It has been the 363d day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 6 pm:   

The russian federation continues to destroy the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, target and shell civilian facilities and residences.

The russian army launched over 30 MLRS attacks, including at the civilian infrastructure of Kherson. There are civilian casualties.

Ukraine is still under the threat of further russian air and missile strikes.

The russian army is focusing its key efforts on the offensive operations towards Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarske.

Towards Volyn, Polissia, Siversk, and Sloboda, no signs of forming russian offensive groups were detected. Vicinities of more than 20 settlements in Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kharkiv oblasts came under russian fire. Among the affected settlements are Strilecha, Morokhovets, Starytsya, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Volokhivka, Budarky, Bolohivka, and Kolodiazne.

Towards Kupiansk and Lyman, the russian army shelled the settlements of Dvorichna, Hrianikivka, Kotliarivka, Berestove, Kharkiv oblast, Stelmakhivka, Ivanivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, Bilohorivka, Luhansk oblast, and Fedorivka, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Bakhmut, russian troops shelled 18 settlements, including Rozdolivka, Vesele, Bakhmut, Stupochky, Klischiivka, Ozarianivka, and Toretsk, Donetsk oblast.

Towards Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk, the russian army fired from artillery at the vicinities of settlements of Avdiivka, Vodiane, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka, Bohoiavlenka, Velyka Novosilka, Neskuchne, Prechystivka, and Vuhledar.

Towards Zaporizhzhia, Novosilka, Vremivka, Novopil, Donetsk oblast, Olhivske, Hulyaipole, Malynivka, Mahdalynivka, Pavlivka, Kamianske, Orikhiv, Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia oblast, were hit.

Towards Kherson, russian artillery fire hit the suburbs and the city Kherson, as well as the vicinities of 14 settlements, including Mylove, Tomaryne, Shliakhove, Beryslav, Mykolaivka, Vesele, Antonivka, and Veletenske.

Due to the high rates of desertion from the ranks of the russian forces, massive raids have been conducted in Chaplynskyi district, Kherson oblast since February 20, 2023. Key attention is paid to abandoned houses and buildings.

Since early 2023, there has been a significant deterioration in crime rate in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, specifically in the city of Sevastopol because of the arrival of ex-convicts who fought in the so-called PMC Wagner and were amnestied as their contracts expired. When they are detained for any crimes, they are not sent to correctional facilities, but back to the front line.

Ukrainian Air Forces launched 4 air strikes on the buildups of personnel and military equipment of the russian military.


Dmytro Kuleba, head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, informed after the first meeting between Ukraine, the EU and NATO that the coordination mechanism between Ukrainian manufacturers and EU and NATO state producers is to be created to produce weapons for Ukraine. He also added that this new three-party format will operate on a regular basis. 

Ukrainian voted for the best Ukrposhta stamp “Russian warship go fuck yourself!” using the Diia platform. 187 814 Ukrainian supported it. In total 648K participated in this questionnaire. 

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian military repelled the enemy attacks near Hrianykivka and Masiutivka. At least 30 settlements were under russian attack, specifically the invaders launched an airstrike on Hraniv from the territory of russia. The invaders shelled at least 13 settlements.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported that at about 1 pm, the invaders fired at Kupiansk once again. Enemy shell hit a private residential building. A 68-year-old man was injured. He was hospitalized in a moderate condition.

In addition, the enemy was shelling Dvorichna and Vovchansk. The enemy is firing exclusively at the private residential sector. Several buildings were damaged.

Yesterday, the enemy attacked more than 25 border settlements in Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts.

Late last night, a pre-school and a sports facility were damaged as a result of a rocket attack on Kupiansk. At night, there was shelling in Kivsharivka in Kupiansk region.

At least 4 residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged in Dvorichna and Novoosynove in Kupiansk region and fires broke out as a result of shelling.

In Vovchansk, Chuhuiv region, a private building was damaged. There were no casualties.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Emergency Medical Centre, Viktor Zabashta, informed that humanitarian de-mining continues in the region. Another 37 explosive ordnance were diffused over the day. A 45-year-old resident of Rubizhne tripped and blew up on an unknown explosive device. The man was hospitalized in moderate condition.

