The enemy perseveres in its attempts to destroy the critical infrastructure of Ukraine by hitting civilian facilities, houses and violates norms of the International humanitarian law, traditions and customs of war.
The territory of Ukraine is still under the threat of air and missile attacks.
The invaders launched 2 missiles on the civilian infrastructure of Kramatorsk and 12 air strikes. They also made 29 MRLS attacks, notably at Nikopol.
The enemy does not give up its plans to occupy new territories. They are on the offensive towards Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Zaporizhzhia. They use aviation more often now. The invaders are on the defensive towards Kupiansk, Lyman, Novopavlivka and Kherson.
Towards Volyn, Polissia and Sloboda, the enemy troops are still stationed in the border areas with Ukraine, but there are no offensive groups there.
Republic of belarus continues to support the russian military aggression in all possible ways. Apart from joint military drills of russian and belarusian air defense forces, russian troops are being trained in belarus.
The enemy is firing from artillery along the entire front line. The areas of Volfyne, Sumy oblast, Huriiv Kozachok, Strilecha, Ternova, Ohirtseve, Budarky, Kamianka, Fyholivka and Dvorichna, Kharkiv oblast, were affected by the enemy shelling.
Towards Kupiansk, invaders fired from tanks, mortars, barrels and rocket artillery at the settlements of Tavilzhanka, Orlianka, Kupiansk, Pischane, Vyshneve, Kharkiv oblast, Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka, Luhansk oblast.
Towards Lyman, the enemy shelled the settlements of Novoiehorivka, Nevske, Holykove, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna and Dibrova, Luhansk oblast, with all available weapons.

The enemy toughens up restrictions in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast. In Melitopol it was banned to cross checkpoints around the city from March 1 without special passes. They can be obtained in the so-called commandant’s office only after providing personal data.
Mobilization continues in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk oblast. Thus, the occupation administration of Alchevsk has prepared lists to replenish the losses in manpower at the expense of employees of the so-called Ministry of Emergencies.
Aviation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine launched 14 strikes on buildups of the enemy and 3 – on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. Ukrainian rocket forces and artillery hit a control point, 2 buildups and an ammunition depot of the occupiers.
The Center for National Resistance informs that russia has deported more than 2 million Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories. When the full-scale invasion began, russia was forcibly trying to take people to its territory, where they were forced to obtain russian passports.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine
Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at least 19 settlements were attacked. Towards Kupiansk, the invaders are on the defensive and towards Sloboda, they are holding their groups at the border.
Press service of Kharkivoblenerho reported that power supply has been fully restored in Izium and power engineers are completing work to restore power to Hlynske and Zabavne where there has been no electricity since March.
Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informed that this week, regional humanitarian headquarters of Kharkiv oblast received 17 trucks of international aid from the United Nations.
Yesterday, the enemy continued to attack the border settlements. The invaders shelled Dvorichna, Kupiansk, Starytsia, Strilecha, Tymofiivka, Veterynarne, Vovchansk, Vilcha and others with mortars, artillery and MRLs.
There were about 20 enemy artillery strikes on Tymofiivka, Bohodukhiv region. Four private buildings were damaged. In Vovchansk, Chuhuiv region, two nine-story buildings were shelled: windows and roofs were broken. In addition, 10 private buildings, garages and outbuildings were damaged.
In Kupiansk region, Dvorichna and Kupiansk were shelled. 5 private buildings, outbuildings and cars were damaged. The invaders also attacked a boarding school with S-300 missile systems. There were no casualties.
Donetsk oblast
Yesterday, russian troops launched 39 attacks in Donetsk oblast, shelling 18 settlements. The shelling destroyed and damaged 16 residential buildings, a school, outbuildings, a garage, a bus and a car.
In the morning, russians launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk – a rocket fell near a kindergarten. A second strike in the afternoon injured a person.
Towards Volnovakha, Bohoiavlenka and Vuhledar of Vuhledar community and Vesele of Komar community were under attack, with no casualties.
