War in Ukraine today: latest news, 27 December, 2024 (photo)

It has been the 1038th day of the Ukrainian resistance to the russian military aggression. 

What happened in Ukraine today:

Here is operational information of the General Staff as of 4 pm:   

The situation at the front remains difficult and tense. The enemy, despite the significant losses inflicted on him by our defenders, continues to attempt to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian troops.

On 27 December, there were 100 combat clashes on the frontline.

Enemy artillery fire from the territory of russia affected settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts, such as Porozok, Semenivka, Tymofiivka, Velyky Prykil and Turia; the enemy struck Velyka Pysarivka with MLRS. In addition, the occupiers launched airstrikes with KABs on Osoivka and Uhroidy, and also hit Oleksandrivka and Popivka with unguided air rockets.

Towards Kharkiv, russian invaders twice stormed the defensive lines of the Ukrainian troops near Vovchansk, the battle continues. Enemy aircraft struck Veterynarne and Kozacha Lopan with unguided air missiles.

Towards Kupiansk, the enemy, with the support of assault aircraft, twice actively advanced on the positions of Ukrainian units near Lozova. Ukrainian soldiers are holding their defenses firmly, and clashes are still ongoing.

Towards Lyman, the invading army carried out 17 attacks on Ukrainian positions near Pershotravneve, Novoiehorivka, Nadiia, Terny, Torske, Zarechne, Dibrova and in Serebrianka forest. Five clashes are ongoing.

Towards Siversk, the invaders twice tried to advance on the positions of Ukrainian  troops near Belohorivka area and towards Viimka, but were repulsed.

Towards Kramatorsk, Ukrainian soldiers repelled two assault actions near Chasiv Yar.

Towards Toretsk, russians tried to push Ukrainian units out of the occupied positions near Shcherbinivka and in Toretsk, where the Defense Forces repelled four attacks. One battle is still ongoing.

Towards Pokrovsk, the enemy made 34 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders out of the occupied positions in the vicinity of Myroliubivka, Promin, Vozdvizhenka, Lysivka, Dachenske, Novyi Trud, Shevchenko, Novoelizavetivka, Novovasylivka and Vovkove. The Defense Forces are holding back the onslaught and have so far repelled 25 enemy attacks. Enemy losses are being determined.

Towards Kurakhove, fighting continues near Petropavlivka, Slovianka, Dachne and Kurakhove. According to updated information, nine attacks by the occupation army were repelled, and three attacks are ongoing.

Towards Vremivka, four clashes are ongoing, in total, the enemy attacked seven times near Konstantinopolske, Rozlyv, Novyi Komar and Novodarivka, in addition, the enemy launched airstrikes with KABs on Konstantinopol, Oleksiivka and Zelene Pole.

In Kursk oblast, Ukrainian defenders have repelled 11 offensive actions of the invaders, six clashes are currently ongoing. russian aviation also launched five strikes, using nine guided aerial bombs on its territory.

In other directions, no significant changes.

The ZMINA Human Rights Center reports that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, at least 121 activists, volunteers, human rights defenders and journalists have been killed. In 2022, 81 representatives of civil society and the media were killed, in 2023 – 19, and in 2024 – 21 people.

 According to Vladyslav Voloshyn, Spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, the Ukrainian Defense Forces prevented russia from landing on Kozatskyi Island on the Dnieper River in Kherson oblast.

Recent war events in the east of Ukraine

Kharkiv oblast

The General Staff reported that towards Kharkiv, two combat engagements with russian troops took place near Vovchansk, and as of 4pm, the battle is ongoing.

Towards Kupiansk, russians, supported by attack aircraft, attacked the Ukrainian defence forces near Lozova and the fighting continues.

Towards Lyman, the russian army attacked 17 times over the last day, including near Novoserhiivka. Five firefights are ongoing.

Viktor Kovalenko, Head of the CMA, informed that at 12:40pm, russian troops attacked Vidrodzhenivske village with an FPV drone. A private house, outbuildings and two cars were damaged. According to him, no one was injured or killed.

Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that at around 11am, russians struck Ridkodub in Kupiansk region. One 58-year-old man was wounded. Houses and outbuildings were damaged.

Yesterday at 7pm Prudianka in Kharkiv region was under russian attack. The shelling damaged 1 private house.

At 6:28pm, Zolochiv was under russian attack. A residential building was hit by an unidentified aerial vehicle. 3 private houses were destroyed, 9 private houses and 7 civilian cars were damaged. The body of a 60-year-old man was found from the destroyed house. A woman was injured.

At 3:08pm, Industrialnyi district was targeted. The shell hit the ground. 5 cars and the windows of a 16-storey residential building were damaged.

At 2:30pm, Zolochiv was shelled. A farm and agricultural machinery of the enterprise were damaged. 4 private households were damaged. A man was injured.

At 2:20pm, russians attacked Slatyne village of Derhachi community, Kharkiv region. 5 apartment buildings and 2 private houses were damaged. A 67-year-old man was killed and 2 men wounded in the shelling of the KAB.

Towards Kharkiv, there were two hostile attacks yesterday near Vovchansk and Starytsia.

Towards Kupiansk, there were 9 enemy attacks. Defence forces repelled enemy assaults Zapadne, Lozova, Kruhliakivka, Bohuslavka and Nova Kruhliakivka.

As a result of intensified evacuation measures, 48 people, including 8 children, were evacuated from Kupiansk and Borova directions.

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv RMA, said that almost 56,000 people have been evacuated from the de-occupied and frontline communities of Kharkiv oblast since the end of 2022.

Donetsk oblast

The russian army attacked 13 times in the urban area of Toretsk yesterday. According to the General Staff, the occupiers also tried to advance to Dyliivka to the north of the city.

Russian troops tried to advance towards Pokrovsk most of the time yesterday. The enemy conducted 42 assaults on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zelene, Dachanske, Pishchane, Pokrovsk, Novooleinivka, Vovkove, Shevchenko and Novotroitske. 

The occupying army attacked Lyman frontline 25 times, including with the support of aviation. The General Staff recorded assaults near Kopanky, Cherneshchyna, Novoserhiivka, Platonivka, Zelenyi Hai, Druzheliubivka, Makiivka, Terny, Zarichne and Torske.  

Yesterday russians killed three residents and wounded two others. Police recorded 3,630 hostile attacks along the frontline and in the residential sector. 

The enemy attacked 4 settlements: Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk, Chasiv Yar and Novoekonomichne.

Thirty-four civilian objects were damaged, including 13 residential buildings.

The occupiers shelled Novoekonomichne with artillery, killing a civilian and destroying a private house.

Russians attacked Chasiv Yar with a drone, killing two people and injuring two others. An apartment building was damaged.

The russian army shelled Pokrovsk with artillery and Grad multiple rocket launchers, destroying 2 private and 3 apartment buildings and 15 trade pavilions. 

Artillery strikes in Kostiantynivka damaged 3 private and 3 apartment buildings, a gas pipeline, a power line and a car.

The russian army attacked Toretsk 13 times yesterday. The occupiers also tried to advance to Dyliivka to the north of the city.

Most of the times yesterday, russian troops tried to advance towards Pokrovsk. The occupiers conducted 42 assaults on Ukrainian positions near Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Promen, Lysivka, Zelene, Dachanske, Pishchane, Pokrovsk, Novooleinivka, Vovkove, Shevchenko and Novotroitske. 

Just under seven and a half thousand residents remain in the frontline Pokrovsk, with about three thousand people having left the town after it was cut off from gas supply. Seehii Dobriak, Head of Pokrovsk CMA, reported that despite the daily shelling, evacuation is still possible from Pokrovsk.

The soldier of the 68th Brigade with call sign Furiia reported that russian troops cannot reach Pokrovsk directly and are therefore trying to move west of the city to cut Pavlohrad-Pokrovsk highway.