However, the mine danger in the region is still very high. This morning in Rubizhne village, Chuhuiv region, a civilian man stepped on an unknown explosive device. A medical team arrived at the scene. Information about the victim’s condition is being clarified.

Donetsk oblast

Yesterday, russian troops shelled 23 settlements with Smerch, Grad, S-300 and artillery. The shelling destroyed and damaged 35 civilian objects. Russian troops shelled Avdiivka with S-300, Grad, Smerch and artillery.

There were no civilian casualties towards Donetsk. Kurakhove community was attacked 4 times: a private building was destroyed in Hostre, an apartment building damaged in Kurakhivka. In Ocheretyne community, a building in Lastochkyne was destroyed, there were Grad hits on the territory of Krasnohorivka and Vesele. Marinka, Katerynivka, Maksymilianivka and Yelizavetivka of Marinka community were under intense attack. At night, russians shelled the outskirts of Avdiivka with Grad multiple rocket launchers.

Towards Horlivka, 2 people were killed in Bakhmut. Another 1 person was killed and 2 injured in Ivanopillia of Kostiantynivka community, also 5 buildings and a shop were damaged. Chasiv Yar was shelled with Grad MRLs, a residential building and a boiler room were damaged. It was loud in Soledar community.

Towards Lysychansk, a private building in Siversk was destroyed and there was shelling of the outskirts of Serebrianka.

The state-owned enterprise Artemsil and the United24 platform are selling a special batch of salt mined in Soledar’s mines to raise money for kamikaze drones for the Main Intelligence Directorate. Due to russian shelling in April, salt production stopped in Soledar.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the temporarily occupied Horlivka, public sector employees are being forced to obtain a russian passport by July 1. Otherwise, they will be fired. 

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, noted that yesterday russians killed 3 civilians: 2 in Bakhmut and 1 in Ivanopillia. Another 5 people were injured. 

Luhansk oblast

At the front, the enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations towards Kupiansk and Lyman, specifically in Nevske. The enemy targeted Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Ploshchanka, Dibrova, Chervonopopivka and Bilohorivka. They also launched an airstrike on Bilohorivka.

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, reported that an active phase of combat is ongoing near Kreminna. Today, it is the most difficult area in Luhansk oblast. Our troops are holding the line there and in some places are recapturing positions from the enemy.

Referring to the Luhansk RMA, russians have once again used aviation near Bilohorivka. In the occupied territories they are confiscating Ukrainian passports under the guise of re-registering property rights to real estate. Small businesses cannot stand the mayhem of the invaders and are suspending their activities.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Maloni arrived in Ukraine on a visit. Together with the delegation, she visited the de-occupied Bucha and Irpin. In the afternoon, at a joint conference with Volodymyr Zelensky, Georgie Maloney announced the provision of an aid package for Ukraine. The sixth package of military aid mainly concentrates on air defense to protect civilian infrastructure.

On February 20, Kristalina Georgieva, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, visited Kyiv. Ukraine is counting on the launch of a new multi-year major program with a volume of over 15 billion dollars, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal after a meeting with the head of the IMF.

Irpin mayor Oleksandr Markushyn reported that Managing Director of the IMF, Kristalina Georgieva, visited the city. The foreign delegation visited facilities damaged during hostilities due to russian aggression, the city’s largest water treatment plant and the Irpin Children’s and Youth Sports School.

Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Serhiy Popko reported that training of forces and means of defense of the capital will continue for several days in Kyiv from February 21. It is planned to work out a set of tasks for the city defense, as well as to conduct training on  protection of the civilian population in the conditions of hostilities. The military administration emphasizes that the training is planned, the threat of an attack on the city from the north is minimal.