Towards Donetsk, Kurakhove community was shelled throughout the day: a building was damaged in Kurakhove. There were also attacks on Hirnyk and neighboring villages. In the morning, there were two massive shelling in Avdiivka. There were no casualties.
Towards Horlivka, 1 person was killed in Bakhmut, 1 person injured in Ivanivske of Bakhmut community. Chasiv Yar suffered at night: 4 buildings and a kindergarten were damaged. The situation in Soledar community is tense: Fedorivka, Paraskoviivka, Rozdolivka, Vasiukivka and the outskirts of Soledar were targeted.
Towards Lysychansk, 2 people were killed in Drobysheve. In Zakitne, 4 buildings were damaged. Lyman, Torske and Zarichne were shelled.
Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, said that yesterday russians killed 4 civilians: 1 in Bakhmut, 2 in Drobysheve and 1 in Maksymilianivka. Another 3 people were injured.
Luhansk oblast
Yesterday, Defense Forces units repelled russian attacks in Bilohorivka and Novoselivske. Towards Kupiansk, Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka were attacked. Towards Lyman, the enemy fired from all available firepower at Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, Kreminna, Makiivka, Nevske, Novoiehorivka, Ploschanka and Serebrianka forestry.
Luhansk Regional police informed that police bomb experts are clearing de-occupied Nevske and the area near the settlement. According to them, this week, bomb experts discovered, seized and defused two anti-tank cumulative mines and seven anti-tank grenades damaged during the hostilities at a temporary de-mining site.
According to the Luhansk RMA, the occupiers restricted the free entrance and leave from Sievierdonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne. Civilians are now forced to show their registration or employment confirmation at the checkpoints.
Serhii Haidai, head of Luhansk RMA, noted that towards Svatove and Kreminna, there are both mobilized and professionalsoldiers. Russians are accumulating more manpower and equipment to prevent the advance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but without any success.
Hospitals in Novopskovka and Novosvitlivka are overloaded with wounded russians. According to Luhansk RMA, occupiers shelled 9 settlements in a day.
What is happening now in the north of Ukraine
The commander of the United Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Serhiy Naev said that the Ukrainian military is being reinforced with mobile air defense in the north of the country. At the first stage of work, 19 air defense groups were created on the basis of powerful Ford F250 and Ford F350 SUVs, adapted to combat conditions. They will protect the sky both on the approaches to Kyiv and the airspace over populated areas of the north and northwest of Ukraine.
Kyiv oblast
President of the European Council Charles Michel delivered a speech in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine during his visit to Kyiv. He reassured that Europe will continue to support Ukraine on the way to freedom and independence. After the negotiations in Kyiv, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, visited the Alley of Courage on Constitution Square and took part in opening a name plate dedicated to the European leader.
The Bucha city council reported that Latvian Defense Minister Inara Murniece visited the city. She met with the city’s leadership. It was about the role of the Territorial Defence Force in increasing the community’s defense capacity and protecting it from russian air attacks. Inara Murnietse also viewed a photo exhibition where the crimes of the russian military were recorded, and visited the place of a mass burial.
The head of the CIA, Burns, secretly came to Kyiv at the end of last week. According to The Washington Post, the purpose of his visit was to discuss possible russian military plans with the Ukrainian authorities. This is Burns’ first visit to Kyiv in 2023 and the third since the start of the full-scale war.
Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen agreed to visit Ukraine after a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba. According to The Times of Israel, Cohen reassured a colleague that the Israeli embassy in Kyiv would resume work within 60 days. In addition, the minister promised that Israel will continue to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine targeted at energy infrastructure and medical equipment.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko took part in the informal meeting of world economic leaders “Preparation for a new geopolitical era” as part of the World Economic Forum in Davos, where the necessary assistance to Ukraine and restoration of peace and order were discussed. As reported in the Kyiv RMA, Vitaliy and Volodymyr Klychko talked with the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Wopke Hoekstra, the Minister of Finance of Canada Christia Freeland and other politicians.
Kyiv is excluded from the list of territories of possible hostilities by order of the Ministry of Reintegration. This means that the city does not border the territories of active hostilities and is not adjacent to the state border with the aggressor state. However, this does not cancel the curfew.
