It has been the 52th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The russian army conducted 10 airstrikes and carried out 19 MRLS attacks using rocket artillery on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

Ukraine is still under the threat of missile and aerial strikes.

There were 21 military clashes.

Towards Volyn and Polissia, the operational situation did not change with no significant changes detected in formation of offensive groupings.

Towards Siversk and Sloboda, the russian army conducted airstrikes in the areas of Halahanivka and Leonivka in Chernihiv oblast, as well as Iskryskivshchyna, and Volfonye in Sumy oblast. It also carried out artillery and mortar shelling on more than 15 populated areas, including Ivashky, Huriiv Kozachok, Udy, Strilecha, Zelene, and Okhrimivka in Kharkiv iblast.

Towards Kupiansk, the russian army launched an aviation strike in the vicinity of Druzhelubivka in Kharkiv oblast. Russian artillery and mortar shelling hit Kolodiazne, Dvorychna, Zapadne, Synkivka, and Kyslivka in Kharkiv oblast.

Towards Lyman direction, russian soldiers carried out an aviation strike in the area of Hryhorivka in Donetsk oblast. Artillery shelling struck  the settlements of Nevske, Bilohorivka in Luhansk oblast, and Torske, Verkhniokamianske, and Spirne in Donetsk oblast.

Towards Bakhmut, over 15 populated areas suffered from russian artillery shelling, including Minkivka, Bohdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Predtechine, and Bila Hora in Donetsk oblast.

Towards Avdiivka, russian troops launched an aviation strike in the area of Avdiivka. Artillery shelling affected more than 10 populated areas, including Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, and Karlivka in Donetsk oblast.

Towards  Marinka, the Armed Forces continue to hold back the advancement of russian troops in the area of Mariinka. Russian troops conducted shelling on over 10 populated areas, including Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Pobeda, and Heorhiivka in Donetsk oblast.

Towards Shakhtarsk, russian troops shelled the populated areas of Odradne, Blahodatne, Makarivka, Zelene Pole, and Novodarivka in Donetsk oblast.

Towards Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, the russian army is concentrating its main efforts on preventing further advancement of Ukrainian troops. More than 25 populated areas were hit by artillery shelling, including Chervone, Huliaypole, Charivne, Novoandriivka, and Stepove in Zaporizhzhia oblast; Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Kozatske, Tiahynka, Ivanivka, and Sadove in Kherson oblast. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their offensive operation towards Melitopol and Berdiansk, consolidating their positions on achieved front lines, delivering artillery strikes on identified Zrussian targets, and conducting counter-battery measures.

In light of successful military operations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and significant losses suffered by russian troops in personnel, the number of refusals to participate in combat actions has increased among the units of the russian occupation forces. In the area near the settlement of Rozivka in Zaporizhzhia oblast, approximately 60 russian servicemen from the 247th Airborne Assault Regiment of the 7th Airborne Assault Division of the russian Armed Forces refused to carry out combat tasks in the vicinity of the village of Staromaiorske in Donetsk oblast. As a result, russian soldiers partially disabled their own motor and armored vehicles.

Ukrainian aviation conducted 3 strikes on areas of concentration of russian manpower, while the missile and artillery units during the day hit 8 artillery positions, 2 radio-electronic warfare stations, an ammunition depot, and russian fuel and lubricants depot.


In July last year, the Olenivka correctional colony, where Ukrainian prisoners of war were held, was hit with a reactive thermobaric grenade launcher. The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the use of this bomb is evidenced with the results of a comprehensive examination of weapons and the traces and circumstances of their use.