Educational institutions of Kyiv oblast will work remotely on February 22-24. Such recommendations were adopted during a meeting of the operative headquarters of the Defense Council of Kyiv oblast. The decision is due to the likely increased threat of enemy shelling and possible provocations in connection with the anniversary of the russian federation’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The Kyiv RMA reported that on February 22-24, the capital’s schools will continue to work as usual. In the capital, a clear security mechanism has been developed for all educational institutions and all personnel have been instructed on actions in case of air alarms. All 404 full-time schools have shelters where all students and staff can stay. However, at any time parents can decide to leave their child at home for remote learning arranged as a parallel process in schools.

The project of February: Edges of Invincibility was presented in the Gallery of Protest Art of the Maidan Museum in Kyiv. This is an exhibition dedicated to the events of the Revolution of Dignity and the beginning of the full-scale invasion of russians on the territory of Ukraine. The exhibition is open until March 30. Admission is free.

On February 21 and 22, the capital will host a photo exhibition “We are next to you”, dedicated to the work of volunteers of the Red Cross of Ukraine and the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. 70 photos dedicated to volunteers will be presented at the Ukrainian House. During the exhibition, master classes on mine danger, first medical and psychological aid will be held. In addition, volunteers of the rapid response unit will demonstrate a special vehicle on which they accompany evacuation convoys and work in frontline regions.

Zhytomyr oblast

The transition of religious communities from the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine continues in Zhytomyr oblast. In February, 4 more religious communities joined the OCU. This is stated on the official website of the Zhytomyr-Polish Diocese of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

Volunteers of the All-Ukrainian charitable organization “Care for the Elderly in Ukraine” are helping elderly people in Zhytomyr to insulate their apartments. This year, 38 apartments have already been insulated, 42 applications are waiting for their turn. Volunteers also provide wards with assistance in the form of hygiene products. Funds for assistance as part of the project are received from the “Caritas-France” charity fund.

Sumy oblast

The Sumy RMA reported that 4 territorial communities of the oblast were under enemy shelling. A total of 17 explosions were recorded: Esman community – 3 artillery hits, Bilopillia community – 8 mortar hits, Krasnopillia community – dropping one mine, Yunakivka community – 5 mortar hits. At night, the enemy made a mortar shelling of the Esman community – 5 hits were recorded.

Over the past week, 30 explosive items, including artillery shells, cartridges, hand and anti-tank grenades, were discovered by pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service. Dangerous finds were also found in the territories of Okhtyrka and Sumy regions. Since the beginning of the year, 30 cases of detection of explosive objects have been recorded in the oblast.

Almost 90% of the enterprises of Sumy oblast work with a total load of 30 to 70%. According to the Department of Economic Development and Trade of Sumy RMA, as of the end of December 2022, 56% of main enterprises of the oblast have fully resumed work since the beginning of the full-scale war, 33% have partially resumed work, and 11% of enterprises are still not working.

Internally displaced persons are offered land plots for gardens in Sumy oblast. Such an initiative was taken by the leadership of Shostka community. Everyone can apply to the city council and prepare relevant documents for the land plot before the beginning of the spring season.

Chernihiv oblast

The Chernihiv border detachment reported that on February 20, the russian army fired 82- and 120-mm mortars at the border communities of Snovsk and Horodnia in the oblast. 12 explosions were recorded on the territory of Snovsk community, 17 hits from SPH were recorded in the area of Senkivka village of Horodnia community.

Head of the Chernihiv RMA Vyacheslav Chaus said that over the past week, the enemy shelled the outskirts of 7 border settlements of the oblast 12 times from the territory of Bryansk oblast. A total of 77 explosions were recorded. As a result, 4 private houses were damaged.

Children in Nizhyn schools and kindergartens will study remotely on February 23 and 24. Mayor Oleksandr Kodola said that such a decision was made due to the possible threat of russian shelling. The educational institutions of the city switched to remote learning not to create a crowd of children and not to expose them to danger.

The Mobile Medical Teams project will continue its work in Chernihiv oblast from February 2023. Its goal is to help people who do not have the opportunity to get to the hospital, as well as to provide the population with the necessary medicines in those areas where, due to russian aggression, not a single pharmacy has survived. Medical teams of the Academy of Family Medicine of Ukraine work with the support of WHO.