The SSU detained a “follower” of collaborator Stremousov, who lived near Kyiv for more than 15 years and spread russian propaganda. The woman distributed propaganda materials received from curators from the russian federation. Russian passports, prohibited symbols and a mobile phone used to coordinate activities of the propaganda group were found in her possession.
An energy-efficient boiler house was installed in Puscha-Vodytsa instead of the one destroyed by russian shelling, which provided heat supply to six buildings of a psycho-neurological boarding school and a residential building. As reported by the Kyiv RMA, the new boiler house significantly saves gas and electricity and has an efficiency of more than 93%. Most of the equipment is made in Ukraine.
Implementation of the “Heroes Region” project continues in Kyiv oblast, within which brave stories of Kyiv oblast residents are told. Among participants of the project are soldiers, rescuers, doctors, volunteers and other caring residents of the oblast. So far, the project has collected around 30 stories about combat operations on the territory of Kyiv oblast, its liberation from occupiers, evacuation of the civilian population, and assistance to residents of the oblast.
Zhytomyr oblast
The head of the Zhytomyr RMA Vitaly Bunechko took part in a working meeting with the Norwegian Refugee Council Representation in Ukraine. It was about restoration of educational institutions, provision of building materials to restore damaged private houses, and comprehensive assistance to internally displaced persons in the oblast.
On the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Unity of Ukraine, a “thread of unity” was spun in Zhytomyr using the technology of ancient Ukrainian spinning. Locals and guests of the city could join the action, which took place at the Point of Invincibility. According to the “Thread of Unity” project, it is a symbol of unification of Ukraine with its history and traditions, as well as unification of all Ukrainians, including those who were forced to leave abroad and those who are in the occupied territories.
In the regional center, employees of kindergarten # 33 learned how to render first aid. The free master class was conducted by instructors of pre-medical care of the Zhytomyr regional organization of the Red Cross Society. All employees of the preschool educational institution – administration, teaching staff and technical staff – participated in the event.
Sumy oblast
The enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population of Sumy oblast. As reported by the head of Sumy RMA, Dmytro Zhivytskyi, the russian military has fired 8 mortar strikes on the territory of the Krasnopillia community. The enemy also dropped explosives from a drone on the border.
The volunteer construction battalion is replacing window blocks in the Okhtyrka Taras Shevchenko Children’s Art School. The building was damaged by artillery fire on the second day of the full-scale russian invasion. The double-glazed windows were purchased using the local funds, as well as those provided to the Okhtyrka City Council.
With the help of benefactors, Sumy 211th battalion of the Armed Forces, defending the country in Donetsk region, received two drones. Sumy RMA reports that one of them is a reconnaissance “Mavic 3”. The other is a unique Ukrainian-developed drone capable of carrying various types of ammunition over a considerable distance with a reinforced battery and special protection.
Chernihiv oblast
The head of Chernihiv RMA Viacheslav Chaus announced that the amount of taxes paid by businesses in oblast decreased by 20% over the past year, exports and imports decreased by a third. Enterprises re-launched after the end of active hostilities in the oblast were able to restore production volumes by 20-70%.
Over 40 million UAH were allocated to develop processing enterprises as part of state support for enterprises and farms of Chernihiv oblast during the full-scale invasion. The winner of the grant proposal for development of horticulture and growing berry crops received almost 10 million UAH. The 81st applicant received support to create new work places with 100 job opportunities in the oblast.
The railway connection between Novgorod-Siverskyi and Semenivka has been restored. For the first time after a long break from February 24, the train set off on a trip to Semenivka community. This is the only public transport connecting the border community with the region center.
Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine
Dnipropetrovsk oblast
According to Head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, the enemy shelled Nikopol region three times in the morning and in the afternoon. Russian occupiers fired from heavy artillery and MRLS at Marhanets community and the city of Nikopol. In general, due to shelling, one farm building was destroyed. In addition, four residential buildings, a car, a moped, and power lines were mutilated. Today in the afternoon, air defense forces of the “South” air command shot down the russian drone “Merlin-VR” in Kryvyi Rih region.