The Verkhovna Rada voted for two important bills on simplification of the import of anti-drone guns and necessary equipment for the Armed Forces, No. 9467 and No. 9468. Thus, the parliament exempted from VAT and customs duty drone drones, thermal imaging monoculars equipped with an infrared detector with a built-in camera function, and binoculars with a rangefinder function. The Council voted for the immediate signing of this law by the speaker. The military is now in dire need of an anti-drone gun and, accordingly, legal relief for their import.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, russian troops launched an air strike near Druzheliubivka, Kupiansk region. At least 11 other settlements were under attck during the day.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said that our partners, representatives of the embassies of Sweden, Canada and Switzerland, visited Izium. They discussed the stages of further restoration work and the progress of search operations for those missing as a result of russia’s armed aggression. The diplomats visited a mass grave in the forest, where they honoured the deceased and tortured with a minute of silence, destroyed buildings and promised to increase assistance to Ukraine.

The day before, at around 9:15 pm, the enemy shelled Novoosynove village, Kupiansk region. Two residential buildings were damaged. 5 people were injured. A 61-year-old woman was hospitalised with shrapnel wounds. Men aged 84 and 75 and women aged 65 and 72 sustained minor injuries and were treated on the spot with no further hospitalisation.

Yesterday the enemy attacked settlements of Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Izium and Kupiansk regions with artillery, mortars and other weapons. Specifically, Huriv Kozachok, Udy, Bochkove, Mala Vovcha, Budarky, Fyholivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne and other settlements were targeted.

Forest fires broke out in Petropavlivka and Podoly villages, Kupiansk region, and Novoplatonivka, Izium region, as a result of hostile shelling.

In Shyikivka village, Izium region, a grain warehouse was damaged by hostile shelling.

Mine clearance is ongoing. Yesterday pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 8 hectares of territory and defused 99 explosive ordnance.

Donetsk oblast

Andrii Kovalov, Spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that yesterday Ukrainian troops repelled russian offensive near Nadiia village towards Lyman. At the same time, russian troops tried unsuccessfully to break through Ukrainian defences near Rivnopole and Makarivka.

The former head of Olenivka colony was served a notice of suspicion for ill-treatment of prisoners of war committed in collusion with a group of people. According to the SBU, Ukrainian prisoners of war were taken to a specially created “disciplinary insulator” on the territory of the colony, where people were subjected to various forms of physical violence and psychological pressure, accompanied by constant threats of “slow” murder. The man is currently in the occupied territory.

During the investigation of the terrorist attack in Olenivka, the investigation identified 52 people who were killed in the explosion and judicial-medical examinations of seven prisoners from Olenivka colony are still ongoing. In total, russia returned the bodies of 59 people.

Serhii Yashchenko, Head of Velyka Novosilka Village Military Administration reported that clean-up operations continue in Staromaiorske village which was liberated by Ukrainian troops. The settlement has been under occupation since March 2022.

Donetsk Police said that yesterday russian troops shelled Avdiivka nine times, then Druzhkivka with Tornado-S and hit Bahatyr with Smerch MRLs, and destroyed a wheat field with artillery.

Towards Volnovakha, russians shelled Vuhledar 31 times with artillery and Prechystivka was hit.

Towards Donetsk, 1 person was killed and 2 injured in Avdiivka. There was shelling of Krasnohorivka, Marinka community, and Kurakhove.

Towards Horlivka, the enemy launched two aerial bombs on Niu-York, damaging 9 buildings and an administrative building. In Chasiv Yar community two buildings were damaged.

Towards Lysychansk, 2 buildings were damaged in Zvanivka community and a paramedic point in Pereizne was destroyed. 8 buildings were damaged in Yampil, Lyman community.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said that yesterday russians killed one civilian in Avdiivka. Three more people were injured over the day. 

Luhansk oblast

Dmytro Bruk reported that Viktor Khomenko, Senior Lieutenant of the 5th Slobozhanske Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, crawled 150 metres and neutralised a russian tank near Serebrianka forestry.

General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that more than a hundred mobilised men from russian federation arrived at the training camp in Rohove village. And russian command told the men that they would be included in assault units and would soon be sent to fight.

Artem Lysohor, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration informed that in Starobilsk region men of military age are being given summonses. In Verkhnia Pokrovka, almost all men aged 18 to 60 have received summonses.