The Ushinskyi Novgorod-Siverskyi State Lyceum, whose central building was destroyed by a russian missile on May 12, 2022, received a generator with a capacity of 35 kilowatts. Volunteers from Chernihiv purchased a backup power source for the educational institution using donations from German benefactors.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

According to head of the regional council Mykola Lukashuk, the occupiers struck Marhanets and Myrove TCs of Nikopol region and the city of Nikopol  with heavy artillery three times. 

Head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA Serhii Lysak said that Dnipropetrovsk RMA handed over modern sapper suits to the pyrotechnicians clearing the territory from the enemy scrap. They also sent them two tents that can accommodate personnel or the residents of the region. Over 60 new fire and rescue vehicles were provided to firefighters by Norwegian partners.

A space for children affected by the war, where their psychological traumas are addressed in a game form, was created in Nikopol.

Vinnytsia oblast

​​The Vinnytsia City Council reported that an ambulance was converted into a mobile dental office for soldiers at the front. Thanks to the equipment of the car, medics will be able to provide soldiers with almost the entire range of dental care, as well as keep an electronic patient record.

In Vinnytsia, the educational course “Nightingale, periwinkle, Ukrainian is my language” was launched for internally displaced children, as well as small residents of Vinnytsia who found themselves in difficult life circumstances. The training was organized by the city center of social services together with the Children’s Center “Spilno”.

Kirovohrad oblast

The Znamianka urban territorial community in Kirovohrad oblast received another batch of humanitarian aid. The international humanitarian organization “Man in Need” delivered 850 hygiene kits for the needs of internally displaced people in the community.

Poltava oblast

In Poltava, training “Managing conflicts (restorative approach)” was held for internally displaced persons. At the beginning of the training, the participants discussed their expectations from the classes: new acquaintances; communication; learning to deal with conflicts and get out of them. The training was held thanks to the Japanese government.

Cherkasy oblast

Cherkasy jewelry designer Anna Kryvtsova presented Cherkasy in the military project “ArtMapUkraine”. 140 fragments measuring 10 by 10 centimeters, made by embroiderers from all over Ukraine, will be sewn together into two square maps.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

According to the report of the National Security Service in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of  the settlements of  Balabyne, Huliaipole, Olhivske, Charivne, Chervone, Stepnohirsk, Stepove, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaky, Temyrivka, Pavlivka, Mahdalynivka.

Settlements on the front line continue to suffer from enemy fire. Yesterday, the enemy attacked a residential area in Stepnohirsk. Artillery fire was targeted at nine-story buildings, which resulted in a power outage in the residential area.

Yesterday, the occupiers struck the suburbs and outskirts of Zaporizhzhia with Iskander-K missiles. The shock wave damaged 4 apartment buildings and a kindergarten. This was reported by Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.

According to the  Energoatom, Ukrainian nuclear workers at the Zaporizhzhia NPP refuse to work for the russians, so the latter have extended the deadline for “mandatory” signing of fake contracts. In this way, the invaders are allegedly demonstrating another “gesture of goodwill,” but in reality they simply understand that almost all of the personnel, critical to the operation of the plant who remained in Enerhodar, do not agree to cooperate with russia. 

Training in first aid is provided at Zaporizhzhia’s “Points of Unbreakability” by doctors from the city’s healthcare facilities. As of today, the training is planned for specialists of nine “Points of Invincibility”, as the provision of proper first aid is the key to saving the life of the wounded.

Mykolaiv oblast

According to the “South” Operational Command, occupiers continue shelling port infrastructure in Ochakiv, 1 civilian was wounded.

According to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim, Mykolaiv region received 70 generators from representatives of Solvd Inc., an international software development service provider. 

According to the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Mykolaiv rescuers and medics received the equipment from philanthropists from Germany. Volunteers from the city of Augsburg have donated special equipment for the needs of rescuers and medics of Mykolaiv oblast. German partners noted that they want to support the population of Ukraine and remind people of the importance of the European culture of peace.

