More than 200 enemy servicemen were wounded.
Since medical facilities and morgues are overcrowded in the city of Melitopol, the russian invaders are transporting corpses and evacuating wounded servicemen to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
To replenish the current losses, the invaders are forced to supplement the operational-tactical command with retired officers, released to the reserve. They are sent to the area of hostilities.

According the EU parliament foreign affairs committee, the EU parliament has recognized 1932-1933 Holodomor the genocide of Ukrainians. The resolution was approved on Thursday. They stressed that justifying and glorifying the totalitarian Soviet regime of the Soviet dictator Yosip Stalin laid the foundation for today’s russia which is the state sponsor of terrorism.
The Ukrainian Prime Minister Reznikov reports that russia is preparing for a new large-scale offensive in February. “Conscripts are being prepared for at least three months. It means they are trying to launch a new offensive, most likely, in February like last year. This is their plan.”, he noted.

Kharkiv oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Chervona Zoria, Dvorichna, Krasne, Novomlynsk and Starytsia were shelled by russians. Towards Kupiansk, the invaders are gathering their troops.
Head of the police investigation department, Serhii Bolvinov, said the department that will investigate war crimes has been created in Kharkiv Regional police. Investigators in the newly created department will investigate murders, shelling of civilians, bodily injuries, thefts and cases of collaboration.
Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, informed that there were hits in Kholodna Hora region. Preliminary, the invaders used S-300 systems. The warehouses were damaged.

According to the Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care, in Kivsharivka settlement, Kupiansk district, a 63-year-old woman received a shrapnel wound. She is hospitalized in average condition.
Yesterday at around 11.45 pm a critical infrastructure facility was damaged in Kupiansk as a result of shelling from an S-300 multiple rocket launcher. Moreover, a two-storey administrative building in Kupiansk region burned down due to hostile shelling. There were no casualties.
Humanitarian demining continues. Pyrotechnics defused 280 explosive ordnance.
Lviv volunteers brought 100 medical and 20 children’s body armor to Kharkiv. The production of personal protective equipment was launched at the Kharkiv plant, which moved to the west of Ukraine. Director of the plant, Yurii Fedorov, claimed that the first children’s body armor were created in early autumn.

Donetsk oblast
According to the representative of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General Oleksii Hromov, Ukrainian troops advanced by one and a half kilometers near Dibrova settlement on the border of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
Deputy Head of Office of the President, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said that de-occupied settlements of Donetsk oblast are being brought back to life. Lyman and Sviatohirsk are already powered by electricity. Repair crews continue to work in other settlements. The work is complicated due to mines.
At night and in the morning russians were targeting different areas along the entire front line.
Towards Volnovakha, there were periodic shelling of Vuhledar, 3 buildings were damaged. There were no casualties.
Towards Donetsk, there were no casualties, but there were destructions. In Kurakhove community, Kurakhove, Trudove and Veselyi were under attack, 1 private building was damaged. Luhansk oblast
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, yesterday russians shelled Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, Makiivka, Nevske and Ploshchanka with tanks, mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in Lyman direction. Towards Kupiansk, Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka were hit.
Luhansk Regional Military Administration said that almost all hospitals are already full. Therefore, the injured representatives of Wagner private military company in Luhansk are being treated at the city dermatological and venereological dispensary. In Sievierodonetsk, people are offered to survive the winter in the recently created temporary accommodation centers, which are allegedly designed for 2K people. Only those who have destroyed houses or buildings not intended for heating will be allowed there.
Head of Luhansk RMA, Serhii Haidai, reported that the occupation troops did not stop shelling liberated settlements. Russians are attacking with bombs and S-300 missiles. According to him, residents are provided with medicines and food, mobile communication has been restored, people are asked to evacuate. Militants are not able to break through our defenders near Bilohorivka.

Kyiv oblast
The 112th Kyiv ground defense brigade reported that there are enough forces and means on the northern border to repulse the enemy. Colossal work has been carried out in the direction of Kyiv, engineering fortifications and mine barriers have been created.

The EU representation in Ukraine reported that Northern Environmental Finance Corporation (Nefco), which belongs to five Scandinavian countries, will help the restoration of Kyiv oblast. The staff of the Zhytomyr Agricultural Technical College handed over a bus to the defenders of Ukraine. Along with the bus, the soldiers received goodies from the college chefs, fruits grown in the institution’s gardens, vegetables and trench candles. Sumy oblast
The head of the Sumy RMA Dmytro Zhivytskyi reports that the enemy shelled two communities in Sumy oblast. In the morning, the Seredina-Buda community was shelled with mortars. In the afternoon, the occupiers attacked Putivl the same way. A total of 17 hits were recorded.
Almost 700 households in Sumy oblast were left without power due to accidents on overhead power lines. This is almost 17% of all consumers of the oblast.
The Migration Service of Sumy oblast issued a certificate for returning to Ukraine for the first time. The document was issued as part of an experimental project that was introduced in October this year. “This is a way to help those compatriots who, as a result of a full-scale invasion, for one reason or another were left without documents and were forcibly deported by representatives of the aggressor country to the territory of russia,” the Migration Service of Sumy oblast noted.

