblast, resulting in destruction and a fire. According to the Mykolaiv RMA, there is no casualties.

A tractor blew up on an explosive device in the village of Blahodatne, the Pershotravneve territorial community. As a result of the explosion, a tractor driver born in 1969 sustained injuries and was hospitalized.

On June 10 the premiere of a film anthology titled “Cities and Their Heroes” took place at the House of Officers in Mykolaiv. Prior to the premiere, a photo exhibition was held in Mykolaiv, showcasing photographs taken in various cities of Ukraine affected by the russian invasion: Mykolaiv, Bashtanka, Ivankiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Okhtyrka. The exhibition also featured residents of these cities who played an important role in defending their land against russian aggressors. The goal of the project “Cities and Their Heroes” is to show the truth about the heroism of the Ukrainian people and the transformation of ordinary individuals into true heroes.

Odesa oblast

According to the press service of the Odesa City Council, a day of mourning has been declared in the city today. As a result of a drone attack by the russians on the city, three people were killed and nearly forty were injured. The corresponding order was signed by the Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov. In connection with this, the national flag of Ukraine and the flag of Odesa with mourning ribbons will be lowered on the buildings of executive authorities, utility enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the Odesa City Council. Enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the city, regardless of ownership, are recommended to limit the use of music and the holding of entertainment events.

Two anchor river mines were carried to the seashore in Odessa oblast by the flow after the russian forces blew up the dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station. The findings were destroyed through controlled detonation.

An innovative rehabilitation center for injured military personnel has started operating in Odesa. This is the second center of the national Recovery network opened in Odesa oblast. Ukrainian injured servicemen will be able to undergo rehabilitation for various injuries, including those caused by explosions, according to the highest rehabilitation standards. The charitable foundation “Prydunavie” has handed over another batch of vehicles that will be sent to the front line. Multi-functional combat vehicles with high passability have been converted from firefighting vehicles imported from Europe. Kherson oblast

Today, in the afternoon, the russian army shelled a boat carrying people who were being evacuated from the left bank of Kherson oblast. As a result of the attack, three civilians were killed, and 23 others were injured. A 74-year-old man, who shielded a woman with his own body, was shot in the back by the russians. He died from the wounds.

As of 13:00 on June 11th, Kherson oblast has experienced flooding in 46 populated areas, including 32 (3,821 houses) in the controlled territory of Ukraine and 14 in the temporarily occupied territory. A total of 2,718 people have been evacuated, including 190 children. Five people have died, and 35 individuals, including 7 children, are considered missing.

As of 10:00, 811 police officers have been involved to address the emergency situation. Law enforcement agencies are patrolling coastal and flooded areas, assisting citizens, evacuating the population, and maintaining observation posts in 35 populated areas.

Water is gradually receding from Kherson oblast. The area of flooded territories has reduced by almost half, from 139 to 77.78 square kilometers. The water level currently stands at 4.07 meters. Yesterday, water receded from three villages in the Beryslav district, namely Mykolaivka, Lvove, and Olhivka. The roads between villages are gradually drying up, although not all are accessible yet.

Today, russian aviation dropped two guided bombs on Kozatske. One landed near a five-story building, and the other close to a kindergarten. No casualties among civilians have been reported.

Yesterday, June 10, russian occupiers shelled populated areas in Kherson oblast 41 times, firing 247 projectiles from artillery, mortars, aircraft, “Grad” systems, and drones. Kherson itself was attacked seven times, with 32 shells fired at the city. russian military targeted residential quarters in the region’s populated areas, resulting in injuries to five individuals.

The flooding caused by the destruction of the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station is receding in the Nova Kakhovka community. People are increasingly encountering casualties among animals and housing unfit for habitation. The Mayor of the city, Volodymyr Kovalenko, reported the death of a local resident who could not be saved. Three people have died in the Hola Prystan community, and in the village of Kardashynka, 10 individuals are considered missing. This information was reported by the head of the Hola Prystan Village Council, Svitlana Linnik.

As a result of the russian forces’ destruction of the Kakhovska Hydroelectric Power Station, weapons depots of the occupiers on the left bank of Kherson oblast were washed away, and the defensive line was breached. This information was announced by the head of the Joint Coordination Center of Defense and Security of the South, Natalia Humeniuk. Within the defense zone, which was flooded for a distance of 5 to 15 kilometers, the occupiers’ field supply depots were located. Currently, all of this has been scattered throughout the flooded zone, along with debris and structures. The threat of mines remains extremely high.

In two weeks, 50 children from Lviv oblast will go to Georgia for rehabilitation and rest. Among them are children whose parents were killed at the front or were wounded and students of art schools, who were distinguished by special successes in their creativity. All costs are borne by the Georgian side.

Rivne oblast

In the north of Rivne oblast, joint fire support training of territorial defense fighters and one of the artillery brigades continues. As reported in the Operational Grouping of the Volyn troops, the fighters practiced the destruction of the enemy during search and strike operations. Gunners and mortars fired mortars and heavy artillery. Helicopters and a radio electronic station were involved.

15 heat guns, generators, wetsuits, boats, motor pumps, 300 pairs of rubber boots, chainsaws, half a thousand liters of fuel, 4.5K liters of antiseptic, two hundred filters for water purification, fire hoses, tents and slate, were sent from Rivne oblast to Kherson oblast.

5 institutions of Rivne oblast, where IDPs live, received 6 25 kW generators from the International Organization for Migration.

Ternopil oblast

A memorandum on cooperation was signed between Zakarpattia and Ternopil regional councils. The parties will develop cooperation in fields of culture, education, science, health care and social protection, development of sports and tourism, investments, ecology and rational use of natural resources.

The RMA reported that Ternopil oblast sent 120 tonnes of drinking water to Kherson oblast. They also deployed 400 places for permanent stay and food for people.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Defenders were given an ambulance, equipped with everything necessary for quick rescue of patients and loaded with medicines, medical supplies, etc, from the Union of TV and Film Industry Entrepreneurs NGO.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Bukovina, over 100 tonnes of aid were collected for the residents of Kherson oblast, who suffered as a result of russians blowing up Kakhovka HPP. Cargoes with humanitarian aid were sent from Chernivtsi, Novoselitsa, villages of Tarashan, Chahra, Boian, Kamianska and Khotyn communities.