Odesa oblast

According to the report of the Commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, all strategic approaches to the Odesa region are controlled by the Navy and other units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. If the forces and means of the russian Black Sea Fleet are compared with the Ukrainian Navy at the beginning of the large-scale invasion, those ships and units outnumbered them twelve to one on average. At present, due to the receipt of missile systems and other weapons from partner countries, the difference in these capabilities has decreased three times. 

Avanhardivska village territorial community near Odesa is building modular houses for displaced people from eastern and southern Ukraine. UNICEF provided the materials for the houses, and workers from the Citizens’ Safety Center are assembling them. A total of five buildings are planned to be installed, which will temporarily accommodate up to 25 IDPs.

Kherson oblast

According to the Kherson Military Administration, at noon, powerful explosions were heard in the center of Kherson. The enemy hit residential areas, critical infrastructure, a kindergarten, a hospital, private garages and cars.  Several buildings were heavily damaged. A local market and a public transport stop were shelled. 5 people were killed, 16 hospitalized in the city.

According to the Kherson Military Administration, the enemy attacked Antonivka village in Kherson oblast. A married couple died on the spot from mine-blast injuries.

Yesterday and tonight, russian occupiers shelled the energy infrastructure of Kherson region. Due to the damage to power lines, there is no power supply in three settlements of the Bilozerska community, Kizomys, Veletenske and Honcharne. A total of 804 customers are without power.

According to the Kherson Military Administration, in Kherson region, more than 35 localities were damaged by hostile shelling. Among them are Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Beryslav, Kozatske, Mykolaivka, Antonivka, Kherson, Dniprovske, Berehove and Veletenske in Kherson region. 

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin, new shelters will appear on the streets of Kherson next week. 

Latest news for today in the western regions of Ukraine

Volyn oblast

The culture department of Lutsk City Council held a meeting with representatives of the community’s national societies with the participation of Council of Europe expert Larysa Kobelianska. The Council of Europe project “Strengthening the protection of national minorities, including Roma and minority languages ​​in Ukraine” was discussed.

Representatives of the RMA, together with Swedish partners, visited IDPs living in the dormitory of the Lutsk Pedagogical College. Household appliances and products were brought to the residents. Currently, 61 people, including IDPs, live in the hostel. Among them are children and persons with disabilities.

Zakarpattia oblast

Head of the Velykoberezansk boarding school, Ivanna Shulevka, reported that since the war began, the institution has sheltered 1K IDPs.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

In the RMA a meeting with representatives of the public organization D.O.M. 48.24 was held. They discussed the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 Women, Peace, Safety.

Lviv oblast

The RMA reported that a conference on the introduction of EU standards to strengthen Ukraine’s economic security has started.

Servicemen of the 103rd separate brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trained to use portable anti-aircraft systems Stinger to strengthen the ability of the brigade to hit enemy air targets on the front line.

The oblast received 16 medical all-wheel drive SUVs to restore the national system of disaster medicine. The Swiss charitable association Free Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine are completing a joint humanitarian project on the development of the national system of disaster medicine. As part of the project, Ukraine received a total of 100 ambulances.

Cultural institutions of Lviv offer visits to plays, exhibitions, concerts and excursions in gratitude for donating blood for military and civilians. The campaign Filling is being held under the slogan Fill the Blood Bank – Fill Yourself with Culture!.

The RMA reported that specialists of the Strii Branch of the Lviv Regional Employment Center will work in the Consultative and Coordination Center of the Strii region and will provide IDPs with advice on employment and job search.

Andrii Hidzun and Vitalii Ivashchuk are the first Ukrainian patients to be fitted with high-tech bionic hand prostheses by Open Bionics. This was made possible due to a strategic partnership between the Mastercard and the Superhumans Center.

Rivne oblast

In 2023, defenders from Rivne oblast, war veterans, injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity and relatives of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred will be provided with free dentures. The right to discounted dentures is granted once and up to UAH 15K.

Over UAH 74K for the Armed Forces collected students of the Rokytniv community. Educators, students and parents of Rokytniv Lyceum # 1 organized the charity fair Strength in Unity. It sold various delicacies and handmade jewelry.