Dnipropetrovsk RMA reported that there are still 9 unidentified and 9 missing people as a result of the airstrike on a high-rise building in Dnipro, 46 dead. 22 injured remain in hospitals, among them three children.
Vinnytsia oblast
The Vinnytsia City Council reported that City Council employees joined the aid collection for children from de-occupied Balakliia. They brought stationery, drawing sets, toys, sweets, etc. At the same time, the department of personnel policy, which initiated the aid collection among employees of the Ministry of Education and Culture, formed several dozen individual boxes for children of different genders and ages.
The Donetsk Regional Children and Youth Center, which has moved to Vinnytsia, is launching a project of the “Technology of Good” volunteering school for youth aged 14 to 18. The project provides a series of training on mastering basics and skills required for volunteering.
Kirovohrad oblast
About forty boxes with medicines and other necessary medical equipment were collected and delivered to Kropyvnytskyi by Ukrainian women who now live in the state of Nebraska, USA.
Poltava oblast
According to Dmytro Lunin, Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, starlinks, generators, quadcopter, heat guns, and body warmers were handed over to the defenders.
Volunteers from Poltava sent aid to the soldiers defending Soledar, Donetsk oblast. Tetiana Radionova, a volunteer of the Tyl Poltava charitable foundation, noted that aid consisted mostly of warm clothes. The townspeople brought things for the soldiers.
Cherkasy oblast
Specialists of the Department of Youth and National Patriotic Education of the Department of Education and Humanitarian Policy conducted classes on mine and explosive safety, tactical and civilian medicine for students of the Cherkasy State Business College. The participants were introduced to the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm, which determines how to aid the wounded on the battlefield. It was developed in the USA and used in the army of Ukraine. The students also learned about the contents of the military first-aid kit of the second echelon and the rules for its use.

Zaporizhzhia oblast
On January 19, enemy troops launched 150 strikes on the territory of Zaporizhzhia oblast. 5 airstrikes were launched on the territory of Polohy region, and settlements in Vasylivka and Polohhy regions were also attacked with artillery, anti-aircraft missiles and UAVs. In total, 21 settlements were shelled by the occupiers. The police recorded 34 reports about the destruction of houses (apartments) and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by russian military personnel.
Рead of the town council, Ihor Hnatusha, reports that on the night of January 20, the russian military killed a resident of the temporarily occupied village of Komysh-Zoria. According to the official, the occupiers have strengthened filtering measures, specifically, phones checkings. 3,800 people live in the temporarily occupied territory of the Komysh-Zoryi community. There were 6,500 residents before the occupation.
Thanks to the support of the Vasylivka community, the fighters of the Territorial Defense Forces brigade and the rescuers of the State Emergency Service received KamAZs, “Buggies” and a quad bike. Also, the brigade received protective ammunition, generators and many other important things, while the rescuers received chainsaws, computer equipment, spare parts for vehicles, fuel and lubricants.
Five charging stations were installed at the Zaporizhzhia-1 railway station. Passengers and visitors can use them free of charge. One such station can charge up to 33 devices at the same time and work during a blackout from batteries.
Mykolaiv oblast
On January 19, the enemy launched artillery strikes on the water area and coastal strip of the Ochakiv community. There are no casualties. The day and night passed relatively calmly in Mykolaiv, Pervomaisk, Voznesensk and Bashtanka regions.
On January 19, the Mykolaiv police established and inspected another location of russian military personnel in the village of Maksymivka of the Pervomaysk territorial community. Law enforcement officers recorded a number of traces of enemy occupation in the liberated territory of the Mykolaiv region, including more than 80 ammunition of various calibers, military equipment, as well as other evidence of war crimes committed by the russian troops.
The United Nations intends to allocate 4 million dollars for demining the territories of Mykolaiv oblast. The international organization will purchase mechanized demining equipment and train relevant operators. Mykolaiv oblast is one of the regions most contaminated with explosives among the recently de-occupied territories of Ukraine. The total area likely to be contaminated by mines and unexploded ordnance is almost 2,614 square kilometers. UN representatives plan to visit Mykolaiv oblast with a working visit to implement the project.