Luhansk oblast

Russians attacked in the direction of Makiivka, Bilohorivka and in Serebrianka forest yesterday. According to the RMA, russians fired unguided aerial missiles at Nadiia. They also fired at the positions of Ukrainian defenders with artillery – cannon and rocket launchers. They sent 140 drones in our direction.

On 23 December, the hospital in Aidar (formerly Novopskov) became a restricted facility of the russian army. The territory of the medical facility is surrounded by armed russians. Only passes are allowed inside. Civilian patients are not allowed to enter.

At career guidance events organised for schoolchildren of the former Lutuhyne region, they meet with representatives of military enlistment offices. The latter offer what they consider to be a promising offer for young people – signing a contract with the russian army.

What is happening now in the north of Ukraine

Kyiv oblast

The Regional Military Administration reported that Kyiv oblast received more than UAH 50 million from the state budget to purchase housing for 22 veteran defenders. Among them are 19 people with disabilities of groups I-II, as well as 3 combatants who are internally displaced persons. In total, this year oblast received over UAH 1.1 billion to purchase housing for 497 veterans and their families.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko announced that radiation shelters have been built in two kindergartens in Darnytskyi district of the capital. The facilities have been put into operation and are ready to receive children and staff. The shelters meet all safety requirements, have the necessary communications, emergency power supply, and drinking water supplies.

In 2024, more than 100 shelters were repaired and equipped in educational institutions in Kyiv, where children can continue their studies during air raid alerts. Currently, construction work is underway on 22 more such structures: in 19 schools and 3 kindergartens.

This week, the NGO Ukrainian Women’s Guard conducted a training on risks associated with explosive devices for teachers at School No. 20 in Kyiv. During the training, an air raid alarm sounded, so the participants received information about dangerous areas and their markings in a shelter. The teachers were also provided with information on mine safety education for children in accordance with international standards.

Oleksandr Markushyn, Mayor of Irpin, informed that over UAH 3 billion was allocated to the residents of the Irpin community under the eRestoration programme. According to him, this is the best result in the region and one of the highest in Ukraine. In total, 729 residents of Irpin have received certificates for new housing, 4,334 owners of damaged housing have received payments for repairs, and 88 owners are rebuilding housing on their land plots.

The RMA reported that Kyiv oblast purchased 80 sets of modern multimedia and computer equipment for shelters in educational institutions. 30 – for lyceums, 50 – for classrooms and workshops of vocational and professional higher education institutions. The kits include an interactive whiteboard, a multimedia projector, a laptop for the teacher, storage and charging modules, and an uninterruptible power supply system. Some sets include laptops for students.

The Ministry of Culture has removed 19 Soviet monuments from the register in the Kyiv oblast. They can now be dismantled. In particular, these are monuments to the criminal Kotovskyi, Soviet pilot Chkalov, mass graves of Komsomol members, Red Army soldiers, and Chekists. The list also includes the graves of members of the Revolutionary Committee in Fastiv and the village of Hatne.

Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn announced that a charity race for children and adults will be held in Irpin on 28 December. The event will raise funds for electronic warfare equipment and other needs of Ukrainian soldiers. The participation is free.

Zhytomyr oblast

Vitalii Bunechko, Head of Zhytomyr RMA, says that the budget of Zhytomyr oblast for 2025 will amount to UAH 1.97 billion. The main expenses from the budget will be directed to the social sphere. Next year, all possible funds will also be used to enhance security: the construction of fortifications and shelters, assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

5 thousand trench candles and 30 “burzhuikas” were made for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by employees of Zhytomyroblenergo. Money for materials will be donated by philanthropists. Candles and burzhuykas are made by employees of the regional energy company during off-hours.

Sumy oblast

 Sumy Region Prosecutor’s Office reported that on 27 December at 12:20pm, russian army launched an attack on Krasnopillia community. The russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure in Krasnopillia community using artillery. As a result of the attack, a 77-year-old woman was injured while near her property. She has been hospitalised.

During night and morning, russians carried out 19 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 65 explosions. The attacks targeted Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropilia, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka communities.