Ternopil oblast

The fourth coordination meeting with representatives of international humanitarian and local public organizations was held in the Ternopil RMA. They discussed strengthening the humanitarian response in the oblast.

The RMA reported that German librarians sent 60 computers for libraries of Ternopil oblast.

In the Zbaraz castle, twelve laureates were awarded the Person of the Year – 2022 award. Among laureates are the legendary Azovstal defenders Mykhailo Dianov and Kateryna Polishchuk, known as Ptashka.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi received 27 diesel generators. The aid came within the framework of the energy security project of Ukraine, financed by the US Agency for International Development USAID.

Chernivtsi oblast

New medical equipment, namely three ECG holters, were supplied to the Sokyrian hospital within the framework of the project Heart for Life, not for Diseases, initiated by the public organization Search for Innovations and financed by the International Foundation Renaissance.

The Vikniansk Center of Primary Medical and Sanitary Care received a generator with a capacity of 5 kW provided by the organization Blau-Gelbes-Kreuz e.V. with the assistance of the CBG entrepreneurs’ club.

The photo exhibition Revolution of Dignity in Kyiv and Chernivtsi dedicated to the ninth anniversary of the events on the Maidan was opened in the Chernivtsi RMA. It presented photos taken during the Revolution of Dignity.

Four commemorative plaques were installed on the territory of the National Guard of Ukraine unit in Chernivtsi. They are dedicated to four fallen soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine, who defended the freedom and independence of Ukraine to the last. The memory of the soldiers Mykhailo Yazhuk, Mykola Horban, Maksym Kravets and Andrii Bozhek was honored.

International support of Ukraine in the russian-Ukrainian war (russia’s invasion of Ukraine)

Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov announced that the anti-kremlin coalition already includes 54 countries.

The Official Journal of the European Union published that the EU extended until 2024 the sanctions against the russian federation for recognizing the “independence” of the occupied territories of Ukraine.

The EU allocated EUR 17.4 million for digitization of Ukraine. Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov noted that Ukraine will work together with the Estonian Academy of Electronic Management on the project.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that Ukraine, the EU and NATO agreed on the coordination of production of weapons for Ukrainian needs. The parties decided to create a tripartite mechanism that would synchronize the operations of producers, buyers and governments.

Poland will boycott the World Championship of Boxing due to the participation of russians and belarusians. Earlier, the USA, Ireland, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Canada, Sweden and the Netherlands announced a boycott of the 2023 World Cup.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Pawel Jablonski, announced that Warsaw will discuss providing Ukraine with combat aircraft during negotiations with the US President Biden.

Borrell called on the EU to speed up production and supply of ammunition to Ukraine. He noted that the occupiers release about 50K shells per day, so “Ukraine should be at the same level of capacity.”

Minister of Economy and Finance of France, Bruno Le Maire, called on the International Monetary Fund to allocate EUR 15 billion to support Ukraine and strengthen economic sanctions against russia.

“War crimes have been committed, defeat is inevitable,” Oleksii Navalnyi called on the russian federation to withdraw troops from Ukraine and pay reparations. According to the russian opposition leader, the russian federation will inevitably lose, so it must stop the bloodshed now.

Ukrainians can apply for passport documents not only in Poland and Turkey, but also in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. In the test mode, the acceptance of applications for  registration of documents of Ukrainian citizens in Bratislava and Prague has begun.

The EU Representation in Ukraine announced the recruitment of Ukrainian students to participate in the EU Study Days (Euroschools)–2023.

The US announced a $460 million package of security assistance to Ukraine. The package includes:

  • additional ammunition for high mobility missile and artillery systems (HIMARS);
  • additional 155 mm caliber artillery shells;
  • additional 120 mm caliber mortar shells;
  • four air surveillance radar systems;
  • additional Javelin anti-tank complexes;
  • approximately 2K anti-tank missiles;
  • 4 vehicles of Bradley infantry fire support group;
  • 2 tactical vehicles for lifting equipment;
  • Claymore anti-personnel ammunition;
  • explosive munitions;
  • night vision devices;
  • tactical protected communication systems;
  • medical devices;
  • spare parts and other field equipment.