Odesa oblast
Natalia Humeniuk, Head of the press center of the South Security and Defense Forces informs that as of January 20, 11 russian ships are on combat duty in the Black Sea. There are 6 missile carriers, including 2 submarines among them. The total volley of missile carriers can reach 40 missiles.
An enemy mine was washed by waves to a beach in Odesa oblast due to stormy weather. The South Defense Forces destroyed the sea mine in a controlled manner.
The Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, Svenja Schulze, visited Odesa oblast on a working visit. The delegation from the Bundestag visited some communities of the region. They inspected Invincibility Centres and the port of Chornomorsk to make sure that all the necessary aid coming to Odesa oblast from European partners is being used as intended. The minister promised Ukraine additional tens of millions of euros to restore the infrastructure destroyed or damaged as a result of russian attacks.
On January 20, 5 Invincibility Centers were opened in Odesa on the basis of utility company Odesmiskelektrotrans. They are located at the final stops of streetcars and trolleybuses. People can charge gadgets, warm up and use the Internet in there. There are also children’s corners at the locations. The centers work from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and in the event of a blackout – around the clock.
Kherson oblast
Russian invaders attacked the Dnipro district of Kherson. A private house caught fire after being hit by an enemy shell. The fire was extinguished.
Also, the occupiers shelled two settlements in Kherson oblast. A 15-year-old boy was wounded during an artillery attack on the village of Antonivka. As a result of the shelling of the village of Novodmytrivka, Beryslav region, 1 person was injured – his leg was torn off.
On January 19, russian invaders shelled Kherson oblast 90 times and Kherson 19 times. Enemy shells hit residential buildings.
On January 19, the crew of a special police battalion came under artillery fire from russian troops while patrolling near one of the populated areas of the Beryslav region. As a result of the shelling, several law enforcement officers were injured, and one policeman was killed.
On January 19, the police opened 30 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian army and supporters of the occupation regime in the oblast. Every day, the police receive information from citizens returning to their homes in the de-occupied villages of the Beryslav region about damage or destruction due to russian army shelling of houses, farm buildings and cars. During the absence of the owners, russian soldiers lived in the houses and stole or damaged property. The majority of such statements came from the residents of the Velyka Oleksandrivka community. Two men were blown up by a mine in the Beryslav region. One of them died from his injuries on the same day.
The unit of the State Emergency Service of the Novovorontsovka territorial community received a fire truck from volunteers. Caring people from other countries collected funds to replenish the fleet of rescuers. In addition to the fire truck, a humanitarian cargo from the British organization Together We Can was delivered to the Novovorontsovka community, namely warm clothes and food.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast
Ukrenergo has provided the 206.76 MW night limit for the oblast, the daily limit is 269.1 MW.

The RMA announced the start of another charity auction aimed at helping servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The proceeds will be used to purchase communication equipment, autonomous power supply and drones for the Carpathian soldiers.
Lviv oblast
The Red Cross of Ukraine donated almost 10 tonnes of medical aid to the Western Ukrainian Children’s Medical Center. The specialized children’s center in Lviv received medical equipment worth over UAH 16 million, namely, functional beds, vital signs monitors, first aid kits, cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment, etc. as well as about 500 packages of medical products for the surgical department.
Last year, over UAH 35 million was allocated from the regional budget to support defenders and their families. Almost half of the funds were directed to the installation of memorial signs on the graves of fallen participants of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) and Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
The Lviv RMA presented the calendar for 2023 called Road to Victory. The circulation of the calendar is 1K copies, part of which will be given to the military at the front. The calendar presents the chronology of Kyiv’s confrontation since the all-out invasion of russian troops on the territory of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
A girl was born in the bomb shelter of the Third Medical Association of Lviv during an air raid. She was called Solomiika. During the war, over 3K babies were born in Lviv city maternity hospitals.