A 67-year-old woman is being treated at home. In the afternoon, the russian army again shelled the area from heavy artillery from temporarily occupied Enerhodar, taking cover of the nuclear power plant. A 65-year-old man was killed in Marhanets. At least three people were injured: a 16-year-old girl, a 38-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man. They are hospitalized. Houses, shops, a school and a college were damaged in the city.
Vinnytsia oblast
Eleven children are participating in the psychological support project for internally displaced persons. Its coordinator Svitlana Dubyna says that such an event was initiated to provide free psychological consultations, group therapy and creativity classes to children and adults affected by the russian-Ukrainian war.

Mykolaiv oblast

According to Serhii Shaikhet, the head of the National Police in the Mykolaiv region, reported that on December 15, a man found two anti-personnel mines left behind by the russian military in one of the villages of Snihurivka region. The shells detonated and the 26-year-old man died on the spot.
The village of Myrnye, Shevchenkove community, on the border of Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts, was destroyed by russian troops. The occupiers were stationed near Myrne for eight months. There are no surviving buildings left in the settlement – houses, a kindergarten, a school, and shops were destroyed. There is no electricity, water, or gas. As of December 15, about 20 people live in Mirne. The village population was approximately 800 people before the full-scale war began.

Kherson oblast
The enemy is attacking downtown Kherson for the second day in a row. In the morning, the occupiers hit a critical infrastructure facility. 9 residents of the region were injured. Fragments of enemy shells took the lives of two people. A volunteer and a member of the rapid response unit of an international organization is among the killed.

On December 14, the russian occupiers shelled the territory of Kherson oblast 86 times. The enemy attacked the peaceful settlements of the region with artillery, MLRS, tanks, mortars and UAVs. Residential quarters of Kherson once again were under massive enemy attack. The invaders targeted a shipbuilding plant, an educational institution, warehouses, a newspaper publishing house, a school, a shop, a building of the Kherson Regional State Administration, private and apartment buildings.
3 people were killed due to russian shelling, 13 more residents of Kherson oblast were injured. An 8-year-old boy was killed. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, a total of 72 children are known to have been injured in Kherson oblast since the russian full-scale invasion began.
The police processed 513 statements and reports from citizens about criminal offenses and other events. 38 criminal proceedings have been opened based on the facts of war crimes committed by the russian army. Policemen continue receiving reports from residents of the temporarily occupied territories about the crimes of the russian military, most of all about the facts of looting and appropriation of local cars. The russian military stole wagons for vacationers in the village of Lazurne, Skadovsk region, and transported them to their place of deployment and settled there.
Security Service cyber specialists have collected indisputable evidence of the guilt of 15 members of the L/DPR terrorist groups that stormed Ukrainian cities in the south and east of Ukraine. They looted local elevators and illegally exported Ukrainian grain from the temporarily captured Black Sea regions of Ukraine to the russian federation. The militants were captured by Ukrainian defenders during the counteroffensive on the southern and eastern fronts. According to the collected materials, the court sentenced them to 15 years in prison.
Food kits and fresh bread are delivered to the communities of Kherson oblast every day. This week, more than 124,000 food kits were distributed, 51,750 of them in Kherson, and 72,800 in populated areas of the region.

10 cars for the military were purchased using the funds of Lutsk council employees, most of them are off-road vehicles, there is also a minibus among them. Lviv oblast
Mayor of Lviv Andrii Sadovyi met with Daniel Bushe, regional director of GIZ in Ukraine. They discussed cooperation in ensuring the operation of the city’s critical infrastructure facilities and in the field of health care.
The Lviv City Council signed a memorandum of cooperation between the First Medical Association of Lviv and the Zaporuka CF. As part of the Program for the Implementation of Priority Infrastructure Projects in Lviv oblast, additional 66 places for IDPs in the dormitory building of the Uhnivsk Agrarian and Construction Lyceum were constructed. UAH 2.8 million have been allocated to repair works from the regional budget and with the support of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of the Republic of Poland.
8 generators provided by the International Medical Corps were handed over to IDP shelters in Drohobych region.
Polish organization Olkusz pomaga Ukrainie sent household appliances and a generator for the Zhuravne Institution. Children from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Specialized Children’s Home were evacuated to the institution.

Rivne oblast

RANPP employees bought three cars for the military worth 500K UAH. These are the funds that nuclear workers deducted in the amount of 3% of their wages for October. In general, the monthly amount was UAH 1,7 million.

Ternopil oblast
The Ternopil City Council reported that their website was subjected to a powerful DDoS attack from russian IP addresses. The attack has been repulsed, but recovery will take time, so the City Council website will be down for some time.
5 trucks with humanitarian aid, namely breakfast cereals, fast food, semi-finished products, flour and water, will be sent from Ternopil oblast to Kherson oblast. The aid was provided by the Pokrova CF.
Ternopil oblast received laptops for educational institutions. 534 chromebooks were handed over to educational institutions of Chortkiv region.
Khmelnytskyi oblast
The Khmelnytskyi Regional Hospital received an ambulance from a UkrainasFrihetshjelp.no CF. This is a Norwegian charitable organization that was founded in the first days of the war.
A lecture on the history and customs of celebrating this holiday and a screening of a Ukrainian film were arranged for St. Nicholas Day in the WoodMall Cinema for children from families of IDPs living in the oblast.
