Since the beginning of 2025, the hotline of the Migration Service in Donetsk Oblast has received 1,169 inquiries. In this section of the front, the occupiers carried out two airstrikes, opened fire 15 times with tube artillery, and launched attacks using multiple rocket launch systems. They also directed 184 unmanned aerial vehicles toward our positions.
The destroyed villages of Luhansk region were not included in the Kremlin’s reconstruction program for 2026. The so-called “LNR’s” contribution to the state program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas” includes only Stanytsia Luhanska and Horodyshche — areas that were mostly untouched by combat. There is no mention of funding during the fourth year of occupation — only in the fifth year. Moreover, none of the settlements destroyed by Russian assaults were included in the list — only those that remained intact.
Starting May 1, pharmacies in the so-called “LNR” territories are permitted to sell medications only with a prescription. The tightened regulations apply both to settlements occupied since 2014 and those seized in 2022 — including Svatove, Starobilsk, and Bilokurakyne. A collapse in the healthcare system is expected, as long queues are forming for prescriptions from doctors, whose numbers are already insufficient to serve the population.