Serhii Cherevatyi, Spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informed that five russian cannons were destroyed by our troops towards Lyman-Kupiansk. There were four engagements in the area, during which 47 invaders were eliminated, 123 injured and one captured. Two enemy infantry fighting vehicles, five cannons, an armoured artillery tractor, a field ammunition depot and a kamikaze drone were destroyed. The enemy continues to use all types of artillery in this sector, attacking the positions of our defenders 558 times yesterday. The invaders also conducted five air raids.

Referring to Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Ukrainian troops are ready for russian attacks along the entire frontline, no matter how massive they are. The enemy keeps trying to find a weak spot in our defence. Yesterday they attacked near Nadiia but again failed to achieve the desired result. The invaders launched an air strike on Bilohorivka. Bilohorivka and Nevske were under artillery attack. Police officers risk their lives every time they arrive with humanitarian aid and ask the locals to leave. In Nevske, an elderly woman agreed to evacuate.

Not far away, in settlements of Starobilsk region, russians are issuing summonses to all men of military age. Specifically, in Verkhnia Pokrovka, almost every man aged 18 to 60 received them, regardless of his health.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar – Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani is visiting Kyiv. During a briefing with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, he reported that Qatar is allocating $100 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine. This money will be directed to recovery in the field of medical care, education, humanitarian demining and other important social and humanitarian projects.

The Office of the President reported that Enrique Mora, Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service, visited Kyiv. He came to discuss the key issues of the agenda of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, in particular the path of European integration, and Ukraine’s progress in implementing the seven recommendations of the European Commission.

The work of sappers continues in the Kyiv oblast. Kyiv RMA reported that the sounds of explosions will be heard in the northern suburbs of Kyiv – explosive objects will be eliminated in the Vyshhorod region.

Kyiv RMA reported that 1,249 shelters for more than 260,000 people have been arranged in educational institutions of the Kyiv oblast. Most of the protective structures in educational institutions are the simplest shelters, there are also 126 anti-radiation shelters. Construction work continues in all regions.

The KCMA reported that “Military Recovery Sports” competitions were organized in Kyiv for the purpose of physical and sports rehabilitation for Ukrainian soldiers. 8 teams of servicemen, who are in the capital for recovery, competed in eight different sports – workout, darts, pétanque, archery, soccer, beach football, beach volleyball, street basketball. After the event, all teams received cups and medals, and the winner received a unique Cup from Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny.

Bucha city council reported that the community received four trucks of construction materials from Poland. The organization “Global Compact Poland” provided mineral wool and modular tiles for the reconstruction of housing damaged due to russian aggression.

Zhytomyr oblast

Head of Zhytomyr RMA Vitaliy Bunechko announced that on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, Volodymyr Zelensky presented passports to two residents of Zhytomyr oblast: Vladyslav Oleksienko and Angelina Vasylenko. He noted that these are children-heroes and children of heroes who have experienced many horrors of war, but they cannot be broken.

The rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Zhytomyr oblast were given the necessary assistance – fire extinguishers, field stoves and plastic tarpaulins. The aid was formed by the Zhytomyr Humanitarian Headquarters.

Clowns from the Charitable Organization “Hospital Clowns” from the city of Nagoya, in Japan, visited with an entertainment program and gifts the children undergoing treatment at the Zhytomyr Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital. Japanese volunteers have been coming to entertain children for 10 years, but this is their first visit since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion to Ukraine. Children from Korosten and Ovrutch treatment facilities are waiting for entertainment and fun.

Sumy oblast

Sumy RMA reported that the russians shelled 15 settlements in 9 border communities of the oblast: Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Khotyn, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Velika Pysarivka, Nova Sloboda, Esman, and Znob-Novhorodske. The enemy made 19 shellings – a total of 87 artillery and mortar strikes were recorded.

At night and in the morning, 5 settlements in Bilopillia, Khotyn, Nova Sloboda, Seredina-Buda and Znob-Novhorodske communities were shelled. In total, 6 shellings were recorded – 33 hits from mortars and artillery.