On 26 Desember, russians carried out 169 shelling attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy oblast, resulting in 311 explosions. The attacks targeted Sumy, Khotin, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Nova Slobidka, Putyvl, Berezivka, Esman, Shalyhyne, Druzhbivka, and Seredyna-Buda communities.

Krasnopillia community: mortar shelling (70 explosions), FPV-drone attack (7 explosions), dropping of VOG from UAV (27 explosions), launch of GAB (1 explosion), artillery shelling (15 explosions). As a result of the shelling, a private house was destroyed and set on fire. One civilian died.

Seredino-Buda community: mortar shelling (37 explosions), FPV-drone attacks (4 explosions), dropping of VOG from UAV (6 explosions) were recorded. As a result of the shelling, an apartment building and a private residential building were damaged.

Esman community: the enemy struck by mortars (5 explosions), artillery (3 explosions), FPV-drones (4 explosions).

Velyka Pysarivka community: there were UAV dropping of VOG (10 explosions), mortar shelling (12 explosions), artillery shelling (5 explosions), shelling by the NAR (39 explosions), and FPV-drone attack (7 explosions).

Berezivka community: russians struck by artillery (3 explosions).

Druzhbivka community: FPV-drone attack (2 explosions).

Bilopillia community: FOG dropped from UAV (6 explosions), FPV-drone attack (2 explosions), mortar shelling (8 explosions).

Shalyhyne community: FPV-drone attack recorded (1 explosion).

Sumy community: the enemy attacked by a strike UAV (1 explosion). As a result of the attack, a private house was damaged. There was also a missile strike.

Khotin community: FOG dropped from UAV (19 explosions), GAB launches (3 explosions), mortar shelling (11 explosions).

Nova Slobidka community: FPV-drone attack (1 explosion).

Putyvl community: FPV-drone attack (1 explosion).

Chernihiv oblast

On 27 December, the russian army shelled Semenivka community in the border area of Chernihiv oblast. According to Viacheslav Chaus, Head of Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, there were seven strikes, likely by barrel artillery.

The shelling caused damage to residential buildings, farm structures, and a car. No injuries were reported among the residents.

On 26 Desember russian army attacked three border communities in Chernihiv oblast.

Novhorod-Siverskyi community:

Towards Popivka village: six hits, probably by an 82mm mortar;

Towards Hremiach village: eight hits, probably by a 120mm mortar.

Semenivka community:

Towards  Medvedivka village: eight hits, probably by cannon artillery;

Towards  Serhiivske village: two hits, probably by FPV-drones;

Towards  Karpovychi village: three hits, probably by explosives dropped from UAVs and four more explosions, probably by FPV-drones;

Towards  Yanzhulivka village: three hits, probably by FPV-drones;

Towards  Zarechye village: two hits, probably by a 120mm mortar;

Towards  Tymonovychi village: eight hits, probably by cannon artillery and five more hits, probably by a 120mm mortar.

Snovsk community:

Towards  Khrinivka village: three hits, probably explosives dropped from UAVs.

Koriukivka Region Military Administration reported that in the largest core educational institution of Snovskcommunity, Snovsk Lyceum No. 1 in Chernihiv oblast, 26 solar panels with a total capacity of 14 kW have been installed. 

The equipment, installed at a cost of UAH 1m, enables the school to operate autonomously for up to five hours and significantly reduces energy expenses. The solar power station was established through collaboration with the EGAP program, with which the educational institution has been cooperating for a year.

Recent events in the central regions of Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk oblast

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, said that from evening until morning, the enemy continued to attack Nikopol region. The occupiers mostly fired from artillery, and launched a kamikaze drone. They targeted the region centre and Pokrovsk community. The enemy was shelling Nikopol region throughout the day. The occupiers carried out more than three dozen attacks. They targeted the region centre, Marhanets, Myrove, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovsk communities. Three private houses, two outbuildings, a car, a dozen solar panels, power lines and infrastructure were damaged. 

About 200 houses damaged by russian shelling were restored in Dnipro in 2024. Nine medical facilities, schools and kindergartens were also repaired.