The academic symphony orchestra of the Lviv National Philharmonic began its tour in the US from the state of Florida. 70 Ukrainian artists under the baton of chief conductor Teodor Kuhar are planning about forty concerts in 20 American states.
Rivne oblast
The RMA reported that fortification work continues on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border. They build additional fortifications, multi-level defense systems and traps for the enemy.
The RMA reported that the Rivne community received a fully equipped medical vehicle worth over PLN 60K provided by the sister city of Zabrze (Poland).
The RMA reported that in 2023, Rivne will continue to support the relocated business. To date, 39 enterprises have moved to the oblast mostly from Kharkiv and Kyiv oblasts.
The first plant that produces heat and electricity using gas was opened in Rivne oblast. The cogeneration plant was built and launched by Rivneteploenergo. It has a capacity of 1 MW of electricity and 1.2 MW of thermal energy.
Ternopil oblast
In Ternopil, on the basis of city educational institutions, 12 points of mass accommodation of residents have been deployed in the event of an emergency situation, when there will be no electricity, centralized heat and water supply. They are located in almost all neighborhoods of the city.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The RMA reported that since the war began, 60 enterprises have moved their production facilities to Khmelnytskyi and created about 300 jobs.

Chernivtsi oblast
Bukovyna is one of the three leaders in arranging shelters in educational institutions. By the end of 2022, 806 institutions have been provided with shelters: kindergartens (92%), schools (97%) and universities (100%).

The defense ministers of Ukraine’s Western allies met at the American Ramstein Air Base in Germany to consider additional military aid to be provided to Kyiv.

The Ministry of Defense of Finland announced provision of the 12th largest package of military aid to Ukraine in the amount of €400 million. For security reasons, the exact contents of the package have not yet been disclosed. However, it is known that artillery and ammunition will be included.
The Ministers of Defense of Great Britain, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland, as well as representatives of Denmark, the Netherlands, Slovakia and the Czech Republic signed the Declaration on the commitment of further military assistance to Ukraine – the Tallinn Declaration.
Britain will send 600 more Brimstone missiles to Ukraine.
Denmark will send 19 French-made CAESAR howitzers to Ukraine.
Poland will transfer S-60 anti-aircraft guns, howitzers, a company of Leopard 2 tanks and 70,000 rounds of ammunition to Ukraine.
Latvia will send Ukraine a Stinger air defense system, two Mi-17 helicopters, a UAV and conduct training for 2K Ukrainian soldiers.
Lithuania will transfer to Ukraine a dozen L-70 anti-aircraft guns and two Mi-8 helicopters at a total cost of over $91 million.
Estonia will transfer dozens of FH-70 and D-30 howitzers, hundreds of anti-tank grenade launchers and thousands of 155-mm ammunition to Ukraine.
Sweden will transfer 50 Stridsfordon 90 combat vehicles and anti-tank weapons worth $400 million to Ukraine.
The Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands reported that the country is ready to pay for Leopard 2 tanks for Ukraine.
The UN plans to allocate about $4 million for the purchase of mechanized demining equipment and the training of operators who will be involved in demining the territories of Ukraine.
The Government of Serbia announced sending humanitarian aid to Ukraine, including electrical equipment.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi. They discussed strengthening security of the nuclear infrastructure.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with President of the United Arab Emirates Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They discussed implementation of the Peace Formula.
Germany’s new defense minister, Boris Pistorius, said a decision on the supply of tanks would be made within the next few days. He also noted that the supply of German-made tanks to Ukraine does not depend on a similar step by the US to send its M1 Abrams tanks.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Wopke Hoekstra, stated that his country will consider the possibility of supplying the F-16 fighter if Kyiv requests it.
The Ministry of Justice of the US announced that the country may begin transferring confiscated assets of the russian federation to Ukraine in the coming months.
In France, the funds of the kremlin RT TV channel were blocked.
The largest oil and gas company in Europe, the German Wintershall Dea, announced its withdrawal from the russian federation.
Borrell announced the complete rejection of the EU countries from russian energy carriers by the end of the year. He emphasized that in a “very short time” Europe managed to get rid of this dependence on russian gas.