A civilian was injured in the Yunakivka communitydue to enemy shelling. In the Bilopillia community, the enemy destroyed a farm where more than fifty animals died due to russian shelling. Also, the consequences of russian attacks on the territory of border communities were the burning of a wheat field, damage to 5 residential buildings, a garage, a summer kitchen and a transformer.

The SBGS reported that there was an attempt to penetrate the territory of the Sumy oblast by a russian sabotage and reconnaissance group (SRG). Ukrainian defenders did not give the enemy the opportunity to enter the territory of Ukraine by opening fire. The message states that the main task of the enemy SRGs is to identify the location of the Defense Forces and mining the area.

The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that the Sumy regional prosecutor’s office handed over a T-80 tank to the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was recognized as physical evidence in the criminal proceedings regarding the shelling of the Trostyanets hospital. From this tank, on March 23, 2022, during the occupation of the city of Trostyanets, the russian military fired at the city hospital. During the investigation, a russian serviceman was identified who gave the order to fire aimed shots at the hospital building – an indictment for violating the laws and customs of war was sent to the court.

The Command of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that during a working trip to the Northern Operational Zone, the Commander of the Joint Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Serhii Nayev, visited positions along the borders of Sumy oblast and military personnel who are being treated in one of the leading medical institutions of the region. 

Chernihiv oblast

Head of Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus announced the 105th border unit of the State Border Service of Ukraine named after Prince Volodymyr the Great, which guards the border in Chernihiv oblast, received an honorary award “For Bravery and Courage” from the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. The award ceremony took place on the occasion of Ukrainian Statehood Day on Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv.

More than UAH 68 million were allocated to the communities of Chernihiv oblast from the Fund for liquidation of the consequences of russian armed aggression. These funds will be directed to the reconstruction of the Ivanovo Lyceum, the major repair of the kindergarten building in the Honcharivka community, and the experimental project of the comprehensive restoration of the village of Yahidne. The projects will be implemented by the Infrastructure Recovery and Development Service in Chernihiv oblast.

In Sloboda, Chernihiv region, benefactors have started to install insulated wooden buildings with furniture and appliances for local residents whose homes were destroyed due to the russian occupation. Eight houses will be built thanks to American businessman Dell Loy Hansen.

Head of Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus said that despite the very pessimistic statistics of destruction and damage caused to entrepreneurs, more than 90% of the interviewed business representatives do not plan to close or relocate their business. Instead, entrepreneurs have a firm position to work and develop in Chernihiv oblast.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to Head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, russians shelled the outskirts of Marhanets community and Nikopol with artillery 5 times overnight. 

According to Head of Nikopol Regional Military Administration  Yevhen Yevtushenko, the Nikopol District Military Administration has been cooperating with the Global Empowerment Mission and HGBF for about two months. During July, 22,464 food packages and 47,736 six-litre bottles of drinking water were delivered to the communities of the region. 

Vinnytsia oblast

​​Iryna Lastovetska reported that 300 hygiene kits were distributed to internally displaced people from Luhansk oblast in two days. The humanitarian aid was initiated by the International Organisation for Migration. 

The Vinnytsia City Council reported that the Ukrainian Urban Forum 2023: Shared Home has started in Vinnytsia. It focuses on cities, people, challenges, and opportunities in the context of war and after the war.

Poltava oblast

A modular shelter is being built on the territory of one of Myrhorod’s educational institutions. It can accommodate 150 children. The structure consists of eight concrete blocks. They plan to make a metre-high mound of earth on top.

Cherkasy oblast

According to Head of the Cherkasy State Administration Ihor Taburets, more than 400 houses in Kherson oblast are to be restored at the expense of Cherkasy oblast.

Grad shells and remnants of ammunition were discovered by Cherkasy sapper divers during an inspection of water bodies in Uman region.  Mine clearance is underway there. Pyrotechnics have already destroyed 38,000 explosive items.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 75 attacks on 23 populated areas in Zaporizhzhia oblast. 67 artillery strikes targeted the territories of Orikhove, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novodarivka, Levadne, Stepnohirsk, and 13 other frontline villages. UAV attacks were recorded in Shcherbaky and Novoandriivka, a missile attack in the city of Zaporizhzhia, and 5 strikes with MLRS in Stepove. There is no information about casualties. As a result of the russian shelling, 24 buildings were damaged, including infrastructure facilities and residential buildings.