Vinnytsia oblast

Serhii Morhunov, Mayor of Vinnytsia, reported that five off-road vehicles, 10 Mavic 3Ts with thermal imaging cameras and 2 tactical medical backpacks were delivered from Vinnytsia oblast to the Chervona Kalyna soldiers. 

Poltava oblast

A musician from Poltava oblast, who has been living in the Netherlands for more than 20 years, raised money with his colleagues for another vehicle for the Ukrainian military, which was converted into a mobile dental clinic. Its cost is about 14 thousand euros. It is known that the vehicle was handed over to the military.

Cherkasy oblast

Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, reported that defenders shot down 4 russian Shaheds in Cherkasy oblast. 

According to Ihor Taburets, Head of Cherkasy RMA, the military received 10 passenger vehicles from Cherkasy oblast for the hottest spots in the war. The vehicles will be delivered to the 110th separate mechanised, 118th and 47th separate artillery brigades.

Latest news from the front of the southern regions of Ukraine

Zaporizhzhia oblast

Yesterday, the occupiers carried out 287 attacks on 11 settlements in Zaporizhzhia oblast. The enemy launched a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia. 148 drones of various modifications targeted Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Olhivske, Malynivka, and Novodarivka. Six MLRS strikes hit Lobkove, Huliaipole, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka. Additionally, 132 artillery strikes targeted Lobkove, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Bilohiria, Malynivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novodarivka, Olhivske, and Malynivka. There were 19 reported cases of residential buildings and infrastructure being damaged.

Defense Forces repelled one assault by russian forces near Novoandriivka towards Orikhiv. The enemy actively conducted engineering and aerial reconnaissance and continued training assault groups towards Huliaipole and Orikhiv. Over the past day, the enemy partially rotated frontline personnel and replenished ammunition supplies.

Four communities in Polohy region and seven in Zaporizhzhia region received 50 electric bicycles from the humanitarian mission Proliska. The initiative was supported by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. These bicycles will enhance the mobility of social and medical workers providing services to vulnerable populations.

A second underground school has opened in Zaporizhzhia, capable of accommodating more than 600 students in two shifts. Currently, the facility works in test mode, but after the holidays, students will return to in-person classes.

Mykolaiv oblast

On 26 December, at 4:25 p.m., the enemy carried out artillery shelling of Ochakiv community’s water area. Additionally, the enemy twice attacked Kutsurub community with FPV drones. No casualties were reported.

A lyceum in Halytsynove community, damaged by enemy shelling has been restored. Еhis lyceum accommodated 150 students иefore the full-scale invasion. Now the students will have access to educational services in a comfortable environment.

Social workers in Mykolaiv oblast received 100 charging stations from UNICEF. On Friday, 27 December, the first batch of EcoFlow portable charging stations—50 units—was delivered to the region’s social services. An additional 50 units are expected to arrive next week.

Odesa oblast

As of 6 a.m. on 27 December, there was one carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles in the Black Sea, with a total salvo of up to 4. There were 8 enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, including 3 carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles. Over the past day, no passages through the Kerch Strait were made in the interests of the russian federation.

Kherson oblast

Today, russian forces shelled Bilozirka. As a result, a 42-year-old man suffered blast trauma and a concussion.

In another attack in Bilozirka involving a russian UAV, a 51-year-old resident, who was outdoors, sustained blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his leg and back.

Additionally, this morning, the village of Sablukivka in Beryslav region was shelled. The drone attack damaged the roof, facade, and windows of a house.

At approximately 9:40 a.m., russian forces attacked Kherson using a drone. A 60-year-old man sustained blast trauma and a shrapnel wound to his leg.

Yesterday, the enemy shelled Komyshany, Dudchany, Tomyna Balka, Bilozerka, Dariivka, Beryslav, Tiahynka, Tomaryne, Chervonyi Maiak, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Kachkarivka, Novooleksandrivka, Havrylivka, Poniativka, Mykilske, Virivka, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Zmiivka, Olhivka, Monastyrske, Mykolaivka, Veletenske, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Chornobaivka, Vesele, and the city of Kherson. As a result of these attacks, a multi-story building, 22 private homes, a garden society building, an outbuilding, and private vehicles were damaged. Six people were injured due to russian aggression.