On July 26 and 27, experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), who are present at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, heard explosions. This was reported by Oleh Korykov, the Acting Chairman of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate. According to the official, the occupiers have turned the plant into a militaristic base, as it contains weapons, explosives, military equipment, and armed servicemen.

Yesterday, July 27, “Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo” specialists restored power supply to more than 7,600 consumers in the Ukrainian-controlled territory of Zaporizhzhia oblast. Electricity was restored to consumers in Orikhiv, Vilnianka, Novomykolaivkai, and Huliaipole regions. As of 07:00, July 28, more than 37K consumers in 76 populated areas of Zaporizhzhia oblast (excluding the temporarily non-controlled territory) remain without electricity.

Mykolaiv oblast

On 27 July, russian troops conducted an artillery shelling on the waters of the Ochakiv community, resulting in no reported injuries. However, on the same day, the russian army attacked the Kutsurub community, where a 20-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl sustained shrapnel wounds. The Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration reported these incidents.

In Mykolaiv region, on 27 July, there were two incidents involving the detonation of ammunition. In the first case, the body of a deceased man born in 1971 was found. The second detonation occurred during the baling of hay, resulting in the death of a 48-year-old man, and another person was injured. This information was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Mykolaiv oblast.

It was noted that russian troops have established firing positions in the area of the Kinburn Spit, taking cover behind the houses of civilians. Moreover, they have mined the outskirts of settlements, aiming to prevent the locals from leaving their homes and using them as human shields.

Meanwhile, from 20 to 28 July, the Interdistrict Resource Centre of the branch library No. 18 of the Kropyvnytskyi Central Library in Mykolaiv hosted resilience lessons on “Resilience during war” for children (IDPs) aged 8 to 13. The lessons were conducted by Neonila Prudnikova, a teacher and head of a children’s dance studio. The resilience lessons were part of the “Uniting for Action” project, supported by IREX and the US Department of State.

Odesa oblast

As of 27 July, the threat of missile strikes and kamikaze drone attacks by the enemy remains high for Odesa oblast. The South Operational Command reported the presence of seven enemy ships in the Black Sea, including one missile carrier with a total volley of up to four Kalibr missiles. Additionally, a powerful storm brought a large number of mines to the sea coast and coastal strip, leading to more than ten explosions of such mines over the past two days.

In a positive development, Odesa region has taken under its patronage villages in the Kherson region, where restoration work has already begun. The Odesa Regional State Administration initiated the restoration of three villages in the Kherson region – Kyselivka, Blahodatne, and Novodmitrivka – as part of the presidential project “Side by Side”.

Greece has also offered assistance in restoring architectural monuments affected by russian attacks. The Consul General of the Hellenic Republic in Odesa, Dimitrios H. Dokhtsis, expressed this commitment during a conversation with Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov.

During his working visit to Odesa region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy inspected the damage to the Transfiguration Cathedral caused by the recent massive russian shelling of Odesa. The extent of the destruction of the church and its current condition were communicated to the Head of State, and experts are currently assessing the possibilities of restoring the building. Foreign partners have expressed their willingness to contribute to the restoration efforts.

The recent attack on the Danube port of Reni by russia on the night of 24 July has raised serious concern among shipowners, leading to a significant increase in rates for grain and oilseed barges from the ports of Reni and Izmail to Constanța. Freight rates for coaster shipping have experienced a substantial surge in response to the situation.

Kherson oblast

Yesterday, the enemy conducted 28 attacks, firing 181 shells from mortars, artillery, “Grad” rocket launchers, aircraft, and UAVs. The city of Kherson was hit with 35 shells. The russian forces aimed at residential areas of settlements in the region, a critical infrastructure object in Beryslav region, storage facilities, and the territory of a garage cooperative in Kherson. As a result of an airstrike on Novoberyslav, at least 20 residential buildings were damaged. Yesterday one person was injured due to the russian aggression. The police initiated 15 criminal proceedings regarding military crimes committed by russian forces in Kherson oblast.

There has been increased activity of russian troop movements on the left bank of Kherson oblast recently. They are trying to find more favorable positions to avoid being targeted by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Natalia Humenyuk, the head of the united coordination press center of Defense and Security of the South, reported this. She mentioned that the enemy is facing losses, with 16 occupiers and eight units of equipment destroyed yesterday. The enemy’s potential is currently low, and they require logistical replenishment, but our control of trade routes prevents them from resupplying. Thus, the russian occupiers are intensifying political pressure and police actions on the local population of the left bank, aiming to passport everyone and create a mobilization resource for themselves.

Over 400 houses in Kherson oblast are planned to be restored with the assistance of Cherkasy oblast. The head of Cherkasy MRA, Ihor Taburets, mentioned that reconstruction is underway in three settlements: Ivanivka, Novopetrivka, and Mykolaivka, totaling 402 houses. The process of creating project and cost estimates is currently ongoing.

The “Medical Desant” provided assistance to residents of Beryslav region. Over two days, doctors including a gynecologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, ENT specialist, psychiatrist, and family doctor consulted 262 residents of Borozenske. Medics conducted 131 medical consultations in Kalynivka. Additionally, approximately 800 residents of these settlements received necessary medications. Today, medical personnel continue providing consultations to residents of Davydiv Brid.

Police officers and volunteers delivered humanitarian aid to residents of the “Korabel” neighborhood in Kherson affected by flooding. They provided beds, mattresses, blankets, bedding, flashlights, personal hygiene items, bottled drinking water, and food products to families with children who lost all their possessions and are currently trying to rebuild their lives.

Children from Kherson oblast set off for recuperation to Bukovel. Eighteen children from large families whose homes were affected by flooding or russian shelling will spend two weeks in the “Artek-Karpaty-Bukovel. Lisovyi” children’s institution at the tourist complex base.

Volyn oblast

Lutsk City Council posthumous awarded Mykhailo Darchych, senior sergeant, Yurii Masevich and Oleksii Melnychuk, soldiers, with the 3th degree Order of Courage. Wives and children of fallen Heroes received awards.

The Department of Social Policy of Lutsk City Council held an excursion to the museum space Okolnyi Zamok for the families of servicemen, volunteers, volunteers who were killed, went missing or are in russian captivity.

Zakarpattia oblast

52 300 IDPs live in Rivne oblast. Of them, over 27.6% are children, 4.3% are persons with disabilities, and almost 15% are pensioners. Also, 73 places of collective residence of IDPs continue to work in the oblast.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil oblast received a subsidy from the state budget in the amount of over UAH 14 mln. They were allocated for the purchase of housing for 7 families of servicemen with disabilities who defended the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

The RMA held a meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian Veterans’ Fund (UVF) of the Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs. During the meeting, the foundation presented the vectors of the organization’s activities and its current projects.

Chernivtsi oblast

The European Union will provide a grant for the modernization of the infrastructure of the Chernivtsivodokanal utility company in the amount of almost EUR 15 mln. This non-refundable financial assistance is a continuation and addition of the credit project between the German bank KFW and Vodokanal.

Chernivtsi RMA signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and concluded a Cooperation Agreement with the first bank participating in the eOselia program – Oschadbank. A new program of support for servicemen of the Armed Forces and employees of the power unit will operate in the oblast, which makes it possible to obtain a mortgage loan from banking institutions under the state program eOselia without interest.

By decree of the President of Ukraine Serhii Hakman of Bukovyna was awarded with the Defender of the Fatherland medal. Serhii, as a soldier of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, performed combat missions with honor, visited the hottest spots of Donetsk and Kyiv oblasts at the war began.