Medical assistance was required for a man who was injured on 20 December in a drone attack in Burhunka. The 35-year-old resident sustained blast trauma and injuries to his back and leg.

It is reported that the occupiers attempted three assaults on the island zone in the Dnipro River delta. For several weeks, the enemy has been unsuccessfully trying to gain control of Kozatskyi Island. They also attacked Velykyi Potomkin Island but suffered losses and retreated. Yesterday the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the South destroyed 87 invaders, 1 tank, 1 artillery gun, 14 units of vehicles and armored equipment, 3 Shahed-136 drones, 1 boat, 1 motorcycle, 1 surveillance camera, 1 Starlink satellite terminal, 3 communication antennas, 11 UAV control antennas, and 1 generator. Additionally, three shelters for personnel, a personnel housing area, a fuel depot, and a UAV launch site were struck.

School No. 2 burned down in Nova Kakhovka, in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson oblast. A fire broke out on the evening of 26 December in the school building. Although extinguished, the fire reignited at night, destroying the interior, with only charred outer walls. The causes of the fire are currently unknown. According to the mayor of Nova Kakhovka, Volodymyr Kovalenko, witnesses reported hearing sounds of detonation from explosive devices.

Volyn oblast

Lutsk community sent 2 DJI Mavic 3T Enterprise quadcopters to the Military Unit A 4052.

The RMA held a meeting with almost 80 mothers and wives of servicemen to discuss current issues of support for families of defenders.

Zakarpattia oblast

The oblast sent cars, EW systems and other equipment to the 414th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Attack Aircraft Systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is headed by Robert Brovdi Magiar.

Ivano-Frankivsk oblast

The 109th Battalion received electronic warfare (EW) equipment from Ivano-Frankivsk community.

Lviv oblast

Lviv City Council reported that Taiwan will allocate EUR 5m for the restoration of the building for the new building of the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center in Lviv.

The Schréder international company provided lighting equipment, worth almost UAH 1m, for one of the streets of Lviv, damaged as a result of russian shelling on 4 September.

Andrii Sadovyi, Lviv Mayor, became the 1st Ukrainian mayor to visit Taiwan. There, he should hold a series of meetings with representatives of local authorities and companies in order to establish cooperation.

The photo of the farewell to combat medic Iryna Tsybukh in Lviv is on the list of the most outstanding photos of the world 2024 according to The Guardian. The photo was taken at the wake 40 days after the burial of combat medic Iryna Tsybukh. The author of the photo is a talented friend of Iryna Cheka, Yuliia Kochetova.

Rivne oblast

Trucks of fuel, namely, firewood and peat briquettes for heating homes, were sent from Varash to Kherson oblast within the framework of the Side by Side: United Communities project.

Ternopil oblast

Ternopil City Council reported that from the beginning of 2024, defenders who take a direct part in hostilities and are registered in the community will receive a one-time financial aid in the amount of UAH 10,000.

Ternopil community sent 15 MAVIC drones to the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade.

Khmelnytskyi oblast

Khmelnytskyi City Council adopted a decision on benefits for communal services for various categories. Specifically, family members of fallen participants of the russian-Ukrainian war and the Revolution of Dignity.

Khmelnytskyi City Council reported that already 981 children in the community have the status of victims of armed conflicts or military aggression.

Chernivtsi oblast

In Bukovina, 535 new jobs were created as part of the Work On Your Own government program. In 2023, 356 people received microgrants in Chernivtsi oblast, in 2022 – 126 people. Acceptance of applications for the Work On Your Own and Grant For Veterans And Their Spouses programs continues.

Lviv City Council reported that Taiwan will allocate EUR 5m for the restoration of the building for the new building of the UNBROKEN rehabilitation center in Lviv.
